The staff here are all friendly snd very helpful especially Mr. jimmy Yuan, who took good care of us, give direction and help us book the taxi snd ticket to museum. Thw hotel is totally clean, super clean.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Good location near the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and everything you need in walking distance. The room itself was amazing - it was so huge and so comfortable. The shower and bathroom were also huge and amazing. Great big bed with nice pillows. The staff were really helpful especially when I couldn't work out how to work the onsite washing machine and dryer. The pool was pretty good.

Every other hotel in China we stayed at the washing machine and dryer were free - it isn't expensive and it is convenient. While there is everything you need in the streets around the hotel it really is in the middle of a few different subway stations - all about 15 minutes walk away

Some early morning noise cam from the neighbouring laundry service room. I mentioned it on departure and received an apology that sounded like it is a known problem and I would not have been allocated this room had the hotel not been full. I didn't use the rooftop pool which had been a major part of my booking choice. My vision of the pool, a lovely rooftop oasis of calm from the big city was instead a municipal feel with families swimming in the late evening with swimming hats and pool noodles. Not a problem, lreally, pools are there to be used, it just wasn't as I imagined.

The public roads around the hotel were under construction and made some noise at night. it was not the hotel's fault. The hotel provided a good solution when I told them that i heard much noise from my room. Very appreciate their help.

The location is great with famous restaurants and food within walking distance. there is also a dried food market in the vicinity. The room size is great for the 2 bedroom suite.

The bed is too soft and the bedding feels damp and not crisp. Housekeeping throw our things away and does not admit and hotel did not apologise or admit their mistake. While they replace the lost item which is not of much value, the professionalism is lacking. The also did not return our laundry on time. I will not choose this place again due to the unpleasant experience.

Breakfast buffet is excellent with a fantastic selection of food available. The location of the hotel is in an old part of Guangzhou and not easy to find and not close to MRT stations but worth the effort to get there. There are plenty of shops nearby in the dedicated pedestrian street adjacent to the hotel or explore the back streets which are full of treasures. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating although their knowledge of English language is not that good or knowledge of local attractions, possibly lost in translation but they try hard to please. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The proximity to MRT stations, a near 1km walk to the closest station can be a challenge. Tip, stick to main roads and not the back streets as these will confuse. Culture Park is probably the nearest MRT station and head for Kangwang South Road which will take you to a big square (actually round) and then turn left into the pedestrian street, you will see the signage for the Voco as it is displayed high up on the building.

There is waterproofing issues but is not unique to the hotel. Everywhere is Guangzhou seems to have condensation issues!

Единственный минус это то , что перед заказом в ресторане не предупреждают из чего состоит блюдо . Нам подсунули сендвич со свининой , не уведомив заранее об этом!!!!! После как уже мы распознали что это свинина , официанты и повар начали отрицать этот момент . В итоге высчитали сумму за блюда из депозита .

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, War in China , unser bestes Hotel. Absolut sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, die kleine Bar wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt und war inklusive. Es gab kein langes warten an den Aufzügen.

The location is a local neighbourhood area. It’s not a tourist area. No tourist activities were provided by concierge either, so for a holiday it was limiting.

Стильный новый отель в самом сердце Гуанчжоу. Каждая деталь продумана, заселились моментально в 12, хотя заселение только в 14. Дали роскошный номер с видом на город: огромная кровать, диван с большим столом, каждый день убиралась и даже за 4 дня заменили нам халаты. Все продумано до мелочей, в номере даже есть утюг и гладильная доска, что очень удобно. Шикарные разнообразные завтраки, бассейн на крыше и хороший спортзал. Так же за 50 юаней воспользовались услугами прачечной на 10 этаже очень удобно. Персонал очень внимательный, много любви и заботы получили, всегда быстро приходят на помощь и подсказывают. Прекрасный район: мы пешком ходили до старого города Шамянь, и возвратитесь пешком с аутлета вдоль набережной. Так же рядом находится метро. В 10 метрах от отеля находится прогулочная улица с ресторанами, магазинами и тц. Честно скажу, когда подьезжали, было место поменять локацию, т.к. вид малоэтажных зданий и магазинчиков частных смутили. Но потом побывали в центре и очень были рады нашей спокойной и уютной локацие.

Большие номера, удобные подушки. Завтрак тоже был неплох.

Расположение отеля неудобное. Подъезд ужасный, выезд тоже. Чтобы выехать на дорогу нужно минут 15 стоять в пробках на маленьких улицах. До метро идти 10 минут быстрым шагом, по жаре совсем некомфортно. Рядом с отелем рестораны с тараканами и магазины с некачественными товарами. Обстановка не пять звезд точно. Насчет гостиницы внутри могу сказать, что ремонт, который был в 2024 году, уже испорчен. В холлах оторванные обои!!! Это не шутка( В целом отель тянет на 3 звезды, не больше.

What a gorgeous hotel, slick beach-themed staff in straw hats and floral shirts, beautiful large room with view. Staff remembered my name, one even went out of their way to even book me a didi from their personal account, much appreciated when I was heading to an industrial area to meet a new contact. Local food stalls on the street outside the hotel were a lot of fun and a small taste of the local culture.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with taxis struggling to find the hotel, even with the Chinese characters on the address. There was also no staff outside the hotel - you need to go up an elevator to get to the lobby, which made me nervous as a woman travelling alone to arrive late at night with a delayed flight.

Rooms - spacious, comfortable, clean. Location - convenient. Shangxiajiu Pedestrian street is literally behind the hotel and within walking distance to Yongqingfang. Staff - courteous, helpful. Worth mentioning are concierge Eden Yong who assisted with DiDi and arranged airport transfer, and front lobby staff ?Ella/Bella.

The hotel faces an abandoned building site that is often occupied by homeless people at night. While we did not experience any direct issues, the view and atmosphere can be uncomfortable.

The Housekeeping Staff - A ring was stolen and only after threatening staff return to me. I have to pay hefty postage fees as they claim I dropped it under the bed! How ridiculous as I kept it under a jewellery bag with care as it is an expensive jade ring. Very disappointing experience. The lobby was so pathetic; the picture provided were showing a wide driveway and that is absolutely misleading.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The property has a proper sheltered front for pick up and drop off.

It would be better if it is near a metro station. The bathroom tap is positioned in such a way that water splashes easily onto the basin top.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great close to historical remnants of older Guangzhou.

The only negative issue was some slight confusion over the payment and return of a security bond. This was hard for reception desk people to explain given I don't speak Chinese (not their fault).

Lovely, large modern room in the older part of Guangzhou. Staff on the ground floor assisting with luggage and vehicle transport were very helpful.

Mould in the bathroom. Front desk staff pushing us to pay extra for an early check in even though the room was ready, after requesting a manager intervene they accommodated the earlier check in at no additional cost.
