Отличный отель в центре города. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Готов решить любую задачу. Отличные подушки, кровати. Завтрак больше азиатский, но голодным не будешь. Рядом супермаркеты и торговые центры.

Staff was very welcoming, especially Veronica, Zaylee and Xiao Song🤍 Breakfast was quite well. It’s near the metro station. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you🌻

The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 pieces of luggage. Beds are comfortable and housekeeping is great. Buffet breakfast is acceptable. Location is very near the metro station.

Nothing much other than the lifts were not working on the day of check out. The staff was nice to let us leave our luggage in the room and they brought them down for us.

Отличный отель, который оставил хорошие впечатления. Номера старые, но в них было чисто и комфортно, расположение удобное. Завтраки нормальные, есть немного европейской еды. Отдельно хочу выразить благодарность девушке на ресепшен по имени Suki, она нам очень помогла с нашими возникшими проблемами. Отель рекомендую.

We had a wonderful stay at China Mayors Plaza and were very impressed with both the hotel and its staff. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and we had a spectacular view from our room. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — everything was fresh and delicious. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Amy at the reception. During our stay, we unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with a taxi driver who charged us 309 CNY for a taxi ride that was only one stop. Amy immediately took the situation seriously and contacted the police on our behalf. What impressed us most was that she did much more than we could have expected. She personally accompanied us to the police station, communicated with the police, and helped explain the situation. Thanks to her assistance, the police were able to identify the taxi driver. We are also very grateful to the hotel management for supporting Amy in helping us during her working hours and for arranging the hotel shuttle to take us to the police station. We truly appreciated this level of care and support. Overall, we had a very positive experience with the hotel and its staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Amy — her kindness and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into one that was much easier for us to handle. We would happily stay at China Mayors Plaza again and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The staff were absolutely wonderful, super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient, with the metro within walking distance The breakfast also had a decent selection with enough variety to start the day. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

Aircon in lobby too warm

The location is great, and the staff are excellent; Sam Woo is a very attentive employee. The rooms on the 5th floor have been renovated; they are clean and comfortable.

The only downside is that the elevators are shared with the plaza on the upper floors. I’d give it an 8.5 out of 10.

Очень хорошее место расположение. Метро за углом. Прямая линия до аэропорта . Завтраки не очень понравились т.к. рассчитаны больше на китайских туристов . В номере все чисто .

タクシーを利用するときに入り口まではいいてこれるのかどうか不明。雨が降っているときなら道路で車に乗り降りするのは、入り口から距離があるので嫌ですね。 シャワーの水圧が低い。

Świetne śniadania z wieloma chińskimi akcentami i smakami. W pokoju wygodne łóżko, super widok na biznesową część miasta, obsługa sprząta pokój nawet 2x dziennie. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i barów, jest też market spożywczy, a obok stacja metra - skąd można się przemieszczać sprawnie po całym mieście. Transport na targi kantońskie i z powrotem zapewniony - autobusy są podstawiane nawet na godzinę przed terminem odjazdu. Obsługa: w restauracji, na recepcji, pilota autobusów na Canton Fair, panie sprzątające pokoje - dyskretna i perfekcyjna. Nawet po powrocie otrzymaliśmy wiadomość o pozostawieniu jakichś drobiazgów w pokoju (z racji nadbagażu na samolot) i pytaniu czy są one nam potrzebne czy też zbędne.

Nic. Wszystko było zorganizowane precyzyjnie - zresztą jak się okazuje, ten kraj i jego obywatele z tego słyną.

Прекрасный номер, может немного тесноват, но не критично Хороший матрас, отличное постельное бельё, удобные подушки Уборка два раза в день Завтраки замечательные, каждый найдёт себе что-то по вкусу, каждый день есть даже какая-то новая гастрономическая экзотика: кишочки, рубец и прочее; даже был прекрасный говяжий стейк - просто супер!

Good location, clean, I would only recommend the apartment, the rooms are on the small size. Everything would need an update. Hotel is taking the lower floors of an office building so in the morning the elevators would be quite full, also high floors are not available. Staff is efficient, cleanliness is good as everywhere in China. Breakfast is ok-ish, only paid for it for the convenience to be in the same building. It is in walking distance from the East Railwaystation and 2 minute walk to the nearest metro. Nice view outside (again, from the apartment).
