Some lights didn't work, just one towel, tired looking room

Property central in the city, car park directly under the hotel, staff super friendly, breakfast great choice, pet friendly, overall we had a great stay.

What a fabulous hotel. Right smack in the middle of everything.

I was travelling by motorcycle and the underground parking with direct access into the hotel was great. The hotel’s central location was great, with lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

It is unfortunate that the hotel does not have a restaurant. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged in places The room was a bit dusty and could benefit from decoration. The flooring had gaps.

Lovely staff great parking and perfect to walk around the old town at night with many restaurants.

Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and we could not sleep after a ling tiring journey due to load drum and base playing in neaby bar till after midnight

Excellent location in centre of city. Lovely and helpful staff. Bed was quite comfortable and sheets were of good quality.

The windows need some attention to make them sound proof. As you are in the centre of the city you can hear entertainment nearby until it stops. Hotel is quite old and small but has been decorated recently. Our room was small but I do not think the hotel has larger options due to its location and age.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre historique. Le personnel est accueillant et sympa. L'arrivée 24/24 est un plus. Le parking situé sous l'hotel est vraiment un avantage.

Le prix du petit-déjeuner un peu trop élevé

Première chambre attribuée pas forcément au niveau des attentes et du prix. Mais après une demande bien accueillie nous avons pu choisir une autre chambre qui était parfaite !

La camera assegnata aveva moquette con muffa, lenzuola e bordi del letto visibilmente stracciati, water con riga nera e cassetti evidentemente vecchissimi con macchie. A fronte delle foto che davano evidenza di una camera assolutamente inaccettabile per quel prezzo e per un quattro stelle, il personale mi ha immediatamente cambiato stanza, con upgrade. Resta che le condizioni della prima camera non sono assolutamente accettabili.

L'emplacement est idéal au centre ancien, dans le bouchon de Champagne, avec des places de parking réservées dans le parking de l'hôtel de ville qui est juste en-dessous de l'hôtel. Accès direct à l'hôtel depuis le parking souterrain. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien !

L'hôtel est vieillissant, et le ménage de fond est loin d'être parfait ... Taches partout sur les murs, la moquette, les chaises, il suffirait pourtant d'un peu d'huile de coude avec des tissus microfibres et le produit qui nitole tout dans la maison, et une shampouineuse pour les fauteuils et la moquette. Même les taies d'oreiller ne sont pas exemptes de tâches ... Pour un 4 étoiles c'est très très limite !

Hôtel remarquablement situé avec 1 parking au sous-sol à disposition. Chambre très propre et spacieuse.

L'accueil assez froid à la réception qui ne correspondait pas à l'accueil en général. Un peu l'impression que ma réservation via booking ne lui plaisait pas trop....

We have stayed here quite often over the last few years. The carpets were filthy and the curtains had holes in the black out backing. It is definitely in need of some TLC and I don’t think it’s value for money. Don’t think we’ll be staying here again

Stayed there many times, lovely hotel, great location and staff.

Room was well appointed. Excellent location. Parking very convenient and secure. Staff really helpful.

Air Con was a bit noisy but absolutely essential when we were there.

Location is fantastic, right in the centre of the beautiful medieval city centre surrounded by restaurants. I had read some very mediocre reviews of this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The room and the double bed felt small but very quiet, and nice and cool in the hot summer weather. The entrance and bar were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for a buffet style breakfast, fruit juices, yogurt, dried fruit, cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cold meats and cheeses platter, pastries and toast, even mini gluten free rolls for me. Very good.

Lage des Hotels optimal. Parkhaus unter dem Hotel, Betten seht gut und groß. Kleiner Balkon, wenn auch nur zum Innenhof, aber immerhin. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Individuelles Hotel, keine Hotelkette, das war uns wichtig, nach mehreren schlechten Erfahrungen.

Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, aber das war für uns ok, weil die Vorteile überwiegen.

Mysigt boende mitt i Gamla stan, bekvämt med hiss direkt från hotellparkeringen upp till receptionen.

Parkeren : hiervoor alleen reeds zou je het centraal gelegen hotel kiezen.Zeer goede airco.Vriendelijk onthaaldame!Bovenverdieping van ons hotelgedeelte( oude, oude deel) zeer warm.Gelukkig kamer uitstekende airco.Onderhoud kamers, zoals in veel Franse hotels, zeer summier.Eerder stofferig.

Dat wij in de oudere kamers waren: waarschijnlijk door onze Booking met Booking als tussenpersoon….’ Redelijk beperkt ontbijt, maar wel tijdig aangevuld. Jacusi was…defect.Er wordt daar zeer lichtvaardig mee omgegaan.

Central location, parking on site as I have a motorbike so security was great. Good breakfast and a nice comfortable bar area.

The hotel frontage is very old, the interior is very bland and modern. Our ( standard) room was very small and the fixtures and fittings were of poor quality. Loose plug sockets, flooring lifting and poor bathroom design. Expensive for what it was.

The location being in the centre of town. Hotel car park made life so easy.

Ideal location in the old town of Troyes. We reserved and parked in the underground car park called Hôtel de Ville which has marked spaces and direct access to the hotel reception.desk. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of items at breakfast. The stained glass museum is within easy walking distance.

La situation est idéale pour profiter pleinement de la vieille ville médiévale, on s'y sent en immersion. Tout est accessible à pied et les restaurants ne manquent pas aux alentours. Les places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel dans le parking public sont très appréciables. L'hôtel est très calme et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Une rénovation des moquettes serait appréciable

Parking im Untergeschoss des Hotels - sehr praktisch mit direktem Zugang zur Hotelrezeption. Kostete bloss 12.- Euros für 24 Stunden. Ich hatte ein wunderbar ruhiges Zimmer mit Badewanne im 2. Stock dieses verwinkelten, charmanten Hotels in einem historischen Gebäude. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Museen, Plätze, Kirchen) fussläufig in der Nähe.

Dafür kann das Hotel nun mal nichts : die guten Restaurants in der Nähe waren alle am Sonntag Abend geschlossen.

Madame, Monsieur, Je souhaite vous faire part de ma déception concernant la chambre qui m’a été attribuée lors de mon séjour dans votre établissement. À mon sens, la qualité de cette chambre ne reflétait pas le niveau de prestation attendu d’un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. J’ai notamment constaté plusieurs points regrettables : Les murs de la chambre présentaient des taches visibles. La salle de bain semblait insuffisamment nettoyée. Un bruit continu provenant d’une machine ou d’un équipement non identifié a perturbé mon sommeil tout au long de la nuit. La chambre était particulièrement exiguë. Le parquet était en mauvais état, avec des lames qui semblaient avoir bougé et une finition dégradée. Ces différents désagréments ont fortement affecté le confort de mon séjour et sont, selon moi, incompatibles avec le standing annoncé de votre établissement. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir prendre en considération ces remarques. Dans l’attente de votre retour, je vous prie d’agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l’expression de mes salutations distinguées.

This is a very convenient hotel. The public underground car park has a direct access to the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is in part a medieval building set in the heart of the medieval old town of Troyes. Some rooms have balconies which overlook the main half- timbered street . The rooms are all modern and well furnished, separate WC and shower room, good storage space. Great location for easy access to restaurants and cafes, the cathedral, market and the main square.

An excellent hotel in the centre of a beautiful ancient city. Rooms were comfortable and the bathroom and shower facilities were very good. Breakfast was good and the location is superb. Hard to fault anything.

Don't put the Hotel name into Google Maps. I did and ended up stranded in a large Volvo on a small one way street in the centre of a pedestrian area. My wife ran away as she was so embarrassed and I ended up being escorted out of a very awkward situation by two very helpful Gendarmes. IF YOU WANT THE HOTEL PARKING GARAGE PUT 80 RUE GENERAL DE GAULE IN YOUR SAT NAV. At least my impression of a bewildered Englishman amused most of the locals.

La situation exceptionnelle au centre de Troyes. J'aurais préféré la chambre confort car l'espace est trop juste. Le parking est génial. C'est pour cela que nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

La terrasse est accessible aux deux chambres et pas de chaises.

The location was excellent and made it easy to visit the old town and restaurants. The parking underneath was great, once you found your way there. It had AC and separate bathroom facilities ( shower and toilet in separate rooms). The bed was comfortable . We stayed a 3rd night in a lux room and found it very spacious and comfortable.

The comfort room only had one chair and no bedside table.

Très déçu de la chambre que nous avions. Déjà à l’ouverture de la porte nous avons eu le plaisir de voir la moquette tachée, chambre poussiéreuse. Baignoire trop haute pour des personnes petites. Un peu vieillote. J’ai même hésité à ne pas rester pour vous dire. Finalement nous avons décidé de rester mais je n’ai pas voulu prendre le petit déjeuner proposé, je ne peu donc pas l’évaluer.
