Aquarius Beach Hotel

The Aquarius Hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach ,warungs, beach path, markets, restaurants and shops. The area has an unmistakable Balinese feel with locals and tourists busily going about their lives. Breakfast at Lutu's is a highlight and the Ayu Spa provides great service. The hotel rooms and its public areas are so spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed and spacious.The bathrooms are luxurious. We have stayed here many times and have always found everyone to be incredibly helpful, friendly and obliging. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquarius this year.

Unfortunately bad smell on bathroom, had to leave a fan on in there at all times. Did mention to reception .

Great location just off the beach with restaurants, markets and shopping close by. Very large pool with plenty of day beds available. Breakfast at Luhtus on the beach is a great way to start your day. The large rooms are comfortable with a cold fridge and hot showers. The staff were all friendly and attentive. It was our first time staying here as it is always sold out and we would definitely return.

Intermittent Drain smell in bathroom but when we asked for air freshener it was deliver in a flash. Also we left fan on in bedroom to counteract this which helped

This is a great place to stay - especially prior to going to the ferry terminal port. The rooms are large and very clean and contain quite a large refrigerator. The bathroom is large and has what I consider to be the hottest hot water in Bali. Jalan Pantai Sindhu is always busy and the rooms near the street can be a bit noisy sometimes but, further down, you have peace and quiet. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast is offsite on Luhtu’s on the beach and was always excellent. There are lots of eating and drinking places close by. The staff were always friendly and helpful. This was our 5th or 6th stay at Aquarius and we always enjoy our stay and look forward to our next.

Have stayed once before and the reason for coming back is the proximity to the beach and markets. It’s quaint, quiet and breakfast at Luhtus on the beach is always lovely.

This cute little hotel only has 16 rooms which are big and super clean throughout. The gardens are lovely and kept pristine. Fabulous location close to beach, shops, warungs etc in just a short 2-10 minute stroll. Staff were wonderful and take great pride in their work and the hotel itself. Great size pool with plenty of loungers. The breakfast at Luhtus cafe on the beach was delicious if not a little repetitive after 8 nights! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach. Very nice and cosy hotel, friendly staff. We were only there for 1 night for our transport to Nusa Lembongan but would have loved to stay longer if possible.

The bathroom was a bit dated, the water in the shower didn't drain efficiently.

Icon Baliが近く、ビーチ沿にはレストランがたくさんあり、とても便利でした。朝ごはんはビーチ沿のカフェで取ることができ、とてもお得に感じました。レンタルサイクルも近隣にたくさんあり、少し先にも出かけることができました。スタッフの方の対応もよく、親切で安心して過ごせました。部屋もエキストラベッドを1台置いても十分の広さで、ゆったり過ごせました。

お風呂の排水が詰まっていて、流れにくかったのが気になりました。でも、ビーチから歩いて帰ってきて、そのままシャワーする人も多いだろうから仕方ないのかなとも思いました。

No cafeteria on site. Breakfast on beach, but not of a standard for the hotel. Internet speed not the best.

The location was very close to the beach and restaurants. Room was well appointed for our 2 night stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were contacted by reception after our checkout as our daughter left behind makeup which they kept safe for us until we could pick up a week later.

The glass door and curtains were not very private and let in a lot of sunlight. The pillows were too high and not comfortable.

Smell from the drain if the fan wasn't left on continuously... Breakfast off sight all be it on the beach 300m down the road, but dogs everywhere and the Breakfast it's self was a choice of continental, American or English, English incurred a small surcharge. We were unaware of all of this, not sure if we missed it in the hotel description or just wasn't mentioned... we were expecting the usual buffet breakfast, however in light of what we paid, it was quite reasonable.

The Aquarius is logistically ideal, being 200m from the beach, and with numerous choices for food, both local and Western. A good sized shopping mall is within 300m, and the beach area has a promenade which stretches for several kms in each direction. So many choices of coffee shops / bars / souvenir shops around, and also a day / night market enables the tourist to either live like a tourist or a local. A new International Hospital is within 400m, and clinics / first aid centres, which gives a sense of security should something go wrong healthwise.

Feral dogs, although placid provide mess on the footpaths which has to be avoided, and is not to everyone's taste. Parking of local, and tourist motorbikes on footpaths means walking in the road at times, especially to the beach.

The Aquarius is very clean and the rooms very spacious. The hotel has a very pleasant pool. The hotel is good value. It's about 200 metres to the beach and many cafes and bars nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Good television.

There is no breakfast available at the hotel. Wifi a bit patchy - but this is the case in most accommodation in Bali. The hotel is very good value if you are happy with older style.

The location was really good, easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. We had a 2 nd floor room and it only has stairs. If you can’t climb stairs then book a downstairs room. Breakfast is a 10 minute walk to a cafe on the beach. Most of the guests were over 60 and it suited that age group.

Breakfast was ok but got a bit boring after a week. We had a pump of some kind above our room that was noisy early morning.

We have stayed a few times and love everything about the property. Rooms are large and comfortable. Large bathrooms with very good water pressure and the pool is always super clean and refreshing. Staff are fabulous

Air conditioner barely cooled room, overhead fan didn't work. Only stayed one night thank god. We were upstairs , to many stairs for me. No real view.
