Modern Great pool. Buffet food was amazing.

Building works occurring throughout duration of stay which made it noisey. WiFi did not work in the room. Same with the TV, despite having a facilities man come take a look at it.

Beautiful Hotel Pool are was fantastic with fresh pool towels every day.Lovely little Spa area next to Pool.Breakfast was amazing .

We hadden een drie persoonskamer geboekt voor drie volwassenen, maar we kregen een twee persoonskamer met een extra opklapbed. Er was geen ruimte om onze koffers open te maken. Het was geen vier sterren waardige kamer. Jammer

Great location. Staff lovely. The poolside man padro was the nicest man . Room thos time round was grear size. Check in and check out was very quick. Cant wait to go back in january. The cleaners for the rooms are great

En general me gustó todo, la limpieza, el desayuno la cena, la amabilidad de todo el personal sobre todo los de sala y cocina en el momento de la cena, siempre tenían una sonrisa y te preguntaban que tal la estancia las canciones, que tal el día, vamos genial.

Lo que menos me gusto fue el horario de la cena 18:30 a 21:30, me hubiese gustado más de 19:00 a 22:00.

The breakfast options and quality were exceptional - especially the fruit counter being so fresh everyday! Our garden room was huge and I also liked how we had allocated sun beds at our balcony. Towels were refreshed every day and options for fresh bedding also.

The pastry section for breakfast could have been better. The waffles were hard and some pastries were dry. I also had to pay to have access to the safe and was told I had to make a deposit which would be returned and never was even after mentioning this on check out.

Hotel was in a great location plenty of shops pubs restaurants nearby. The hotel itself when you walk in looks amazing, 3 pools that are a good size and plenty beds available. Altho we went at the end of August so maybe different on peak June July season, Food was good. Staff were very friendly. All in all a good experience would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

The hotel is extremely clean, lovely modern decor, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We thought the room was a little basic for the price, it was lovely but just thought it would have been bigger or had a bigger balcony at least.

We had to change rooms four times because of cockroaches. The situation has been absolutely horrible. We found cockroaches in our bed and bathroom, one on the wall, and others running around the room. We always kept the doors and windows closed, but there is such a large gap underneath the door that cockroaches can easily get inside. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem and having to change rooms so many times, the staff did not take the situation seriously or do enough to resolve it. This is completely unacceptable and has seriously affected our stay. We should not have to keep changing rooms because of cockroaches, especially when the hotel has not properly addressed the problem.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated several thoughtful touches from the hotel. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with a bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was another highlight, with a very wide variety of choices and the great convenience of being available until noon. We also found the wristband system extremely practical, as it meant we did not have to worry about losing room keys. However, there were a couple of points that disappointed us. We were particularly disappointed that, at check-in, we were not informed that renovation work was being carried out in the room next to ours. We completely understand that in Tenerife it may be difficult to find the perfect period for renovation work, but being informed about it in advance would have been a much more transparent and considerate approach from the hotel. Knowing about the work beforehand would at least have allowed us to manage our expectations. Another issue concerns the pool area. It is already very difficult to find a sunbed if you arrive around 10 a.m. Many guests leave a towel on a sunbed and then spend half or even the entire day at the beach, returning later to their reserved spot. If everyone behaved this way, the situation would quickly become chaotic. We believe the hotel should have more effective control over the use of sunbeds and ensure that they are not reserved for long periods when they are not actually being used

The restaurant, pool area, wait staff and location are great. Took the family, 3 generations, and everyone had a good time. Will go back.

Furnishings have gotten worn down a bit. Rec room has seen better days. Staff occasionally passively rude but I think that might just be cultural on the island.

Lo mejor, el personal que trabaja en todo el hotel . Muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. Muy limpio y la comida buena con respecto calidad precio (aunque la bebida no incluida en la media pensión me decepcionó, aunque sea algo básico como agua o refresco no estaría mal incluirla)

Primero, los azulejos de la piscina se caen y había grandes zonas que hay que rehabilitar. Segundo, no hay animación ni en la piscina ni de noche dentro del hotel si no te apetece salir. Lo más que oí fue música en directo un poco pobre. Y tercero, el horario de cierre de la piscina en meses de verano debería ser más tarde de las 17:30 h (aunque puedas hacer uso de la misma) empiezan a recoger a tu alrededor las hamacas y sombrillas, y si estas dentro de la piscina también te recogen la tuya. Al igual que me pareció mal el horario de la cena, hasta las 21:30 h ..temprano para los españoles que nos gusta disfrutar más tarde de la piscina y después ir a la cena sin correr.....(el horario del desayuno genial, puedes entrar hasta las 12:00 h)

Very nice hotel, breakfast is very nice, lots of selection. Lots of sun beds and close to everything. Aircon is very good also.

I don’t think it was worth the price I paid for it. The standard double rooms are quite small. I also didn’t like 2 single beds I would rather a double. The pool Is also quite small but overall it was very good.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé en centre ville. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. Chambre magnifique et propre.

Les transats piscines pas assez nombreux ou comme d'habitude les gens qui laissent leur serviette pe dant des heures sans être là pour les bloquer et personne ne dit rien.

Mejoraria la limpieza en habitación, las fundas de cojines tenían cabellos. El horario de piscina es muy reducido cierran a las 17:30, cuando en verano el sol dura hasta las 21hrs

I loved the breakfast buffet every morning, the choices were endless there was everything for everyone! the location was so ideal, beside variety of supermarkets, the golden mile and much more. Hotel room was so nice with a lovely balcony view and was very clean. Big tv aswell which had YouTube and everything. Staff were very helpful.

Only downside was that there was construction being done from about 8:30am every morning ( very loud) but we did not get notified before checking in that this was happening. Also in the pool some tiles on the ground are missing which can hurt your foot and the pool is half salt water half chlorine which we did not know about!

Locatie super zowel voor bezoek aan het strand, de boulevard als, waarvoor ik er was, bezoek aan het ziekenhuis op loopafstand.

Ontbijtbuffet heel goed maar erg jammer dat dat pas vanaf 7.30 uur is. Ik ben hier een paar maanden terug ook geweest, kon toen geheel niet ontbijten, nu heel kort ivm vroege vlucht terug naar NL. Waarom niet vanaf 7 uur. Er zaten al best wat gasten en als mensen een dagje op pad willen, of een vroege vlucht hebben kan je dus niet echt ontbijten, iets waar je zoals ik voor 1 nacht wel voor betaald. En voor mij niet van toepassing maar er waren al genoeg handdoeken bij het zwembad gelegd zonder dat daat een gast bij zat. Dit is toch niet van deze tijd en makkelijk te voorkomen/aan te pakken lijkt mij. Als ik hier voor meerdere dagen zou zijn zou dit mij enorm frustreren en reden zijn dit niet te boeken. Terwijl ik buiten aan mijn ontbijt zat zag je gasten er gewoon uitgebreid de tijd voor nemen de handdoeken te installeren.

The hotel rooms were very dirty particularly the toilets and were only cleaned every 3 days and when cleaned it still did not appear clean.

Een minpuntje, in de avond kun je alleen binnen zitten in bar Cascada. Persoonlijk vind ik het prettig als je in de avond ook buiten kunt zitten bij een hotel.

Az ügyintéző hölggyel a kommunikáció nagyon gyors volt a Booking oldalàn keresztül. A szoba hangulatos,nagyon szép kilátással és megfelelő méretű erkéllyel.A fürdőszoba szép és nagyon praktikus,(nem folyik ki a zuhanyzóból a víz a padlóra). A hotel elhelyezkedése abszolút központi.Kellemes homokos óceàn part 2perc séta. A reggeli MINDEN igényt kielégít, elképesztő a választék.Igyekeznek minden nap új koncepciót is belevinni. A medence fűtött ,tiszta ,medencebàr választéka minőségi,korrekt àrakkal. A személyzet mindig ,mindenhol kedves ,segítőkész.

Ha esetleg voltak kisebb esztétikai hibàk a falon vagy a padlón szàmomra ez a Hotel akkor is összességében 10 pontot érdemel. Szívesen visszatérünk jövőre is.

The rooms are quite ordinary, nothing special. But the breakfast! The breakfast is absolutely amazing! There’s a huge selection, so many options, and they even have cava. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Perhaps the value for money could be better. It felt a bit overpriced, especially for April.

10/10 highly recommend, many other friends have stayed and shared the same experience.

The hotel and breakfast and staff were brilliant, unfortunately we booked half board, and the dinner was not the best and nobody booked dinner because the restaurant was empty at dinner time, we booked 4 evening's for dinner but only had one, said this to the manager, but he cd'nt do anything because we booked through booking.com, so this all cost extra money

Dinner time was the only thing we didn't like, next time I would only booked bed and breakfast

The WiFi wasn’t the best, always disconnected. Apparently I booked a new room which is cleaned every 3 days i don’t think its ideal when you only go for 6 days.

The lobby, the pool area, the wristbands we got, the breakfast was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful And it was a 3 min walk to hardrock cafe.

Beds were a bit springy and would have preferred a whole 180 mattress, but each to their own I guess

Нас тоже привітно зустріли,дуже швидко зареєстрували ,не дивлячись на те що на зовні готелю було дуже шумно ввечері в номері було тихо та комфортно,зручне ліжко,особливо приємно було що номер був з терасою та шизлонгами на ньому .сніданки були з різноманітними фуршет великий вибір,також готель пропонує вечері за приємною ціною також за системою фуршет також хороший вибір ,хороше розташування не далеко до набережної,неподалік є декілька пляжів,багато магазинів поруч

The hotel lobby interior was filled with vegetation, almost like a forest. The whole setting around Las Américas was definitely a strong point in favour of the property.

Super clean, calm , room was spacious, large bathroom, lovely sun beds on our balcony. The pools were very calm and relaxing energy, they had 3 different pools that you got included in your stay but two other pools for an extra charge. Water stations around the location to fill up bottles ect

Micul dejun foarte bun si diversificat!

Camera nu se ridica la patru stele fiind foarte veche si neintretinuta( sparturi in perete deasupra usi de intrare, in baie lucruri ruginite, parchet foarte vechi si deteriorat prin in holsuruburi). Nu te informeaza corect de exemplu: Piscina infinit de pe terasa de sus a hotelului se plateste suplimentar, chiar si cea de la parte tot plata suplimentara, spa la fel cu plata. Nici o facilitate la pret 1085 € camera o saptamana.

El personal excelente, el lugar una maravilla, estuvimos súper a gusto , tanto que fuimos a visitar la isla pero casi ni salimos del hotel. La piscina súper tranquila con muchas funciones de spa. El spa interno genial también . La comida y desayunos espectaculares. La habitación increíble de bonita. Quiero volver.

Everything from the room to breakfast to the pools. The staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay. It was also very central and close to restaurants, the beach and public transport.

Great location, staff were super helpful and very on it (for context I was solo travelling and originally got put on ground floor). I asked for a different room as I wasn’t comfortable in a ground floor room by myself and they were super accommodating and moved my room. The pool area is lovely and has a great bar. Rooms are clean and air con works! Also liked how your room key card is on your wrist so no worries about forgetting it. You can still use the facilities after check out and keep your luggage in storage.

The rooms aren’t sound proof so you can hear conversations (for me there were arguments next door and above I could over hear, as well as the fountains and music in the lobby early in the morning). People also put their towels on sun loungers super early and then don’t turn up until later on in the day which I think is something the hotel should monitor/discourage.
