The people next door had two dogs that were barking & they kept slamming doors all night thru the morning!

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe verschiedener Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der See ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge.

Da gibt es nichts, was uns gestört hat.

The room was well decorated and felt clean and cozy, loved the balcony and doors and windows that opened for fresh air. Also, it was about a 5 minute walk to the ampitheater which was so cool. We could hear the sound check for the show we were going to that night from our room.

Walking into the second building had us a bit nervous about the condition of the room. The carpets are very old and worn and the hallway walls and doors look very worn and dirty. Luckily the room was better than the hallway but it felt kind of sketchy walking in.

The breakfast was amazing! It was nice to have a full, hot meal before hitting the beautiful surrounding trails of Tahoe! It was also nice that they accommodated my dog.

My bed had some stains (I hope) on the sheets. The shower was not meant for a short person, but that's ok becuase I'm used to that! The room was tiny, but again, didn't mind for the cost!

Room setup was a little cramped, like 18 inches between door and bed.

The location in perception to the beach is good.

The room on the surface looked okay but after pulling up the sheets to check for bedbugs I found several dried blood stains on the mattress protector. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain had so much soap scum built up as well as the floor of the shower. The ceiling has mold all over it and there’s no screen on the bathroom window.

Strašný servis. Hotel těží z exkluzivity místa, ale přístup lidí na recepci je strašný. Když jsme provedli rezervaci zjistili, chtěli jsme udělat změnu “obratem jsme kontaktovali hotel”, který nás odkázal na Booking. Booking vše řešil a poslal dotaz, na který mu nikdo nereagoval. Když jsme volali obsluha řekla “ANO” vaše změna je akceptovatelná. Po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že změna akceptována nebyla a nikdo to s námi nechtěl řešit. Stěny jsou papírové a celou noc jsme nespali. Naštěstí v jsou k okolí i jiné hotely s proklienským přístupem.

Breakfast room is too small for the amount of rooms and people. I did not like the problem with parking if I come back late it was really difficult to find parking. One night we walked to the restaurant areas because of that problem

The access is easy

the cleaness is poor When we arrive the door was open , the floor was dirty because you walk and immediately your foot is dirty, the bathroom was no clean at all.

We took a site for 6 people. The property was very comfortable, with a very large living room and a kitchen. The rooms were spacious, we didn't have any problems.

The kitchen had only 3 forks even if the suite was , but we managed.

Location is great and the private beach is awesome with a discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were placed across the street, they told us on check in they would not be cleaning the room during our stay. The room is extremely outdated with a wall unit ac that rattles all night long and does little to cool the room. You have to move the curtain to use it so I hope you like bright white light all night. At $800 I would have hoped for better- I’d pay the extra to stay at the casino next time.

Room layout is terrible . Shower has NO door for privacy also very small, bathroom has no ventilation.

Dirty room, literally sheets on the bed from the guest before me, towel at and shower curtain rod hanging off the wall, grease smeared tv and mirrors, just dirty in general.

The location and price for a two bedroom suite were great. Right down the street from the casinos, amphitheater, and Heavenly. This is the only reason I gave 2/10 instead of 1/10.

Customer service was TERRIBLE and is the only reason I will never be staying here or with this brand again. We arrived in Tahoe about 2pm, which is two hours before check in but I went and checked with the front desk anyways since we had to get ready for a concert to be there to check in before 4:30. Our room wasn't ready and they told us guaranteed 4:00, so we went to the casinos down the street to kill some time. Our friends went and checked into a different room type about 3:30, so I asked the front desk and they told me guaranteed 4:00 again which was no problem again. We went and started getting ready in our friend's room and I went back at 4:00 and there were a few people in front of me so by the time I got to the desk it was between 4:05-4:10. Alisha, the lady at the front desk, saw me and started laughing. She disappeared in the back for another five minutes and came out and said they needed 15 more minutes pushing our room out to after 4:30, even after being told multiple times our room was guaranteed ready at 4:00. After being told our room would be ready GUARANTEED 4:00 so many times, I couldn't trust what Alisha had to say anymore and I asked what would happen if I came back in 15 minutes and it still wasn't ready? She replied "Well if you really think about it, this is the first delay we've had and you really shouldn't be upset about this!" I went and called Booking and they talked to her, when she should have transferred to a manager because I went back up there 15 minutes later and not only was the room still not ready, but she decided to confront me and tell me that she wasn't being rude. She asked for my ID so I put it on the counter in front of her, she picked it up, and then she walked away and handed my ID to her coworker and asked her to check me in because I threw my ID at her apparently.

The room appeared to be recently remodeled. It was clean and quiet. It was within walking distance of the venue where we attended a concert. Breakfast was included.

Ich kann unechte Bewertungen mittlerweile nicht mehr leiden! Das Zimmer hat gestunken! Die Klima hat geschimmelt! Das Personal war unfreundlich! Die Tür im Zimmer hatte einen beinahe 2 cm Spalt wodurch man natürlich alles gehört hat! Wir haben alle möglichen Flecke und Haare überall gefunden! Ich glaube das sagt alles!

breakfast was great as always. Variety of items makes it appealing. This is always our first choice when coming to So. Tahoe.

Parking can be a challenge. You need to get there early to get a spot close to your room.

My check-in was at 5:30; it was supposed to be at 4:00 because the room wasn't ready yet.

The breakfast was very good. But the room was so crowded it was hard to get to even get a cup of coffee.

They should move the waffle machine to another area of the breakfast room so that families waiting for their waffles don’t block the flow of foot traffic at the buffet.

We stayed in room 172 on the busiest time of the year. (4th of July weekend) and while our room was across the way from the front desk and even with parking being limited, we still felt it was doable/comfortable and we were extrememly thrilled with the location. I appreciated how spacious the bathroom area was and how the sink was separate. I also liked the corner view of the room. Nothing fancy but just nice.

We had a two queen bedroom meaning there were four of us. I did not like having to call for extra towels on our 3 night stay during the busy time. I also do not like that the hotel only does cleaning by request only, but it won't keep us from coming back.

Location was perfect, close distance to casinos and shopping, room size was good, bathroom needs updating, breakfast was good, however dining area was nasty. There were staff making sure the food area was clean and stocked. But the staff never wipe off any of the tables or swept the floors.

The nasty dining area in the main building. There were two staff members cleaning the food area, but no one cleaning the dining area. I visited the main lobby a couple times during the morning (2 different days), no improvement. Guest were taking food back to their rooms. The room cost was expensive for a Quality Inn, but I guess that’s the going rate for Lake Tahoe in July.

The staff is rude , every single one including the lady running the buffet were rude and or just absolutely lacking customer serviceservice skills,the staff allow people to party on the property at all hours and drink in public open containers blocking parking spots acting belligerent,the laundry room has one working washer all others were broken , let’s start off with the fact that the back hotel is absolutely trash compared to the one in the middle the property is broken in 3s I stayed in the nice room on a work trip which is why I booked then when I booked they stuck me in the back portion and the first room I got had stains on the beds-broken toilet-broken shower -just the most minimal room possible then I walked to switched rooms the second room also had a leaking shower, broken shower heads, loose toilet, just absolutely not nice, and they do not service your room at all fyi , they said we will service after your 3 days then you have to call then when I did they didn’t come until 4 pm and all they did was throw a blanket on the bed , I’m like mind blown still about how bad it was but there were positives very few -the pics are the floor in the kitchen

The front desk person was very helpful and took care of us when the AC was not working.

I didn't like the fact that they needed to try to play with the AC first.

Hotel very old, dingy, and dark.

Almost nothing in this category. I think it is close to the beach so that is a pro. It is close to heavenly so that is a plus. As you see it has nothing to do with the actual property and everything to do with the location. If you want close to the beach, there are of course other options as well.

The room was noisy because of noisy patrons just outside. The beds were seriously uncomfortable and small - we had booked a room for two adults and two children and I could not fit on the bed - I am 6 foot 1 inch and not fat. The beds are probably the worst aspect of this establishment. So if you are thinking I will be just crashing for the night, you will be awake at 5AM wondering why did you book this.

I loved the receptionist and did everything in her power to make it comfortable for us we had changes and she made him and I'm very grateful for that I traveled with elderly parents and she did the best that she could to make our stay comfortable thank you very much her name was Sherry

we told the guy who was working in the front desk that the ac didn't work .He came and checked it . He me to turn the ac down wait 30mins then turn it up high.I did and the AC still wasn't working. He said there was nothing he could do about it .didn't get no sleep the room was so hot.
