The property was upscale and clean. Staff was friendly and engaging at the front desk. The water and city view from our 2 bedroom balcony suite was fantastic! Kitchen was modern. We walked everywhere and lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. We did eat at Madison's on the first floor of the property and it was good.

Everything was good. The staff was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The gym was with all the necessary equipment.

Maybe just that there are a lot of construction sites around but is not the hotel fault.

Was so excited when we got here cause the place looked cool online! And when we arrived we got upgraded from our 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite, which was nice! We also got a glass of champagne which looked like we were in for a pleasant stay! So far all was going well! Also the location is good! Near downtown Miami and BayFront park, where we did most of our activities! Also good views of the bay from our 17th floor balcony which was a nice touch with balcony chairs!

The one toilet kept having issues with the handle! You couldn’t flush as it kept breaking! How they’d given that room to paying guests boggles the mind! The tv in the bedroom kept giving trouble to work! We called for maintenance who came up, toggled some stuff in both the bathroom and tv and left! A while later the issues came back! My husband called back and since it was at night the person at front desk said they’d send someone out in the morning! When my husband expressed how our experience here was going less than stellar, the guy seemed unbothered and nonchalant! Such poor customer service! Also the bed was so wonky, any movement and the bed would slide around! It’s like the bed legs were not strong enough or something! Also lots of construction going on around the area! Not much the hotel can do about that, but something to keep in mind when booking! This just wasn’t a pleasant stay and for over $1,000 for 3 nights was just a huge disappointment! Also instructions on how to get your food from Uber Eats was so confusing! We’d ordered dinner and when my husband asked if the uber driver could leave it at the lobby they said it wasn’t allowed! When he did go pick it up, he saw security blocking the driver from driving in to the front and being instructed to go to the back wherever that was! Most hotels are flexible as they know guests aren’t from around here and don’t know the inner workings of how food deliveries work around here! My husband had to walk around until he asked some staff who finally gave an explanation! Some flexibility would have been appreciated! Man this hotel was a total scam! It’s called a vacation because I vacated my house in Chicago to come on a break … not to come deal with issues I’d ordinarily deal with in a home & this time even paying for this stress! Will be reporting to the BBB because such places shouldn’t exist and call themselves 4 star!

Everything was perfect, location was ideal for shops/bar/cafes. The room itself was immaculate and modern with lots of amenities. The staff were great and very helpful.

Our only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be returning.

Great location. Good Vale parking service. I got an upgrade to 2 bedroom appartment which was really great. Pool is nice and fun. Gym was big with many opportunities

Cost of food in the restaurant down below was quite expenssive

Fantastic location in a nice part of Miami. It's very easy to either walk to Downtown /Bayside or do what we did and get the free metro mover around this chunk of miami. The hotel itself is amazing and extremely modern looking. The apartments are very modern and clean. They provide the basic utensils. The bed is absolutely huge and the whole apartment is very spacious and we loved the walk in wardrobe area. Overall a very luxury feeling apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The pool is also a big plus as its very big, warm and lots of sunbeds and towels to use. Because of the surrounding buildings and the pool being on the 6th floor in a 20 floor building the sun does struggle to get to the pool area though. They have a bar by the pool with a tv which was great for watching some of the world cup football. I didn't use the gym but that also looked great. The only down sides we found was the fact there's a massive construction site building some sort of skyscraper so there's a bit of noise from that but I guess this isn't really the hotels fault and it won't be there forever. Also there's a daily service fee of $29.95 on top of your original booking so watch out for this. They also take a substantial deposit fee when checking in of $400 which your service fee gets subtracted from. But my currency is English pounds so my bank charged me nearly £10 conversion fee. I didn't like that. I'd rather they just held the $400 as a holding fee so I wouldn't get the conversion rate fee. Also I'd rather just have the option of the service fee as we weren't in the apartment much and so housekeeping wasn't needed every day. No place is perfect though but overall this is a great place to stay!

The hotel , the room the on site restaurant are all good. Clean and friendly staff. Gave 4 stars for the beds . They were soft mattress and not very comfortable. For a night it was ok

From the moment they helped us pick the perfect room, to the time we checked out, the employees were kind and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was very well maintained, with a view that was unparalleled! The Location, incredible - near the water and in the center of Brickell. Everything was moments away and an easy walk. We stayed for six days and enjoyed every moment! We would definitely return again.

The property was very nice. Conveniently located to shops that were in walking distance. The public train station was right across the street.

The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very loud at night. I asked the front desk if they ever had that complaint, she said no. I can guarantee people have complained about the noise. It was very hard to sleep. Adding 18% gratuity to room service is understandable but in the restaurant, that’s terrible.

The bathtubs in the room i was given didnt work properly. The drains would not work and hold water in the tub. Also the hot water itself was not alot. Ran out very quickly.

Great stay thanks to the people at Fortune. They kept our luggage when we had to leave a couple of days in between our stay and did our laundry when the drier machine in the unit broke down in the middle of the night. Great personnel and facilities.

We loved it for the night we spent - there was no washcloth so be sure to pack one. Hand towels and bath towels were provided.

The room view was nice. We didn’t have any washcloths in the bathroom. The TV was difficult to use and didn’t have basic expected channels. The water wouldn’t get cold. Besides that, the staff was friendly and hospitable.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Aufteilung des Appartements war super. Viel es gab einen Ankleideraum. Unsere Unterkunft hatte Balkon mit Meerblick. Am Empfang stand immer eisgekühltes Wasser mit frischen Zitronen😊 Wegen Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft war es tagsüber sehr laut. Ansonsten war es perfekt.

Auf die Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft wurde erst nach der Buchung hingewiesen.

This hotel is such a gem! Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The employees are so friendly and gracious, and do their jobs very well. Our room was so spacious and had all the amenities anyone would want or need. Madison’s restaurant serves delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s also reasonably priced and has a good happy hour. The pool is so clean and refreshing with towels provided and a bar that serves both drinks and food from Madison’s. I think we’re so FORTUNATE to find this place! Also, it’s only 1 block from the free Miami Metromover Financial District station. The valets were also prompt and courteous. We would stay here again!

El espacio es amplio, limpio, bien equipado. Y nos cambiaron toallas todos los días e hicieron la cama. Tiene un restaurante al lado donde uno puede tomar el desayuno pagando aparte. Tuvimos suerte que nos subieron a un departamento con vista al mar y dos cuartos. Mencionaron que íbamos a tener ruido ya que hay dos edificios en obra al lado pero la verdad es que no fue algo molesto.

The hotel has beautiful decor but the lobby area ia very small. They had 3 elevators but only two working for 28 floors. Elevators were extremely slow. You have to ask everyday for washcloths which is unacceptable. Hotels should supply these without being asked. No issue with rooms, they are very spacious. Great pool area and sauna. Happy hour is everyday which is nice. Had an emergency issue with getting inside our room after midnight due to a door security mechanism .that is setup by the hotel. The response from security was extremely slow and unacceptable. Overall, a comfortable stay but please improve in above areas of concern and I may stay here again in the future.

The location is good, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a washing machine and dryer, but it would be helpful if detergent were provided. The view from the balcony is beautiful and definitely a highlight.

There is construction right next to the property, and work starts as early as 5 AM. It’s extremely loud - sleeping without earplugs is nearly impossible. Unfortunately, we were only informed about the construction after booking a non-refundable room, which was quite disappointing. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Localização, educação dos colaboradores e limpeza. O apartamento é bem grande e confortável.

Café da manhã no restaurante do hotel é bem caro. Outro ponto é que cada diária para estacionar o carro no hotel fica em 35 dólares. Achei muito caro!
