Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom had a king sized mattress/bed in a queen sized room. Could barely access closet

You have to get rid of the hard sell at check in. That’s some old school time share bullshit. Otherwise great setup, best deal in town.

The property is very well maintained and stocked with all our needs! Everything is all inclusive meaning we don’t have to leave the resort and we live that!

Some activities were cancelled or rescheduled unannounced and the family above us had so many children that were running and jumping and often sounded like they were coming through the floor. Maybe larger families with many children should be on the bottom floors…

The activists for the kids was great

Unfortunately my building had a leak in the hall way so the floor around my door was wet and the fans was blowing the whole stay

The parking was really congested.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many fun things the property offered to do. You could play free arcade games and pick up a s’mores kit to enjoy. I have never seen Nintendo/Video Game options to play like their setup. Plus, a mini golf course. Our group also participated in trivia night! Finally the adults in our group appreciated the 18+ pool.

I didn’t like that the bar offered frozen drinks but no rum as an option. Very limited alcohol selection there.

The location was convenient.

Upon our arrival one of the bathrooms was used and someone forgot to flush. There were also roaches in the kitchen. Some moving in the light cover which I have video of and walking around the kitchen at night. We have to buy raid to keep are personals from being infested. Was unable to change rooms due to traveling with a special needs child who was already settled in prior to use noticing the pest.

Spacious. Well maintained grounds. Staff always available. Easy to get anywhere around. Tons of amenities.

The dishwasher had mold in it, bath tub drained very slow to the point you were standing in 2” of water taking a shower, very weak Wi-Fi, master bedroom shower floor was weak/spongee felling and floor vent in master bathroom does not fit the hole properly to the point that it bent and went into the hole almost causing me to twist my ankle, unit need remodeled

The check in process was smooth. The representative was friendly. All the reps close by were also friendly.

My only complaint is that they hold $250 for incidentals.

We love staying at Westgate. All the grounds and things to do are amazing. Great location too

Our bed was super uncomfortable way too soft and smooshy. We have stayed here about 6x and never had this problem. The shower pressure is bad too. My kids also saw a huge roach in the game room walking on the wall. They couldn't enjoy the games because of that. .

We had car problems when we checked out and they allowed us and the kids to use the pool and activities untill we got eveything situated and I appreciate that so much thank you !

Location

The property especially the unit we stayed in this time has been used hard and not kept up. The kitchen which is the reason we dont do nicer hotel stays was very minimal in supplies and essentials. Pans plates utensils just lacking. Some of the buildings just need to be shut down and remodeled.

I had a good time as always.

My room this time was 4 out 10. The bathroom in 1st room was bad. Bubble burnt marks in toilet and shower rack bend up. Staff did give me another room. 2nd room I had to plugged toilet 7 or more times after regular use. I had to clean floor and put towel in refrigerator from water constantly dripping in refrigerator. When open refrigerator water pour on floor. I had to really clean toilet. The left side of back of toilet where toilet fold must had rush under flap the hold back toilet seat. When I sprayed brown watery stuff kept coming out. I kept spraying it until there was no more brown stuff. My son had on white socks and bottom of socks was black from dirty carpet. Usually Room be 10 out 10. This time 4 out 10. Room just didn't feel clean. Club Wyndham I still give 10 out 10 love resort, but the room this time 4 out 10.

Parking. My husband and I rented a 15 seater van to travel together with my family and it was hard to park in the small spaces.

Location was perfect. Close to stores, restaurants and attractions. Peaceful and safe. Several things for kids to do. Rooms were spacious and cozy.

Cleanliness was about average for a 3 star hotel. Property looked updated and fresh on the outside, but the inside furniture, carpets and walls were dated and worn. The outside door to our building would not fully shut on its own. Arcade was nice, but several of the games were half broken. Adult pool was not heated. Many nails sticking up on our balcony. Had to watch step or would get tripped.

Location. The resort was well manicured and the suite was clean.

I requested a ground level unit but didn't get one.

We enjoyed playing in the game room, and being able to walk the resort.

When we arrived, we were exhausted and just wanted to check in. It took over 20 mins to check in as we were being berated to go to the time share meeting. I told them several times no thank you, I just want to go to my room. Eventually we get to our room to find dirty sheets and blankets, they were all stained with something and one was either poop or chocolate. I called down and no one answered, I messaged them, no answer. This went on for 30 mins. I then walked down to the office of torment again, where I had to wait, just to be told they will send someone. It took over an hour for someone to bring us sheets. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed. So I layered flat sheets and just said F it. Service sucks, its a beautiful place though. We had a wonderful experience before, this time made me never want to go back.

The cleanliness of the Resort and the friendly staff all made it a very enjoyable stay.

The property is very clean, and all of the furniture, appliances, and fixtures in the room were brand new.

I didn’t like the fact that I was on the third floor with no elevator. It was a bit hard to get all of my things upstairs.

The cleanness wasn’t as good as 4 weeks ago when I stayed. Also they need to fumigate as there was water bugs in the pool area I reported.
