Le buffet très varié, la piscine agréable et la bonne localisation de l’hôtel.

Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres : nous entendions clairement les conversations des chambres voisines. * Nuisances sonores nocturnes : le bruit nous a réveillés et a perturbé notre sommeil à plusieurs reprises. * Bruits dans les couloirs dès le matin : nous entendions notamment très clairement les femmes de ménage devant les chambres. * Propreté insuffisante : certains aspects de la chambre et de l’entretien ne correspondaient pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. * Absence de room service, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. * Manque de confort et de tranquillité : l’accumulation des nuisances sonores a fortement diminué la qualité globale de notre séjour.

Góður morgunmatur. Garðurinn fínn. Flottur rooftop bar. Gott úrval af góðum drykkjum. Starfsfólk var frábært.

Rúmið var ekki gott. Brakaði svo mikið í þvi að við áttum erfitt með svefn. Sturtan er lítil og i baðkari og erfitt að stilla blöndunartæki.

Location of hotel is good, employees are nice and helpfull. It was very easy to check in and check out, garage place - parking space is good, sun lounger - enough, and Beach bar is really good.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was one of the biggest issues. It was not varied at all, and during our 7-day stay, the menu was almost the same every day. There was very little creativity or effort put into the meals, which became quite frustrating after a few days. The cleanliness was even more concerning. We found cockroaches in both of our rooms. In one of the rooms, there were even larger cockroaches, and we had to specifically request disinfection. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. Poor food variety, serious cleanliness issues, and the presence of cockroaches in both rooms made our stay extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

The food is amazing, staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the entertainment is so much fun. I can't fault this hotel at all that's why I keep returning

Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ik was eerlijk gezegd vergeten dat ontbijt inclusief was, maar er was oprecht best veel keuze en erg lekker. Verder waren er best veel accomodaties in het hotel wat er prettig was, maar niet per se dingen waar ik gebruik van had gemaakt vanwege gebrek aan interesse.

Er waren wel events en dingen te doen in het hotel, maar geen waar ik interesse in had. Dit is wel vooral persoonlijk. Waarschijnlijk omdat ik ook in mijn eentje aan het reizen was, waardoor de activiteiten niet helemaal bij mij paste.

Rooftop zwembad is mooi. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid buffet.

Hotel is oud en afgeleefd. Weinig rust door spelletjes aan het zwembad. Luidruchtige jeugd wat je niet verwacht in een adults only hotel. Beter te vermelden op de site. Naturisme gedeelte is triestig zonder zwembad of bar. Stoelen op een rij waar het bovendien zeer warm is doordat het afgeschermd is met glazen wanden. Een jacuzzi zou al een oplossing bieden.

Breakfast was good, evening meal food was nice but sometimes a bit repetitive and a bit limited. The facilities were great and the room was nice, although a little small and needs drawer space. Nice touch of the champagne on my partners birthday

We couldn’t use our balcony as much as we wanted as there was a constant smell of marijuana.

All The services fall well short of the price. The food is too salt. Swimming pool : a nightmare to find a transat : all reserved before 8am... or comeback at the end ;) 5pm... All things are optionnals : prepare your wallet! even water in your room

Nice hotel. Cleaning service every day. Reception 0-24. On the rooftop is Cafe del Mar and pool, you have to reserve sunbeds in advance at the reception. Don’t expect peace and silence at the evening since hotel. has 3 bars. They have a small garage but when we were here we could always find a spot. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was great. There’s functional gym, not just a few equipment.

They charge for safe 2€/day (if i remembered correctly).

We expected more variety and more interesting activities, especially considering the concept of the hotel. The entertainment also seemed to be aimed at a somewhat older audience. * The TV in our room was basically unusable. None of the channels worked, and it only showed advertisements. It would be good to check the TVs and channels in the rooms.

Never a sun lounger especially on the roof mostly reserved but never anyone there , we would have stayed in the hotel longer if this wasn't the case .

Very good hotel, great location, very good food, swimming pool—basically everything was a plus. This is definitely a hotel I'll return to. Bardzo dobry hotel, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre jedzenie, basen, zasadniczo wszystko na plus. Na pewno jest to hotel do którego jeszcze wróce.

The Hotel is very good .pool area is great with bars and screens for watching sport. The rooftop pool area and bar is excellent value the service from the staff is first class. When back in Teneriffe I.ll definitely be staying at tigotan again location is great center of everything..

There was a bit of building work going on while we were there was a little bit noisy at times that was coming from the complex next door but unfortunately nothing can be done about that.

I booked a Deluxe Room for three people which was advertised as including a twin bed and a futon bed. When we arrived there was no futon bed, so three adults had to share two beds for the entire stay. It was surprising that this wasn’t identified at check in despite the booking being for three guests. Food from the breakfast and bar was average, with some items tasting like reheated frozen food, and the ice creams were very overpriced. Also, carpet outside of lifts on I think floor 1 or 2 is very poorly maintained needs new flooring. Having said that I would recommend and stay again just would book 2 rooms or make sure there’s actually 3 beds

Siamo stati una settimana ed è stato favoloso. Molte piscine, cibo buono e vario e ambienti curati. Una nota assolutamente positiva a tutto il personale. La posizione è buona per muoversi a piedi o prendere l'autobus. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

L'unica cosa da migliorare assolutamente sono le finestre. Purtroppo si sentono tutti i rumori e non si riesce a riposare bene. L'unica soluzione è la camera vista piscina che però ha un costo superiore.

Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of sunbeds round the pools. Entertainment in evening was good if you were having a drink in the hotel bar. Good vibes and breakfast was decent.

We stayed in a deluxe suite however the beds were two single beds pushed together and kept separating when we were sleeping. Our balcony was facing onto an alley way.

We had a nice stay overall. We booked half board, which included breakfast and dinner, but it was quite surprising that drinks were not included with dinner and had to be purchased separately. We also had to pay extra to use the safe and leave a cash deposit for towels. The hotel only accepted cash for these extras, which meant using the ATM and paying an additional €5 withdrawal fee. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always helpful throughout our stay. The room was cleaned every day and was kept to a very good standard. One thing that was a little confusing was the different rules depending on the type of card or package you had. It wasn’t always clear what was included and what wasn’t, which caused some confusion during our stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The excellent staff and cleanliness made for a pleasant experience overall.

Due ascensori fuori uso per 5 giorni! Troppo fiscali con gli orari della piscina, se mettevi il telo alle 9, trovavi il biglietto che c’era il divieto fino alle 9.30! Il cibo molto vario e abbondante, ma mi sembrava avesse tutto lo stesso sapore.

Najbardziej urzekł mnie Pan z siwymi włosami w starszym wieku w okularach który przede wszystkim obsługiwał na strefie zewnętrznej podczas śniadań i kolacji. Pan zawsze podchodził do stolika jak się przy nim siadało, nie pozwalał aby brudne naczynia stały dłużej niż 2 minuty na stole. Pełen Profesjonalizm , pozostała część obsługi powinna brać z niego przykład. Obsługa na recepcji- super! Dużo informacji i wsparcie podczas pobytu, dziękuję

Kiedy podczas kolacji osoby z obsługi podchodził z propozycją napoi jak już posiłek był zjedzony. Kuchnia była średnia: przez 9 dni na śniadanie - wszystko to samo. Z owoców morza - mrożone krewetki z cebulą również jak i mule, najwięcej było ryby. Paelia - bardzo przeciętna. Chętnie bym zapłaciła za posiłki więcej gdybym miała zapewnione w menu produkty i dania, z których słynie Hiszpania i przede wszystkim Teneryfa, na przyzwoitym poziomie.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel, alles schoon en een prima buffet voor ontbijt en diner, alles was goed verzorgd.

Storend is dat er al vroeg handdoeken gelegd worden op de bedden rondom het zwembad en dat er dan uren lang niemand op gaat liggen. Dit ook aan de manager doorgegeven toen hij kwam informeren of alles goed was.

We had a wonderful stay in an Exclusive Room, which granted us access to the fantastic lounge and rooftop—highly worth it! The room itself was excellent, featuring a private jacuzzi that added a real touch of luxury. Between the great breakfast and the impressive dinner buffet, the food was a highlight. The location is perfect: close to the airport, central to everything, and packed with entertainment options. Don't miss the massage; it was a highlight of our trip!

Good food selection and drinks reasonably priced

No plug in sink, room to dark needs more lights. Paid for a pool view I was in room 236 and could only see the pool if I was standing up plus no sun until 3 o’clock

It’s was lovely hotel staff so nice and place was spotless the only thing is flooring in hallways to rooms needs updating it lets the place down you immediately think it’s dirty when it’s the complete opposite the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is unreal theres something for everybody will be back
