Obsługa super! Czystość super! Codzienne sprzątanie, w pokojach jest wiele bardzo ciekawych technologicznie funkcji. Wejście do hotelu znajduje się naprzeciw wejścia do metra. Wystarczy przejść przejściem podziemnym i jesteś w dużej galerii handlowej Link Plaza. Lokalizacja doskonała. Śniadania bardzo dobre i duży wybór regionalnych potraw. Byliśmy wszystkim mile zaskoczeni, a nie jest to nasz pierwszy wyjazd. Wszystko zgadza się ze zdjęciami na booking.

We made the 1st booking for 2 nights only just to check out how the hotel was- those were great nights, the room was amazing. We therefore booked for three more nights. That was the begging of our nightmare, we were woken up by construction from within the hotel- it started before 09:00. We were then moved to another room which was the worst ever- it smelled cigarettes despite the aircon , the evening staff told us we could not be moved to another room as they were fully booked but when we checked booking.com there was plenty of availability. They eventually brought a " dry humidifier " which did not help one but. The second night we were told the same story but were eventually moved to a decent room with no cigarette smell and no noise.

Voici la version intégrant votre remarque sur le petit-déjeuner. Ne vous fiez pas à l’apparence extérieure de l’hôtel : l’intérieur est moderne, soigné et très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables, impeccablement propres et bien aménagées. L’établissement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement est également un point fort. Un grand centre commercial se trouve juste à côté, ce qui permet de trouver facilement de nombreux restaurants et commerces.

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Il n’y a pas de véritable espace commun ou de salon dans le hall où l’on puisse s’installer et se détendre. Par ailleurs, les toilettes japonaises de ma chambre ne fonctionnaient pas et il y avait de légères remontées d’odeurs dans la salle de bains. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux, mais les plats sont globalement assez fades. Aucun de ces points n’a réellement nui à mon séjour, mais ils méritent d’être signalés.

The rooms were very clean, the bedding was snow white, smelling fresh and clean.

The breakfast was okay, the eating place very small. Just wish that kitchen was not in our faces.

يوجد موظفتين في شفت الصباح سيئين في التعامل مع العملاء و لا يحترمون العميل و يرغبون باخذ اي مبالغ منه باي طريقه سواء في الفطور او غيره و غير بشوشين تماما بينما التى في الفتره المسائيه موظفه ممتازه محترمه و بشوشه و تحترم العملاء كمان انه لا يوجد موظف حامل حقائب عند المغادرة انت من تحمل الحقائب و هذا شي سيء جدا

Описание полностью соответствует. Завтраки до 11 часов

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic,right opposite Link Plaza and within easy walking distance to Yong Qing Fang. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. A huge thank you to the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us push our trolley down the ramp when we checked out. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Guangzhou!

Location is great for exploring Shamian island and Gusngzhou's old town, and it's also right beside the metro so easy for getting around. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, and staff were helpful. The breakfast was a small but surprisingly good buffet.

Okay quality breakfast and a rather nice bathroom.

When we arrived, the staff told us that the AC is not working in the room we booked and they offer us an "upgrade". We checked the rooms and what we received was the lowest quality room possible. Obviously, they did not offer us any type of compensation so we paid twice as the normal price for nothing. The staff does not speak english and do not buy drinks from the "bar", we received an expired beer. Not recommended at all.

great location, just next to metro. Walking distance to Yong Qing Fang and Sharmian.

Renovation noise was disturbing. I stayed at level 4, although I know many rooms are without windows and pay more for 1 with window, it was overlooking the ledge and next to main road. Not nice.

Time I m here during part of building renovation, the dust and old building smell weren't good, air cond not cooling enough during Jun weather and few of their kitchen appliances were broken, or partly broken. Foods for breakfast choices not much.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed.One of the best parts was the complimentary breakfast along with free coffee, drinks, and snacks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient Overall, it was a flawless experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended — truly a 10/10 stay

De ligging wa geweldig!! Naast Shamian Island, de metro letterlijk voor de deur, een grote Mall aan de overkant van de straat. Op loopafstand van Yongqingfang (aanrader).Ja achter het hotel vind je ook typische oudere buurten maar die vinden wij juist charmant. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het is schoon en ze proberen alle verzoeken direct op te lossen. Het ontbijt is okey maar niet top maar in de Mall zitten meerdere grote bakkers en koffiezaken. Echt een aanrader! De kamer heeft leuke technische snufjes en een leuk toilet ;-)

This is my third time in China and my third time staying at this hotel. It's very clean, the rooms are clean, it's inexpensive, the breakfast is very good value, and the reception staff are incredibly kind. I highly recommend this hotel and thank the entire team for their kindness.

Staff need to upgrade their English as it an International Language..

- Location near the Metro station, - girls at the reception are very welcoming, helpful and can not do enough for you, they won’t let you feel there is language barrier

- Hot water in some rooms is not good - mini bar cooling is very weak specially if you are staying in long periods and you need to store some food or fruits

Trop loin du centre , pas grand chose aux alentours, extérieur de l’hôtel très sale . Concernant le personnel à notre arrivé , la jeune réceptionniste qui nous a reçue était adorable. Par contre durant notre séjour ses deux autres collègues sont des personnes odieuses et désagréable. Je n’y remettrai plus les pieds. Petit déjeuner pas top non plus . Très restreint et la même chose tout les jours . Dommage car j’ai bien aimé les chambres et le prix est très correct

The location is convenience and very close to Shamian. The room equipment is in very good condition and comfortable. Breakfast is good and sufficience. The staffs are great. They are very helpful even they don't understand English.

The only one but very important drawback is the ventilation system. The room has no window and full of smoke smell when other room has smokers. If you are allergic to smoke smell, you really depends on your luck if there are smoker guests in the room nearby.

Made booking. Pay at property. Arrived in Hong Kong and told them we were on the way and not to cancel the booking. They said they didn’t and confirmed everything was fine. Driver called for the address and we were on the way at 11pm. 30 minutes before arrival they cancelled the booking. So here I am with 6 kids after a 15 hour flight and nowhere to stay. We had to scramble to find a place that late, which completely threw off the whole trip and forced us to stay on the other side of Guangzhou. Typical, because from what I’m seeing places in Guangzhou and Shenzhen want our foreign money but still treat us like crap. Then they want to debate about it all night instead of resolving the issue. They attempted to offer a room in another building without breakfast, and the room only had 1 bed when we are a party of 7, which is completely unsuitable. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. When traveling with children, reliability matters. Cancelling a confirmed booking last minute, especially after being told it would not be cancelled, is unacceptable.

O Hotel coloca fotos que nao condizem com a realidade. Postam fotos de monumentos e preciso conhecidos levando a interpretação errada A rua e bem feia e a entrada.e horrível .

Хорошее расположение - рядом со станцией метро (только учитывайте, что лифта/эскалатора нет и надо будет спускать чемодан по лестнице) и туристическим островком. Также есть большой ТЦ и несколько магазинов. Отель новый, в номерах тихо, чисто, никаких проблем с запахом. На этаже есть стиральные и сушильные машины. Завтрак не самый разнообразный для любителей европейской кухни, но найти привычные блюда можно. Персонал очень приветливый.

В номере был автоматически срабатывающий при каждом входе робот, который пугал громкой речью на китайском, особенно вечером.

The hotel staff were wonderful, they were always ready to help us if we needed it

the pictures that were posted are not appropriate, our room had a window that looks into the corridor where other guests pass by, we had to draw a curtain over that "window" all day so the room was dark like a cave, so the light was on all the time. They didn't write this anywhere in the room description, but they had to. WiFi is completely non-functional, if you think that you will have internet in the hotel - you are wrong. The breakfast is very bad, we were in the hotel for 8 days, the breakfast was the same every day.

внимательный,доброжелательный персонал.Чистота,отличное качество уборки,расположение рядом с метро ,рядом большой торговый центр. Рядом историческое место прогулочная зона. В номере хорошая кровать с качественным постельным бельем,полотенцами.Хорошая душевая ,,умный ,, унитаз. Телевизора нет но есть проектор.(дети очень быстро разобрались смотрели мультики на китайском Программы на русском не нашли). Цена качество -отлично.

Подъехав к отелю не сразу поймешь, что ты на месте.Окружающее пространство удручает.Территория у отеля очень неопрятна. Вход в отель не красивый и не ухоженный. Ресепшен странно совмещен с баром. Девочки на ресепшене симпатичные внимательные.Но впечатление портит беспорядок на их рабочем месте .Бар это хорошо ,но рабочая зона должна быть отделена .Руководству, сотрудникам нужно подумать об организации пространства где встречают гостей,а то мы прям сразу разочаровались! Но номера ,чистота сгладили впечатление.Сотрудники были очень внимательны. (Девочки вы все такие молодые ,ну придумайте, что нибудь,подскажите руководству.)и ваш отель станет еще лучше) С пожеланием процветаниЯ !

Небольшой уютный отель, метро в шаговой доступности. Хорошие завтраки, голодным не останешься. Удобные кровати и хорошее оснащение номера, есть даже чайник, очень вкусный чай положили в качестве комплимента. Особая благодарность девушкам на ресепшн, готовы помочь с любым вопросом, общаются через переводчик на смартфоне.

Staff and services were definitely the best

Breakfast was so so had some good some of the days and not the best on some of the days, and the location for breakfast wasn’t the greatest. It was very small area and sometimes hard to find seatings.

Very Modern Hotel with Excellent Facilities. Don't be put off by the exterior. Laundry Facilities are suitable but busy. Additionally reception staff are very good and helpful even with language barriers.

The location is very near to subway line 1&6. Next to 沙面岛, very convenient. I love the breakfast; the counter staffs are very friendly and helpful. I ordered items from 淘宝 and they were very helpful to guide me or even find my items.
