Park Plaza London Victoria

We didn’t use all of the facilities so I don’t know what’s the leisure centre like, the bar or the breakfast, however the hotel is 2 minutes walk from Victoria station and there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops around it, so it’s location is very convenient. The room we stayed in was clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable for a great night sleep and the bathroom is lovely, with a decent double power shower. Plenty of mirrors if you are getting ready to go out.

There was a half full water bottle that house keeping have probably dropped accidentally on the way out, as it was next to the door. After checking in, as I opened the door to enter the room , without seeing it, I stepped and slipped on it and could have had a bad fall if I wasn’t holding onto the door and my suitcase. Other than that, everything seemed good.

Fantastic breakfast. Great location. The room was large and comfortable for a family of 4.

The room was a bit dark - more lighting options would have been appreciated in both the main room and the bathroom.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. It is a quick 5 min walk to the London Underground (Tube) where you can connect with any part of the city you want to. We did not try the bar or restaurant while we were there but the both looked really nice.

Tudo muito bonito e confortável! Super recomendo.

Sem pontos negativos.

Big room with comfy bed, and the Breakfast was great!

Convenient, friendly staff, well appointed room.

The room lighting was not ideal. Despite flexible settings, both were dark. Wardrobe was not lighted, and quite dark.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, hilfsbereites Personal

Colazione e posizione ottime

Great location.

Reception desk staff were not very friendly when checking in or asking questions. The management was much friendlier and helpful.

Reception people were very helpful and nice

There was some lady at breakfast she was not kind and she vas rude to other service members.

Todo excelente. Habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y bonitas. El personal muy amable.

Nada

Ordinata, pulita e spazi giusti.

It’s location was ideal

Nothing

No complaints. Room, beds, extra touches and location all good. Loved the check in on app feature

Lobby toilets could have been better

Posizione ottima, a due passi a Victoria Station e a varie destinazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Ottimi ristoranti comodi nella zona. Colazione generosa.

Spacious family room. Clean and good facilities throughout. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very good central location.

Expensive room only rate for our September stay however it’s a really nice hotel.

No hsk service during my stay

Location and Courteous Staffs

Room Service

Staff was great, location excellent! Room really nice

Excellent location room very nice

Ticked all the boxes for a short stay in London. Very close to Victoria station and Buckingham palace. Lovely breakfast! Helpful and accommodating staff.

Nothing I can think of.

Comfortable spacious rooms, early check in

It was all good

It was great

Central, clean with up to date facilities. Friendly staff

We had one of the apartments with lots of space

Couldn’t get onto the balcony

Everything was amazing , very clean and comfortable room and the staff was very friendly.

Polite and friendly staff during check-in.

Lovely room and bathroom. Very comfortable. AC worked well. Its a good quality corporate hotel.

Lovely place to stay when visiting London

Nothing

Been here before so knew what I was getting

Over fussy check in procedure

Great breakfast with a good choice. spacious room with large comfortable bed.

Nothing to note

Our room was lovely, all the extras you could want or need. Location is great - out of the hustle of the centre yet still close enough to walk to everything. The bonus is it being so close to Victoria Station (we didn't hear the trains) you can drop your bags and get straight to looking around. The breakfast had lots of choice between continental and hot / cold buffet. The whole hotel was clean from the moment we walked in.

Nothing could have been better in our opinion, we would definitely recommend Park Plaza Victoria to friends and family wanting a central, quiet and comfortable hotel.

Very clean, perfect location, and the staff was wonderful

Nothing actually

Świetna lokalizacja, czysty hotel

.

Very nice hotel near Victoria train station (3 min walk), 10-15 min walk to Buckingham Palace and St James Park, also 5 min walk to the departing point for Golden Tours Bus. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, self check-in options , luggage room. There were lots of nice pubs and restaurants in the area.

Location and qiality of room

Staff were ok but not really connected.

Hotel moderno, bien situado y personal muy amable

Her şeyi güzeldi.:) Kahvaltı hergün aynıydı bence arada farklı şeyler çıkabilir.

Lovely clean, big, well equipped room.

The room had plenty of lights but they were all quite dim which was lovely mood lighting but was a bit oppressive

The hotel was very modern and well kept. The room were spacious. The breakfast was excellent

We could not find the stairs to the lobby we wanted to take the stairs as we were on the 5th floor. We asked two of the hotel cleaning staff - the first shrugged us off. The second gave bad information

Nice staff, good location. right near Victoria station and several cute cafes

Superb location! Hotel was clean, really good breakfast, very nice room.

Staff superb

The room is big and comfortable

Not cleaning every day . Outside a lot of drugs users

Nothing

Everythig is fantastic. We arrived 11am and wanted to just give our bags away but they said the room is ready and we got in. Also we got a nice discount on breakfast and breakfast was really nice. Good variety of food!

Staff was very helpful

Bed comfortable and room clean.

location, room, gym

Excellent location just next to Victoria, clean room and very comfortable bed. Lovely scented toiletries. Plentiful breakfast offerings.

Some of the female staff seemed a bit distant and not to be enjoying their work. The male staff at the reception were cheerful and always greeted us with a smile etc.

Great selection

Girlfriend needed dairy free butter - but no staff could advise whether it was 100% dairy free, despite being in the allergens section

Good location for many London attractions. Met our expectations. Good breakfast and room good for a night or two

No complaints

Lovely hotel always so clean staff are lovely and very helpful. This was my second stay here will definetley be coming back again.

Posizione e colazione

How big, modern and clean the whole hotel was.

Nothing.

Tutto

Niente

Tökéletes reggeli, kedves személyzet.

3.nap cseréltek törülközőt!A bejárat környéke nem mindig tiszta.

It was great experience with the family. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent -next to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and short walk from the train station. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping service was excellent.

It was great experience with the family.

Cashless is a hassle when you are a tourist

Comfort and location

That it doesn’t have a pool

It was very clean and very comfortable the room was beautiful

Nothing

The property was in a great location, close to Victoria Station so transport links were excellent. The room had been recently refurbished and had everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels were good quality. The air conditioning was excellent given the heatwave occurring at the time of my stay. Breakfast was very good, but was a bit chaotic. I was staying in August and there were many families who all seemed to arrive for breakfast at the same time! Staff were excellent and the room was very clean.

Breakfast chaos - but that is probably just being a bit picky.

Location.

Staff couldn’t care less attitude. Room wasn’t cleaned on one occasion. Reported it before lunch. Went out. Came back at evening. Room still hadn’t been cleaned. Reported it again and were given “fresh towels” only. On day of departure I accidentally left a pair of Italian Gents Designer shorts on top shelf of wardrobe. Realised when I got home. Phoned the hotel and reported it. They said the room had been cleaned 🤣 and the shorts weren’t there. But I know they were there and my son who lives in London could have picked them up. I told them that.

Very modern, hotel staff great, spacious

The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was really good

The room was very dated and shabby.

Location

The Italian restaurant down in the ground floor didn’t have a great selection . No pizza no proper typical pasta dishes no chips for kids . We had a room on 2nd floor and we could hear literally all the outdoor noises and busy roads , building alarms , car horns etc . Rubbish men etc etc , Maybe the windows need insulation.

Mi e' piaciuta la posizione comoda a tutto e la colazione. Letto comodo.

Bagno piccolo. Manca un armadio guardaroba.

The cleaners were super annoying and unprofessional knocking on the door at 9 am multiple times after we've told them to not come clean the room.

Location and elegance

I booked two rooms but they weren’t beside each other and one room had no water.
