Honestly it's mostly Booking.com's fault. The hotel is closed and yet it was still receiving bookings. I am trying to get a refund. I booked this months ahead of time and luckily I noticed two weeks before my flight, the reviews on Google Maps. Everyone was saying it was shut down due to construction work. Some people had to find an alternative hotel on the same day, I had a two weeks heads up. Booking, I hope you do what's right and refund all these people.

Ik betaal 100€ voor met 2p 1 nacht te slapen wat opzich nog schappelijk is van prijs. Komen we toe aan het hotel, WAS DIT NIET EENS OPEN!! Heb mijn geld ook nooit terug gezien. Snel contact gehad met Booking.com overgeplaatst naar een ander hotel en uiteindelijk DIE OOK NOG MOETEN BETALEN?!?!? Zeer ontevreden dit

There was no property at all, we were stranded on the streets of Amsterdam at night time. We didn’t hear anything from the property when we attempted to contact them.

BOOKING avisó el mismo día de nuestra llegada que no estaba en condiciones de recibirnos el hotel. Y el hotel estaba hace semanas en construcción! MAL MAL ahi! y ademas el hotel nos habia confirmado por interno que si estaban activos.

The hotel was closed and they did not contact us to let us know, so when we arrived there was no access to the hotel and they were not answering their phone or replying to their emails. Terrible experience and will never use this hotel again. Service = 0

When we got there it was closed for renovations!!!! We had no notice from the hotel. We asked in a nearby restaurant and the guy working said we were the second people that day who had booked to stay here and had to find alternative accommodation.

Transport connection with Tram lines and train.

Basically, it is a one single floor hotel with a kitchen, bar, reception and rooms in one single level. Moreover, there is a very poor sound insulation and nights are very unpleasant not only because of the street noise, but also because of the crowd entering into the hotel being drunk, high on weed, yelling, etc. It is impossible to rest. If you need a place for a comfortable sleep, this is not for you. Besides, you can hear the pipelines and waste lines from the entire set of rooms all the f*** night.

Camere piccolissime e poco curate bagno strettissimo che si allaga per la doccia

L'emplacement était pas mal, très proche des transports.

Le lit était très inconfortable, et la propreté moyenne.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel très propre avec des lits confortables. Je recommande.

Après inspection de la chambre, qui était très laborieuse (insectes au plafond et dans le lit, cheveux et taches jaunes sur les draps), nous avons retrouvé une SOURIS MORTE ET ÉCRASÉ sous le matelas !!! Par conséquent, nous avons prévenu l'accueil immédiatement qui a à peine réagit et ne nous a même proposé un remboursement ou un échange de chambre. Nous avons donc quitter l'hôtel et retrouver une autre chambre pour le jour même. Nous sommes traumatisé.

So,I don’t have the right words to express my disappointment!!!! We had booked a 3 person room,when we arrived everything seemed normal, not a special hotel but the room was visually okay. After some time we found bedbugs in the beds and we went to the reception to demand a refund, they told us that the manager is only at morning so they could only change us the room for that night. But the room they said that would be downgraded to a basement room with no windows. We said that would be fine only for tonight because they said that they don’t have a better one they were fully booked. So, after literally 5 minutes in the room when we saw that the beds were fine, a mouse entered the room from the hallway! We went again to the reception and said that we dont want to sleep in a room with a mouse . The receptionist there told us that the matter was that the empty space between the door and the floor was to big That’s why the mouse got in, as if it was normal that they had mouses running around..so the solution was that he could offer us a different room in the same basement floor but with no space between the door and for more “safety” he could give us some towels to put in the door. We of course said no so then he offered the last room of the empty ones that was next to the first one with the bed bugs. So when we entered the room smelled really really bad and it was really cold. At the end we found also there bed bugs. We stayed almost the whole night outside the room talking with the booking we could do anything until the morning that the manager would be there . So in the morning the manager that said that wasn’t the manager, called experts and they didn’t found anything. We laughed and said yes of course we are just crazy and want to change 3 rooms just for fun . At the end he said that he could only refund us the 2 nights because the first one we stayed even though we stayed outside of the room almost the whole night.

We don’t have power connection. I told the staff about it but they did nothing. We were not able to charge our gadgets. And no compensation at all

Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen bei uns, aber man konnte es spontan für zusätzliche Kosten nehmen. Lage ist gut, sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung.

Unser Zimmer war im Keller, keine Fenster. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut und im Badezimmer war es sehr kalt

Die lage war nicht schlecht. Nahe am Flughafen und dem Stadtzentrum. Aber die umgeben machte mir Angst!

Zimmer war eher schmuddelig und man konnte direkt in mein Zimmer hinein schauen vom Hinterhof des Hotels. In der Nacht kam es mehrmals zu Ruhestörungen. Sowohl von draussen wie auch vom Haus selbst (laute Musik, glas das zerschlagen wurde, Feuerwerk usw…) ich hatter alleine sehr Angst in diesem Hotel

Personeel was super vriendelijk, en alles zag er netjes en verzorgd uit.

Schoon en handige locatie, terrasjes op loopafstand.

De kamers liggen onder straat niveau, in de basement en hadden geen ramen. Dat staat er ook bij met het boeken, echter: in het geval van brand kun je écht nergens heen. 1 smal gangetje met een stijle trap naar boven. De kamers zelf hebben geen airco en de ventilatie van de badkamer (erg klein en vrijwel geen waterdruk) loeit de hele nacht door. Klein, en erg benauwd en benauwend. Niet weer.

Molto sporco, materasso deformato utilizzato da secoli, infissi in metallo dell' ante guerra, molto piccolo. Foto false e rese più appetibili, ma davvero fa schifo! Prezzo esagerato per quello che ho trovato. Veramente disgustata.

Close to tram stops

No hot water= 2 days no shower & staff knew it didn’t work but no possibility to change room or shower else where. Grease ring around bathroom sink, and toilet flusher broken. Room smelt of smoke Noisy and no parking despite the mention on the add. I do not recommend at all. Management needs to understand that it’s the little things that add up for a great experience.

Il bagno era rotto. Non c'era l'aria condizionata, quindi ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta, da dove arrivavano fumo e rumore.

En général : très souriant le personnel, très serviable , répond à nos questions sans problème. Le petit plus réception 24/24h très bien à ne pas changer

Les photo de l’intérieur correspondent mais ça serait bien de montrer l’extérieur aussi , si possible vu le prix faire inclure le petit déjeuner . De plus je trouve que ça mérite pas ces trois étoiles, car très insalubre vu de l’extérieur et le décors assez spécial .

Prix pour Amsterdam était le plus acceptable. La mini terrasse fesait l’affaire. Le lit était confortable

Propreté vraiment moyen. Pas de airco, simple vitrage du coup très chaud quand le soleil tape sur la fenêtre. Suite à un problème De chaudière pas d’eau chaude le premier matin

This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed through Booking — and I’ve been traveling for the past 5 to 10 years! Never before have I experienced an apartment like this. It truly felt like home the moment I stepped in. Everything was there — from the smallest essentials to all the comforts you could ask for. The atmosphere was cozy and fresh, with an attention to detail that made all the difference. The bed cover was perfectly clean, which is rare to find and instantly made me feel at ease. It didn’t feel like a smn’s apartment— it felt like coming back to my own space after a long day. Belfort apartment a new standard for what I look for in accommodation. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and that special “home away from home” feeling.

Un peu excentré du centre ancien, mais avec une station de tram juste devant, petit déjeuner un peu cher pour le contenu proposé Literie propre

Détritus sous le lit, Lavabo bouché, douche qui glisse une fois mouillée, mauvaise ventilation dans la chambre (heureusement il y a un ventilo), moquette tachée dans les communs, plein de mégots sur le balcon.

Emplacement idéal et personnel très sympathique. Les transports sont a proximité et nous avons rejoint le centre ville très rapidement

La chambre était vraiment petite avec de l'ameublement et de l'équipement cassé. Le supplément pour la "fenêtre" est injustifié puisque nous avons payé pour une malheureuse lucarne que nous ne pouvions ouvrir en entier. Ce sont les gros points noirs du séjour.

The staff was polite, there were no issues with security or insects. The bedsheets and towels were clean. The location is ok.

The room was tiny (really tiny even when it was expected to be tiny), worn-down, all surfaces looked unpleasant to touch. Sound isolation was completely awful. The noises were very well heard from the street, from other rooms and from the corridor. Every time someone upstairs flushed their toilet, the noise was very loud, which was honestly the worst part.

Convenient location next to tram lines, close to museums and trains to Schiphol and south. Room has safe, which most hotels at this price don't have. Helpful and knowledgable desk staff, who know English well. Desk sells train tickets.

Furniture was pretty basic; we would've liked more places to put our clothes. If the shower had a no-slip mat we couldn't find it.
