È stato un buon punto d’appoggio per partecipare a un evento presso la fiera di Amsterdam RAI. Anche se lontano dal centro storico è stato comunque molto semplice raggiungerlo con i mezzi pubblici. Stanza ordinaria, pulita

Il bagno andrebbe modernizzato e svecchiato. La stanza affacciava su una strada a scorrimento veloce ma non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori. La struttura non è male tuttavia ritengo che il prezzo sia sproporzionato…ma ciò è il linea con molte altre strutture della città.

Family room is not very big,which is normal in Amsterdam. Parking is very convenient outside the hotel, 50 euro for two days. Supermarket is nearby. Walking to the tram station takes 15 minutes. There is a good Chinese restaurant by the supermarket.

The room is hot in summer. We have to turn on the fans all the time in the room. In other season which is cool, this is not a problem.

Het hotel ziet er schoon uit. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed. Het ontbijt is goed, er is keuze voor in ieder en ziet er ook vers uit. De kamers zijn in grote lijnen schoon

Het hotel ligt niet in de meest fijne buurt, de omgeving om het hotel is veroudert. De kamer die wij hadden keek uit naar binnen (andere gangen). Het raam was smerig en het is jammer doordat het binnen is je geen raam open kunt doen.

Chambres très agréables, literie confortable et personnel aux petits soins parlant anglais : notre séjour a été très agréable. Les petits plus qui font la différence ? Un bar convivial, un excellent petit-déjeuner, un automate à pizza dans la hall et un grand parking le tout dans un secteur bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Nous avons regretté le quartier peu animé offrant peu d'options de restauration et marqué par la proximité de l'autoroute.

The circumstances were exceptional due to multiple delays at Schiphol . However the room had a tv virtually hanging off the wall and 4 uncomfortable single beds.

Er stond niet vermeld hoe duur de parking was tenzij je ter plaatse toekomt + kledingstukken die verdwenen waren… kamer van 4 personen was ZEKER niet zoals op de foto

Ontvangst was slecht. Inchecken lukte niet. Medewerker balie nam t over maar totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Kamer etage 0 (begane grond) blijk je dus in kamer te kijken naar betonnen muur. Geen raam kon open. Airco deed t niet. Uitchecken twee man achter de balie aan t praten en niets aan het doen. Toch moet je online uitchecken. Lekkere klantvriendelijkheid (niet dus). Al het personeel spreekt Engels. Enige lichtpuntje was dame die ons ontving voor ontbijt en het ontbijt zelf

Gezellige beneden ruimte en goede ligging.

Airco’s werken slecht en er kon geen raam open. Kamers aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen.

NON RACCOMANDO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA. Hotel decisamente datato, bagni in condizioni deludenti e gestione delle contestazioni inesistente.

Esperienza estremamente deludente. Ho prenotato una Camera Quadrupla Comfort da 26 m² con 4 letti singoli basandomi sulla descrizione e sulle fotografie pubblicate online. La camera che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva alle aspettative create dall’annuncio e ho ritenuto che vi fosse una significativa differenza tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente ricevuto. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema, ma la gestione del reclamo è stata insoddisfacente. Ancora più deludente è stata l’assenza di qualsiasi risposta diretta da parte dell’hotel alle mie comunicazioni successive. Booking.com è intervenuta riconoscendo un rimborso parziale a proprie spese, mentre dalla struttura non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro. Da una struttura appartenente al marchio Best Western mi aspettavo maggiore trasparenza, attenzione verso il cliente e soprattutto una gestione più professionale delle contestazioni. NON RACCOMANDO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA. Hotel decisamente datato, bagni in condizioni deludenti e gestione delle contestazioni inesistente.

Buona posizione, vicino ai trasporti pubblici. Supermercato affianco molto comodo. Servizio disponibile. Subito la stanza non era conforme alla foto dell’annuncio, era conformata in modo diverso. Lo staff è stato cordiale e abbiamo selezionato la stanza ideale per il mio soggiorno.

Pulizie discrete e nella norma, nulla di speciale. Asciugamani puliti ma non di buonissimo profumo, molto generico.

Facilities we ok, walking distance from tram stops, and with some markets nearby. Breakfast buffet was very good at a reasonable price.

Room was extremely small, we booked a room for 4, it had 4 small beds, very little additional space left, and the bathroom was way too small. Wifi was unstable, kept disconnecting and required authentication almost every time.

The facilities worked - the toilets flushed, the rooms were cleaned and the area was safe.

The staff was impolite, the receptionist was unwelcoming. When we arrived for check in, he got up and left. Despite the hotel being self check in, there is a level of decorum that needs to be instated.

The sizes of the rooms and the beds were comfortable. The vending machines with drinks and pizza were a good option. The neighbourhood was quiet.

The people in the reception were not so welcoming. The bathroom was not so clean and when you showered the whole floor filled up with water. The location was further away from the center than expected.

We entered the room was boiling very hot, no air condition in the room we never expect in such a hot summer that no air condition, fans provided very poor quality and window not opened before arrival from the first Entery to the room was very dis appointing , Tried to change room but receptionist stated not available, The way how you book the room is very deceiving as does not tell you if there is no air condition certainly we assume that every room will have air condition, specially with amount of money paid, and condition of the weather. The quality of furniture all appears to be poor quality a sort of whole glass quick building, No nice restaurant or any fancy places around appears like council flat , but close to tram station

La localisation avec la possibilité d’avoir un parking, ainsi que les parties communes très moderne et la possibilité de louer des vélos sur place directement ce qui est très pratique.

Cependant la qualité des chambres n’est pas au niveau des tarifs, ainsi que la qualité du service client qui est inexistant. On fait notre check-in tout seul, devant une équipe de conseiller à l’accueil qui nous ignore presque, et qui nous montre qu’on les dérange si on leur pose une question. Cela fait 3 fois que je viens depuis 2018 et tout se dégrade, c’est fort dommage. La décoration est vieillissante et très bas de gamme pour la salle de bain. De plus, nous avions un cafard dans la salle de bain ainsi que la douche et le lavabo bouché, c’est qui est fortement décevant pour le service que nous payons et qui n’est pas à la hauteur.

Temiz bir otel, yardımsever çalışanları var. Tramvaya yakın. Çevresinde keşfedilecek güzel yerler var.

We didn’t want to drive into the city so location was good with car park. Bikes were rented from hotel which is the best way to see the city. Cycled through Vondel park to get to main areas. Beds were super comfy

Rooms were basic and cleaning staff were very hit and miss with leaving cups and coffee pods. Happened in both our rooms.

Odanın kliması iyi olmasına rağmen resepsiyon ve koridorlar çok sıcaktı. Biz Amsterdam'ın 40 derece olduğu günlere denk geldik. Çok kötüydü. Yataklar ve yastık çok rahatsızdı, başka yastık var mı diye sorduğumuzda da çalışan bizi umursamadı bile. Yeri de şehre biraz uzak ama çevresi fena değil.

The room was nice and clean

Before check-in, I left my luggage with the hotel, but there was no claim ticket or identification number. The luggage storage system was poorly managed, and the situation was such that it would not have been surprising if someone had mistakenly taken my luggage.

Near the metro/ tram line. Decent size room with 3 single beds. The coffee machine was a welcome treat after a day exploring. A fridge in room made for cool drinks/ food. Staff very friendly Pizza vending machine in lobby- good value and delicious Stayed here for 2 stays within a fortnight

the room itself was very good. i loved the AC. the view not so. i was looking into a corridore inside the hotel. location was perfect. a supermarket closeby and close to public transportation. the overall value, not bad

the view from my room. i didnt know i was going to look into a walkway inside the hotel. afterall i was on vacation, coming back to the hotel and opening the curtains to look outside would have ment a lot to me. now, we had to close the curtains and watch tv instead. if i knew, i would probably ask for another room. but there is no way of knowing this upfront espacially when you check it with a computer.

Quad room suited our family well for the stay and was comfortable and clean. The hotel is well placed for train and tram connections and the large car park meant even arriving late parking was no problem

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per Amsterdam. L'hotel è fuori dal centro ma l'accesso ai mezzi pubblici e ai supermercati è comodo. La struttura è moderna e le camere sono ben insonorizzate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la macchinetta del caffè in camera, che viene rifornita ogni giorno quando viene sistemata la camera. Ci sono distributori automatici nella hall, ma il prezzo non è conveniente (consiglio di approfittare dei supermercati). La palestra è molto bella e ben accessoriata.

La doccia è walk in e facilmente accessibile, ma ogni volta che ci si lava inevitabilmente si schizza acqua nel resto del bagno, e la temperatura non è sempre stabile. Inoltre avrei preferito avere un mobile in bagno per appoggiare le mie cose

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Otelin araç park yeri olması güzeldi. Odalar temiz ve imkanlar iyiydi. Tramway'a yürüme mesafesinde olması, şehir merkezine 29 dakikada ulaşılıyor olması güzeldi.

Sadece otelin park yerinin gecelik 25 euro olmasını sevmedik.

There were a few staff who tried to make it better.

Definitely not what was in the booking photos, old. Had mildew in shower, had to argue change rooms because of a sewer smell in the one. Rooms were not restocked with essentials like toilet paper and coffee supplies.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable We got fed up with having the same breakfast for five days in a row :)

Bagno non finestrato e con aspiratore non funzionante. Nessuna bevanda nel frigobar e per 200 euro a notte mi aspettavo almeno bottigliette d'acqua gratis.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; pulizia delle camere quotidiana con sostituzione asciugamani; macchinetta del caffè in camera compatibile Nespresso (con cialde rimpiazzate quotidianamente) e frigo. Piccola palestra e distributore automatico di pizza. Supermercati vicinissimi come pure la fermata del tram 2 che in 35-40' netti dall'albergo permetteva di raggiungere la Centraal Station. Anche la fermata metro (comoda per la stazione di Zuid) era vicina.

Nei bagni nelle due camere prese la doccia era chiusa solo in tre lati. L'illuminazione dello specchio dei bagni poteva essere più forte per barba e/o trucco.

Proche du transport en commun et un petit centre commercial. Il y a un parking payant. Le service de l'hôtel et le personnel sont bien.

Un grand point négatif est le manque de climatisation. En été, avec la chaleur émise par le petit frigo, il fait vraiment chaud.

Chambre spacieuse et climatisée. Literie plutôt confortable. Arrêt de Tramway à moins de 10 min à pied, important car l’emplacement de l’hôtel est en dehors du centre-ville. Réactivité du personnel à l’accueil Présence d’une salle de sport

Nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre à notre arrivée, soit pour une climatisation bruyante ou bien pour manque de propreté de la chambre. La personne de l’accueil a fait le nécessaire. Prix du parking élevé visiblement aligné sur les tarifs pratiqués par la ville. Salle de bain un peu vétuste Prix du petit déjeuner élevé Emplacement excentré (40 min à pied de Museumplein / 20 min de tramway central station)

Good location and nice bar and restaurant area.

Was in a ground floor disabled room. Had wet shower room that meant wasn't usable after shower as floor completely wet. No toilet roll holders and loose toilet rolls that would roll onto wet floor. No air in room other than fan (which was loud) which meant things smelled stagnant.

Fijn bed, schone kamer. In het hotel weinig te horen van de snelweg en andere geluiden van buiten. Goed ontbijt, relaxte sfeer.
