The location was good and hotel very easy to spot from the bus. There’s a regular bus service to the airport. Reasonably good information about how to get to hotel from airport and buses provided by hotel (but see below). Staff very helpful about how to get back to the airport. Excellent breakfast at 7am on Sunday (earlier during the week).

The cost. It was very expensive particularly as the hotel isn’t actually at the airport. A bit more information about which airport bus stop to get the bus from and what the end stop would be would be helpful (I got on the right bus going the wrong way). Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Kettles in rooms are much easier.

The bed is quite comfortable for sleeping.

Despite having 20 days until my arrival, I couldn't change my reservation date due to a private and problematic situation. They wouldn't change the date or issue a refund, and they sold the room to another customer. It's a money-focused business. Breakfast is extra. It's an hour away from the city center, making sightseeing tiring. The room window doesn't open, making it very stuffy. There was a strong musty smell in the room. The worst part was having to take a bus back to the airport and then to the city center. The Netherlands is a wonderful country, and I will come back, but I will not choose this hotel again.

More information about taking bus to hotel needed as I queued for ages for an expensive taxi because I wasn't sure about other transport

Rooms were dingy and dark with no ventilation, aircon was not working. Considering the hotel was in a cosmopolitan area, the bar shut completely at 10:15, for food and drinks,the bar staff said they were tired leaving us with nachos for an evening snack and no second drink Lots of arriving people were not so lucky. Breakfast and lack of staff was equally disappointing.

De klant vriendelijkheid. Tijdens het boeken zijn we erachter gekomen dat de kamer niet helemaal naar ons wens was. Het uitzicht was naar binnen en we wisten niet zeker of de gordijnen doorzichtig waren. Dit is lastig te zien op de foto. Dit was belangrijk voor ons om comfortabel te kunnen slapen i.v.m. privacy. Ik heb toen contact opgenomen met de klantenservice via booking.com. Later gaven ze aan dat de kamers beschikte over verduisterende gordijnen, maar ondertussen had ik al telefonisch contact opgenomen, Tijdens dit telefoongesprek legde ik de situatie uit. Ik gaf aan dat ik het niet erg vind om eventueel extra bij te betalen maar dat de privacy belangrijk is. Mijn wens was dan ook een kamer met uitzicht naar buiten toe. De medewerker gaf aan dat dit mogelijk is en er inderdaad een beetje kosten bijkomen. Na akkoord heeft hij het voor mij aangepast. Uiteindelijk heeft hij erbij gezegd dat het "cost-free" was en hebben ze mij een gratis upgrade gegeven. Ik ben zeer tevreden met de service. De medewerker heeft erg goed voldaan aan mijn wensen.

Het was een beetje warm in de kamer ondanks het gebruik van airco. Tijdens aankomst was er ook een man en vrouw aan het ruziën op onze verdieping. Dit was iets minder fijn want de vrouw was heel hard aan het huilen en we maakten er ons wel een beetje zorgen om. Dit kan het hotel natuurlijk niet altijd voorkomen.

Staffs are nice and accomodating.

Die Lage war fantastisch um mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unkompliziert und in 10 Minuten zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Das Personal war sensationell zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist, dass es im Zimmer keine "Luft von draußen "gegeben hat. Die Zimmer haben zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber das ist für einen Frischluftfanatiker keine adäquate Lösung!

Location is excellent: only three stops by bus from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Staff is kind and polite. Rooms are spaceous and quiet. Good buffet breakfast.

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel is ideal for short business trips and the staff was friendly.

The room design is not suitable for two people staying comfortably. The toilet and shower doors are glass and mostly transparent. The sink is outside the bathroom, in the main part of the room. The design is somewhat brutalist and not at all appealing for a hotel. The unfinished, bare cement ceilings make you feel like you're sleeping under a bridge, not in a four-star hotel. The room was clean, but there were still dusty spots. There were a lot of empty plates with spoiled food from the hotel restaurant on the floor, which does not make a good impression on guests.

Very comfy and clean, breakfast is good!! It is a perfect hotel close to the airport with a bus stop very close. The bed was so so comfortable!!! Would definitely recommend

I needed to stay close to the airport because of an early flight on a sunday. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to a bus stop which brings you to the airport center in five minutes. Unfortunately there was a mosquito in my room, preventing me from falling asleep. I couldn’t find/catch it. The staff came to my room (with a mosquito squatter) and couldn’t find the mosquito either. When I wasn’t confident that the problem was solved they gave me another room, in which I slept without a problem.

De kinderen vonden de speelhoek perfect, met name de shuffelpuck, ook het restaurant en de kamers vond ik erg goed en handig.

De doorzichtige wand met gordijntje tussen douche en bedden laat veel licht door in de avond.

Het ontbijt, is zeker te duur voor wat je krijgt. Duidelijk te weinig personeel. Ontbijt van vele andere gasten stond er nog (om 8:00). Alles was prefab, lag open dus uit te drogen en de afbakbroodjes en croissants waren 5min te vroeg uit de oven gehaald. Plat en bleek, jammer. Het concept is prima, kan beter worden uitgevoerd.

Was overall a nice stay. The place was well kept and i loved the in-house gym.

Some of the staff were at times a bit unfriendly.

The hotel was great & the decor superb. Rooms were nice and felt warm.

I had requested an early check in, and they said they would try. When I got there at 1030 am from Paris, they said they couldn’t help. I sat in the lobby for a few hours, until I noticed they had allowed someone else to check in early, that made me go to the reception and complain. They then got me a room and let me go up. I felt quite sidelined and not treated warmly (I hope I wasn’t profiled)

Très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel qui est à l'écoute et directement disponible avec le sourire. chambre spacieuse et une literie parfaite ainsi que les oreillers, avec le choix d'un mou ou d'un plus dur. Très propre. Grande douche et possibilité de rangement des affaires de toilettes à portée de main, place pour disposer les 4 essuies après usage. Etablissement très calme et bien insonorisé, pas de bruit dans les couloirs ni dans les chambres voisines. Nous avons super bien dormi. Machine à café dans la chambre. Parking en sous sol.

La chambre donne sur le patio et l'éclairage de la glace d'évier pourrait être amélioré. La salle de bain dans la chambre peut être déroutante mais ce n'est pas une première pour nous et ce type d'aménagement fait gagner de l'espace de vie. Le plafond pourrait être peint. La qualité du petit déjeuner est un peu faible. Le parking payant en sous sol est presque plein le soir et difficile voir impossible de se garer sur les rares places restantes.. Mais nous avons toujours trouvé une solution.

The hotel was comfortable and flexible in regards to coming and going. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free. 4 of us stayed and everyone had a key card to their rooms, Rooms were very clean comfortable and spacious. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner there, just snacks which were adequate and the beer was a reasonable price. Bar staff were very attentive and quick to take orders. Handy for Schiphol airport as there was a bus stop a 100 metres away to go there and carry on to the city. Underground parking was secure. All in all, very pleased with the stay and would stay again and recommend to anyone. Would def

The disability bathroom is not really a disability bathroom. The one grab handle in the shower is too far from the seat or shower controls to be of any use to a wheelchair user.

The room was cute and cozy. They had things that we need. You can get on a bus and get to the hotel. It was about 5 minutes walk to the hotel from the bus stop. Breakfast was good.

I wish that there was the electric kettle in the room for hot water but you can get some hot water from the restaurant on the downstairs.

The location is great. Right next to a bus station which is a 5 min journey to the airport. The room was nice. The shower pressure was perfect.

The shower and toilet were separate which in itself is fine but the panels around the shower were frosted glass and the door to the bathroom is frosted glass which when you turn the light on to go illuminates the whole room. There is a curtain but that’s pretty much see through

Not too far from Schiphol (only 2 bus stops, taking less than 10 minutes) Room is nice and clean. Good for stay overnight to catch an early flight

Pre checking via app, which was offered via email, did work… I could go through the procedure, but … arriving at the property … they had no knowledge of that info and could not access/find any proof of my check in online… Therefore it was completely useless for me… had to do it all again on location

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, so dass wir am Tag Licht einschalten müssten. Außerdem konnte man Fenster nicht aufmachen - einfache Glasscheiben. Frühstück und Parkgebühren sehr teuer.

Very cozy rooms. Clean and friendly staff. But for me the most important is that the AC in the rooms worked. Different hotels usually say that they have AC but they don’t work properly. But at this hotel it worked perfect and as it should 10/10 for that

It is not pretty far from the airport. The online price.

We had a hard time to find an Uber ride to this location from airport. Also, the online price was not bad for the night, but when we came there, the chippest price for the night stay was 3 time higher for the very basic room.

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en het avondeten en ontbijt was lekker. De locatie is op 5 minuten van schiphol, makkelijk per bus (op bisbaan) te bereiken

Het bed was extreem comfortabel, de kussen perfect van dikte voor mij persoonlijk en het hotel was heel rustig! Je hoorde amper iets. Heerlijk. De douche was ook echt superfijn. Groot, heel proper en echt een fijne regendouche.

Niet alle personeelsleden waren even vriendelijk. Sommigen waren héél vriendelijk, anderen zaten er precies een beetje humeurig bij. De verlichting in de kamer is niet optimaal om je bij op te maken. Ik miste het gevoel van frisse lucht, maar gezien de ligging van dit hotel is dat wel begrijpelijk.

Flygplatsen ligger nära. Finns buss en mycket kort promenad ifrån Hotellet som snabbt går till flygplatsen. Den här även ett fåtal avgångar nattetid.

Omgivningen består av vägar. Här sover du en natt och stannar inne. Kuddarna var höga, men det ska finnas andra att byta till

The hotel is expensive, breakfast is overpriced. I paid for 3 beds but instead of getting 3 proper beds, my daughter had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch.

Ich bin in ein Hotel gefahren, das nur zwei Haltestellen vom Flughafen entfernt war. Um 4 Uhr morgens bin ich mit dem Nachtbus zurückgefahren. Das Hotel ist sauber, kompakt, klein und für eine Übernachtung komfortabel.

We enjoyed our stay here, we highly recommend this hotel⭐️

It is very close to the airport, only 2€ bus ride. The check-in and check-out was fast and smooth. The design of the lobby was beautiful, with a variety of different cute corners, for different tastes and uses, ie. Kids' corner, etc. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, accommodating all our requests, as we were 2 large families. The rooms were medium-sized and cozy. I loved that our room was on the ground floor, very close to the lobby. It felt like I was moving from the bedroom to the living room.

The coffee machine wasn't working but the hotel provided us with free coffee at the lobby.

Hotelli siisti. Hintalaatu-suhde erinomainen. Huone tilava ja siisti. Ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sijainti meille erinomainen, jatkoimme matkaa lentokentältä eteenpäin seuraavana aamuna. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet myös keskustaan.
