Estacionamento pago a parte. Espaço do café da manhã pequena, poucas mesas.

Завтрак и столовая. Нет достаточно места для всех гостей. Столы низкие, неудобные. И есть еще одна тема. Мы приехали сразу с аэропорта в 9:00 утра и попросили у персонала если можно ускорить наш заезд, нам культурно сказали что постараются и на этом все. Нам дали ключ ровно в 16:00, хотя мы видели что другим гостям начали давать в 15:00. И мы после перелета 12 часов тусовались в лобби.

Ahora bien, siempre que limpiaron encontramos pelos y suciedad, la tv de la habitacin reclamamos 3 dias y recien al 4 dia la arreglaron.

Breakfast as per other reviews a little basic and repetitive. Balcony pretty useless with no furniture. Also no cutlery or plates to use. It’s really just a big hotel room rather than apartment facilities.

O suporte ao hóspede deixou a desejar um pouco. Ficamos sem uma das televisões do quarto, mesmo após o técnico do hotel ter atestado que a mesma não estava funcionando.

Nas duas vezes que me hospedei tive que pedir toalhas para meus filhos, mesmos constando a quantidade de pessoas na reserva. Café da manhã mediano. Elevador parou com meu filho dentro. A atendente da minha primeira noite era muito grosseira.

The cleanliness, it was dirty and had a lot of wear down, also the elevator was so noisy that you could hear it very loud from the room and it was like a drill, very hard to sleep. Some of the staff were not polite, others were very nice, but overall they are not very nice. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very bad, we were in floor 23 and even the last day we had a water outage for a while so we couldn’t shower until later when we had to do a checkout and they only allowed us to stay until 12 regardless of the issue with the showers.

Un detalle que realmente marca la diferencia es que en el último piso cuentan con máquinas de café totalmente gratis para los visitantes. Un valor extra que se agradece muchísimo y que hace la estancia aún más agradable. Además, el servicio al cliente es excelente: el personal es muy diligente, amable y siempre está atento a cualquier necesidad o requerimiento, haciendo que la experiencia sea mucho más cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente para disfrutar de una excelente estadía en Miami. 🌴🏙️✨

Acomodaram a gente em apartamento sem sacada, mas eu havia reservado com. Depois mudaram para outro com sacada, mas me colocaram em acomodações do outro hotel (andares mais baixos), pois no mesmo prédio tem 2 hotéis. O quarto era muito bom e acabamos não reclamando novamente, mas como não avisaram dessa mudança, passa uma impressão que estão escondendo. Como deram um early checkin cortesia, compensou a situação, mas acho que falar da mudança é uma tratativa mais transparente com o cliente. Ficamos frustados com o fechamento da piscina. Estamos com alta expectativa para tirar foto da área, mas bloquearam o acesso. Eles disponibilizaram outra piscina, mas no térreo.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The booking was poor, I took a very long time to get booked in when I arrive They could not even see my bookings because they say I booked with booking .com I paid for the two separate bookings when I arrive When I returned for my second booking they say I did not pay. And then they say they refund the second booking to my account Crazy I had to find another hotel for my last 10 days of my stay in miami I should be compensated And one day after 15 August I got 187 usd in the account I used to pay for both bookings Very dissatisfied. Had to use another credit card hussling around to find another hotel afterwards g from 11 am until 4 pm to check if all is well with the booking I paid for I expect to be compensated . Will never stay tgere again⁸ Cheers

Overall, it’s a great hotel and definitely good value for the money you pay. However, I feel the staff would benefit from more training. For example, staff should avoid speaking Spanish around guests, as it can come across as unprofessional and excluding. There also seems to be a lack of communication between departments, particularly between Reception and Housekeeping, which can affect the overall guest experience.

El sofá cama no era sofa cama y para dormir una persona no es tan cómodo. Nos turnamos por día el sofá.

Staff was awful, rude, unkind, and disrespectful. We ordered 3 piña colada from the bar, and it was more like water colada, awful. $50 for that. There is construction all around (no their fault, but it should be disclosed in the description). The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. I'm not sure where they took the pictures posted in booking..com, but certainly, it was not the place we stayed at. Thank God it was only 1 night. NEVER AGAIN, BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Suites invited beautiful kitchen areas with nothing in them. No cutlery, crockery, cups or glasses or anything to prep out easy with. There was a pod t coffee maker but you had to microwave water to boil it to make tea. There were two paper cups and two flimsy plastic glasses supplied. Everything was plastic wrapped. The breakfast at up was the same - limited real crockery then plastic or plastic lined everything. It didn't fit the fitout of the room which was beautiful. We were surprised at the unsustainability of everything.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Close to center of Miami Brickell & river. Excellent view to the skyskrapers. It was convenient to have breakfast in the price of the room. Also, the coffee-machine was really appreciated. Good value for money. Excellent expresso at breakfast.
No bottle of water in the room. The pull-out sofa was old, uncomfortable. The room is pretty small, more suitable for two than for three. The breakfast offer is scarce.

Me gustó todo. Únicamente diría que cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba preparada para dos personas, cuando éramos 4.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Hotel hat versucht, den Hotelpreis doppelt zu kassieren. Erst auf nachhaltige Intervention hat man nach eigenen Angaben eine Rücketstattung veranlasst. Bisher gibt es keine Gutschrift. Wir erwägen eine Strafanzeige. Für das Ausklappen des Sofabettes wurde angedroht, dass wir extra bezahlen müssen. Das Aufbauen wäre Aufgabe des Gastes. Besonders lustig, da überhaupt kein Bettzeug vorhanden war. Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich. Die Zimmerreinigung ist ein Totalausfall (siehe Foto nach der Reinigung).
