Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, wo ab morgens um 07:30 extremer Lärm herrschte. Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, wie ein 4* Hotel zur Seite der Baustelle heraus die Zimmer (zum vollen Preis) vermieten kann. Die Baustelle wird übrigens erst 2027 fertig werden! Desweiteren kaum Wasserdruck und Haare vom Vorgänger in der Dusche, extrem schlechter Wartungszustand. Die Toilettenbrille überhaupt nicht zum Becken passend und die Badezimmertür schrammte an der Toilettenschüssel. Auch war die Matratze komplett durchgelegen und hat ihre besten Jahre seit Jahren hinter sich. Für 90€ pro Nacht für eine Person eine Frechheit und nicht hinnehmbar.

De ligging t.o.v. Schiphol en de shuttle service zijn beiden prima. Comfortabele bedden.

Nette badkamer, echter in douchegedeelte te weinig licht. Hier is ook niet goed schoongemaakt. ( haren in doucheputje). Bij voldoende verlichting ziet schoonmaak dit zelf ook.

Degelijke kamer, goede bedden, shuttlebus naar de luchthaven, het vriendelijke personeel van het ontbijt

Very far away from Amsterdam central. It’s located in a construction site that looks like a war torn country. The hall in which my room was located on, the hall had many maintenance issues, like damaged walls, unclosed holes, etc.

En mi caso,como tenia que estar una noche ,le cercanía al aeropuerto fue crucial y con el serv de buses. El desayuno a mi gusto estaba buenisimo.

En lo personal me falto otra almohada, acondicionador para mi esposa. Lo que si encontré sucio la salida ,en la noche basureros llenos y en la mañana a las 9:30 seguían igual ,hasta un guaren vi.

Hotel staat in verbouwing maar er staat niks over op de site, dus wat een rotzooi Moet in ander hotel ontbijten en was niet te eten, geen bureau op kamer was echt niet te doen

Alles war sehr gut.

Die Badetücher stinken nach einmal benutzten, mal neue kaufen.

Door de jetlag miste we het ontbijt maar we kregen een kop koffie en de kinderen iets lekkers met een mooie beker van het bastion hotel. De shuttlebus was echt geweldig omdat er veel tijden beschikbaar waren en makkelijk te vinden op Schiphol.

We stayed at this hotel given its location close to the airport. It’s currently under major construction which we were only informed about the day before our stay via an email in Dutch. We stayed in a room with 4 beds that actually was two bedrooms joined by a small hallway which was great for our needs. However, the toilet/bathroom absolutely stank of waste water so we had to keep the door shut at all times, the pipes clinked all night. One of the beds had a hole in the mattress down one side and the other beds felt like you were going to fall out of them every time you moved. The lighting in the rooms is pretty awful - no over head light and bulbs in the lamps didn’t work. As a family with young children we were put right next to the lift which made for a sleepless night as travellers coming and going kept waking our children up. Typically in the morning there was no one on reception to complain too - perhaps this is a little too convenient given the state of the rooms. Awful hotel and we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here either. I have been asked my opinion of the hotel via email and when I click bad - it takes me to their website - also very convenient if you ask me.

Se indica que hay aparcamiento y que no es necesario reservar, y llegas y te dicen que no es posible aparcar y te indican varias opciones de pago ajenas al establecimiento.

I booked this hotel after long journey with my child. I reach this hotel at 12am in the middle of the night without any receptionist and my child sleeping in couch. We waiting in there till 6am in the morning someone in the duty. And a bit rude he says later he is start in duty at 7am. And after 7am he talk to me that the booking is cancelled. How it possible I don’t even receive from booking.com for cancellation and came from this hotel confirmation. I was really disappointed that I booked it to get rest at night with my child sleeping in a couch in the hotel lobby.

De ruime kamer, met twee losse slaapkamers. Echt perfect voor met onze twee puber kids.

Jammer dat de shuttle bus niet al eerder rijd. Wij moesten rond 5 uur vertrekken naar Schiphol en kostte toch vanaf deze locatie nog 40 euro!

Tthe breakfast was great . And the staff was were kind and attentive and answered questions.

The room needed more cleaning dusty and on the floor was not throughly cleaned . bathroom and bed were all clean . on e bed side table was not clean you could see in the light it was dirty. More attention to detail

Geen raam wat je kan open doen ivm geen gebruik makend van airconditioning. Tevens geen parkeergelegenheid op terrein van BASTION EN BW PLUS Locatie Schiphol/Hoofddorp alles stond vol en werd verwezen naar P2 locatie die zeer moeilijk te vinden was rond 24.00uur s'avonds.!!! Als vrouw alleen. Zeer teleurstellend helaas.

Bij het inchecken moet we hoger prijs betaald dan geboekt via booking, de personeel weet niet de reden, nog in de behandeling voor een passende oplossing. Kamers waren niet opgeruimd en ontbijt was ook niet zo veel keuze.

Solo la posizione vicina all aeroporto da cui partivano vari mezzi per arrivare in vari punti e città.

Siamo arrivati in Hotel e il parcheggio era pieno , Lo staff ci ha detto dove parcheggiare in un altro parcheggio di un altro Hotel alla bellezza di 18 euro , e quando ce un disguido solitamente è l hotel a pagare il disguido non chi arriva e alloggia all Hotel, tra l altro sono 2 Hotel attaccati gestito dallo stesso staff ,abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in questo parcheggio a pagamento e il giorno dopo spostare la macchina appena si liberava un posto. Fortunatamente lo abbiamo trovato e non la abbiamo più spostata e abbiamo usato i mezzi . In 3 giorni che siamo stati non hanno pulito nulla.

The place is a building site with lots of rats running around outside. I booked an alarm call but never received that.

W hotelu jest pełna budowa. Za cenę 80 EUR pobyt jest OK. Polecam wszystkim osobą, które chcą się zatrzymać tylko na jedną noc (było cicho). Hotel działa ale widać, że jest budowa. Jeżeli komuś to nie przeszkadza to polecam. Ja przyjechałem o 19:00 - wyjechałem o 7:00 było cicho. Daje ok za 80 EUR

The hotel is exactly what you are looking for when you need a quick, clean, and comfortable place to stay, with an airport shuttle and breakfast included, especially after a cancelled or delayed flight. I wasn’t booking this place for the views outside my window, but for the convenience and comfort. The staff, especially Ronald and Mikey, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had the best rest I could have hoped for after a stressful delayed flight and for that I am thankful.

Location, tea and coffee machine, cleanliness, housekeeping staff was great. Free parking however it is hard to find parking after 10 pm.

A lot of maintenance issues as the property is tired, in the corridor the light was out for almost 4 days, AC in one of my room was not working and when I asked them to change my room the staff was not very helpful. After several complaints they changed my room but had to sleep in a hot room with no possibility of opening windows during the heat wave. I ordered a food from outside it was on the reception for almost 1 hour and no one bothered to let us know.

23時ごろチェックインしようとしたが、スタッフがおらず、呼び鈴を押しても出てこない。電話で呼び出せと表示があったので電話もしたが、自動音声案内が流れるだけ。かなり待たされた。深夜チェックインの人には勧められない。疲れが倍増。

The staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, we got a free welcome drink and unlimted free shuttle bus to the airport. The location is not great but doable for a visit to Amsterdam (there's a direct bus), and a building site nextdoor.

Uitzicht

We stayed in a suite and really liked the layout with two separate rooms and an entryway. We appreciated the coffee maker and refrigerator.

There was construction nearby, but the hotel was well insulated to keep the sound out.

We weren’t informed about the building work when we booked even though we booked in as a family with two young children. We were put in a room looking directly into the building site and then work started at 6:45am, no consideration for guests, loud shouting, banging and setting up of a large crane! Full on building work at 6:45am!!!! The window in the room seemed as if it was open, it blocked out zero noise. The official photos on here and other visitors photos are in absolutely no way representative of how the hotel looks at the minutes, I have no idea how no one else has posted photos of the work!!!! The only positive to take away is that the staff are friendly, polite and helpful and I imagine this is an issue they have to deal with on a daily basis.

Грязно.Уборка делается только когда гости уезжают.Даже когда мы заселились, то было в номере грязно.У наших друзей вообще в душе не сливалась вода.Кофе или чай,сахар, надо просить на рецепшене.Да,если на одну ночь, то ещё как то. А если хотя-бы на две или три,то....И очень грязно возле отеля, и...Там ещё стройка рядом,так что если хотите дольше поспать, то не получится. Вообще, они должны были об этом предупредить .И это 4 звезды???

Shuttle busser var dårligt mærket og vi endte med at tage en taxa. Tilsyneladende hænger hotellet sammen med bastion hotel som er tydligt mærket på shuttle busser, men det skal man lige vide... Det kunne godt være oplyst bedre. Fitnessrum var lidt træt og mangelfuldt...

Shuttlebussen lekker fra aircondition, var ikke synlig før siste dag - som da gjorde at man satte seg i sete som var vått og ekkelt. "Gratis toalettartikler" er ikke helt representativt for den bittelille såpen på størrelse med en mynt som ble lagt frem. Sluket i dusjen tettet seg.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, gratis drankje bij het inchecken, gratis parkeren. Heerlijk groot bed, fijne matras, ruime kamer met goede tv, koffie en thee faciliteiten, goede douche, fijne airco, bureaustoel + fauteuil. Super de luxe ontbijt buffet waar zelfs aangeboden werd om eitjes voor ons te bakken door een zeer vriendelijke medewerker. Hier gaan wij beslist vaker komen.

De bouwput voor het hotel zag er niet fijn uit. Kruimels op de vloer langs de muur. Douche goot moest ik zelf op zijn plek plaatsen.

Расположение к аэропорту

Ужасно пыльно в номере. К ногам липла пыль, везде на полках пыль на шкафах её не убирали судя по 5 мм слою год точно. Основной отель на ремонте информации об этом нет, указателей на второй корпус со въезда не видно все водители такси говорят что уже пару месяцев не работает отель а по факту в другом корпусе. Потеряли 40 минут пока нашли.
