Die Lage ist toll. Das Frühstück hat alles geboten was gewünscht wird.

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war defekt. Sie haben uns nach der Buchung informiert. Wir haben uns entschieden das Zimmer trotzdem zu nehmen. Als Entschädigung wurde angeboten gratis soft Drinks (Wasser, Cola, O Saft) aus der Mini Bar!! Das ist äusserst knausrig, ein gratis Drink an der Bar wäre das mindeste gewesen. Der Gang (Teppiche) und auch im Zimmer macht eher einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.

Best location imaginable to visit old town Troyes, bar none. :)

Room was comfortable, clean and had very recently been refurbished. Perfect location for walking to all areas of the old town. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the side facing a main street which got noisy early in the morning - ask for a room overlooking the front of the hotel where the street is mainly pedestrianised.

Helaas was airco in het hel pand kapot! Beetje jammer dat daar geen enige compensatie voor was.

Super emplacement au centre ville. Chambre très bien insonorisée. Parking public à proximité. Personnel très gentil. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa, ça sera pour la prochaine fois !

Lage und Zimmergröße waren sehr gut, das Bett gemütlich, Badezimmer neu. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das alte Haus hat Charme und die Bar ist toll.

Leider wurde uns bei Einchecken mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, wir dafür die alkoholfreien Getränke aus der Minibar trinken können. An dem Tag war es sehr heiß, wir haben mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen, das war leider sehr hell und laut. Ein Rabatt hätte uns mehr gebracht als die Getränke, schade.

Excellent location just accross from The main square and the pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops. Secure parking 3 mins walk with code sent to us in advance to access the garage. We were the last to arrive and the space was tight but we managed!!

Some of the staff weren't particularly helpful or welcoming. This was in particular the men on reception, whereas when there was a girl she was great.

Questa struttura ci accolti con un ambiente molto curato nel pieno centro di Troyes. Stanze e bagni comodi e spaziosi. Colazione molto apprezzata. Abbiamo potuto godere anche della SPA, che offre trattamenti e servizi di ottimo livello.

Having to pay for parking on top is a little disappointing especially at 12 euros a night. The spa was restricted to only use between 8-9pm which was a bit frustrating.

Aufbau des Hotels, schmale und sehr dunkle Flure, überall Teppichboden, der nicht richtig gesaugt war. Sofa im Zimmer aus synthetischem Plastikmaterial, lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Duschfugen alle kaputt.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Well-positioned for the old town, but further away from the railway station. The free bus, 'Coeur de Troyes' leaves from just across the street and takes you right round the town. Wonderful bakery next door.

Beautiful size room we were upgraded to room 206 can highly recommend it! Best bathroom we’ve had this trip and we’ve stayed in five hotels. Excellent stuff very comfortable bed would highly recommend in fact we’re planning on going back again.

Air conditioning that worked! It was super cold, much appreciated with the heat wave. The size of the bed was excellent as well as the size of the room.

The directions for the private parking were a bit confusing. When looking on the map, it looked like the public parking directly next to it. Maybe add a star on the map for less confusion.

Heel aangenaam hotel met een uitstekende ligging midden in het centrum. Troyes heeft ons bovendien echt positief verrast: een heel gezellige en mooie stad, met leuke straatjes, terrasjes en veel sfeer. Ideaal voor een tussenstop, maar achteraf gezien hadden we er gerust wat langer willen blijven!

De airco werkte niet optimaal. Werd ‘opgelost’ met 2 ventilatoren, maar was niet ideaal. Personeel deed dit met de beste bedoelingen, maar voor de prijs die we betaalden, was dit wel jammer

The location was right near the centre of town. Plus we were travelling back to England so looking for a mid-point to stay between Saint Rémy and Calais. Troyes was perfect location and La Poste hotel perfectly placed and very comfortable and Staff were very polite and friendly offering advice.

The windows weren’t very sound proofed in the room, the cars and music were quite loud outside. The lighting in the bathroom was quite harsh. Thought £12 for overnight parking was a bit steep.

Muy buena ubicación, al lado del centro pero en una calle tranquila. Habitación algo pequeña, aunque cómoda. Buen baño y buena ducha con productos Nuxe. Al llegar faltaban gel y champú, pero lo solucionaron enseguida. Parking privado muy cercano, cómodo y con plazas amplias. No utilizamos el spa ni probamos el desayuno. Un hotel correcto y cómodo que cumplió perfectamente para nuestra estancia en Troyes.

Posizione centrale. Il parcheggio era comodo e sicuro, non vicino ma si raggiunge facilmente. La nostra auto era grande ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a parcheggiarla. Colazione buona e staff gentile.

Avevo prenotato una camera standard, ma per quello che ho pagato mi sarei aspettato di meglio. Arredamento stanco, tipo anni 80. Consiglio di scegliere una camera superior. A colazione mancavano piatti e bicchieri per il bis.

There could be more facilities - the bar is small and doesn’t offer much, however this does not detract from it being a fabulous hotel - highly recommend and would stay again!

Well-located hotel in centre of Troyes. Beds were comfortable.

There was no parking available as we were unaware we needed to book. The toilet was not clean when we arrived (someone had clearly used it) and the aircon did not work well. The shower also had little water flow.

location and staff, parking about 5 mins walk but difficult to pull up outside to unload cases, we circled around 3 times until we were able to park to unload, you only get 10 mins. Small for a best western.

Great location for the old part of Troyes, close to restaurants and bars and the shopping area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning!

Hotel is perfectly located, just around the corner from main attractions. Room was spacious, well equipped and clean, the same can be said about bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unlike some french hotels, you get full breakfast selection here, which is a big win.

Parking is a bit distant from the hotel, consider this when taking out the baggage. Also, room was facing internal courtyard, no view to speak of, but we kept the curtains closed all the time anyway.

check in was fine our kids had their room which was set up as a twin room after pre ordering. We had secure parking which was great. Dogs biscuits left in the bowl which is a nice touch.

our room didn't have a working aircon or phone so my husband had to go back and forth downstairs to get the manager who couldn't fix it and promised us a fan but never showed up. We couldn't open the windows as we were at the side of the property so a lot of traffic noise. We were offered a discount for the room and a voucher we can use at a later date. We never received the voucher.

The staff were really helpful. I was so impressded that they contacted us about a small perfume bottle we left behind and arranged to have it sent to us.

Great location, and Troyes was a surprising delight. A very special town.

Average hotel in terms of my overall experience with BW in Champagne and Burgundy: breakfast is not that good as in the same franchise of BW in Vertus, however, it's one step better than in BW Angleterre in Macon and BW in Chalon s/Saone and the same as in the most terrible of all BW, so far, of Tournus. Parking is also some hundreds of m away that adds to the level of discomfort. The rooms and bathrooms are really the best of all BWs in those two regions which I have tried. The service is the third best, surpassed by BW in Vertus and BW in Chalon s/Saone. The receptionist tried to double charge for breakfast, even though the voucher stated clearly- BB, that stands for bed& breakfast. Nevertheless, he was stubborn and insisted rudely to follow his intentional lack of knowledge until the hotel manager intervened and settled him down, apologised us. That was a bitter berry on the cake which ought to be eliminated. The town itself is beautiful strategically close to Cotes de Bar champagne subregion that supplies with superb value champagne both the French embassies (Gremillet) and wine enthusiasts (Devaux, A.Bonnet, O.Horriot, others) alike.

The room was a “ comfort room” and very good for the price. Despite being in the town really quiet. Bed ok..good size. It was really very clean. Shower with very good pressure and the bathroom itself spotless. Breakfast…mix of continental ..croissants/ pastries/ cereals/ cheeses/ ham/pate and cooked, scrambled eggs bacon sausage etc. Coffee was fine…lots of fruit juice.etc etc. Finding the hotel a bit tricky…down a one way street and easily missed because the hotel sign is just behind the one way sign…so basically as you turn into the street it’s on the right about 50 yards down. Parking. ..not actually at the hotel but literally just around the corner in a secure enclosed garage area. Really good. Location…right in the heart of Troyes near a big square with lots of bars/ dining options. Finally the staff. We stayed 20th July and the man at reception really friendly and very helpful.breakfast staff on the 21st the same. All in all would absolutely recommend as a safe, very clean central hotel.

Wasn’t always a staff member at the desk - had to wait to speak to someone even at ‘key times’. The triple room we were in was very nice but also very dark . Overall a great stay but slightly more expensive than I’d have been comfortable with.

Hôtel joliment décoré, bien décoré et très confortable. La clim est efficace ! Le service est attentionné. Notre petite a adoré ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Il est très bien situé pour profiter de la ville à pied.

Que l on change de chambre pour faire une douche car problème d eau. En effet pas d eau froide dans la chambre. Problème connu apparemment. Avant de venir on nous envoie un message pour nous dire qu'il y avait une panne de climatisation, on nous propose une plus petite chambre pour un prix de 108 € donc on accepte. On arrive à l hôtel et nous dit que l'on peut nous redonner une suite comme initialement prévue car ils avaient eu un désistement. Mais lorsque on a voulu faire une douche froide pour se rafraîchir de la canicule que de l'eau très chaude. On appelle la réception qui trouve la solution de nous envoyer dans la petite chambre initialement prévue juste pour la douche. Franchement j aurai préféré la petite chambre fonctionnelle, clim + douche. On a demandé à la réception de rechanger de chambre et ils ont dit que ce n était pas possible alors qu'il n' y avait personne dedans. Donc nous avons montré notre mécontentement a l accueil au moment du reglement mais le prix initial de 212€ a été appliqué. Il fallait caler cette fameuse suite pour faire payer le manque à gagner du désistement. Nous en avons fait des hôtel 4* mais jamais rencontré de tels désagréments.

Outstanding stay in the center of Troyes. The room was large (I may have been upgraded) and luxurious. One of the most comfy beds and pillows I've experienced in Europe. Large bathroom with two huge sinks and enough space for toiletries. A rain shower and a bath (!) to complement. Good AC. No gym, but a spa with a sauna, turkish bath, and a "mood" shower is great. Sauna could be run hotter -- runs at around 70-75C, but enough to sweat and relax. Friendly service at the downstairs bar. Would be perfect for a couple as a base to explore the city and the region -- but also an excellent value for a solo business traveler.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It ticked a lot of boxes with location and price but we weren’t totally sure about the Best Western brand as some of the UK BW hotels haven’t impressed us ! This hotel is beautiful, located really nicely for nightlife and exploring the beautiful Troyes. The staff are very professional, the rooms are stunning, the bar is spotless (the nighttime bar manager is worth a mention what a lovely guy he is )! The spa was excellent with lovely staff. I can’t fault anything about this hotel !

Direkt in der Stadt. Alles leicht zu erreichen. Tolles, „antikes“ Hotel mit viel Stil.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die man nur per Aufzug plus Treppe erreichen kann. Alles ist recht eng (bis auf die Suite, die war prima). Lärm von draußen wird nicht super abgeschirmt - wenn draußen eine Party stattfindet, dann vibrieren die Wände. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich wenn auch mit viel Liebe gemacht.
