Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location was perfect, walking distance from city center, that suprised us very pleasantly, beautiful city! Also kudos to the staff, they arranged not only two rooms next to each other, but interconnected. First hotel that did that on our trip, and we appreciate that a lot, when travelling with children. Breakfast was good. Room had plenty of space, so we would definetly come again to this hotel!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026We stayed here for 3 nights following a car event in France. From the time we entered to the time we left we found all the staff excellent. Reception staff at check-in recognised and welcomed us as Mercure members. The main reason for choosing the Mercure was for its secure underground car park which had plenty of spaces. Our room was a Duplex Suite on the first floor, it was large, quiet, spotless and a comfy big bed with a walk in wardrobe. Breakfast had everything you could want with very attentive staff replenishing the self serve buffet. We had drinks in the cotton bar in the evening and sat in its sheltered outside courtyard. I would definitely stay again when passing through Troyes
