Access to the hotel was not easy & vallet service wasn’t available 24/7

A very late booking for a short overnight stay when Ryanair cancelled our flight after sitting on their plane for over seven hours Hotel accommodated does it very short notice and we were given a superb broom for the regular room rate

Nothing to dislike for the short time we spent here the staff were very, very helpful

Emplacement super à deux minutes de la cathédrale et vue sur la mer à sortant de l’établissement. Ancien palais, authentique, avec un très beau patio. La terrasse donne une belle vue sur la mer et la cathédrale. Petit-dejeuner à la carte, dans un petit patio, avec un personnel très agréable et à votre service. Peu de chambres dans l’établissement, donc plus agréable et calme.

Il manquait quelques équipements: pantoufles, porte qui fermait mal entre le salon et la chambre, crochets du rideau qui se défaisaient baignoire à remous avec un robinet qui fuyait un peu.

Todo el hotel es excelente. Un gran equipo en un magnífico hotel. Sin duda la mejor opción en Palma .

The staff were friendly and helpful, they are knowledgable on many things ex: restaurants recommendations and booked it for us; offered teas and alternative food when i wasn't feeling well. The spa is a different experience (private/ booked per room at a time), it was lovely. The location was perfect for our trip. Their breakfast was fantastic with the chef there.

Tricky to get to if you arrive in your own vehicle. We were not familiar of the area at all, and that was stressful going into very narrow one way "streets".

The location could not have been better and the view from the roof terrace was incredible!

Stunning property with impeccable hospitality. We stayed as a family with older teenagers and young adults in multiple rooms. The rooftop is gorgeous with views of the cathedral and is especially beautiful at night. Delightful staff, incredible breakfast and amazing art and decor. Concierge worked overtime to provide us top recommendations which we really enjoyed. Location in old town is perfect. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Amazing old palace, it’s a huge house with only 12 luxury rooms. Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, felt very private and calm. I loved it!

There is nothing, only maybe that AC not working when outside, but can be fixed with an extra card. :)

die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal, das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Raumgrösse vom Zimmer ist ausreichend, das Bad eher grosszügig. Die Zimmerdecke leidet sichtlich unter Wasserproblemen! Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig.

Für die Nutzung vom Pool muss eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlt werden. Das finde ich ein absolutes no go.

The breakfast was exceptional - best omelette I ever had! the courtyard and roof top terrace were gorgeous.

A localização é boa para fazer coisas a pé mas para chegar de carro é complexa. Ruas estreitas e gps não encontra o local o que dificultou a chegada mas o staff foi incrível e nos encontrou perto e nos levou até o local

Extremely disappointing experience and far below the standards expected of a luxury five-star hotel. Important information regarding vehicle access, extremely narrow roads, and parking arrangements was not clearly disclosed before booking. As a result, our vehicle was damaged while attempting to reach the property. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from management. We repeatedly contacted the hotel and were promised callbacks that never happened. Despite numerous calls and messages, our concerns were not properly addressed and communication was extremely poor. Most frustrating of all, we never checked into the hotel, never stayed in the room, and never used any of the hotel's facilities. We raised our concerns immediately upon arrival and requested assistance, yet the hotel retained the full amount of our reservation despite providing no accommodation or services whatsoever. A luxury hotel should be transparent, accessible, and responsive when problems arise. Unfortunately, our experience reflected none of these qualities. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the property's access limitations and customer service standards before booking. تجربة مخيبة للآمال للغاية وبعيدة تماماً عن المستوى المتوقع من فندق فاخر من فئة الخمس نجوم. لم يتم الإفصاح بشكل واضح عن المعلومات المهمة المتعلقة بصعوبة الوصول إلى الفندق، وضيق الطرق المؤدية إليه، وترتيبات مواقف السيارات قبل الحجز. ونتيجة لذلك، تعرضت سيارتنا لأضرار أثناء محاولتنا الوصول إلى الفندق. ما زاد الأمر سوءاً هو الغياب التام للدعم من إدارة الفندق. تواصلنا معهم مراراً وتكراراً، وتم إبلاغنا عدة مرات بأن الإدارة ستتواصل معنا، إلا أن تلك الوعود لم تُنفذ أبداً. وعلى الرغم من كثرة الاتصالات والرسائل، لم يتم التعامل مع مخاوفنا بشكل جدي، وكان مستوى التواصل ضعيفاً للغاية. الأمر الأكثر إحباطاً أننا لم نقم بتسجيل الدخول إلى الفندق، ولم نقم بالإقامة فيه، ولم نستخدم أياً من مرافقه أو خدماته.

Es un palacio antiguo e historico con mucha elegancia y mucha historia detrás.

Es complicado acceder en coche y dificil encontrar para aparcar cerca.La habitación es de tamaño mas bien justa para ser un 5 estrellas, necesitarían un poco mas de adaptación.

Wonderful old palace , fabulous art.. however zero atmosphere. Maintenance very poor , serious signs of wear in the bathroom , broken tiles… The plumbing does not work , toilet only flushes 1/10 times, used the bin filled with water to flush , told receptionist twice , nothing was done… and same at checkout, zero response or reaction, no apology sadly.:: Safe also didn’t work on arrival had to wait for maintenance… Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and the staff were fabulous different to the nonchalant attitude on reception particularly at checkout.. I rarely review and probably wouldn’t have if we had had an apology for lack of decent plumbing on checkout. Sadly will not be returning.

Great location, helpful staff, nice first floor

The first room we got had ants in it, later we got a room that was quite old and not suited to the money we paid for the hotel. We received an upgrade and everybody was nice and eager to help us solve the issue.

Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und hatte wenig Aussicht.

Sehr zentral gelegen, landestypische Einrichtung, außergewöhnliches gutes Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeiten leider nicht vorhanden, nächstes Parkhaus ca. 200 m entfernt.

Erreur de Booking sur le descriptif de la vue depuis la chambre. Obligés de prendre une catégorie inférieure pour avoir un semblant de vue dégagée mais au prix de la supérieure ! Ni aucun dédommagement : ni de Booking ni de l’hôtel. Si le petit déjeuner n’est pas réservé à l’avance, le prix est doublé sur place. Là non plus, aucun geste commercial. Du coup nous sommes allés prendre nos 4 petits déjeuners ailleurs ainsi que tous nos dîners… mauvais calcul de la part de la direction. Pas d’espace agréable où se détendre. Voiture garée en plein milieu du seul endroit où s’asseoir. Roof top dans le noir complet à 22h ! Pas de bonde pour fermer la baignoire spa.

Extremely comfortable, chilled and charming hotel. The hotel is relatively small but has several places to sit, including a wonderful roof, so never felt over busy. Spa is very good, easy to book via reception. All staff very helpful indeed and especially the waitress at breakfast who could not have been better. The breakfast food was perfect, good quantity, freshly made, calm surroundings. Comfortable beds, very quiet at night too. An excellent place to stay.

The massage treatment is amazing and the staff is literally lovely.

It’s actually an art gallery. Amazing pieces by the owners. The jet tubs were a nice touch but great to have a hotel that was so well decorated and with such great prices even just a walk around the hotel was an experience itself.

Hotel doesn't look like other standard hotels, interior is amazing.

This is a beautiful historic building & feels quite a privilege to stay here and use the common areas, such as the sitting room etc. The spa was gorgeous & I was lucky enough to have it to myself for the full 90 minutes. Wonderful roof terrace with views. Very comfortable bed with luxury details you’d expect from a 5* resort, like a Dyson hair dryer. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The only thing that I found strange is there was no direct phone link to reception, so I wasn’t able to order milk for my tea without going down to the reception! My WhatsApp messages weren’t responded to.

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé à Palma proche de la cathédrale pour faire les activités, personnel très gentil et attentionné. Petits déjeuners préparés avec soin et délicieux. Beau spa (attention supplément si réservation de l hôtel via booking) et belle terrasse sur le toit également dont nous avons pu profiter même fin octobre !

Andre the chef is incredible, great vibe to the hotel, stayed here previously and gave it a 10, only reason to drop a point is they no longer do lunch and dinner up on the upstairs balcony overlooking the city, the balcony on top of the boutique hotel is just incredible so the vibe of eating and drinking out up there was brilliant last time we stayed, but overall love this place

No longer doing lunch and dinner inside the hotel,appreciate its due to it being a small boutique hotel but even if you could pay supplement and get food delivered to the roof eg order in advance, but genuinely a great boutique hotel

Un lieu absolument magique Un séjour inoubliable. L’accueil a été tout simplement exceptionnel, empreint de gentillesse, d’élégance et d’attention, grâce à Alice et sa collègue, qui incarnent à merveille l’âme de ce lieu. Les chambres sont majestueuses, d’un raffinement rare, et le bâtiment est une merveille en soi : on est littéralement projeté hors du temps, dans une atmosphère enchanteresse et profondément inspirante. Chaque détail raconte une histoire, chaque espace invite à la contemplation. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Palma, tout en offrant une sensation de calme et de privilège absolu. Un hôtel d’exception, où le luxe se mêle à l’âme, et où l’on repart avec l’envie irrépressible de revenir.

Es un sitio muy bonito pero destacaría sobre todo la amabilidad del personal. La recepción fué excepcionalmente atenta.

We were in the Junior Suite, a lovely room with its own access off the courtyard. The room was large, quiet and the bed was huge. Our dog was very comfortable in there too. The location could not have been better, very close to the cathedral, Arab Baths and views over the harbour. A great place to step out from for a wander around the old city. Breakfast at first glance was not cheap but when you realise it includes, endless cortados, fruit, breads, granola, eggs, fish and cakes it becomes a bargain. The service was fantastic everyone was so helpful and kind, and had time for us and our dog - we was given his own bowl of water for breakfast! I should also point out that breakfast is held in a magnificent light dining room with wonderful paintings all around and stain glassed windows. There is also a lovely terrace where you can eat when it's warm enough and a roof terrace with good views of the harbour and cathedral. I should also mention that we had a lovely 90 mins in the wellness centre just the two of us, plunge pool, sauna and steam room - very relaxing after a long day!

The lift wasn't working when we arrived but they soon fixed it, so not a problem.
