No me gustó especialmente nada.

Es sin duda el hotel más aburrido en el que he estado en la vida. Me suelo alojar en 5 estrellas GL. Este sin duda es el peor. No solo aburrido el personal se escondía para no trabajar y en un sitio donde no había nadie. Además de que estaba cerrada la puerta de la entrada me imagino para que los empleados no tengan que trabajar. El miércoles nos dicen que no hay para cenar que cierran la cocina a las 7 de la tarde entrada Agosto en Mallorca. Bueno el que vaya tendrá que contemplar a Glovo para cenar. La lista de restaurantes que sugieren , no os fiéis. Fuimos a uno de los de la lista y era entre penoso y lamentable. BONDO: si quieres que te metan prisa para comer y beber comida barata es tu sitio. Esta es la primera reseña que hago en mi vida en Booking. Es absolutamente lamentable. No vayáis en la vida hay mejores opciones. Saludos

Das historische Ambiente war wunderschön, die vielen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsbereiche sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Persona war aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Tochter gab es sogar einen Überraschungsmoment, alle wussten von ihrem Geburtstag und sie bekam einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen, unglaublich!

From the moment I entered the lobby I was blown away. Just perfect, the welcome beverage was just what I needed. Just beautiful, I loved the history behind the building, the room was perfect, it was just an unforgettable experience. The staff were all wonderful, attentive and exceeded my expectations. The location was also an added bonus.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Palma. Due to the fact that there are not many hotel rooms it feels very exclusive and a slice of heaven. Room size was fantastic and the facilities were exceptional. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in at a hotel. The team at Can Cera are superb, everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I have to give a special mention to Benjamin who was not only welcoming on arrival, but extremely helpful throughout our stay, and even went out of his way to email me at the end of our stay with recommendations for our onward journey (several of which we took up and we are thankful we did as the recommendations were well thought out and fantastic experiences for us).

Nothing - the stay was exceptional

Can Cera is a best-in-class hotel, and certainly rates as one of the best stays I've had to date. The secluded (almost secret) entrance opens up into a divine oasis that serves as the breakfast/dining area, check-in, as well as a lounge space. The design aesthetic throughout evokes a quiet yet warm embrace, especially compared to the busy Old Town Palma streets just outside. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which included a superb and concise selection of options to meet all needs. The staff were all incredibly personable, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable from end-to-end. Our room was lovely and well appointed, and the blackout shades provided a much needed respite for the jet lag! I cannot speak more highly of Can Cera and dream of someday returning :)

I'm hard pressed to find any constructive feedback to provide to Can Cera, as the facilities, staff, and overall hospitality were simply excellent. The hot tub / jacuzzi tub in the spa area was out of service during our stay but this affected us in no way, as we had no intention of using this particular amenity.

The hotel is in a great location on a lovely, quiet street. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

I found the bar area a bit dark but it looked very nice.

Mattress not very comfortable, too soft for us - we had an issue the first night with noise from staff at 1.30am sorting out a room adjacent to ours and had to complain, however manager very apologetic and it didn't happen again - could have also benefitted from a larger outside area, however this didn't spoil our stay

Die Lage in der Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war so zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude, ein alter Palast, ist so traumhaft schön.

Das Badezimmer. Es ist nicht getrennt vom Schlafzimmer und auch das WC ist nur mit einer halbhohen Glastür verschlossen. Die Ausstattung ist toll, aber man hat keinerlei Privatsphäre. Da die Duschwanne nur mit einer kleinen Glaswand abgetrennt ist, war es beim Duschen sehr kalt. Wir waren aber auch im April da. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer angenehmer. Aber auch das würde uns nicht hindern wieder zu kommen.

Simply incredible, one of the best experiences with hotels in our life. The right balance between care and over-abusive attention & servility. The astonishing aesthetics: elegant, historical, modern & convenient. The evening tea menu! Oh my god, such a tiny thing, such a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was perfect. The room was very-very lovely, with multiple light scenarios, convenient bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Great stay, great memories.

Nothing really to complain about. A few small things in the room like not-so-tightly fixed reading light, or a lack of non-transparent door in the toilet/bide area.. but come on, it's so minor.

Der SPA ist leider unattraktiv und die Sauna viel zu klein.

La qualità dell’arredo il tocco dell’architetto era evidente . Una colazione ottima la pulizia e la cordialità del personale.

Just about everything was fabulous. From the welcome of the staff to the standard of the room. Can Cera is a wonderful, private, peaceful hotel. We always stay in the old town of Palma when visiting and Can Cera is our new favorite. The history of the building has been kept intact with an outstanding update to a modern hotel. We'll be back!

The evening food menu could have had a larger selection of food. The food itself was good.

The staff was not accommodating. I asked to move my reservation for a longer period in the spring due to a family loss and they refused even though I said they could give me a nonrefundable (higher rate). My partner therefore went alone. The room had no warm water and when confronted they answered: your room is at the end of the hotel - sometimes water doesn’t reach it. Cannot recommend this place due to the people running it !

Beautiful hotel mixing sleek design with original architecture. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Great location, only 10 minutes to most attractions

If a healthy breakfast buffet matters to you, it really doesn’t get much better than this. The buffet is not only genuinely healthy but also delicious and beautifully presented. The friendly service by the hotel staff contribute to overall 5 star feel of this small up market boutique hotel

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The incredible manager, José, greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home. Within minutes of checking in, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, a four-hour early check-in, and even a room upgrade — all completely unexpected and incredibly generous gestures that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely magnificent — the atmosphere, the energy, the design, and the overall aesthetic are simply breathtaking. Every corner of the property radiates beauty and tranquility. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Paula, who was truly perfect in every possible way — professional, attentive, and so talented. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. To top it all off, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, we came back to our room to find it beautifully decorated with balloons — such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise. José deserves a very special mention — he is absolutely fantastic, thoughtful, and dedicated to creating an amazing guest experience. Every interaction with him made us feel valued and cared for. All in all, our stay was beyond perfect. We can’t thank the entire team enough for their hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness. This hotel truly exceeded every expectation — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

It was absolutely amazing! It’s a hidden gem that you need to discover. I can only imagine it’s even better in full summer when you find a refugee from the heat there. Staff is amazingly friendly. The also surprised us for my parents’ wedding anniversary. We didn’t have time to check the spa facilities. But I could easily got for runs by the seaside. And if you need a gym, they have a sister hotel 10min away where you can use gym at any time. Rooms are very specious and it was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Best place for an escape in a couple

La atención al detalle ha sido excelente en este hotel, para mí lo tiene todo, desde ubicación, confort, todo muy limpio, comida buenísima, atención del personal excelente, y además si te gusta el diseño es un buen lugar para inspirarte.

Pros: Excellent location. Stunning property and decor! Very friendly and courteous staff (special shoutout to Camila and Juan in the front desk). Spacious bedroom: comfortable bed and pillows, incredible room fragrance/smell, his-and-her sinks in the bathroom, fantastic water pressure and temperature, great bath products, and impeccable cleanliness. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast, which was simple, yet well-curated and delicious.

Cons: No pool. Rooftop area is unappealing and very small. Couldn't figure out how to charge phones overnight while having all lights turned off in the room.

A true hidden gem with only 15 rooms, this hotel offers an intimate and exclusive experience. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail from the staff is remarkable, creating a sense of warmth and refinement. Fabulous hotel and staff

Hotel Can Cera is a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel. The materials used and the scents employed appear designed to invoke calm and serenity. Though it is located in an interesting and fun city, you could be forgiven for never leaving the hotel!

The room did not have AC during a heat wave. Completely unacceptable. They moved us the next day. The hotel does not include breakfast and has zero amenities. Did not feel worth the price we paid. The hotel is attractive and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful property in a great location. The staff was exceptional as well. Would stay again for sure!
