Had a lovely dinner buffet at Hilton Residencies! The food was really good, and Cherini & Vishmi provided excellent service throughout. They were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Thank you for the great service! 😊

This hotel is centrally located in Colombo. Walking distances to hair/nail salons, supermarkets and coffee shops. If you are a Hilton Diamond member you get a buffet breakfast that is absolutely phenomenal. The staff here is first class and super friendly. The staff from Valet, reception, housekeeping & restaurant everyone has a smile and so eager to help. I stay here over and over again every time I come to SL. The suites are spacious and feels like home with mini kitchen to living areas. I highly recommend this place to anyone with families or solo.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The Sports Center facilities were excellent, clean, and very well maintained. All the hotel facilities were also of a very high standard, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Pathum, the lifeguard, for his outstanding service. He was very friendly, professional, attentive, and always made sure guests felt safe and comfortable. The excellent facilities, great service, and warm hospitality made my visit a memorable one. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Hilton Residence was truly over the top! The staff, both at the restaurants and the front office, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They were always in touch with us on WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the stay even more comfortable and special. Great place, wonderful people, and an excellent location. The food selection was incredible—almost too many choices! Being a foodie, I enjoyed every bit of it. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for more nights. Highly recommended

This is a SUPERB hotel! Amazing, spacious rooms. Fabulous pool (especially at night 🤩). The most varied and delicious breakfast. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff - in particular Suren (who did not ask specifically to be named but simply has to have a mention - he remembered our names and greeted us every time he saw us as if we were old friends staying in his home - nothing was too much trouble). Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo, and hope to return ourselves one day!

Our wedding at Hilton Residences Colombo was truly an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special day. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms were beautifully designed, the décor was elegant, and the stunning view of the Lotus Tower made our stay even more memorable. We also really appreciated the complimentary offers and amenities that came with our stay. They were a nice touch and made the overall experience feel even more special. We held our wedding reception at the Union Ballroom, and everything was organized beautifully. From our very first discussion right up until the end of the event, Ms. Kashmira Pathirana was incredibly supportive, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help with our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day without any worries. Her dedication and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we're so grateful for all her support. A special mention has to go to the food, it was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, and many of our guests complimented the taste and variety of the food. We've received so many positive comments from our family and friends about how much they enjoyed the meal. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Residences Colombo for making our wedding day so memorable. We will always cherish the wonderful memories we created here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hilton to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.

Very clean and more comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff. Specially the cleaners are very polite and honest and very quick, Specially Alimudeen, all the best to him.

Absolutely amazing Mehendi and Waleema ceremony organised by Imesha at hilton Colombo residence ballroom. From food to service from day 1 was simply the best 👌 We are truly greatful to Imesha for making it a fabulous event for us coordinating throughout the event with loads of patience 🙏 Food was just Wooow im glad our guests loved it Thank you Imesha you are the best 👌 💖

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Pasindu and the big boy, for their excellent service, friendliness, and attention to detail. Have been coming here for the past few years for a week’s stay and everything is just lovely! Location, view, hospitality, buffet, pool everything has been amazing and good value for money too! My kids look forward to their JAIIC stay every year ❤️ and the housekeeping personnel SABARISHAN has been so helpful and so friendly.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities ,amazing staff

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Residences in Colombo Sri Lanka for more than for years while serving my tenure as the Secretary General of the Colombo Plan from 2022 to 2026. I’ve never encountered any issue… Excellent services, competent, polite management and staff, top rate amenities. Mr Sithum Vikasitha, a support staff was very helpful with all my utility needs. It has definitely made my stay very pleasant. My home away from home.

Very disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty, the staff lacked professionalism, and the food was poor in both quality and taste. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and dining.

We had a fantastic stay, so good that we booked the same hotel again on the last day before travelling home. At the front desk there are Supipi and Prabath who helped us very well! The breakfast is fantastic, I will miss the egg hoppers! For the breakfast we want to thank Awishka, Methil, Chamuda, Nipuni and Trenisha!

We stayed at the Hilton residences for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. Spacious apartments, great facilities including pool and gym, and excellent buffet breakfast. Location was a bonus- central to everything and a short walk from Colombo city circle which had cinemas and arcade games for the kids, as well as a food court and shopping. Rooms were clean and serviced well. Staff attentive at all times. Great value for money! Would highly recommend for any length of stay in Colombo

The spacious size of the room. The location. The staff are very nice and cooperative. The swimming pool is wonderful. The breakfast is amazing.

Clarity of the advertising on booking.com is very necessary. This is a joint responsibility between the hotel and booking.com. I was expecting a room with a balcony, yet I ended up with a sealed one and inaccessible. I expected all hotel facilities included in the room rate. I ended up paying extra fees for some. So, I’m expecting booking.com to work on this issue, and the hotel to be precise and clear about everything.

The apartmemt was on the 30th floor with excellent views of Colombo city. The check-in process was easy and flawless. The apartment was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awsome with plenty of options.

The apartment was a bit old fashioned and some of the items seems to be out dated. More amenities could have been provided, with more dental kits and creamer,...etc.

We were at Basico coffee shop this morning. The service provided by a stewardess by the name of Nirasha during our meeting was excellent. Attending to all our needs were commendable. Lalith H
