Very near london eye and other attractions.

1. The property prioritizes their club members more than other clients. 2. Very racist. They go out of their way to entertain white clients and will have conversations, ask about their day etc etc etc but a black person gets treated very differently. You don’t exist. 3. We arrived at 9 am and were told no room was ready. That’s okay. We stored our bags and came back at 6 pm. Despite arriving earlier we had no rooms ready yet “ club members” who were mostly white kept walking in and going to their rooms. We were given one room and we got all our bags in there whilst we waited for the other room. Everyone was tired after a 16 hr long flight. 12 hrs after we set foot into the hotel and announced ourselves ( at 9 pm ) we were still not accommodated for what we paid for. The receptionists kept on going to the back office to speak to the manager who never once came out to acknowledge us. We were travelling with kids and so we requested rooms next to each other but that did not happen. I finally demanded the manager to come out and even that was like i was asking to speak to his Majesty the King of England. He said he can only give us rooms on separate floors and would change the next day. He couldn’t explain why our rooms were not ready even though we arrived at 9 am and they had our bags the whole day. The manager on the 31st said he would get our rooms close to each other on the first. That did not happen till we checked out. We finally got into our rooms at 10 pm. I have never received such racist treatment when travelling. I are used to it as black people but didn’t see this one coming and i am extremely disappointed by the Park Plaza Hotel’s subsequent handling of this mess.

An amazing room overlooking Westminster Abbey, with all the amenities you could want or need. Such lovely and welcoming staff.

Lokalizacja blisko metra Vauxhall, blisko Palacu Westminsterskiego, blisko śniadaniownia i sklep oraz pub. Hotel super, obsługa pelen profesjonalizm, pokój ładny z udogodnieniami. W pokoju lodówka oraz zestaw do parzenia herbaty i ekspres do kawy.

Le personnel de salle et d'accueil très aimable et à l'écoute, la vue de notre chambre, tous les repas. La situation, bien pour la vue mais un peu moins pour la proximité, mais je le savais avant de choisir cet hitel.

Le personnel de chambre, beaucoup trop bruyant, ne pas laisser reclaper les portes serait un plus, beaucoup trop de poussières, des tâches de moisissures au plafond et porte intérieure douche ainsi que charnière. Le plafond de notre sdb a dû être visiter (trappe), découpé à la va vite sans remise en état. De manière générale le choix des matériaux sol salle de bains, tapis couloir, n'est pas judicieux il reste des tâches partout ! ça fait très sale pour un quatre étoiles ! l'hôtel vieillit mal ...

Fantastic hotel with a great location and lovely river views. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to central London attractions. Great option for both families and solo travelers. Highly recommended!

Location is not the best you can get in Zone 1 but it’s above average with bus stops and a train station a walking distance away. The staff was friendly enough and the amenities were decent.

It’s probably just on the wrong side of the river in my experience. Our room was not serviced for two days in a row and we were given reasons like we selected the eco program although we didn’t although the staff were helpful enough to provide fresh towels and anything else we required.

The staff is very kind, the location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

The shower drain in the bathroom had a very weird and strong smell...

Konumu iyi, ancak konaklama bedelini iki kez aldılar. Hem booking üzerinden 11 Eylül'de, hem de çıkış günü 18 Eylül'de. Personel hiç bir şey anlamamış gibi boş boş bakındı. Booking.com'un müdahil olmasını bekliyorum. Üstelik 11 tarihli ödemeyi görebiliyorlardı sistemlerinde, 3 günlük kahvalyıyı da ekleyip ödedim. İkinci kez neden ödeme çektiler kartımdan. Bu çok büyük muhasebe hatası değilse, kslitesiz personel veya muhasebe programı demek.

I liked that the waiters who delivered my food for my Room Service was very polite and helpful. I like that I received a meal voucher / discount.

I came for breakfast for 6 days in a row and no one knew who I was even on the last day. That no one at reception greeted me when I passed them. I also did not like the fact that one of your receptionists walked me out of the way, as we walked past each other, I trip as she stepped on my shoe. The Manager at Breakfast did not acknowledge me when I stood at the desk for service, and even after I greeted, he did not respond, the hostess was lovely. No one could assist me with a charger for my laptop; I was directed to buy one at a near buy shop. I only opted for service on 1 day, for the week that I was there and the room was not vacuumed, my shower cap was not replaced, and I had to request for toilet paper. You should focus on training them how to greet or smile, or maybe they just greet certain people.

Die Lage und das Personal am Empfang, sowie die Frühstückscrew. Ausblick und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Hatten auch das Glück ein Zimmerupgrade zu bekommen. Glutenfrei Frühstücken war auch kein Problem. Die Toplage ist aber definitiv der größte Pluspunkt 👍

Leider kann man mit einem hoteleigene Föhn nicht viel anfangen, wenn es im Bad keine passende Steckdose gibt…

Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam selin hnm olması lazım check out yaparken tanıştık ama keşke ilk geldiğimizde tanışsaydık hem çok ilgiliydi hemde bütün çalışn gibi güler yüzlü.

Heerlijk hotel en leuk voor kinderen door de speelruimte in de kelder. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ook de locatie van dit hotel is heel fijn, niet direct in de drukte maar wel op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden.

Jammer dat je een tijdslot moet reserveren voor het zwembad, wel logisch want het is niet zo groot, maar daardoor was het niet mogelijk om meer dan een keer te zwemmen in 3 dagen

Wir haben letztlich ein Zimmer-Upgrade auf Executive River View gemacht und das war es voll wert. Toller Blick auf die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten Londons.

Sehr voll mit Schlangen beim Frühstück und auch bei den Aufzügen.

Good location, lots of space

Staff lack enthusiasm, no one smiles or says good morning. Room service poor, point blank refused to provide a popular drink because it wasn’t on the restricted room service menu, suggesting I got up and went to the bar myself to get it. What happened to customer service? Rooms now looking tired from my stay last year. Baths take an age to fill, water runs slow. River view was restricted by trees and bushes not being on a higher floor.

La ubicación perfecta, el hotel enorme, y con un olor por los pasillos increíble! El personal súper atento pero no hablaban español. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo y lo agradecimos por que llegamos cansados. La chica ( no recuerdo su nombre ) que había por las mañanas a la entrada del restaurante, era un encanto!

Para ser un hotel tan grande y con tanta gente en la recepción, deberían de tener a alguien que hablase español en cada turno de trabajo. Había un chico estupendo que por suerte hablaba español y podíamos contarle que necesitábamos, pero cuando él no estaba nadie nos entendía. Entiendo que vamos a un lugar donde su idioma es el inglés, pero En España estamos obligados a saber inglés para trabajar en un hotel como era ese, al menos lo mínimo.

THE EVENING MEAL

Unfortunately, the upgraded room was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, did not represent the standard we would expect for the price we paid. The room was very basic, with pull-out beds that were uncomfortable and not of a good standard. There was also mould around the coffee machine, while the towels and dressing gowns were grey, hard and had visible stains on them. There was no Wi-Fi available, and the mini fridge was completely empty. There were also no coffee or tea supplies available in the room, which was disappointing, particularly given that we had paid for an upgraded room. We also experienced problems with the room service. The member of staff did not return with the correct change, and we were subsequently overcharged. The swimming pool was also dirty and not to an acceptable standard. Considering the amount we paid for the upgraded room, we feel that it was significantly overpriced and did not provide the level of accommodation or service we were led to expect. We raised these issues at the time and specifically requested a refund, but unfortunately our concerns have been ignored. We are therefore asking that this complaint is properly investigated and that you reconsider our request for a refund or appropriate compensation, given the number and seriousness of the issues we experienced. We look forward to receiving a proper response rather than having our concerns ignored again.

Information on the tv about the hotel was limited part of the guest services wouldn’t load. Booking the pool time took a while to find and not on the tv information.

A sharp metal object was left in our room during our stay and pierced my wife’s foot when she stepped on it. We reported the incident immediately, supplied photographs and handed the object to reception. The hotel has confirmed that it retained the object and recorded the incident, but both security and hotel management have refused to accept responsibility or offer any remedy because they say their normal cleaning procedures were followed. We were particularly disappointed by the dismissive handling of a genuine guest-safety incident.

My room faced an inner courtyard of other rooms you could look in there room no view not even see the sky HORRIBLE! The eco program no towels room service for 3 days. Has to place trash bin in hallway. Also, had to ask for toilet tissue and for a change of coffee mug/glasses since there was no housekeeping. They did offer wine for the eco deal but not a wine drinker.

I love the park plaza riverbank, the location close from Waterloo, the views across the Thames, the staff here are exceptional & of recent Eric on the front desk helped me perfectly ensuring I had everything I needed. This is a 4* plus in my eyes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London! The location was excellent, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was generous and delicious every morning — a great way to start the day. The staff deserve a special mention: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We also loved the swimming pool — a good size and never felt overcrowded, which was a nice bonus. Honestly, we struggled to find anything to complain about. If we’re being picky, a bit more in the way of kids’ entertainment or activities would have been the cherry on top for families traveling with little ones. Otherwise, a fantastic experience and we’d happily stay again!

I booked on Booking.com a room on high floor with Thames view. I came in for the check in at early times (around 12pm) and the receptionist said to me to come back after 3pm and to get what I choose so the high floor with view room. At the time I came back at the hotel for the check in (evening time) another receptionist (colleague) said that they don’t have any high floor room available and they have to accommodate me at 3rd floor. And that’s what she did.

Fantastic room as was upgraded. Very comfortable and great views of the Thames. Location is a little further out from the main centre of London and a short walk to a tube station, but in contrast is very good value for what you get.

Zeer netjes modern hotel op prachtige centrale plek langs de Thames. Op 15 minuten lopen van Westminster area (incl Underground), op 10 min lopen van Vauxhall Underground. Bus voor de deur. Ideale voor alle dagtrips in London.

Nice location. If you’re using the underground, Vauxhall is just down the road and so are the buses. Able to store luggage if needed.

The room that we stayed at had wet carpet, I don’t know if it’s cause it’s been raining. When we told a member of staff they just said that they’ll come check it out but never did. The staff downstairs are so chaotic, they’re either new or just don’t care. The pool is advertised heated but it isn’t. There are also booking slots for pool so don’t just turn up and book slots straightaway as they easily fill up (reception will tell you that they won’t)

We loved the location

Our room was extremely warm and even after turning the AC on it took a really long time to cool down. The sliding door to our bathroom was completely off track so we literally couldn’t open it without having to lift the heavy door off of the ground and push it. I had also requested cots in both rooms that we had and when we arrived there was no cot in either room and we had to wait a bit To receive one once we notified staff. So I was unable to put my baby to bed at a decent time from the delay.

Very welcoming, the location and quality of communal facilities.

Our room decor felt dated in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The plug sockets did not have USB ports which you would expect from a hotel of this quality.

Es un hotel muy bueno a un precio correcto. Está a 10 minutos del metro, pero pasan varias líneas de bus por delante.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no fue perfecta. Cuando llegamos, había un par de servilletas debajo de la mesa y 3 días después, seguían ahí. Además, la habitación era para 3 pero cada día nos dejaban servicio para 2.

It was a bit small. My son and I had a twin room. The beds were right next to each other and could not be moved. It may as well have been a double bed. The Twin room seemed like an afterthought. When the cleaners came on the Saturday they left the used cups in the bathroom. The TV only had Freeview. Which for the price seemed a little cheap. I tried to cast my phone onto the TV. Following the instructions. It proved impossible. I've stayed in a few hotels over the years and for the price it wasn't what I expected. Next time I would use a Premier Inn or Travelodge. Bigger rooms, clean and cheaper. Oh, and we noticed on the Saturday that there was a bag over the smoke detector in the room.

Good location, really friendly staff and nice/modern feel. Nice to have iron/board in room. Great to have the remote control for lights, curtains and a/c at the touch of a button.

Our room was clean but could do with a deep clean as parts of room like shelves, sides of bathroom had marks on, sides of the sofa bed when folded out appeared dusty when looking at them. Bedding on the sofa bed also had a hole in.

My shirt was stolen from the clothes cabinet in the room. This happened after the first time that we requested that housekeeping clean the room. We notified the reception but that was not of help.
