I have stayed at this hotel before, and my previous experience was much better. Unfortunately, this time the room was not up to the same standard. There was an unpleasant smell of humidity in the room, and water leaked from under the bathroom door onto the floor outside. In addition, there were mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, and ensuring that all rooms meet the same quality standard.

The location is very good, the room is clean but dated, the breakfast is not a five star hotel breakfast it's normal

Zimmer roch etwas nach schweißfüßen. Für das pool wurden nochmal 5€ für eine badehaube verrechnet. Getränke an der bar sind mittelmäßig. Wlan ist nicht verschlüsselt

Personnel were nice and supporting and gave us a vip room for our honeymoon. We have a great memory of staying there. Breakfast was great and location is close to everywhere

The hotel located close to taksim metro station and square.The staff were very friendly.Songul,the housekeeper was exceptionally kind and attentive.The manager gave us box of Turkish delight as a gift on our last day!🙏

The beds were so soft and un comfortable.(room 606)The pillows were so hard (I didn’t sleep well during our stay because of pillows).They put pillow menu in the room.I asked orthopedic one,they sent me the same pillows.There is no pillow choice.We couldn’t sleep untill 2.00AM due to loud music.In the bathroom,the shower drain was barely draining water.We choosed standard room,but they told me they gave us Relax room.Unfortunately we didnt relax in their relax room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also great and made it easy to get around. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to stay here again!

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The hotel spa area (Pool, Sauna and Hammam) is a fantastic addon and the stapp were really nice and always willing to help with all my questions and requests.

1) Расположение в центре города. 2) Остановка автобуса в аэропорт рядом с гостиницей. 3) Персонал на Reciption.

1) В гостинице всего несколько больших (достаточно для 3 человек) номеров с хорошим видом на Босфор из окна (№№: 125/225/325/425/525/625/725). Естественно эти номера значительно дороже. Вид из окон большинства других номеров просто удручающий, либо на стену дома напротив, либо на стройку. 2) Завтрак среднего качества и ассортимента. Всего два вида сока из автомата и чай-кофе из аналогичного. Причем автомат достаточно часто ломается и приходится ждать. Персонально (яичницу, например) не готовят совсем. 3) Бесплатное количество бутылок (0,5) воды в день на номер - по числу проживающий. Не хватило - магазинчик напротив. 4) Матрац весьма старый и продавленный. Попросили поменять - вероятно просто перевернули тот что был. 5) Напор воды в ванной - оставляет желать лучшего. Горячая вода в душе утром и вечером горячей совсем не является. Хочешь принять душ - наберись терпения. 6) При стоимости номера (№625, в нашем случае) в районе 300 долларов с сутки при посещении бассейна (минус 2 этаж, весьма душно) требуют либо свою "шапочку для купания" либо купить у них за 5 евро. Мелочь, но неприятно.

​I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, being conveniently close to Taksim Square. The absolute highlight of our stay was the truly amazing staff; everyone from the reception and lobby to the dining room and room service teams was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The facilities, including the spa center and swimming pool, were nice and clean. I also appreciated that the rooms were spacious and very comfortable in terms of size. As for the breakfast, I particularly loved the pastries, which were always fresh and genuinely delicious.

Unfortunately, there were several significant drawbacks. The hotel is quite old and definitely does not match the pictures shown online. The rooms desperately need a thorough deep cleaning on a regular basis rather than just a quick daily surface clean, especially the bathrooms and toilets. We experienced a strong smell of urine in our room, made worse by a lack of proper ventilation. We complained to the reception about this on our very first day, but no real action was taken. The cleaning lady tried her best every day to eliminate the odor, but the management simply continued adding more cleaning chemicals without fixing the root of the problem. ​Lastly, while the breakfast was generally good and diverse, it often lacked daily variety and got a bit repetitive. Perhaps we are just picky eaters, but I really wished there had been finely chopped, ready-to-eat salads available, rather than the whole vegetables and large, chunky slices that were served.

La camera era grande, ben arredata e con tutti i comfort, letti comodi, bagno con cabina doccia a raso, molto comoda. L’hotel è situato a pochi passi da piazza Taksim, da cui con i mezzi pubblici, puoi raggiungere qualsiasi parte di Istanbul. Vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità del personale tutto che si è fatto in quattro per aiutarmi e indirizzarmi per un piccolo problema di salute

Room was great, breakfast was great. Helpful staff on your activities outside the hotel. Proactive. Friendly staff with a smile. Considering booking again here on our next vacation to Turkey.

Please remove the glass at the reception. It is annoying not to be able to listen to your staff.

Konum olarak İstanbul'un en merkezi yerlerinden biri, havalimanı servisleri doğrudan otelin önünden kalkıyor, bu büyük kolaylık. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve temizlik gerçekten harika. Genel olarak konumu, temizliği ve personeliyle memnun kaldık, kahvaltıdaki birkaç detay düzeltilirse mükemmel olur.

Tek eleştirim kahvaltıyla ilgili. Çeşit bol, ancak çay ve kahvenin plastik ağızlı termoslarda sunulması 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmamış. Çay bardağında çay servisi olduğunu ise ne yazık ki çok geç fark ettik. Kısacası sıcak içecekler semaver gibi daha estetik ve hijyenik bir şekilde sunulabilir. Fırın ürünleri çeşidi de çok ama taze değildi; bence daha az çeşit ama daha taze ürün çok daha iyi olurdu.

The location is perfect for a tourist exploring Istanbul. Metro is a short walk away and the airport bus stops at the door. The hotel is extremely clean, impeccable. Staff in general is nice. It has a good cost benefit but don’t expect the service you would get on a 5 star hotel in Europe in a hotel chain, for example.

Breakfast was average, not a lot of options of fresh fruit and the machine of hot beverages wasn’t good. Drinks weren’t creamy or tasty. Some employees don’t understand English, I asked for “almond milk” or “almond drink” and one of the employees at the breakfast service didn’t understand it. I ordered it to another person and it was never delivered to the table and we had previously ordered it with no issues. We had some problems with housekeeping at the middle of the stay but guest relations intervened to make things better which we really appreciated.

It’s in a great location. It’s within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. There is no on-site car park, but the valet service is very helpfull with this. If you do not use your car at all, you will be charged a daily parking fee of 800 TL (approximately 18 USD). The valet service is extremely quick. Aksi this fee is nothing for such a great lication

It’s in a very noisy area. The noise from outside never stops, day or night. The hotel rooms are in need of a general refurbishment.

위치는 편리한 위치에 있지만 호텔 자체가 높지 않고 길 한복판이라 사람들 소리 장사 소리 등등 소음이 좀 심했어요. 호텔 시설은 제가 생각한 5성급은 아니었어요~!

The staff especially the reception staff were very nice and helpful, location is fine and near to the metro, the room is spacious and clean apart from the fitted carpet which need much attention.

The restaurant is outdated , noisy and the options during the breakfast very limited and not very good.

Good value for money staff was very cooperative and cordial. Sela at the front desk was exceptional.I was upgraded to a suite and was allowed a late checkout.Location of the hotel is very convenient as Taksim square and Istiklal street is few minutes walk way.

A fantastic location — truly right in front of the Taksim bus stop, the final stop for airport buses from both Istanbul Airport and SAW Airport. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, ATMs and shops nearby, and the main Taksim area is only a five-minute walk away. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options. For anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time, I would highly recommend choosing this accommodation without hesitation.

Sehr zentral und da Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich.

Es ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Neue Möbel oder Boden wären optisch schöner. Auch der Bereich wo man Frühstück nicht sehr einladend das Ambiente.

The hotel upgraded me to the senior suite, which was very nice. The breakfast had lots of options, including vegetarian ones.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location and spacious rooms. The Turkish bath and massage were excellent and the reception team was very welcoming.

The facilities felt a bit dated and not quite at a five-star level. Accessibility could be improved, as the spa was only accessible by stairs and some entrances lacked ramps. Room amenities were inconsistent, and our requested double-bed room was not available on arrival.

Everything. Front office to the check out what they provide. The staff Mr Junaid and their entire teams are pleasant and they know what their job. Credit goes to the manager who trained and guide them. I had been to few other hotels too in taksim buy I would suggest the Point Hotel to anyone who are looking for comfort stay.

The city centre tram station was just a 5-minute walk away, and Istiklal Street was also only 5 minutes from the hotel. The area felt very safe to walk around, even late at night, and the lively atmosphere made it a great place to explore, shop, and enjoy the local cafés and restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better.

Das Point Hotel Taksim liegt in der Nähe eines belebten Viertels und auch nicht weit weg von den Bootsanlegestellen. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Dachterrasse sehr schön.
