The beds could be better. The king size bed was quite lumpy for me.

Location and the size of my unit also the staff was very fast bringing fresh linen .

Housekeeping needs some training. There was hair found in all the restrooms. In the bathtub, shower and the jacuzzi tub and floors. The hanging light was dusty and the ceiling had black stuff on it. I was really disappointed because I have visited before .

Our bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were so nice. It is also a great location and affordable.

These rooms are very outdated. The carpeted floors had a couple of sticky spots. The toilets were discolored with age. Our dishwasher was broken and our shower faucet handle was loose. I would prefer to not stay here again, but I would if others in my travel party chose it for the affordability and location.

The staff, amenities and location was exceptional. We always enjoy our time there.

It’s time to have the units deep cleaned and hire better cleaning crew members. Also guest shouldn’t have to drag their own trash from the units to a nearby dumpster. Overall the property is nice and the layout of the apartments are ideal for people traveling with families/fruends.

The location was great. I was in Williamsburg for a week for work and this was a great deal.....much better than a cramped hotel room. Unit was dated and slightly worn but I felt like it was clean.

It seemed there are a lot of people living there permanently, which is odd for a timeshare resort. We were in a cul-de-sac where the units were occupied by resort workers. The smell of weed kept me from opening my windows or enjoying anything outside really. The people who "lived" under us constantly had clothes in the washer/dryer so I never had a chance to use it. I did not use any of the resort amenities because it just seemed like there was always a rough crowd hanging out.

Check in was not great. Took way to long, and they try to sell you a time share. There was a big fight outside our room that lasted for over 4 hours. When I tried to call the front desk, they did not answer. and the text feature that they offer was not helpful. In the morning there were 2 police officers outside the room. I assume they were escorting the people out that were fighting. Why they didn't do this the night before I have no Idea. I felt very unsafe and was not able to sleep the entire night. when I called a few days later both booking and the hotel were no help. They really don't care. I would not stay here. And I would really think twice before using Booking.com. customer service is really hard to get ahold of and your will just be out of luck!

Everything was good except two issue with our room. We had a toilet that continued to run and the shower drain was stopped up.

Very clean exciting I love the fact that they had the music plan the environment. I love it. The staff were very nice. respectful helpful if you need anything to move quick and theyI got you.

Love the fact that they text you check up on you. See if you need anything like the fact that everything is done in the booking app before you get there and when you get there, your keys is ready you don’t gotta wait in line and do nothing but grab your keys and go to your room. They are above and beyond and I love it.

There was no breakfast location was great

It would have been great if the room was clean the bathroom was dirty. I had to call three times before someone actually came out to clean the bathroom on the third hole. I was told that the order for the room to be clean was already complete which no one had came out to clean the room.

The room we got was not cleaned and the beds were not made had to call front desk to rectify and the cabinets would not close properly.

That I didn't have a stove in my room for that price, and I usually have a stove, I spent a 100 in groceries and still had to go buy food.

No stove, cooking on two small burners for a family of 5 was a challenge.

The pool and the other amenities were great! The unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly.

The room was outdated. The carpet is very old and worn and needs to be replaced. I did not like all of the Golf Carts ( there is not a golf course) Also- it was very quiet until a very loud group arrived that was located directly above me. Then it became loud.

I like it was close to attractions

I didnt like being on the second floor and not having a full stove. The neighbors down on the first floor was terrible.

Front desk staff during day was extremely rude and not helpful, Night staff a guy nSmed Lucas provided excellent customer service, the day time girls could learn a lot from him,,, the pool smelled of urine, And I'm pretty sure I saw a bed bug,,, don't do it,,, also the whole property smells of seed smoke,,, not good for kids

I stay here all the time and I actually like the stay most of the time. But this time really shifted some gears about the stay.

I had a creepy experience happen to me over night!!

The kitchen complete equipment and the pool areas.. and neat and clean.

The ceiling had to be made sound proof materials, no walking steps should disturb….

I love the location and most times the rooms are fine. We have been coming there for years as a group. I normally travels with 10 plus people and we all normally stay the same location and I normally an the 1 who books it all

We are all bowlers. We come there the last full weekend in July every year for a tournament that we bowl in. We do it ti support special Olympics. For the past 3 years we haven't even been able to enjoy the pool/hot tub. This year we tried to go to hot tub again and as always filled with disrespectful young children. A hotel staff came in and told them to get out they did. Within 10 minutes of employee leaving they were back in. Im the inside pool there were several teens throwing shoes from in and out of pool messing with friends. There is no parents no staff to control the outrageous events. No adult wants to be in a pool or hot tub filled with young children running around throwing things at each other. The inside pool and hot tub area has no stay in supporting staff to keep it free of mayhem. As bowlers who just got done bowling 12 straight games all we wanted to do was relax and loosen up. This has been going on every year. Several complaints were made by myself and still nothing was handled properly. We have all talked and probably will look somewhere else next year as this is over run by young society with no supervision. I love the place. I am an actual owner at colonies but we liked the vacation pool area better. But not no more. Sorry

Master bedroom did not have a TV box that's about it everything else is excellent

The two bedroom unit size was perfect. Comfortable sleeping quarters, spacious bathroom with nice shampoo and lotion fragrance. Plenty of kitchen hardware and climate control circulated air very well.

A Stackable washer and dryer was located in the hallway and shared between the downstairs unit. The freezer leaked water into the refrigerator (whole inside). You must pay to use their game room and TV's are pretty small. Finally, a deodorizer/ neutralizer for the carpet and air would be a great welcoming opener when people walk in.

Two bedroom room had great space. Full kitchen and two full baths. Great for 3 teens, 2 adults and a small dog. Access to the backyard and a dog poop garbage was created.

Only one outdoor pool and one indoor and both were very crowded all of the time.

I paid more for less. I had no stove or oven. I was charged more to switch to a unit with a full kitchen but then had less sleeping space that wouldn’t have accommodated my family. When I asked to switch to a different unit it was said that nothing was available. I travel with my 74 year old grandmother so stairs are difficult for her as explained to front desk staff. But knowing better now I will make sure our needs are able to be accommodated before booking.

accommodations and central location as well as having things like soaps, dishes, etc inclusive to make things easier. Easy garbage deposits and check in and out and people very friendly overall.

instructions for some of the items provided like hot tub and tv's and check out provisions as wasn't sure what to do with used linens, dishes. Showers could have been cleaner, though maybe just wearing out after the years of use.

My sister had roaches from the day she arrived until check day. They also do not accommodate people that has a hard time going upstairs especially the elderly.

My kids liked the pool.

There were cockroaches everywhere. We left the dead bug bodies so they would know. Everytime we moved an appliance, so many bugs appeared. I pulled the coffee pot out and 6 baby cock roaches ran out. There were 2 cocktails roaches inside the toaster. 3 of them were dead in the fridge. Our sheets had dirt stains on them.

I was severely bitten all three nights, while thinking it was mosquitoes but my final morning I did further research to discover it was BED BUGS!!!!

Fantastic price for a 2 bedroom suite. Clean, just about everything you might need is supplied for the kitchen, other than food. Beds were good, pillows were excellent. Sheets were good. Soap, shampoo & conditioner available in both bedrooms. Three TVs, so everyone has access to entertainment. Wifi was strong. Plenty of parking. Lots of amenities on site.

We had requested a ground floor room as we have mobility issues. They were unable to accomidate us, but we did book last minute.

The sheets on the bed were too small, and we had to call for different sheets late at night when we discovered they didn't cover the bed, this should have been seen by housekeeping. We asked for rooms together and we were beside each other but in different entrances which made it difficult to go between rooms. We had to go outside and back upstairs, which was not good for the small children.

Unit was extremely filthy! Food on the walls, kitchen appliances. Carpet was disgusting. Furniture was falling apart. The tub did not drain properly. The mattress was lumpy and the shower had mold in it. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST vacation rental I have ever booked. When I spoke with the front desk employee, I was told it was an old property and it’s a luck of the draw on what you get. They have the nerve to ask people to sit through a timeshare presentation for this old, run down community! They will NEVER get a dime from me again.

The space was clean.

Security concern: The exterior door to the building did not close properly, allowing unrestricted access at any time. This created a significant security risk for both the building and the condo we were staying in. Condo Amenities concern: The condo did not match the advertised description. The “full kitchen” did not include a stove or an oven, and while a microwave was provided, it was not functional. During our previous stay at Vacation Village, the full kitchen included all standard appliances, so this was an unexpected downgrade. Additionally, the fireplace was inoperable, the AC unit was excessively loud, and the living room furniture was stained and uncomfortable.

The location is ideal for many activities in the area. The room was perfect for a longer stay.

Facility was clean, location to restaurants and attractions was good, beautiful landscaping. Nice that a little shop was added and available coffee room.

I am an owner at this facility. It has been a while since we have stayed on site. The rooms we were in, I believe are in the older sections. While they were clean and comfortable, they are in need of an upgrade. Also, has a musty smell.

Overall the rooms were great, we'll equipped. Maintenance was very attentive. Swimming pools were fun indoors and outdoors. Walk ability and location was awesome

The free coffee offering was not available. We weren't able to connect to our TV apps. Wifi and cell service was awful, so we had to enjoy one another. (Lol)

As an owner, my only strong recommendation is to upgrade the rooms and bathrooms-very dated. Otherwise, the facility is great.

Bugs in bed had to change room. No hot water each evening. Had to take out trash and/or dump trash across the road. No clothes storage for guest.

Terrible customer service. Told a rush was placed on our room at 1pm, at 3pm was told it would be 45 more minutes. What is a rush? Manager sarcastic and not helpful, doesn't pay to be an owner. Will never upgrade with service like this.

The golf carts blocking everything

The location was nice close to alot of stores. The rooms where spacious. Did enjoy the pools

I did not like how the front gate was open all the time, did not like how you had to pay for the arcade games, did not like how they didn't have stove or oven. The jet tubs the water went all over the walls and floor.

The property looks decent however they have migrant workers living there mixed in with vacationing guests. We asked to move; however we were told that the workers are everywhere within the resort. The issue is they are using the shared washers and dryers all night; in and out at all hours, and were generally rude in any interactions.

It is a nice place to stay but the inside of the homes needs to be updated. The furniture is old and some of the chairs had stains on them, so I did not use them. The grandkids had a really nice time in the pool; which was clean and spacious; indoor and outdoor pools. The area that we stayed was very peaceful. It truly was a relaxing vacation.

This place has exceeded my girlfriend and I's expectations! Massive room, every amenity imaginable, close to just about everything we needed. Was so happy with our experience here that we are already excited for our next trip over.

I have been here many times over the pass 25 years. Staff is friendly. Pools are clean. Grounds are always well maintained. This place is near the historical areas and the parks. I wish they had a shuffle board outside and with that said maybe they do and I did not see it.

The property has no WiFi- they say they do but it works for literally 4 minutes and cuts off. They want you to call their internet provider to walk you through turning off all security on your devices and it still doesn’t work. The mattresses are terrible. There is a thick layer of dust all over the blinds. The water pressure is fantastic though. Also- the washer/dryer is in a shared community space .

We loved the layout of the rooms and the roominess for 2 people in a suite. We hope we can stay in the A & B suites. We had 6 suites and we had the upstairs B suites in each. We want to stay in 2 room numbers and be in the A & B suites together if we can next time.

Vacation Village is located in an area which is easily accessible and close to the center of the main town. The facility is clean and the quiet.

The phones in our unit was out of service during our stay.
