Our favorite pre-cruise stay. Food is great and the location is super quiet and safe. Room was ready early so that was nice.

The showers are shockingly bad and the beds are very uncomfortable. The floors in the beedrooms are peeling and appear dirty.

Le personnel de la piscine. En particulier un employé derrières ses lunettes qui donnes 8 serviettes à mon fils adolescent sans jamais nous proposer de l'aide. Le volume de serviettes était tellement imposant que mon fils a fait tomber deux cannettes sur le sol. Non seulement cette personne n'a pas proposé de nous aider. J'ai ramassé les cannettes avec sa college qui est finalement venu certainement gênée par la scène mais il était excédé par ce qui s'était passé alors que le soucis vient de lui. Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles on ne se comporte pas de cette manière jeune homme. Une caméra sur la droite à certainement filmé la scene mais pas le visage méprisant de cette personne nous a mis très mal à l'aise!

The rooms were ok, the service was like 1990. The pool was broken, we went in the middle of summer and the pool was being renovated? No Bueno! They had an "alternate pool" that is really the residence pool, lets just say, someones feeding the birds around there and no one else cleaning. EWW!

This is a great hotel, centrally located in the Brickell area. Nice rooms, good eating area, very nice and accommodating staff. If back in Miami, I won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Después de dos días de estancia tuve que reclamar que no habían hecho habitaciones. Así y todo enviaron una chica que venía ya muy cansada , la enviaron a las 4 de la tarde, tido esa mañana tampoco se hizo la habitación. Colillas en el balcón al llegar , bolsa con una bufanda tirada bajo la cama...limpieza muy mal para el precio. Desayuno a la carta, bueno, pero lento.

everything was amazing staff is so friendly and i said it was my 21st birthday and they upgraded my room with no charge my room was amazing with a view of the city and water room was so clean and i felt so fancy

honestly i was really excited to go to the pool but it was closed for renovations and i wasnt informed we were redirected to the residence pool but there was no music or anything i thought i could be more fun but the hotub was great

The view of the sea was perfecto to wake up to. The room was spacious and even though we were a big party it felt comfortable the location was top and the location around the hotel was really nice to get to know

Pleasant staff, nice room with a view, very quiet and comfortable. In-house restaurant delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Drinks and bites were perfect and the staff was great!

The bathroom could use upgrades. Sink and shower both leak creating a hazardous situation in the bathroom.

Hotel com alto custo e nao estava com a piscina funcionando e nao tinha nenhum aviso no ato da reserva. Fiquei 10 dias com minha família, no verão absoluto, sem piscina, sem aviso prévio, sem desconto quando reclamei. Outro ponto é a limpeza do quarto por 3 dias dos 10 nao limparam o quarto, nao trocaram as toalhas , nada. Precisa reclamar para atender. Custo de mais de R$ 20.000,00 por 10 dias , sentimento de dinheiro jogado fora. Mais de 4500 usd.

Location is good, views from the room were nice as well. Amenities fall short by a mile. Main pool was not working. No staff in the secondary pool. Very poorly improvised set up in the rooftop area. Would definitely recommend to explore other options.

Hyatt Centric Brickell is an excellent hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is wonderful. The hotel is located in Brickell Miami, just a couple blocks from the bridge to Brickell Key. I stay here often and am always pleased with the experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and friendly and responsive staff. Housekeeping was spotty but the restaurant and bar staff are excellent.

Great hotel, great service, they gave me an early checkin after coming back from cruise, it was lovely , very comfortable bed, slept like a baby, great restaurant, big room, great location, at the brickell, but without the noise...so 10 from me

הבריכה היתה בשיפוץ ולא הודיעו לנו לפני הגעתנו מה שגרר אכזבה מרה בקיץ חם ולח של מיאמי , החדר גדול אך טעון שיפוץ הרצפה במצב גרוע. על המיטה הניחו מגן מזרון לא נעים עם גבשושיות , כריות לא נוחות.

Good location in Brickell, walkable so shopping, restaurants. The hotel was in good condition and clean. We were given an accessible room on the 13th floor which we didn’t want. We had a hard time figuring out how to operate the shower and called the front desk twice but nobody answered so we had to go back downstairs to ask. The room walls were thin and we could hear the person in the room on the phone late at night. The hotel is in a safe area and convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel also has bikes that you can take out for the first 2 hours for free which was fun.

Convient location, walkable to many restaurants, easy pick up for Uber and great stay- comfortable beds, accommodating staff!

I loved the views, and the restaurant that was also inside the hotel, I was glad that the front desk checked in on me every other day

The day I got there music was played pretty loud on my hotel floor but I’m going to assume since it was Memorial Day weekend a ton of people were booked inside the hotel

Hotel excelente, cama, chuveiro e quarto excelentes. A Localização para quem quer compras é mto boa, pois esta perto de coral Glabes ( onde estão as lojas para compras de enxoval de criança) esta a 30 min do dolphin mall outlet, tem varias target e walmart perto. E em 20 min do aeroporto. Café da Manhã tem variedades a la carte. E a equipe da recepção e cafe da manhã mto atenciosos.

Love the Hyatt Centric Brickell as the hotel is centrally located in downtown Miami! The staff were all welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and has a wonderful view. The hotel has a good size rooftop pool area with a small bar. There is a gym and a very nice restaurant and bar that is very nicely decorated. The bartenders make a wondeful Paloma! The hotel is centrally located to shopping, dining and a 24 hour CVS! What more could you ask for? I would not hesitate to book another stay with the Hyatt Centric for.my next visit to Miami.

This property is a gem! My husband had a meeting in Miami very close by so we decided to bring the family and visit the Keys after. The customer service and prime location of this property blew us away. The experience rivaled that of top luxury hotel brands. We can’t recommend this property enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Having to pay for parking after spending all that money on the rooms.

The front desk staff double charged me for my stay and due to it being on the weekend, my funds were unavailable to me for the remainder of my trip. This but a major dent into the things my family and I could do in Miami during the course of our trip. The staff showed no remorse nor did they show any empathy to the situation in order to compensate for their mishap.

DONT STAY HERE!!! We left our stuff with front desk because our room was not ready! Our items was stolen front desk was so rude and stated it wasn't their fault! Then we was charged 3 times for 3 different rooms and they refuse to give us a refund! We was lied to and told the manager would come and she NEVER came! Don't stay here !

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing and perfect for getting around. However, the room itself had a few issues. The coffee machine was very old, And dirty and the shower pressure was unfortunately very low.

The service at the restaurant was excellent, very attentive personnel and overall a pleasant experience when we had breakfast. If you chose the to include breakfast in your reservation, note that it is not buffet, it is a la carte and how it works is that you have a spending limit per person.

Front desk service was not particularly welcoming, staff seemed annoyed and were not of much help for the couple of questions we asked. The main disappointment was that we booked a suite expecting fully separated living and sleeping areas. It was just one large room and there was just a TV and a drawer separating the areas. Was not a very functional room.

Stayed here in a business trip in February 2026. Located near the JW Marriott, but more spacious and nicer views. Room was very spacious and laid out well. There was also a great balcony with water views! Great bed and had a mini fridge. The bathroom was huge and had a great big shower. Really enjoyed the stay here!

Not the standard of previous hyatt hotels I have been to. Was expecting a little more. Tried to check out after the first night and tell them I wanted to go to the Hyatt in Fort Lauderdale which I love. They charged me an extra night even though I checked out the next day due to the timing of the cancellation and never really asked me my reason for checking out early.

Booked it for the pool…they didn’t tell us it would be closed. Compared to the Hyatt Centric Guatemala City, this felt like an airport hotel. Ridiculous traffic & street racing noise all night, thermostat broke, and the worst attempt at Tres Leches cake ever encountered: cookie crumbs floating in melted whipped topping! : (

I was explicitly advised that I could proceed with checkout, that the charge would be adjusted to two nights, and that Booking.com would coordinate directly with the hotel so I would not be charged for the 3rd night. Relying on this guidance, I checked out accordingly. Despite this, the hotel charged me for all three nights and later informed me that the adjustment window had passed. As a result, I was charged for a night I was specifically told by you that I would not be billed. I have spent considerable time—across multiple phone calls and email exchanges—attempting to resolve an issue that arose solely from following instructions provided by Booking.com. Unfortunately, this has not yet led to a satisfactory resolution. Given that I acted in good faith based on the assurances provided by your customer service team, I am requesting an appropriate compensation or account credit in recognition of the damage, time and inconvenience caused by this matter.
