The bathrooms were not clean, the room was on corridor that looks at the breakfast resturant and the it was laod and i woke me up sine 5:30 am!!

Der zentrale Lage mit einem guten Ausblick ab dem zehnten Stockwerk in Richtung London Eye. Sehr freundliches Personal, das sofort hilft, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist.

Das ausklappbare Bett ist nicht gemütlich.

Precio muy elevado. No limpiaron la bañera 2 dias se quedo agua con el tapón puesto. Pedí vistas a la ciudad y peores no podían ser. Cafetera perdía agua estaba rota. Desayuno desorbitado, no puede ser que no puedas desayunar en el hotel porque vala mas de 7 veces lo que te cuesta en cualquier bar siendo ademas pese as ubicacion, una zona alejada.

Ontbijt was zeer goed. Locatie is niet schitterend. Veel te drukke omgeving.

⭐ Disappointing stay – cleanliness was not acceptable for the price Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my stay at Park Plaza County Hall London. I had planned to stay and enjoy some time in London for my birthday, but I ended up checking out a day early because I simply didn’t feel comfortable in the room. The room was very dusty, which was particularly difficult as I have a dust allergy. The windows were covered in marks and smears and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom also didn’t feel particularly clean. There was no toilet brush, and there were brown marks/staining at the bottom of the toilet which looked like it needed a good clean. What surprised me most was finding that the dishes and cutlery had been put away dirty. I ended up washing everything myself before I felt comfortable using them. I raised the cleanliness issues with reception twice, but unfortunately nothing was done. When I eventually decided to check out a day early, I explained the problems again and was simply told they would let housekeeping know. For a stay costing me over £1,100, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and for my concerns to be addressed when I reported them. I was particularly disappointed because I had planned to enjoy my birthday in London, but instead I decided I would rather cut my stay short and go home. Sadly, not the experience or standard I expected for the amount I paid.

Kedves, segítőkész recepciós hölgy, ráadásul egy magasabb kategóriás szobát kaptam, mint amilyet foglaltam. Tisztaság, szép kilátás, gyalogosan is megközelíthető fő látnivalók, metróállomás 4-5 perc séta. Legközelebb is itt foglalok :)

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Biz bebekli bir aile olarak tercih ettik. Odalar büyük odada mutfak olması bizim için artı oldu. Bebeğimizin öğünlerini orda hazırladık. Mikrodalga var. Bebek için yatak talebinde bulunduk. Her gün odamıza su ve kurabiye koydular. Resepsiyonda ücretsiz su var. Odalarda ütü masası ütü ekstra yorgan çarşaf saç kurutma makinesi bulunuyor

Odamızda küçük sinekler vardı. Klima yetersizdi. Kaç dereceye getirirsem getireyim odayı ısıtmıyordu. Geceleri üşüdük.

Segunda vez que estamos en este hotel e inmejorable experiencia. La ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo sin problema y casi todo andando. Pegado al London Eye y el Big Ben. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones silenciosas. Desayuno muy completo y con horario hasta las 11! así que no hace falta madrugar. Personal muy agradable. Tenemos claro que, siempre que volvamos a Londres, nos alojaremos aquí.

Localização excelente perto da London Eye, Big Ben, ao lado da Waterloo Station. Quarto amplo com sofá, frigobar, microondas, secador de cabelo, cofre moderno e toalhas e roupa de cama limpas. Além de um bom café da manhã.

O chuveiro não acompanha o nível do hotel, a ducha é um pouco fraca. Nada que estrague a estadia.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! I just wanted to gently flag a quick maintenance item for your team: we noticed significant water dripping from our room ceiling. Your staff was very helpful and manually cleared the water once—explaining it was related to the AC ventilation—but the dripping did continue afterward. I’m leaving a great review because the rest of our experience was fantastic, but I wanted to mention this so your maintenance team can fix the AC leak for future guests. Thanks again for the great hospitality!"

It was not clean and in bathroom I observed mold. We didd not have the experience of being in a 4 star Hotel.

Fantastic stay, got upgraded and the studio was fantastic. It had the fridge which was great. The ice machine in the corridor was an added bonus.

The pillows were a little hard but didn't spoil our stay. No bin in the main room, only 1 in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, especially for a family, with many of London’s main attractions within easy reach. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money considering its location and price.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation and better maintenance. There was some mould in the shower area and the sink in our room was cracked.

Aamiainen kattava , lasten kanssa matkustettaessa kaikille jotain tarjolla. Siisteys yllätti, odotin Lontoon hotellilta nuhruisempaa hotellia, mutta tämä oli ihan hyvä. Lasten vuoteet tehtiin vuodesohvasta, mikä normaalia ja mitä odotinkin, mutta niiden sijainti heti oven vieressä vähän huono, oli kuitenkin 2 TV:tä huoneessa ( perhehuone). Henkilökunta ystävällistä, saatiin hyvin neuvoja mm. Jalkapallo-ottelun lipunostossa . Turvallisen tuntuinen hotelli myös lapsille. Sijainti ok, metroasema lähellä , sekä muutamat nähtävyydet vieressä kuten London eye ja Big Ben.

Lasten vuoteen sijainti heti oven vieressä.Kylpyhuone melko pieni.

La pulizia delle stanze e in 4 notti di rimanenza e stata pulita 1 volta sola e non sono cambiate nemmeno le lenzuola.un giorno mentre si entrava verso le 22 un ragazzo della sicurezza non mi ha creduto che soggiornavo lì da qualche giorno ha voluto vedere con insistenza la chiave della stanza e il ragazzo della reception conoscendomi non è intervenuto. In camera faceva freddo e ho chiesto di vedere cosa non andava bene con l’aria condizionata mi hanno portato una stufa in camera 😅. Molto delusa

The hotel continues to be a good option to stay on the south bank near Waterloo and the London Eye. My room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view towards Big Ben. The in-house bar/restaurant is surprisingly good. Friendly service and decent food. Handy if you just want to relax after a long day's travel.

Uno de los días que llegamos al hotel nos habían cerrado el sofá cama y no teníamos sábanas para poder montarlo, pero nos lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich in London bin, versuche ich meist, einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Plaza zu buchen, sofern Preisangebote verfügbar sind.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was mich persönlich nicht stört, aber bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt war eine Bodenfliese im Bad locker, was etwas nervig war. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu bemängeln.

I had a very comfortable stay at Park Plaza County Hall. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring central London, especially around Westminster, the London Eye, and the South Bank. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast didn’t have protein options for people that don’t eat pork. Chicken sausages etc should’ve been options to bacon

Overall, my stay at the hotel was acceptable, but there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The staff's attitude was not bad, though for the most part, it felt rather basic and just barely met expectations. However, I would like to give a special mention to the two Black gentlemen in charge of luggage storage. Their service was outstanding—they were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive. They truly stood out and made a remarkably positive impression during my visit.

A localização é excelente, perfeita para conhecer Londres e com acesso muito fácil às principais atrações e aos transportes. O quarto é confortável, funcional e muito prático para famílias com crianças, permitindo uma estadia bastante cómoda. No geral, foi uma excelente opção para a nossa estadia em família.

O pequeno-almoço ficou aquém das expectativas para um hotel desta categoria. A sala encontrava-se bastante cheia e tivemos de aguardar cerca de 10 minutos por uma mesa, o que tornou a experiência menos tranquila e agradável. Considerámos também que a variedade e a oferta disponíveis poderiam ser significativamente melhores, sobretudo tendo em conta o nível e o posicionamento do hotel.

We had such a lovely stay, and I’m genuinely so happy with our experience. The hotel arranged the birthday package exactly as promised, and seeing how much my husband and son loved the beautiful room decoration made it even more special for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and created a wonderful memory for our family. ❤️ Breakfast was lovely, and what really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and genuinely eager to help. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making our time there, and especially the birthday celebration, feel so special. We left with very happy memories and would absolutely love to come back! ❤️
