We loved the room, swim/sauna facilities. Staff were lovely. And there was a lovely spot to enjoy a bit of Autumn sunshine.

Our only complaint - the breakfast was very basic - the mixed berries were still frozen; a limited selection of flavoured yoghurts (no Greek or plain); no cheese nor fish nor meats. For the overall price of our stay, we were very disappointed.

Es gibt genug gratis Parkplätze und man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum spazieren.

Clean and tidy room,good location,excellent breakfast and dinner menus and good staff

The furniture and beds were very luxurious. The coffee machine was well stocked and plenty of water bottles provided I loved the robes gorgeous body products and slippers. The pool and gym were very relaxing and well equipped. I especially loved the fragrance of Jo Malone scents all around the hotel. The restaurant food was gorgeous.

Preis zu hoch, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel schlechte Zimmer (Bad), von einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet für 200€, zur Innenstadt 25 Minuten, Busverbindung schlecht.

Camera molto bella, ampia e accogliente. Personale disponibile e cortese. Colazione di ottimo livello, in un ambiente elegante e tranquillo. Struttura decisamente consigliata. Durante il nostro tour in Irlanda, è stato l’hotel migliore in rapporto a prezzo e categoria. Consigliatissimo.

When we arrived, the lovely receptionist gave us a free upgrade as a birthday treat. It was so unexpected, and so kind of her. A lovely touch.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was close for going in and out of Killarney. Really good meal choice in the bar and excellent staff, very attentive service. Leisure facilities really enjoyable. Floor in changing room slippery may need mesh netting when coming into changing room from pool as nearly slipped.

Chairs in bedroom not very relaxing or soft for reading in. Really good size room but decor let it down. Should be more upmarket and not so much white.

Piscina e zona relax veramente belle. Poco fuori dal centro di kilkenny questo hotel è da consigliare per chi vuole rilassarsi sotto tutti i punti di vista.

My room was very quiet which was great, breakfast was good and staff were really friendly. There were spaces to hang out which was not very busy which made stay more relaxing.

I was at a wedding and the room we had the reception in was not air conditioned so a bit uncomfortable. We had access to the outside though so could get some air after meal.

Breakfast (from a menu) was lovely (Full Irish) and the quality of the food was good. The Room (Triple Room) was a good size and was modern and clean. Dinner (Roast Beef) was very good, very good quality and presented well. The location of the hotel to the City is only a 8-10 min walk, which is good too. A lovely hosted room for weddings or events!

We went to a BBQ (on the second day/night) and the BBQ food wasn't good to be honest, the burgers were re-heated and the quality of the food was let down, compared to the dinner the night before. Also on the first day, on our way into the hotel, there was another wedding taking place for the 'travelling community' in the lobby, so the hotel seemed to be over booked & extremally busy in the carpark, with nowhere for me to park my car, so I drove to a park-lot about 5 mins drive away, we were told when we walked back to the hotel, that the 2nd wedding wasn't actually booked or scheduled with the Hotel. As there is normally just 1x wedding a day in that hotel. As there was already another wedding there, which we were attending.

Why can’t the hotel buy small AC units for each bedroom? The room was like a sauna. Ridiculous. I know the EV chargers outside the hotel don’t belong to the hotel, but the hotel advertises there are EV chargers and they are installed on their property. They don’t work. I spent 30 minutes trying, and failed. Flag them as not working.

Perhaps more vegan options for breakfast- .ie Flora spread instead of butter etc.

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. It had an onsite gym and pool and we used both. The facilities were great and had staff that knew what they were doing. Place was well maintained and clean, both in the health club area and in the lobby/rooms.

Rooms were very warm, although this is partially out of control of the hotel, some ventilation would be nice. Room windows barely opened and a fan didn't help much (or at all). Guessing the hotel ventilation struggles to keep up when its warm out, at the lobby AC was terrific, but it just doesnt move past the fire doors in the hotel at all.

Very nice hotel, I stay while attending a wedding locally. It was perfect for that. Got an early check in with no extra cost and was able to get ready there before heading off. Breakfast was very tasty.
