The room was so clean and everything was brand new remodeled..My stay was amazing.The breakfast was awesome everything from front desk to breakfast.attendent was outstanding hospitality.Cant wait to come back 😁

The room came with 2 free drinks at Happy Hour. That was a nice bonus! Free shuttle to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Breakfast staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Made to order omelets and other egg dishes were a great bonus.

The construction, no place for Happy Hour or other meal, although we did find or meal options in the neighborhood to serve our lunch, and dinner needs. We were very concerned about our privacy, and safely of our belongings after one of the members of our group had many of their personal items removed during their stay. Several of those items were “misplaced by staff” upon inquiry, and never returned. We did not feel the hotel did enough to assist him with his concerns, and certainly didn’t seem like the issue was urgent, or apologetic. This has raised our level of concern, and security about using Embassy Suite brand hotels in the future.

The location was very convenient and the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was good-variety, taste ans service.

The room was not well appointed and one of the bathroom sink faucets was usable but needed repair. Overall, the property was overpriced.

Ich habe kurz vor Urlaubsbeginn innerhalb des Hotels in ein größeres Zimmer gewechselt, da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ein eigenes Bett brauchte. Unglücklicherweise hatte ich ohne die Stornierungsoption gebucht. Leider war das Hotel absolut nicht kulant, auf die booking.com- Anfrage wurde gar nicht reagiert, eine persönliche Anfrage brachte leider nichts. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass dies unser 4. Aufenthalt innerhalb von 5 Jahren im Embassy war, hat uns das sehr enttäuscht.

The fact that there was construction going on the hotel and there was limited access to certain areas. Also there was debris in the water being served to the customers. The black girl at the counter had a bad attitude.

Booking.com did NOT reflect ongoing renovations that had most of the lobby and the entire gym being renovated. The vacation vibes were lost soon as we checked in.

The room was clean, and nicely decorated for downtown Nashville. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary shuttle was a nice bonus!

The $45 price for overnight self-parking seemed excessive when you're already a guest at the hotel. The construction areas made it a little unsightly and noisy, but it was still nice overall.

When we checked and after we entered the room we realized the restroom door would not lock. So we had to move all our luggage and bags to a different one.

This was an awful experience! This was suppose to be for my daughter sweet 16….we walked in to the whole lobby under construction, our toilet was clogged and told they didn’t have any staff to plunge it ourself, the AC didn’t work for the first several hours and TV had to be reset 3 times to stop shutting off randomly

I love the fact that they have shuttle. The driver is friendly and also gets a 10/10 from me. Thanks for the gratuity!

Availability of ice was limited. Too noisy early in morning because of renovations. Same choices for evening snack for four days. Guest services staff are not all polite.

la bienvenida ha sido terrible !! el portero hasta erupto mientras estaba delante mía , llegué tarde por la noche con un niño y resulta que hice mal la reserva me confundí con las fechas , era para el siguiente mes , tenían habitación libre pero no pudo hacer nada para cambiar la reserva , me trató fatal y no tuvo nada de comprensión , solos interesados al dinero , los clientes son solo números … nunca me devolvieron el dinero de la reserva y no me dieron ni la posibilidad de cambiar las fechas con un mes de antelación decepcionante

Location. But the parking lot is terrible. 50 dollars to park yourself and you almost total your veh getting in and out. Where you have to get out in from only room for 3 to 4 veh husband has to drive around while I am checking in. Valet parking is 80 plus tax so no won’t do valet parking. They are remodeling which that’s fine I had nonproblem. Our toilet you had to pop handle up each time or it ran all the time. Was just not as happy this time.

Parking was tight but we managed to park and leave our car for the weekend and use the shuttle service.

I've always liked the styles of Embassy suites and the hotel staff at them.

The shower leaked and soaked my clothes on the ground. Had to change plans the next morning as a result. When booking through booking.com I specifically search for hotels with a bar in it, apon arriving the entire middle section was under construction, which was not mentioned whatsoever when booking it. Under normal circumstances the price would be justified, but definitely under the current state, a much cheaper hotel would've been a better experience.

First of all I was not aware the hotel was under renovation and that should have been stated on the site. Several amenities were not available

Clean,but old furniture. There is no information where we can or see. They only had a map. Noice of repairs going on.

There is not enough lighting in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too high. Having to pay for parking. No pool nor sauna.

Room 921 was comfortable and convenient. The shuttle and included happy hour drinks and breakfast made our travel easy. We will recommend and stay again.

The parking garage needs to changed. Large trucks like mine we had to park at the very top bc of the spaces being to narrow

Housekeeping. Asked them to take dirty towels four times and they didn’t. Three times they barged into our room while we were changing our clothes.

The hotel was a perfect location with a shuttle down to Broadway. They are somewhat under construction and remodeling however it was still comfortable.

Breakfast was super, morning breakfast staff were hard working and friendly. Desk staff were "okay." We found the sofa bed filthy, reported it, housekeeping agreed, and obtained new rooms immediately!! Their housekeeping rep was friendly and professional!

Our original was not clean (sofa bed), and one of the bathrooms had black mold on the ceiling and walls of the shower . Our reassigned room was clean and pleasant!

We were not able to stay at this place when we walked into the lobby to check in. They told us that they had to move us to another hotel 1.6 miles away. We were placed in a hotel with nothing around but a 711 there was nothing around. They did send me an email the morning of, but unfortunately, I didn’t get it because I was traveling, I was very upset. I was very disappointed and I will never stay with the embassy suites again. I’ve booked this place January 1, 2026 4 1/2 months ago and I got an email the day of staying that they had to move us because of current renovations. They didn’t know they had renovations prior to the day we came in?? I heard there was a pharmaceutical convention and I believe what happened as they bumped us out to a cheaper further away hotel so they can get more money for two nights stay than what we charged us originally for our three nights stay.

Loved the proximity to restaurants. Hattie B's was awesome and just across the street. The shuttle service to Broadway and back was a bonus as well.

It didn't feel well maintained. Our room had stains on the coach and the lamp was leaning. Staff was friendly once you got them to smile. Bar was lacking in N/A options and closed super earlier. It just felt a little dingy and the parking garage was terrifying....

Room and Hotel overall quality was outstanding. The friendliness that was given by each member of the staff was very refreshing. Breakfast while it sufficed could have been a done a bit better but was still very very good.

I love staying at Embassy suites you get more for your money great breakfast and they have bacon alot of place don't have bacon love that. I will be back soon.

Parking to check in. Parking lot. And they will not tell you until you get your bill and see it. Self parking is 50.00 they add taxes. Valet is 70. They would not remove it after I called. They never said you were charged to park anywhere. The parking garage is tight. Very hard to pull into with a 4 door truck and to go around and around you almost it mirrors and bed of truck. I would have stayed again but I did not like they way they handle The parking. No telling you. It’s was expensive to stay they they tag on the extra you know. Nothing about until You see your bill!!! So will not stay there again just because of that issue.

Location of our room was above the red door saloon listen to that all night kept us up a couple nights slamming of the doors people coming in and out the gap under the door didn't help with the outside noise from lobby food area
