Morgenmaden var god og poolområdet rigtig fint. Vi fik Cava på værelset fordi jeg havde fødselsdag - rigtig god stil.

Frygtelig meget larm på hotellet. Især om natten. Fulde folk der kommer larmende hjem og tramper rundt på marmorgulvene som bare giver genlyd. Vi blev vækket hver nat - både os og vores unge mennesker. Virkelig træls. Vi var en familie og blev spredt på 2. etage og 5. etage og receptionen kunne ikke være mere ligeglade. Meget dyrt at have en bil holdende. Fulde folk ved poolen med glas og håndklæderne nede i poolen. Ikke lækkert for os andre. Der bør være en natportier der holde ro på etagerne og ligeledes skal personalet turde fjerne fulde mennesker fra poolen.

Large garden grounds, with plenty of sun loungers and swimming pool.

The Television in our room wasn’t able to show English speaking programmes without a lot of interference and no signal messages ,and couldn’t be rectified on two visits. Not a big deal,but as there was no radio either it created a gloomy atmosphere.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en este hotel de Mallorca. ¡Nos ha encantado absolutamente todo! La comida estaba buenísima, las instalaciones estupendas y el trato del personal fue inmejorable. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir muy bien recibidos. Nuestro check-in era a las 14:00, pero llegamos antes con mi hijo y cargados de maletas, y tuvieron la amabilidad de darnos la habitación antes de la hora. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Visi, Catalina, Jason, Ada “la cubanita”, Marcelo y a todos los chicos del pool. Todos fueron muy amables y cariñosos conmigo y con mi hijo. Y perdona si acaso me he olvidado de algún 😚 Jason, el socorrista, estuvo siempre muy pendiente del niño e incluso lo ayudó a llenar sus manguitos. Y Marcelo, el camarero, fue sencillamente increíble: siempre atento, recomendándonos lugares y hasta nos dibujó un mapa para ayudarnos a llegar a la playa. Nos hemos sentido cuidados y muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Un hotel súper recomendable para ir en familia. ¡Volveríamos sin ninguna duda! ❤️

Tutto perfetto. Volendo lasciare un suggerimento utile attrezzare le stanze con qualche appoggio in più non sarebbe male e incrementare l illuminazione .

Das Frühstück war gut, sowie die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer und auch das Bett.

Leider ist es kein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Der Pool war in der Hauptsaison bei über 35 Grad nicht nutzbar. Das Wasser war trüb und sehr warm. Der Pool machte einen gesundheitlich bedenklichen Eindruck! Auch der Einstieg in den Pool problematisch und absolut nicht ästhetisch. Keine Schöne Hotelanlage. Zum Schlafen gut, mehr aber nicht.

Wir hatten das Deluxe Doppelzimmer wo ich vergeblich das Deluxe gesucht habe. Das Zimmer war extrem abgewohnt und die Lautstärke von Lüfter rund Zimmernachbarn war auch sehr störend.

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy atento. Habitación y baño amplios, cómodos, impecables, con buen aire acondicionado y magníficas instalaciones.

La ubicación es excelente. Se puede aparcar cómodamente. La piscina es guay, con burbujas. Además de eso, tienen vestuario con duchas en la piscina y te puedes duchar (con gel). El gimnasio está también bien, necesitan más máquinas para poder entrenar pierna. El camarero Marcelo nos dio un trato excepcional. El spa era ideal. La media pensión, para 9 días, se hace pesada. Al final hay poca variedad y es muy repetitivo, reaprovechando la comida de otra manera.

Un chico de recepción con gafas no tenía predisposició. Le preguntabas las cosas y nunca sabía y tampoco hací por intentar resolver. Nos quedamos sin gel, le pedimos a él expresamente que lo rellenaran y no lo anotó, por lo que tardamos dos días en tener gel. Eso denota que la ducha no la limpiaban, si no, se hubiesen dado cuenta de este detalle y hubieran puesto. Además de ello, las sábanas no las cambian, para una estancia tan larga, deberían hacerlo (había una mancha desde el día que llegamos). En cuanto a la media pensión, nos pareció muy mal que agua ni entrase, tenías que pagarla. Entenderíamos que otra bebida la tengas que pagar, pero con el precio que pagas en la estancia, podría incluirse. En cuanto a la habitación, para mi gusto, tendría que haber algún mueblecito para poder dejar las maletas y no únicamente armario y una mesa.

Very comfortable room with nice view and cleaned spaces. I would also recommend selecting the breakfast included; it is really varied and high quality.

The indoor swimming pool was out of service

- Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, - good breakfast (lovley seating outside) - really friendy cleaning and breakfast staff - hotel lobby was inviting to launch - we did not look at the Spa because all we wanted was beach time - we did not use the Pool area but it looked well kept - we got what we came for (3nights spontanious beach and ocean time).

Das Frühstück war top und der Strand Playa de Portals Nous in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Fitness ist okay und hat die wichtigsten Geräte, leider fehlten jedoch die 10Kg Hanteln.

Der Pool sieht auf den Bilder viel grösser aus. In echt ist es mehr ein Planschbecken und der Tischtennistisch hatte sehr schlechte Schläger. Von einem 4-Stern Hotel hätte ich grundsätzlich mehr erwartet.

Im Lift hat es keine Angaben, wo sich was befindet. die Dusche hat eine Glastüre die undicht war und dass ganze Wasser lief ins Badezimmer Die Sicht auf ein altes ungepflegtes Privathaus mit vielen Wohnungen ebenso ist jeder im und am Pool von aussen ausgestellt der Strand ist zu weit weg Spa Bereich ist nur mit Badekappe erlaubt, die gekauft werden muss PP für das Fahrzeug im Hotel ist viel zu teuer

We’ve had a lovely 6 days at the hotel , the rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and pillows . The pool area is well stocked with sun loungers, lots of space . We used the spa and had a massage which was amazing would highly recommended. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay was great . Special shoutout to the breakfast staff , the maids who serviced the rooms and Sergio in the bar . Thank you

Stunning hotel! Everything was excellent about this hotel! Good location with amazing restaurants a stone throw away. 10 minute walk to the most amazing little cove for a swim. Breakfast- amazing!

Estaba limpio, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, la ducha tiene presión y muy insonorizado (no se oía nada de otras habitaciones a pesar de estar el hotel lleno), la piscina están genial y nunca tuvimos problemas para encontrar hamaca. El buffet de desayuno tiene de todo y estaban super pendientes de recoger los platos, reponer comida. Usamos varias veces el gym y tiene de todo y se está muy a gusto. Además el personal del hotel es encantador. En especial los trabajadores de la piscina. Te dejan toallas para la piscina. Es una zona muy tranquila, y está un poco “lejos” de la playa ya que si quieres ir hay bastantes cuestas. El bus que está al lado te lleva a Palma y conecta con el aeropuerto. Nosotros repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

La TV se veía muy mal, tenía como líneas negras y apenas sintonizaba canales españoles. El minibar de la habitación ocupa espacio y tienes que sacarlo todo si quieres meter tus aguas.

Nothing really bothered me

Room was spacious, air con quiet, memory foam pillows and comfy mattress. Pool area was not overcrowded, bar drinks reasonably priced, sun beds were comfy luxury rattan style. Breakfast was good variety and drinks were nice.

Pool was not a great design, shaped like a lagoon/lake which sloped and dropped to a deeper depth, no steps or sides for easy access or to sit comfortably on. As a non swimmer this made getting in the pool a little daunting. It was made of tiny stones which was rough on the skin and pulled the bikini bottoms to bits sadly.

Good area hotel was reasonably well kept breakfast was okay acceptable in most parts.

I thought the rooms were a little small. And also soundproof in was inadequate.

Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only a short walk to the marina and a nice beach. Easy bus journey to get into Palma. Decent pool, good drinks options and the sun lounger area was good as well.

I’ve been going to this hotel for around 15 years now and it’s one of my favourite places to go. Great staff. Great location.

Very nice breakfast and dinner buffets. At dinner, every day new choices. Spa was good with Scandanavian sauna, turkish hammam (steam bath), jacuzzi pool and several showers.

Distance to beach is a 15 minutes walk.

Swimming pool was a little to small for the number of guests in the hotel.

Staff super accogliente. Il cibo eccezionale, dalla colazione alla cena a buffet. I servizi sono numerosi e in generale è un hotel che ti fa sentire come a casa.

Letto non tanto comodo, l'insonorizzazione si può migliorare e i balconi non concedono la giusta privacy. Ma il punto peggiore è l'aria condizionata: il telecomando non funzionava eppure ogni tanto era accesa. Penso che la impostino loro standardizzata, ma se la notte hai caldo non c'è soluzione perché, almeno nella nostra stanza, non si poteva accendere.

The reception had messy communication. Had to change rooms two times. Got a voucher and the dinner options was dissapointing. The staff at the dining area and reception had bad communication.

La habitación muy pequeña. Pedimos una triple y el sillón cama era de pésima calidad. La habitación tenía feo olor y poco ventilada. Las alfombras del pasillo sucias y viejas. Precio muy alto por lo que ofrecen.

La piscina estaba bien, pero habían pocas hamacas para toda la gente que hay en el hotel. El personal super bien, y la localización también. Hay aparcamiento gratuito por la zona.

El desayuno a las 10:30h cortan las máquinas de café. Faltan hamacas y la piscina es justita para la gente que hay en el hotel. La hora de check out es a las 11h. Los ascensores son justitos y se ha de esperar mucho para que llegue el que te toca, no caben más de dos personas. Esto no tiene nada que ver del hotel, pero en la zona los camareros no hablan español, y me dió algo de pena.

There was a lovely spread with many options for breakfast; whether you were vegetarian or a meat-lover you would find more than enough to choose from. The room was clean, with plenty of amenities including a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area was quite nice.

There was nothing for me to complain about. The facilities were lovely. The location was fantastic, and was within walking distance of the high street as well as the marina.

Not the warmest welcome from the reception staff or during our stay each day from the older men. All don’t seem that happy to be there or that they really want to help. Also, the gentleman we spoke to was not very helpful with arranging airport transfer either.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la Marina, hermoso lugar para pasear, cenar, comprar y ver gente muy elegante. Frente al hotel hay muchos restaurantes y bares de menor categoría pero muy muy buenos. Las calas de la zona son muy lindas con bares de playa espectacular. El ambiente es muy agradable y familiar. El hotel está hermoso decorado, la atención fue muy agradable, el desayuno fabuloso, la única crítica es el café que es de máquina expendedora y es muy muy malo, no tiene relación con la calidad del hotel. Cuenta con pileta y u spa fabuloso, completísimo. Realmente pasamos una estadía increíble, lo pasamos con mi esposo e hijos adolescentes muy a gusto. Realmente volvería y lo recomendaría.

No me gustó el café, es pésimo, de máquina expendedora. No se podía tomar.

My son had his watch stolen from him 3 meters outside the front door in their drive. Staff (Carlos) were not sympathetic about this and tried to tell me that’s the public road even though it’s their carriage drive and tried to tell me the cameras don’t cover that.

It was comfortable

I don’t know what they’ve done to the pool. I’ve stayed here many times but the pool now is like a duck pond. I know it size season I have an upgraded room and paid I considered for this hotel to be a good price but surely to God you put water drinking water in the rooms and don’t fart. I was greeted with a bill for €15 for four tiny bottles of water. Water is a necessity, not a luxury.

Parking was awful. 20€ to park daily was extortionate and therefore the car park remained empty most days. Pool was geared for children rather than swimming.
