The staff was lovely but the room we was in was broken. The hairdryer did not work at all, I tried to phone down using the phone to reception to ask for a new hairdryer and new towels the phone was not working! The shower was broken as well and the drain pipe was blocked! Was really disappointed with our visit.

La atención en el restaurante es pésima y la comida es mediocre. El desayuno tiene pocas opciones. En la habitación no había luz una botella de agua.

Fijne service met de shuttle van en naar de luchthaven. Echt goed geregeld. Kamer en badkamer waren fijn schoon en ook prima oppervlak. Ook het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. Verder zijn we er weinig geweest dus niet veel te benoemen.

We hadden specifiek om twee losse bedden gevraagd maar dat is helaas niet gelukt. Ook beetje onhandig met vrienden om samen een tweepersoonsdeken te moeten gebruiken. Met vrienden deel je de kosten dat scheelt nog, maar in het geheel is de prijs wel erg hoog.

I used this hotel three times this summer. Is very clean, quiet, perfect choice if you have a flight to catch. Has also an airport shuttle. Sure I will use it again.

Breakfast is good.

1. It's a mess if you want to take free shuttle from airport. There is no clear line, no control of who gets on the bus and only 8 passengers for each bus. So imagine if there is a group of people. 2. Not clean enough. Still water in the electric kettle. Hair on the bed.

The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle to airport was helpful.

I consider this hotel one of the best in Amsterdam. 100 percent recommended! The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! Also the rooms are neat like in the pictures.

The one time in my life I ask an hotel to bring extra sheets to the room, because my girlfriend was sick. The Lobby personnel snickered and were sarcastic towards us. Said they would bring some but did not. Also fix the ceiling in your rooms its a small thing.

Fijn hotel voorafgaand aan een vroege vlucht. Personeel is super vriendelijk en inchecken ging vlot. Ook is de transfer van hotel naar luchthaven makkelijk te reserveren bij de receptie. De spa en het zwembad zijn ook heerlijk om te ontspannen. Heerlijk bed en ruime kamer. Heerlijk voor als je een vroege ochtendvlucht hebt!

De vloer van het zwembad/spa was een beetje viezig. Dat is het enige minpuntje.

Everything was fine, the room had space, the AC worked well, it was quite quiet although sometimes you could faintly hear jets taking off. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, as to giving me advice as to ways to get into the city. There is a restaurant and Bar as well as a mini market to buy some items like snacks, drinks and of course necessities like shavers, toothbrushes etc. It was only a one night stay, but we enjoyed the comfort and the staff.

If you miss the restaurant, about the only thing close by to eat is a MacDonald's if you happen to arrive in the evening. But that is not the Hotel's fault. However I was a bit surprised that the shuttle was not free returning to the airport, as most Hotels that I have stayed at, it has been a convenience service that is normally free both ways. But I don't find too much fault as at least for departure at this hotel you had a booked seat and not like at some Hotels a free for all getting on the shuttle and most often late comers jumping the queue which I find really annoying when other travelers do that.

Voor mij was het bed prima, voor een ander lid van ons gezelschap was dat minder. De ontvangst was uitstekend. De shuttle service was uitstekend.

Het ontbijt hebben we overgeslagen in verband met de prijs.

Vreselijk ongezellig, koud, enorm luid. Wij sliepen hier owv vroege vlucht en wilden wat extra slaap, echter resultaat was gewoon geen slaap, zowel voor ons als onze 2 kindjes (4j en 6j). Deuren luid, lift opgesmeerd en de ganse nacht gekraak en gepiep aan onze oren. We betaalde voor een suite en 2 2-persoonsbedden. Er was slechts 1 opgemaakt. Hebben 4 keer moeten bellen voor 2de bed. Onze kids konden niet gaan slapen. Maw weggegooid geld.

Ik vind het vreemd dat de shuttle vanaf de luchthaven naar het hotel gratis is en dat ik voor de reis van het hotel naar de luchthaven 5,00 pp moet betalen. Het gaat mij niet om het geld, maar neem deze kosten gewoon in de kamerprijs op.

Op het moment dat wij er waren was er een nationaal sportteam. Zij hadden veel vieze kleding en sporttassen op de gang staan waardoor er een nare geur hing.

Great selection of snacks and drinks. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was good. They put everything on trays for us so we could take it up to our room, as we had a dog with us. They also cooked our dog a great burger for his supper.

The only thing that would have been food was the ability to buy a bag of dog food as there are no local shops.

Om 04:00 moest ik op Schiphol zijn. Omdat de treinen nog niet reden NH hotels geboekt. Ze hebben speciaal voor mij een extra pendelbus geregeld om 03:30, omdat die anders alleen om het hele uur reed. De chauffeur van de pendelbus keerde zelfs terug toen ik erachter kwam dat mijn powerbank nog op de hotelkamer lag. Ook had ik een upgrade van mijn kamer gekregen en stond er, als verrassing, een pakje met Haarlemmermeertjes op de kamer. Al met al een geweldig verblijf. NH hotels, dank jullie wel.

De kamer doet wat kil aan. Dit is verder geen probleem omdat de kamer ruim en zeer schoon is.

Del hotel, nada que mencionar, de la zona, tiene muy pocos comercios cerca, sólo un mc donald´s al frente.

La comodidad de la habitación, la cercanía al aeropuerto y el servicio de traslados.

It was genuinely challenging to reach the hotel. Upon attempting to contact the hotel reception, I was kept on hold for an extended period. I eventually managed to board the bus, but the driver seemed rushed and disregarded passengers when stopping at the hotel, causing me to miss my designated stop. Ultimately, he halted at the Moxy hotel, and when I requested him to return to my hotel, he merely stated he wasn't employed by the NH hotel. The driver exhibited extreme rudeness and a complete lack of deference. My family and I were compelled to walk to the NH hotel, burdened with five pieces of luggage. When I reported the incident, the response was that he wasn't the hotel's driver (a black bus), despite the bus prominently displaying the NH logo, which I found utterly preposterous.

Greetings I only had an over night stay, my accommodation were stellar, having 14 years of hospitality, and experience with hotels around the world, my experience was exceptional. The staff was professional, my dinner was amazing, flavorful, do try the cheese cake. My early check was quick and my shuttle was ready at 5am. I do recommend this hotel to everyone, plus can wait to stay longer with my family.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prijzige kamers. Als je contact opneemt met het hotel, dan ontvang je standaard berichten. Algemene langdradige teksten waar je je antwoord in moet zoeken. Voelt niet persoonlijk.

We only spent one night at the hotel. Dinner was delicious, the beds very comfortable, and the transfer to the airport at 3:00 am was punctual and friendly.

Good communication from management. Short ride from airport. Hotel provided free shuttle. Hotel has had some renovations and the wing in which we stayed had a clean and new feeling. The flight path was right overhead, but the rooms are ver well insulated - didn't hear a thing from inside our room. The king-sized bed was great. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Curb appeal is lacking. My heart sank as we pulled up to the hotel. Still requires some repairs. The area was industrial. Tried to go for a walk around the property but it was loud and no green space. The shuttle in which we were picked up at the airport smelled of cigarette smoke and the driver was a bit erratic. Much better experience heading back to the airport. Not a lot of choices on the dinner menu and the items were pricey. I ordered the fish and chips and was disappointed in the dry fish "nuggets" that were served.

Мы проживали 6 ночей, номер достаточно комфортный, смена полотенец каждый день или через день. Есть небольшой бассейн, джакузи, три сауны, тренажеры, теннис. Можно завтракать и ужинать. Рядом только Магдональдс. До центра города и магазинов 7 минут на машине. До аэропорта ходит шаттл, надо бронировать и цена 5 евро с человека, из аэропорта в отель бесплатно, ехать 6 минут. Персонал на стойке регистрации вежливый и улыбчивый , все проблемы решали быстро и вежливо. Паркинг рядом, цена за сутки 22,50. Мы ехали в аэропорт на шаттле, покупали билет на электричку до Амстердама и через 20 минут вы уже в центре города

Плохая уборка номера, в день заселения пол был грязный, под краватью мусор, в душе волосы. Думали через пару дней уберут пол, но нет, он так и остался грязным с клочьями пыли и мусором под кроватью. За все время пребывания не слышно было даже работы пылесоса что говорит о некачественной уборке. Не хотелось ходить и выяснять работу горничных. Минус еще- в номере нет функции открытия окна, проветривание через вентиляцию в стене, это как то странно. Завтрак очень дорогой, за 6 дней на троих отдать 420 евро как то слишком. Еще все 6 дней была проблема с электронными ключами в номер, приходилось менять в день несколько раз и почти каждый день, это было не приятно, обращаться несколько раз в день на ресепшен.

Very competitive on price, decent simple restaurant and friendly helpful staff.

Getting to and from the Airport is a bit of a faff. They lay on a shuttle bus, free to the hotel but you have to pay to get back and make sure to book in the evening otherwise you may not get a place and then have to pay for a taxi. The decor of the rooms is a bit dated, could do with updating, but clean and functional.

Heerlijk kingsize bed en een prima zithoek om te werken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, ze brachten nog extra koffiecupjes en koekjes langs op de kamer. Mooi restaurant waar ze bij het ontbijt heerlijke omeletten voor je maken!

Ik wilde nog even zwemmen en de sauna in, maar het kleine en lastig vindbare zwembad werd geclaimd door een groep Japanse jongens die er een heus waterballet van hadden gemaakt.

Location is great for the airport.

I stay here twice per year and every time I stay, the hotel seems to be getting worse. This time the room was not clean (dirt on toilet seat, hair from previous guests in the shower). Also the sauna was broken, the stay before this one it was the steam room. The main draw of this hotel outside of the location is spa area

wij hebben s avonds nog iets gegeten in het restaurant , dat was qua kwailteit/ prijs ondermaats . Helemaal niet lekker en te duur en ook niet gezellig. Maar zij weten ook dat je daar slaapt om s morgens vroeg de vlucht te nemen . Je kan toch nergens anders meer naartoe en dan doet het er niet toe voor de uitbaters of het goed is of slecht. Ik heb al meermaals in een NH-hotel geslapen en was altijd tevreden over de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Maar dit viel dicht tegen . Als ik nog eens een vroege vlucht heb in Schiphol ga ik eens een ander hotel proberen.

Fijne shuttledienst. Supervriendelijke receptionisten, ook in het midden van de nacht word je vrolijk welkom geheten. Mooie hotelkamer, zeer schoon.

We checked in early and the staff were really helpful and allowed us to and didn’t charge us extra which I thought was really good. The room was really nice too. We can’t fault our stay at this hotel

The outside looks utterly dreadful. Inside at the main reception and the breakfast room were very nice. The rooms were ok but looked used and the floors were horrible. Breakfast had awful weird fake eggs. Spa sauna didn’t work. Some mould above pool on ceiling. Needs some serious work, pictures don’t show the reality.

Restaurant was small and in the lobby. Old person in the restaurant was not friendly. The sauna was out of order and the wellness and pool need renovation and better cleaning You need to pay for the transfer.

Il y avait un petit magasin et le parking était en plein air. Il y avait assez de place

La propreté, à la piscine, il y avait de la moisissure et on n’a pas vraiment trouvé de cabine individuelle pour se changer à la piscine. Il y avait un vestiaire commun donc ce n’est pas adapté pour pouvoir se changer sur place, en plus la douche qui se trouve dans les. Vestiaire à une porte en verre, ce qui fait qu’on peut voir notre silhouette de l’extérieur. Donc la propreté n’était pas au rdv à la piscine ni la configuration des vestiaires.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with all the items I needed. Covered English speaking to assist. Transport was close to get to town, as well as a shuttle to get to and from the airport There was a list of facilities, I ended up not trying them out but they looked great

Just something about this hotel. The staff are welcoming, it’s sparkly clean and comfortable. Close to the airport with shuttle service available. Also close to public transportation to head into Amsterdam.

I thoroughly enjoy staying at the NH Hotel in Hoofddorp. The attention to detail is obvious and the staff is absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet was presented in an amazing display of savory and sweet items. I wish my appetite was larger!
