Good location, hotel is clean. Spacious and breakfast has a good selection. Roof top bar is nice.

Staff can be extremely unfriendly- especially around the bar. We also booked in for the spa and the lady was very rude - we ended up not being able to do it as she kept sending us away thinking we hadn’t booked in when we had. Also, if you are a full day sunbather, be ready to get your towels the night before as the sunbed go fast.

Our overall experience was excellent. The hotel was spotless throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eric at reception. Breakfast selection was extensive with plenty of variety. Pool area was well equipped with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Food at the pool bar was excellent. Lovely atmosphere in the rooftop bar in the evenings. We had a suite on the 7th floor which was spacious, with a balcony off the bedroom and sitting room with fabulous sea views. A short stroll to the village or marina with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in both areas.

A bit of a marmite one ! Our wardrobe door fell off for no reason ( sorted very quickly) -rooms big but quite bare- it was just not my taste to be honest although I’m sure others would like it - , it’s quite bling and very big , a lot of large and loud groups - I also thought breakfast was not great - lots of it and would be fine for most, but no smoked salmon, no ‘proper ‘croissants , no ensaimadas - I also thought drinks were a bit measly size wise- it felt to me a slight money machine - staff lovely though and as I said it was just personal taste.

I was upgraded to a suite and it was spacious with bedroom and lounge area and 2 balconies overlooking the pool. Carmen on reception was amazing and a bonus to the hotel.

No room service and people putting towels on beds by 8am. Also it was 10 to 15 minute walk to marina and hilly. Main beach was longer walk

It was cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. The food and drinks are to a high standard. The rooms are fresh and modern with very comfy beds and lovely soft sheets. It has a complimentary spa which was beautiful. We will definitely return in future.

I honestly couldn’t fault anything about this hotel.

Excellent séjour au Tomir ! Très grande chambre avec balcon, personnel particulièrement accueillant et attentionné, notamment le directeur de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et de qualité. La piscine est magnifique, avec beaucoup d’espace et suffisamment de transats pour vraiment profiter et se détendre. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi, où l’on peut savourer d’excellents cocktails ! Le rooftop est également superbe et offre un très beau cadre en fin de journée. Un hôtel parfait pour se prélasser, déconnecter et profiter pleinement de ses vacances à Majorque. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une fontaine à eau en libre accès serait un petit plus appréciable. L’hôtel propose néanmoins à la vente une gourde qui peut ensuite être remplie au bar.

almost everything: this is an exceptionally well-run hotel, with an expansive ground floor (pool, bar, restaurant, gym, lobby, business area, etc). For Mallorca, there is a surprising of free parking nearby, so one doesn't need to pay for the hotel parking.

fitness center could be a bit larger and more complete; there are very few dining options close by this hotel other than the hotel itself.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was really clean. All of the staff were friendly and fabulous customer service. The pool area is great and good having the gym and spa area. The roof bar was fabulous, great views.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La stanza era grande composta da 2 stanze una con divano e tavolo e l altra con letto. La colazione buona, vicino alla piscina. il personale molto gentile, il direttore, la reception la donna delle pulizie tutti gentili e bravi. C'è anche la palestra. Posizione a 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus e a 5 minuti da Portals nous. C'è anche il ristorante dove di può mangiare tutto il giorno.

Lebendiges Hotel mit Urlaubsflair ! Schöne Roofbar /Restaurant . Einen besonderen Dank an Manolo vom Reservierungsbüro , durch ein persönliches Problem konnte ich nicht wie gebucht anreisen! Unkompliziert wurde am Telefon ohne aufwendige Mails auf mein Problem eingegangen und der Aufenthalt klein ein wenig verschoben! Vielen Dank dafür 👍‼️

Der zu kurze Aufenthalt

For our return trip to Mallorca after 30+ years, we were delighted with the choice of hotel from a small short-list provided by our event organiser. Tomir Portals provided all what we needed and more! Location - so easy to get to from the airport (bus A11), so easy to access Palma and other places on our programme, so easy to walk to Portal Nous and its village, beach, harbour, restaurant and bars. Service - exceptional! Just incredible warmth, interest and engagement from everyone from reception staff, F&B staff, cleaners and pool staff. So helpful and so focused on ensuring that we had all what we needed during our stay. Room - much larger than expected, so comfortable and so clean. Housekeeping in general was excellent, and our room was refreshed in a very timely and complete manner each day. The entire hotel had a great feel to it, with a welcoming and very large reception area. It felt very modern and contemporary designed. F&B - we loved the breakfast offering. The whole experience was very calming, and complete - with great choice of where to sit and breakfast selection. We also loved our lunches and our occasional dinner at the hotel, and the roof top bar was a true treat. Just fabulous.

Although never an issue to find a sun lounger, a bit harder to find shade! We felt that there should be stricter policies for people leaving their towels on the sunbeds for hours and hours at end (indeed frequently never to return). Also, perhaps enforce the non-smoking policy of the hotel better (especially at the restaurant).

Beliggenheden er god og hotellet er flot. Tagterrassen er super, og tjenerne deroppe er super søde og har god energi.

Maden og cocktails lever ik op til standarden på et firestjernet hotel. Jeg bestilte en strawberry daquiri og fik serveret blended is med rød saft til 13 euro. Appelsin juicen til morgenmaden har ikke set skyggen af en appelsin. Desuden synes jeg det er under alt kritik at man tillader at gæsterne får lov til at ligge håndklæder på liggestolene klokken 7.30 om morgenen uden at være tilstede, så bliver det simpelthen for sølle og i stil med charterferie i 90’erne med pøblen. Jeg havde desuden booket en suite, men fjernsynet havde kun spanske kanaler og ingen streaming tjenester. Den ene dag fik vi slet ikke gjort rent og de glemte flere gange at give os nye kaffekapsler

breakfast was 5 star level, we really loved it. the room was clean, and comfy. we really liked the staff as well, especially the lifeguard guy (july 24), he was very nice to us!

the "sea view" was a bit of a stretch, but its not like we payed much more for it so its fine - its worth it though, because the non-sea view is looking at the street. the double bed we booked was two single beds pushed together. the pool is open only 10-19 which is a bit tight if you go out to the beach during the day.

Clean, beautiful hotel, nice quiet location.

Everything was great but if I had to point out one thing it would be the service is super slow at the roof top bar. It takes about 15-30 mins to get a drink, this happened every time we were up there.

The room was good. A/C brilliant, beds comfy, staff lovely helpful and friendly. Fabulous food, drinks not too pricey. Also a lovely service offered people travelling home on late flights to book a half hour slot to shower in an allocated room. Lovely idea!

Einfach alles! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Hotels, das Frühstücksbuffet, Massage, Personal, Rooftop Bar, Restaurant, Hotelpool.

Das die Poolliegen morgens schon über die Hälfte reserviert waren von Gästen, die aktuell nichtmal anwesend waren und der Pool noch gar nicht offen hatte. Das im Spa Bereich Gäste reingelassen werden, um ihre Koffer zu packen, obwohl man gerad eine gebuchte Behandlung hat.

Everything was perfect, the location, facilities and more importantly Carmen who helped us with the booking mistake (our fault), she was amazing. She literally saved our vacation and ensured we had a great room and stay. We love the breakfast, it amazing and had a lot of variety, the restaurant and the bar amazing as well. All the staff were great and welcoming. The facilities were great and we loved it. We rented a car and could go to the city 15 min drive, you can walk down to the beach and to the port, there are many restaurants nearby. You can park nearby or park at the property. If I was visiting Mallorca again would book here.

A few minor inconveniences: an iron was not available, and when the room ventilation was turned on, there was a sewage smell coming from it.

Be prepared to walk uphill! The village is approx 1km away, the marina a good 10/15 min walk. There is very little around the hotel - you have to walk a fair distance.

The pool, rooftop bar, breakfast were amazing... the room was spacious and having two balconies was fantastic for drying clothes and enjoying the scenery. The staff was always extra considerate and accommodating.

The surrounding restaurants closed earlier than if in the city, as well as restaurant at hotel. But thats a personal thing for our long days at sea or in the city and getting hungry late.

Geräumige Suite mit schönem Balkon und Meerblick. Da wir ab/bis Flughafen ein Auto gemietet hatten, lag das Hotel für uns in einer idealen und ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze waren immer zu finden und wir waren mit Auto sehr flexibel. Da ein late check out nicht möglich war, wurde unser Gepäck aufbewart und es wurde uns vor unserer Abreise ein Badezimmer zur kostenlosen Benutzung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Leider typisches Handtuchlegen der Gäste. Wir waren kein einziges Mal am Pool da uns dieser ‘Run’ auf Liegen zu dumm ist. Bei unserer Ankunft öffnete unser Zimmer sich nicht mit der Karte. Erst beim zweiten Mal wieder zurück in die Rezeption pilgern kam dann jemand mit einem Generalschlüssel mit. Das Problem wurde anschließend behoben. An Tag drei war unser Zimmer nur teilweise gemacht worden. Nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, wurde das Zimmer abends fertig gemacht. Die Wände sind sehr dünn! Weder early check in noch late check out waren möglich. Allerdings konnten wir unsere Koffer unterstellen und bei der Abreise wurde uns ein Badezimmer kostenlos am späten Nachmittag zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Meerblick und Schallisolierung. Das Personal ist super nett, das Frühstück sehr schön ausgewählt. Die Rooftopbar toll. Auch der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse. Der Sandstrand, ca. 10 Minuten Gehweg, auch sehr schön. TOP

The security around putting your food and drink on the room bill…each time I was asked out loud what was my room number and full name…not good for women on their own…consequently there was an item on our bill that wasn’t ours…also more dangerous things could happen as a young girl was assaulted in Palma whilst we were there

Junior Suite mit Meerblick ( nicht seitlichen Meerblick ) gebucht. 4.Etage ist das Meer ein wenig zu sehen..von der Seite, dafür schönen Blick auf Häuser und Straßen. Man sollte bei der Beschreibung von Zimmern ehrlich sein. Ab 6. Etage hat man vielleicht Meerblick.

Sauberes und modernes Hotelzimmer mit großer Terrasse. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet abwechslungsreich und eine vielfältige Auswahl. Schöne Poolanlage mit schöner Bar.

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Kosmetiktücher im Bad haben gefehlt. Zudem war die Speisekarte abends im Restaurant sehr reduziert im Vergleich zur Mittagskarte, deshalb haben wir abends immer außerhalb gegessen. Zimmer sind auch etwas hellhörig.
