房間很多插頭都沒辦法充電，沒有提供type C充電孔實則不方便，建議要與時俱進

Great location, an impressive historic lobby, comfortable beds, a nice and well equipped bathroom, together with the great price for all that.

Communication via booking.com was not really helpful, they suggested to call them for any questions; fortunately, everything went well. The room was a bit too small, with very narrow path way around the beds. The bathroom did not have enough racks for hanging the towers.

Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, lots of amenities, helpful staff, great location. If I come back to Guangzhou I will stay exactly here again

Good location on the island meant quieter and a lot less traffic. Breakfast was good though not outstanding. Certainly good enough for me. Great staff from desk to rooms to breakfast. Recommend exploring all the eating options at the large shopping plaza attached to huangsha station on three levels.

L’emplacement est très agréable, l’ambiance sur l’île est très différente en fonction de l’heure et ça apporte beaucoup de charme à l’endroit. Le personnel nous a aidé pour réserver un grand taxi pour le retour à l’aéroport. La piscine n’est pas immense mais la vue sur le toit est agréable et la piscine propre et chaude. Plusieurs lignes de métro sont accessibles en moins de 15’ à pied.

Le style est un peu vieillissant mais ça fait le charme de l’endroit.

o cafe da manhã começava muito tarde para quem quer ir cedo para a Canton Fair. Só tinha 1 maquina de cafe expreso e sempre com muita fila. Não tinha variedade de queijos.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement pittoresque et calme de l'établissement. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour découvrir à pied des quartiers typiques très différents du centre-ville de Guangzhou. C'était la 2e fois que j'y séjournais. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine sur le toit.

Certains pourront trouver l'hôtel un peu vieillot, mais cet aspect contribue à son charme car la chambre reste fonctionnelle.

Loved the room's cleaniness and setting. Ouuuhh and the mirror and it's mirror lighting. Loved the convenience of it's location, especially how it's conveniently surrounded by convenient stores (coffee shops!). Loved the architectural and structural designs of the surrounding buildings as well, gives off renaissance vibes. Very lovely stay.

El desayuno no era para occidentales, solo había 1 máquina de café y siempre había fila . Empezaba muy tarde el desayuno para quien iba a la Cantón Fair . A las 7:15h abrían y el ómnibus salía a las 8:10h.

酒店前台的Niki帮我们办理了入住和退房，非常友好和帮忙，给我们疲惫的旅途减轻了不少压力。清洁人员也很友好热心。是一个让人感觉温暖的酒店

I'll start with the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, we arrived 6:00am and they stored our luggage and which allowed us to explore the city and our room was ready at midday which allowed us to rest up, before going out. Breakfast is great, the hotel is beautiful, the room spacious well appointed, as well when we checked out they looked after our luggage to allow us to explore before we left late afternoon.

The bed was very firm, too hard for my sore hips. I had to take the duvet from the other bed and fold it in half to sleep on, like a mattress topper

Hotel charmant et confortable, au calme, dans un beau quartier, super propre et avec un personnel agréable.

Расположение. Вкусные завтраки. Очень внимательный персонал на ресепшен . У меня был день рождения и нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно и в день рождения подарили вкуснейший торт со свечками от отеля. Это было очень приятно.

Некоторые посетители курят и от этого есть запах в коридоре и иногда в номерах. Но это запрещено и персонал отеля быстро на это реагирует и пытается исправить ситуацию

The best feature of this hotel is its location. Shamian Island it’s a former foreign neighborhood with pittoresque colonial style houses. Very boutique.

Beautifully decorated interior. Rooms were spacious and for the most part clean ( depending on the room, sometimes it smells like cigarette and humidity- hence my review for an 8). But I talked to the staff and they accommodated me very quickly to a different room. Also the breakfast buffet is awesome.

Ying was very helpful! I arrived around 6 am and she managed to check me in. Staffs we're friendly, properties were well managed. The room is clean and quiet.

Facilities are handy, customer service is great. Special Shout out to Frederick, he's been super helpful when we asked for some advice about Dim Sum!

Die ruhige Lage, das Personal, der Kundenservice, der Charme des Hotels

Es wird sehr kalt in der Nacht (an der Rezeption unbedingt Heizgerät anfragen) und auch im Frühstücksraum, Zimmer sind etwas veraltet, zu wenige Kleiderbügel bzw. auch Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen, Massage können wir nicht empfehlen (die zwei Frauen haben sich 2h durchgehend unterhalten, Entspannung kann man das nicht nennen)

整洁干净，背后就是沙面景区，散步到珠江边。三楼有洗衣设备，有健身房，有休闲露台。闲逛到顶楼，有个女服务员主动带我们参观了顶楼露台，并做了介绍。

卫生间能设置晾衣杆更好，毕竟换洗内衣裤不放心放公用洗衣机洗。

It is well renovated. Location is not bad since we can walk a short distance and get to a park along the Pearl River.

There are not many restaurants nearby.

Great location. Great breakfast was offered, would have liked more choice of bread (Western) eg sourdough or brown instead of just processed white. Gym could have done with some free weights

The hotel is a beautiful historic building, the lobby is also in historic old Guangzhou style. The hotel has gym and laundry facilities for customers to use which is very thoughtful

The toilet has smell from the pipe. I have to always close the bathroom door otherwise the room smells horrible.

Location is great directly in Shamian Island and with easy access to the great Guanzhou Metro. The hotel gives off a bit of a vibe from a long gone era which suited us, it’s otherwise a standard, convenient, slightly tired upmarket hotel.

It has a common laundry room.

The Gym is a joke. There is no equipment . Th swimming pool that they advertised is not open and locked. The hotel is old. They advertised it as a historic hotel. However, there is no historic elements at all. I expect it looks like the He Ping Hotel in Shanghai. But I am disappointed. The window is tiny. There is no view at all out side the window. Overall, I don't like this hotel.

Location very convenient to everywhere. The room is very clean and the staff very good smile.

Due to we are foreigner without china's phone number, we are not able to order food from app, service counter staff at the end also no idea how to settle the problem. Maybe due to security problem, they use indirectly way to reject helping order food at night.
