it's excellent no words can explain. it's really nice specially the view of my room.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was the parking, which we found quite expensive. Apart from that, everything was great and we were very happy with our stay

Ottima struttura moderna, bella la posizione ottimo il servizio navetta. Il personale è stato molto professionale e apprezzato l’accoglienza. Buona la colazione, soprattutto la parte salata.

Da migliorare l’offerta della parte dolce della colazione, per il resto tutto bene.

It’s right around the corner from my office and right near the airport.

I stayed for two nights and a housekeeper didn’t come in to the room. I didn’t put anything on the door to say I didn’t want them to make up the room, so I’m not sure if that is included here.

Vriendelijk personeel. Alles goed en netjes verzorgd. Ruime slaapkamer met zithoek! Goed ontbijt. Dichtbij Schiphol.

Das Frühstuckbuffet war hervorragend, viele Auswahl und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal waren nett und hilfsbereit, besonders Edith and Jeo. Mit dem Hund, sie waren auch aufmerksam. Das gesamte Ambiente war sehr gut.

Ruime kamer en badkamer.

Personeel was aardig, maar niet allemaal goed verstaanbaar. Niet zozeer door slecht Engels, maar meer door binnensmonds gemompel.

The proxiany from the airport station, the free shuttles and most importantly the fornt desk staffs were very helpful.

Breakfast options could have been more.

The courtesy bus doesn’t start until 06.30, so had to get a taxi which cost over €30 for a 6am check inn. Never again!!!

Mooi modern hotel met ruime comfortabele bedden, ideaal als je vroeg moet vliegen op Schiphol. Rustig hotel waar je geen geluidsoverlast van vliegtuigen ervaart. vriendelijk personeel en de shuttle bus naar Schiphol is ook prima geregeld. kortom ik ga hier zeker weer terug.

This was a transit stay and it was convenient. Also with the shuttle service it was easy to go back to the airport to get the train into town and back.

Food at breakfast was ok

Very very overcrowded at breakfast, I have knee problem so there were just so many people around 9am or 10am difficult to get food and coffee and juice. Also other guests I found many rude and troublesome. Also in Netherlands many people walk into you while you are standing, giving me a jerk to my knee as it has to suddenly react resulting in pain and suffering, in India where I live people in hotels are very careful if someone has a knee problem not to come too close to them. Also the gas station across the road, some car drivers watching people go in and out, thus I do not find the area safe for tourists.

We enjoyed the size of amenities of the bathroom and the large, firm KG bed. Most of the hotels in Europe do not have these features.

Start breakfast earlier, like 6.00AM for early guests on their way to the airport.

La navette gratuite de l'aéroport à l'hôtel était très pratique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et la chambre confortable et agréable. Le personnel était accueillant et aimable, à l'écoute.

Bed very comfortable; room was nice & spacious enough for our luggage.

We had an overnight stay between flights. Location was disappointing: there is nothing at all around & no place nearby to eat dinner. Even taking a walk to stretch our legs was depressing; the area consists of deserted (at least in the evening) industrial buildings, not pleasant for walking. Ate dinner in hotel & food was very mediocre.

The extra bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very thin, and the metal bars underneath could be felt while lying on it, which caused back pain. The shampoo bottle was almost empty when we arrived, and we used it up on the first evening. During the four days we stayed there, it was never refilled or replaced by the housekeeping staff.

Très peu de personnel parle français. Nous sommes loins de beaucoup de choses. Axes très passants et donc difficile de sortir à pied avec un enfant de 3 ans.

De tafels bij het ontbijt werden niet schoongemaakt. Er was geen schone tafel meer beschikbaar en ook geen personeel in de buurt.

Bien situé, propre, lit confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner varié avec des produits frais; il y a tout ce qu’il faut.

Service très lent pour le dîner qui par ailleurs était médiocre. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas.

I had stayed at a couple of hotels within walking distance from Schiphol and I was very disappointed. This time I chose the Hyatt. I am glad I did. For the room rate, Hyatt is a superb choice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bedding quality is solid. Even the pillows are of good quality instead of being cheap ones with some foam-like material inside that make sleeping awful and are becoming frequent even at relatively expensive hotels. The service was probably among the best I ever had and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. A few minutes before the shuttle arrived from the airport, a bus full of tourists had arrived and the last ones were getting into the hotel. I thought it would take forever to check-in. However, it only took a few minutes thanks to Vlad, the most professional and polite receptionist I had ever encountered. If anyone from Hyatt management reads this, give a huge bonus to Vlad, he personified the "going above and beyond" and set the mood for the rest of my stay. The only negative was some noise from cars passing by but it did not affect my sleep. I will gladly stay there again on my way back to the US after my next trip in a few months.

Amazing hotel for short stay, very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child ( 10yrs old). Lovely breakfast. Fresh favoured water downstairs easily accessible. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others. Very clean

If you’re looking for great manners and wide smiles - forget about this hotel. Reception staff wasn’t very much useful and unfortunately not very helpful and didn’t inform us about shuttle bus etc so unfortunately this wasn’t the best experience

Hyatt is always a beautiful place to stay, a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxing, and welcoming, making every visit feel special. It remains one of those wonderful places you are always happy to return to.

Room and bathroom were spacious, bed was comfortable and the room had all appliances. Even though the breakfast buffet was a bit small as well as the seating area, the choice was very decent and tasty. Cucumber water always available at the reception was great, too. Staff was kind.

This Hyatt Place is not comparable to other Hyatt hotels. This was more like a budget hotel in terms of hospitality, facilities, room service, etc. and I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. Services like late checkout will cost you extra, parking will cost you extra. There is not even bottled water in the room. Cleaning and towel change is not done everyday (it’s not that I need to have it done every day, however, the option to have it without asking at the reception would be nice). Toilet paper was not provided enough. Location a bit far off (no bigger supermarket in walking distance).

Ik verbleef er met mijn 5 jarige zoontje en op verzoek kregen wij een mooie kamer met uitzicht op de aanvliegende vliegentuigen die gingen landen. Diner en ontbijt in het hotel waren ook erg lekker.

De prijzen in de hotelschop waren extreem duur. Het personeel spreekt wisselende taal. Dus bij de één praten je gewoon Nederlands en de ander Engels. Voor mij geen probleem, alleen verwarrend. Verder was iedereen wel gewoon vriendelijk.

The room is a great size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and tidy. It was over 30C outside but in the room was very comfortable with maximum temperature control. The windows block out all the noise from traffic and the airport.

The breakfast could be better.

Spacious and quiet room. The view was also nice. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast area. Very little space and lots of people. I was pushed a few times by other people just because there was no space to walk past me. I believe it could have been organized better.

We didn't like that there were short stuff in the restaurant to be able to get control collecting dishes and cleaning tables for another customers, we had to remove dishes from the tables to another tables.

Regarding the car park, when I booked my room, the information about the free parking was clear and when I arrived to the hotel the parking has been charged 19.50 per day, I think it should be a free service for guests and obviously if somebody is not staying in the hotel it could be charged.

Piękny pokój, cudowne śniadanie.

Dodatkowe opłaty za parking (nigdzie nie bylo informacji na ten temat) i te dodatkowa opłata 50€ o której nikt nie poinformował. I niby ta opłata ma byc zwrócona. Oczywiście że została ale musiałem pisać kilka razy e mail i ciągle prośby o zwrot i po kilku tygodniach wrócili pieniądze.

Ottimo lo staff e le stanze molto pulite. Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam usufruendo della navetta che l hotel mette a disposizione. La navetta è gratis se ti iscrivi al programma della rete di hotel.

Forse la coloazione non è ben bilanciata tra doclce e salato. Predilige la scelta verso il salato, mentre io preferisco il dolce 😀

Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, big windows, nice view. Breakfast was really good!

Booked for 3 people and room with extra or sofa bed. The sofa bed was not set up and we had to ask for beddings. No washcloths, slippers and robes. There were 3 of us with at least luggages each and it was not easy to get to our room - there was no luggage trolley/cart or not offered to us.

Be aware of a price scam at the bar. The say the "menu is old" and overcharge massively. When paying they dont show the payment amount and they toss the reciept. Only by chance I saw that the bank charge was quite high, and I had to call the manager to get any refund. Even the manager was not happy to help. By Dutch law the price in the menu is binding. It does not matter what the till does. It does not matter the "menu is old". Demand a refund if paid more than the price on the menu.

O café da manhã era farto e diversificado. A qualidade do atendimento bom. Havia um prático "mini mercado" na área da recepção.

O problema era que, mesmo estando em "baixa temporada" a capacidade quantitativa de atendimento, no café da manhã, embora grande, era muito aquém da necessidade. Para a demanda o local de café da manhã deveria ter, pelo menos o dobro de ilhas de atendimento e de área. Estava lotado em qualquer horário! Embora localizado na Holanda era difícil de encontrar um funcionário fluente em holandês. Posteriormente notei que se isto se aplica ao total de Amsterdam.

The room was clean and temperature was comfortably controlled. Windows was enough to block noise from the airport.

There was nothing for me to feel bad. It will take time to go to center of Amsterdam. But the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the airport.

Location is very close to airport and everything is good in the room. For Breakfast has enough sort of things.
