They allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was extremely helpful. After we checked out, they held our baggage for 2 additional hours until we went to the bus station. We were so appreciative of all of this.

The staff, the location.

The bathrooms are dated. Mildew/mold in multiple bathrooms that I checked. Bathrooms should always be very clean but this was a maintenance issue. The bathrooms caulking was peeling and there was black mildew on multiple places. I asked for another room which staff quickly agreed to but I had to check multiple rooms in order to find a bathroom with the least amount. For the cost of a night I don’t feel I should have to feel uncomfortable using the shower. The price adjustment was not offered to me either

The facilities were clean. The key card helps gain access to rooms, elevator, and also the doors after 8PM; I appreciated the security. The beds and pillows were comfy. The water pressure was great. The breakfast area had many seating options. Uber services made getting to Terminal B a breeze. The greeting on the TV screen was a nice welcoming touch.

was told I could have late check out when I called over the phone. I then booked a stay and came and stayed at the hotel to be told the next day that will not honor my late checkout. I called Hilton Honors of which they were useless and no help. I will not stay at a Hilton again. It wasa bait and switch and a lie.

Overall decent property. Great self-parking for a downtown location. Our room had a great view of the lake and was spacious and had a good bed. Every staff member we passed was really friendly. Special shoutout to Breyonna at the front desk who did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and well cared for.

Everyone was so polite. Everyone that worked at the hotel greeted us every time we passed them. They were very accommodating when ever something was needed. The desk clerk, Breonna was the best.

Request for pillows at 7pm went unanswered until 1230am (when we were already asleep), hotel was likely very packed that weekend so there were no towels available after using the pool, no extras for room/shower

Noise below our room and outside of our windows. Crashing sounds from below. Racing vehicles on the street. Both throughout the late night and wee morning hours. Didn't sleep well due to the noises, not the accommodations.

We went for a concert and came back late and needed couple extra pillows .Andrew was great brought 2 up to our room and also gave us 2 waters .

Location and friendly staff

Located in area where it gets extremely loud at night until early hours in the morning. Towels were not replaced daily.

The main hall getting to our room was filled with equipment (dealing with water damage)that was very loud. The breakfast area had the same issue which caused us to leave without having breakfast. We were very disappointed that we weren’t advised of the problem ahead of booking and that we were charged over $300 for our one night stay.

When we arrived, we were not informed of a water problem or the noisy environment that we were going to encounter. There was no mention of the problem extending to the breakfast area either. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place especially since there was no reduction in our rate. Being a Hilton Honors member apparently doesn’t mean much.

Jorelisse working the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and made the stay a great experience!

location is great for downtown eats and entertainment. Sauna is perfect for tossin' in a patio chair and feeling like a king without a queen. Front desk staff are super-helpful. Jorelisse sets up a perfect stay with her helpful suggestions of things to do in Buffalo and handles my numerous issues with patience and expertise. You Rock!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect stay for Buffalo Marathon weekend! The Hampton Inn Buffalo Downtown is literally right at the start line, which made race morning completely stress-free. We could even watch the runners from the hotel — such an amazing atmosphere and energy throughout the weekend. The rooms were HUGE, super clean, and incredibly comfortable, which was exactly what we needed before and after the race. The staff and service were outstanding — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is unbeatable for marathon weekend, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Breakfast was great, the hotel was quiet despite the busy event weekend, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone running the Buffalo Marathon or visiting downtown Buffalo. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great hotel. Service is the best. When I arrived at 10 am after a super early flight the front desk took my cell and called me when my room was ready (local coffee shop across street). They did this without ne askjng. Also Miguel at front desk so helpful and friendly able to get me parking for a coworker coming to the hotel fir a few hours. Great location walk to great restaurants etc. Rooms very big and clean. Absolutely recommend this hotel to all

My first time to Buffalo NY and the Hampton Inn Downtown was fantastic! It's in a great location, walking distance to great places to eat, amazing architecture, and nice attractions. Jorilesse greeted me on arrival, got me checked in, and offered great recommendations for local food. As a longtime Hilton member, Jorelisse was an absolute stand out and easily among the very best that I've seen at any hotel regardless of price.

I genuinely enjoyed my experience I enjoyed the extreme hospitality from the front desk as well as through text message jorelisse and Tanisha we're very helpful in accommodating and friendly I really appreciate it and will be back again 10 out of 10 I do recommend

Had parking attached to the property, centrally located, even though it was right in the middle of the city it was still quiet in the hotel and you have to use your room key to even get on the elevator.

It wasn’t posted of the fee to park in the parking lot. The amount of the room should have included one car to park there.

The location was spectacular. It was walking distance to many popular spots like the Harbor Center or Keybank Arena. It had many sights and restaurants all walkable from the hotel. Location was safe and we felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Staff were excellent and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Very quiet at night. Pet and family friendly.

Having to pay an additional $20 to park on site. There were two small stains on the sheets which I didn't like.

Our destination was Niagra Falls State Park and the hotel is only 20 to 30 mins away so for us the location was perfect. Our room was very large and quiet, the queen bed comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast in the am had lots of options. Parking is on site but there is a charge. I would stay here again.

As always, this hotel was awesome, accommodating, great for a family and close to keybank center for the Sabres games! We love it. This is our 3rd time here at this exact hotel. We are Hilton honors members and get waters at check in and departure. That’s honestly great. Jorelisse helped us get early check in, a crib put in the room, and helped us at check out. She was super friendly and accommodating. They have a gem of an employee. We will be back!!

I was traveling solo, and Jorelisse at the front desk greeted me with a warmth and friendliness that I immediately felt welcome. While chatting, she asked if I liked architecture and recommended I visit the Darwin Martin House. I wasn’t sure at first because of the weather but I’m glad I went it was amazing. She also suggested Frankie Primes, which was wonderful for dinner. It was clear she genuinely enjoys helping guests. The only minor issue was not being able to control the heating in my room, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Will return.

Hubby and I were on a business/couples trip since it was Valentine's Day and President's Day weekend. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was a King suite with a fireplace. Very Nice room with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows, which were too soft and the bath towels we had were stained. Two things that can easily be fixed. We actually contacted the GM (Davy) and he was very accommodating and had new towels brought to our room. The location is downtown next to the Embassy Suites. There is a Starbucks across the street as well as another coffee spot, and a neighborhood bar, I think its called Sidelines Bar. Also, in walking distance is a great Italian restaurant with a great happy hour.

Lived the place .will stay again when we visit. Actually had a hot tub and a nice pool and gym. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Our suite had problems with the tv in the living room. Attempts were made to fix it but nothing stuck. Was offered another room but we were too moved in for a long stay.
