Good location, comfortable room.

Rooms are a bit noisy.

The attached Denny's was helpful for getting breakfast. The motel provided an umbrella for a walk in the rain. The desk staff were friendly and helpful at all hours.

The add indicates they have a pool. The pool was closed, likely not working for a long while. This is false information. The shower stall was very small with limited place to store any soaps.

Trouble with the internet

Arrived and was told there was over booking and recieved email from booking.com stating I will only get 2nd night refund. No where to go with my children I'm single mom one income and $400 loss is wild when booking .com and the hotel don't communicate and I'm forced to take the hit for a mistake that I didn't make I reserved the rooms and showed up and when I use the app says to contact the hotel when I contact the hotel they say I have to contact the book.com 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ now book.com asking me how was my stay.

The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. It was also conveniently located beside the hotel

The dirty laundry in the hallway was not a good sight and made it awkward getting to our room.The laundry room was overflowing and the overflow was in the hallway.

Loved the beds, VERY comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave a welcome present to our toddler, and upgraded our room.

The curtains weren't long enough to block out the light, so it was hard to sleep. We ended up tucking extra cushions up behind the windows to block the light.

It strongly smells like pot. There wasn’t black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom

The advertised pool was closed and the advertised fitness room did not exist; the signs led to a dead end.

The original room we were put in had the most foul Oder. Like it should have been I good how bad it was.. I eventually asked someone to come in and smell it and she was appalled.

We had 2 rooms there. Both of them had a bad smell. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the second with the kitchenette had a strong curry and other spices smell. :( Other than the smell, everything was ok. The staff were very kind and helped when needed 👌

The breakfast was at the adjacent Denny's restaurant. The pool was nice for swimming.

At the morning an employee was so helpful to remove snow on my car and defrost the windshield.

The room wasn’t clean, the beds weren’t clean, housekeepers didn’t change the sheets and the linens. Lots of hair all over the washroom floor. The room smells bad, dirty, disgusting. I didn’t complain about it because I reserved and paid over booking.com (hotels never want to refund) and I didn’t have any other reservation in another hotel

Parking can be challenging. Too many big pickups parking in the narrow entry way instead of the parking area behind the building.

Solid stay. The kitchenette was a nice touch! Clean, comfy and quiet. Only stayed one day, but no issues at all. Woman at check in was nice/polite. Attached Denny's was convenient for a bite to eat after check in. Pretty solid for the price.

Clean neat With nice wallpaper and drapes. Bed was comfortable. Looking out the window onto a lane with stacked up lumber, etc. could be improved, but no biggie. Denny’s restaurant is attached, which was convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful.

The mattress was “squeaky “ not the bed but what ever they use for a mattress topper, it’s very annoying. Everytime you move it squeaks . Not a good sleep

The hotel is run down and aged. When we first checked in we had a couple iasues with our room. I went to the front desk and stated my concerns and without hesitation the gentleman moved us to another room. It was better and he apologized because it was on the second floor rather than the first. It didn't matter to us what floor we were on. After moving rooms we recieved a call from the front desk gentleman(I should have written his name down as I have forgotten it) aaking if we were going to be in our room for a few minutes. He wanted to stop by. Within seconds he knocked and had a basket of goodies for us. Totally unnecessary but muchly appreciated. This was an inexpensive hotel so we didn't have high expectations. But we will stay there again because of the front desk gentleman. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with great service, stay here.

Was not told we needed to opt into cleaning by putting sign up by 10am. Asked staff clean and they did not. No towels by the pool.

Reception just STANK, she gave us the worst service after making us wait 5 mins while she counted papers. Then said there was no room to store our baggage when they advertise baggage storage on their site. She said it was full, but there was a large empty room behind her obviously not full. Awful, we left without checking in and chose a better hotel.

Floor not level, uneven ridges in the carpet, parking stalls too narrow for clientele mostly in pick-up trucks
