Location was perfect- very close to union square. Staff are lovely. Hotel has a games room. Has a water filling station.

There is no view from the room- you are over looking wall and another room window. Although it does have games room, it gets booked out for conferences/ workshops and as the hotel is quite small there is not much place to hang out when it’s booked out.

Our Bartender CS was a pleasure to hang out with before our dinner date. The drinks were mixed very good. Definitely be back for more.

I am comparing it to 4 star hotels. Shower and faucet performance: it was leaking, I could not get the right temperature for quite sometime. I thought the location would be better but there were a lot of homeless outside which more a city problem than a hotel.

I ended up at Hotel Zetta unexpectedly in the middle of the night after having to leave another hotel because of an electrical issue in my room—the lights simply would not turn off. I needed to find a replacement hotel quickly, and Hotel Zetta really came through for me. Charm at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful at a time when I was tired and frustrated from dealing with the situation at my previous hotel. She got me settled in quickly and even gave me a discount on my stay, which I genuinely appreciated. It was exactly the kind of hospitality you hope for when you’re dealing with an unexpected travel problem late at night. A big thank you to Charm and Hotel Zetta for taking care of me when I needed it.

False advertisement I survey room in three days in advance. Upon arrival they gave me a Don room. I asked for a King room they gave me a two bedroom room. Also is a hazard to walk there floor leaks

I enjoyed the friendly service, the decent sized room, the comfortable bed and the well kitted out fitness room. The location of the hotel is convenient to the metro, shops and about 1 mile from the waterfront. The only drawback to my stay was the pick and go breakfast. I prefer to sit down with some healthy food options snd some cooked food. I wasn’t a fan of the pastries which were the only offerings . Maybe this is because I am from Europe, where I feel more people eat a decent breakfast. I still recommend staying in this hotel.

Great hotel. Only down qas our hotel room didn't go below 72 but we were on the 8th floor. Other than that lived the game room. Great service. Sharlyn did a great job at the bar.

I really enjoyed the hotel, and it was in a great location for the event that I was attending. I would recommend this place as it was in an area that was close to many connections to get around town. The staff was very helpful, and check-in and out was very smooth and easy.

From the very beginning, Rico went above and beyond to help us figure out the best room and amenities for our stay. We were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, and he took the time to make sure every detail of our reservation was tailored to create the perfect experience. His guidance and attention throughout the entire booking process made all the difference — our stay simply would not have been as amazing without him. Once we arrived, Lyka's warmth and professionalism at the front desk set the tone for the rest of our visit. Her communication was clear, she was always ready to assist, and no request was too much trouble. She made us feel genuinely taken care of from check-in onward. Between Rico's thoughtful planning and Lyka's outstanding hospitality, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely be returning, and I can honestly say I'd want Rico helping organize our reservation again next time. Had the best experience at Zetta hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Carlos the bartender. He helped us as we were struggling with our luggage. All of the staff were extremely welcoming. The room was in pristine condition. Also, definitely take time to check out the bar area. Carlos knows how to make a mean drink! The whiskey sour was perfection. If we ever make it back this way I would definitely stay here again.

Went to the bar after dinner. Carlos the bartender was very welcoming and nice. He suggested different drinks to try. The drinks were delicious- I had an Old Fashioned and a Moscow Mule. Would definitely come back next time I am in the city!

I’d have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. They bought a coffee maker when we asked (which was excellent!) but it’d be good to have them in both rooms.

We needed a room at a good price quickly and Eloisa helped us get a very good deal! She was very sympathetic and caring, and from the very beginning was already thinking of ways she could help. The room was clean and spacious, and we were easily able to get needed amenities!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Kriz at the bar corner, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. The coffee was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of my stay! Small details like this make a big difference and make guests feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

While there were some glitches getting something to eat in the lounge/cafe, everything was clean and it was a great location on the southern border of the Union Square neighborhood and next to the BART. It was a great value for the location. The ambiance was more trendy than comfortable, but the rooms were spacious with those necessary conveniences while traveling for work: outlets, hair drying, ironing board, and free coffee in the lobby every morning.

Eloisa at the front desk was amazing to work with!!! She genuinely made our booking experience a great one!!! I’m not paid to say this btw!!! Hope they take good care of her.

Had a great stay at Hotel Zetta. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is near BART station and cable car. Great staff, i was able to check in early thanks to Charm. Will certainly stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel. My stay was awesome. Charm at the front was very accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the playroom with pinball machine and pool table.I would come back!

Great bedding, lots of towels and hand towels in bathroom. Room was easy to maneuver.

My lady and I stayed at Zetta the past 2 weekends and it is our favorite hotel in SF. Zetta is in a super convenient location and has a valet which is perfect downtown sf parking. The staff is always super friendly. Rico, the manager, is consistently nice and accommodating whenever we stay at Zetta. The lobby is calm and inviting with a pool table and complimentary water for guests. The rooms are spacious and always super clean. Zetta will always be our choice when when visiting SF.

Honestly, this is one of the bettwr hotel I ha e stayed at in San Francisco. The room felt very much like a little apartment. There were little wear and tear signs in the room like scratches on the floor or dings on the drawers but that didnt really bother me because the room felt clean. The floors seemed really clean like they actually get mopped on a regular basis. The desks dresser and counters were all spotless. The bathroom was very well maintained and the shower was nice. It had a dual shower head so two people could fit and be comfortable. Water pressure was great and felt so nice after a full day of walking the city. The bed was not the most comfortable. That was really my biggest downside about this hotel. They were ok. We were able to get clean sheets whenever we requested. The parking situation is not nearly as bad as everyone made it seem. There is a specific space on the street for the valet and all you have to do is park in that area and you will be just fine. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and appreciated how helpful staff was. We even door dashed ice cream to the hotel at midnight and it was no problem. It really had everything for a great price. Our room was very quiet as well. There was a bit of a gap under the door but we just put a towel down to block the extra light and it was just fine.

The area is a little shady but definitely not the worst. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable.

cercherei di essere un po' piu' economico sugli extra. Dopo cena abbiamo preso una bottiglia d'acqua al bar che e' costata 10 dollari : improponibile !

Even though it was in the city, it was quiet. I didn’t hear anything during the night.

The property doesn’t have enough parking in the front to leave your car so that the valet employees take it to park. The hotel front entrance is in a busy city street and is hard to park your car in front of the hotel.

I had a great experience at the hotel. They staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean.

This hotel property did not disappoint in customer service. Lyka and Rico who checked us in had outstanding service. Rooms were pretty great, as well. Great location and drinks from the bar were also good, not to mention that they have happy hour.

Really liked the decor of the property and room. Comfortable bed. Good location, especially if you are doing anything at Moscone Center.

Valet parking is rough and slow. Only one elevator operational. Shower head AWFUL. No options for early morning coffee. Some desk staff seem unconcerned with customer service (cleaning staff excellent)

Easy check-in and a breakfast credit were very nice. Their coffee and gourmet breakfast items were delicious. We walked to the Orpheum theater to see Phantom of the Opera. SF has really cleaned up and is mindful of making people feel safer on the street. There were police cars every other block to light the way on the sidewalk. The hotel is perfectly located for all that we wanted to do.

Beds and pillows were just ok. The mattress would squeak when you moved. Room 507

Kriz was amazing. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. She has a great smile that starts your day off right. The breakfast was really good. I ordered the Chai Tea Latte and Sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Thank you for the great experience.

The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. The staff was super friendly; I really appreciated getting a free tea when I returned quite late from Alcatraz and was feeling a bit cold.

Breakfast was provided as a voucher for the buffet with a $22 limit, which was enough for a coffee and a bacon-and-egg bun. The window blind in the room was broken, though there were curtains, so it didn't bother me much.

It's a great space, we had a big suite with separate rooms and two bathrooms for a very reasonable price (similar to two connecting rooms). The front desk was friendly and helpful, the gym was good. Good location close to Union Square. It's not a fancy high-end hotel, but it's very solid for a moderate price and I'll be happy to go back.

I've stayed here before, and loved everything about it. There was free breakfast, a bar, and valet parking. This recent stay, however, I noticed a few things have changed. And unfortunately...

Free breakfast is gone, now replaced by a "grab and go" option that doubles as a mini breakfast cart from which you can order coffees and various breakfast pastry items. The bar is also gone, which was a great way for guests to have some socialization in the lobby. In previous stays, I felt like I never had to leave the hotel for these options. Now I'm more likely to choose other accommodations.

Jasmine and Charmaine were fantastic helping me with my early check in. The hotel is clean, centrally located and affordable! Just checked in but would already book again!

All the staff we came in contact with said hello or more. The front desk personal were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. We got there early and the woman at the front let us in early, upgraded our room to a suite, and wine and two glasses for us waiting for our anniversary. We loved that the buses were right there and optional parking was within a block.

I loved the property and I knew the location was going to be a little rough with homeless, but it was really mostly just LATE at night. The only option for this specific property was valet which is $65 per day (not per night). This is understandable for the area, but it was something that had us park at a different parking garage.

I had a terrific experience, truly an amazing stay. Charm in particular was incredibly helpful getting me exactly what I needed when I realized I’d have to extend my stay. I’ll be staying at the Zetta from now on when I’m in SF for work.

The hotel was modern and clean. The front doors are opened onyl by your key or the front desk. Game room is adorable. Location is right by transportation center. Price was great. Ross across the street in case of emergency items. Coffee shop across the street to the right (starts with "M") had amazing coffee and Baklava.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zetta San Francisco and had a great experience thanks to the front desk team. Charm was incredibly friendly and helpful. What really stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond—I asked if there was a microwave I could use, and she had one sent up to my room! That level of service made my stay so much more comfortable. The room was spacious, and I appreciated having a water fountain nearby. The hotel also felt very secure—the front door is always locked, and you can either buzz in or use your room key to enter, which is reassuring for a downtown San Francisco location. The location is fantastic too—just one block from a BART station and a bus stop, making it easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. I booked through Airbnb, and Jasmine made our stay comfortable and memorable. She upgraded our room to two beds, which we really appreciated. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Can’t believe they have a quiet room, if you requested. And since I am traveling a lot, I usually go for a room that’s not too bright and not too noisy. Clean and got great art vibe of chandeliers. LV was such a great help

Hotel in a very convenient location close to Bart Powell station and moscone center. Just walking distance! Gets you straight to airport if you want to avoid traffic. Comfortable and clean bed. Staffs were helpful and friendly. LV also accommodated my early check in after long journey.
