Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Wir hatten 4 Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht - das Essen war unglaublich lecker und vielfältig. Für 25 Euro pro Person konnte man das Abendessen ebenfalls Buffet zubuchen, wovon wir gerne Gebrauch nahmen, da auch dieses unglaublich vielfältig und sehr lecker war.
Ich hatte in der Nacht Ameisen auf meinem Kissen, in meinen Haaren und auf meinem Körper. War voll eklig - bin dadurch um 5 Uhr morgens schon in die Badewanne gelegen - als ich dies an der Rezeption beanstandet hatte, war es dem Rezeptionisten relativ egal. Er hat nur gemeint er würde dem Housekeeping Bescheid geben, was er jedoch nicht gemacht hatte. Hatte die Dame selber abgefangen, als sie fertig war - sie wusste nichts davon, was ich als enttäuschend empfand. Ja es kann in südlichen Länder dazu kommen, aber dann erwarte ich mir dass das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt und das Bett neu bezogen wird. Dem kamen sie nicht nach. Auch waren fremde Haare im Bad am Boden als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben. War also nicht so reinlich. Was mich ebenfalls störte als eine Gruppe Araber am Ruhepool wohlwissentlich einen Lärm veranstaltet hatten und die Gäste gestört haben. Niemand hat hier vom Personal eingegriffen.

Las habitaciones están un poco dejadas, sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento continuo, la nevera huele mal, y en general las habitaciones, por lo menos las que nos tocó a nosotros deja mucho que desear

One small thing - Maybe just our room, but shower curtain really didn’t work and subsequently kept flooding floors- shower screen would have been better A larger issue - superb buffet breakfast and variety of choice - but hot food options were consistently without exception room temperature cold - and we were first attendees each morning. Require better means to maintain heat, or even just a microwave for fussier people like me

La habitación tenía muchas hormigas. El agua de la ducha se escurría hacia el suelo por la cortina de baño y había que limpiar el suelo del aseo cada vez que te duchabas. El personal del comedor bien salvo algunas personas que no estaban a la altura y eran un poco desagrables.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Jeg var positivt overrasket over at det var muligt at tage et bad på stdet efter tjek ud. Hvilket jeg ikke har oplevet før.
Mangler generelt vedligeholdelse og opdatering af alt, da det ikke er næsten ikke sket i de 50 år resortet har eksisteret. Den generelle opfattelse fra os alle 3 er at stedet skulle have været renoveret og fornyet for adskillige år siden.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The hotel provides a very good breakfast. The staff at reception could give a little more information on check-in. IE cost of safe, the fact there is another large pool as well as the quiet one which is not immediately obvious.
There doesn't seem to be much life at night as the bar was closed for the whole time I was there although there is a pool bar at the larger pool. The electrics in my room were hit and miss with one plug working sporadically. I reported this the day before I left so not sure if this was fixed. As a lone female traveller I had to heave my case up a lot of steps and I was not offered a porter to take my cases.

Gammelt værelse som lugtede fugtigt og klamt. Følte os nødsaget til at stoppe aircon hvilket gjorde at vi opdagede vand i luftet. Løs forbindelse i pære/ventilation som gjorde at den blinkede hvis slukket

Pool not opening till 11. Lots & lots of children on a school football trip. Very noisy banging early hours of morning, mostly taking up whole pool areas. Complained to staff to see if we could be moved and they said they cannot kick them out on streets.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Dungeon with no light and no air con We were given the worst room in the whole of the hotel it had little to no light it was in an enclosed space at the very back of the hotel it looked like a dungeon and the window had 3 separate doors and then bars, the shower you had to hold by yourself to wash and the beds were never changed it was a horrible experience the staff member women on the desk was not helpful or try to resolve the situation

За мое съжаление стаята беше в близост до основна пътна артерия и дори в 1 сутринта много силно се чуваха коли,линейки,и други превозни средства! Все пак сме на почивка! Има стаи които са по навътре и там е по- добре!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026El personal es atento, muy agradable. Las personas de limpieza, recepción y camareros son muy agradables. Deberían subirles el sueldo . Lo que sube o baja un hotel , restaurante es su personal.
La piscina es pequeña, y es profunda 1'90. Salvo que sepas nadar , no puedes disfrutarla. El desayuno, podían haber subido un poco más el nivel, con bollería un poco más selecta. El café , tampoco es de calidad.

Lo staff, tranne un ragazzo della reception, molto maleducato e poco disponibile, atteggiamento a dir poco infastidito nel momento in cui si chiede qualcosa. Ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale al posto di due letti separati mi hanno risposto che era la stessa cosa. Fossi nel direttore gli inviterei a fare altro lavoro! La struttura è vecchia e fatiscente, bagno vergognoso, pressione dell’acqua calda ridotta ad un rigagnolo, praticamente impossibile fare una doccia. I've stayed over 2 weeks on work trip. Having to eat the same breakfast every day was getting to me by the end of it.They could do better variations. Dinner however, I would skip, tried it twice wasn't nice at all!

A falta de banquetas para as malas. Tiveram k ficar no chão,a atrapalhar tudo. Todo o hotel está muito delabreé. Precisa de um UP.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Las piscinas con diferentes ambientes, y el Bar con comidas muy bien preparadas. Añadir que los camareros y camareras, servicio de limpieza muy profesionales y agradables.
Nos tocó en la última zona, números 700-800 y no sé si en el resto era igual pero en esta zona debo decir que Algunas instalaciones estaban muy obsoletas, como los baños de las habitaciones teniendo bañera y armario muy antiguo, así como puertas y ventanas. Los Jardines de la zona 800 descuidados, cosa que no entiendo ya que el en el resto de las zonas estaba muy bonitos y cuidados. Aunque la limpieza de todo el hotel era excelente tanto habitaciones como patios exteriores.

Julgo que deveria haver um melhor controle das entradas no hotel, ficamos com a sensação que entravam pessoas externas. Eu não senti qualquer tipo de assedio, estava acompanhada mas não seria hotel para onde iria só.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La struttura è molto grande con due piscine davvero belle e servizio bar tutto il giorno, la colazione e la cena davvero oltre le aspettative con cucina diversa ogni sera. Consiglio. Vicinanza al centro di Porto Banus raggiungibile a piedi con circa mezzoretta di camminata. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio a pagamento del noleggio bici, molto comodo per girare la città.
La camera è vero che non è ristrutturata ma è dotato di ogni confort, unica pecca è che non c’è il bidet. La struttura non ha accesso diretto in spiaggia ma è raggiungibile a 10 minuti a piedi.

Muy decepcionante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación estaba muy anticuada, con numerosas hormigas, arañas y pequeñas salamandras. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente y el parking no tenía disponibilidad. Al comunicarlo en recepción, la respuesta fue que “estábamos en la naturaleza”, sin ofrecer una solución adecuada. Por 257€ la noche esperábamos un minimo de atención correcta, higiene y control de plagas. El acceso a las habitaciones es por escaleras. No hay portaequipajes. En mi opinión este hotel merece como mucho una estrella.

Les installations sont vétustes et non entretenues : la cascade de la piscine est HS et la mauvaise herbe pousse dedans, les salles de bains sont très vieilles avec des rideaux de douche cassés et des lumières à néons, les chambres étaient envahis de fourmis et les prises électriques ne tenaient pas au mur

Creo que lo que más molesta en este tipo de sitios es la relación calidad precio. El hotel necesita reforma y las habitaciones están cascadas. El aire acondicionado suena muchísimo y no puedo decir que estaba sucio pero tampoco son brillantes en limpieza. Entiendo que esté cerca del puerto y que ese sea el motivo de pagar el precio que pagas pero mínimo que la habitación esté a la altura…

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas por lo cual el sonido del aire acondicionado es muy fuerte y no sale aire fuerte.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026I really enjoyed my stay. Whenever I requested that my room be cleaned, my request was always taken care of promptly. The breakfasts were very good, and I especially appreciated that the menu changed from time to time, as I think this is very important for guests staying for several days. The hotel grounds are incredibly green and beautiful. It feels almost as if you are in Bali, which creates a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
The only thing I was unlucky with was having noisy neighbors. I think it would be a good idea to have a clear hotel policy and inform guests about quiet hours, especially after 11 p.m. or midnight. Guests should be reminded to close and open their doors quietly and avoid speaking loudly in the corridors when leaving their rooms. If there are any issues or disagreements, they should be discussed inside the room rather than loudly in the hallway, as the noise can disturb other guests. I believe this would make the stay much more comfortable and relaxing for everyone.

Die Zimmer haben jetzt nicht geblitzt vor Sauberkeit, es war ok.. leider hatte wir am ersten Abend eine riesige Kakerlake im Zimmer , die flog plötzlich von der Decke und viel auf das Kissen meiner Tochter, wir haben Sie eingefangen und raus gebracht, danach haben wir auch keine mehr gesehen. Ich hatte so den Eindruck das dieses Hotel nicht so auf Kinder ausgerichtet ist, alle waren super nett keine Frage, aber Kinder haben da nicht so den Spaß würde ich jetzt mal sagen. Im Großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026My mum’s phone had been stolen and the hotel didn’t help at all. Their only response was “it’s not here” – I’d already realised that much myself. They wouldn’t contact me on my mum’s behalf, nor would they contact our tour guide. The staff are very unfriendly. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

Do quarto. Era muito velho , não tinha luzes, só tinha duas abajures super antigas e sem iluminação e o quarto tinha mal cheiro, cheirava mofo e xixi. Tudo muito antigo e velhos, colchão, cama, móveis etc. tinha formigas no quarto o tempo todo. Tinha que viver com medo delas estragarem minhas roupas e acessórios .

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Was all easy and within reach, beautifully clean at all times. I’ve a bad knee so was perfect, pools were clean, plenty of beds… possibly need more sun parousels but that was the only thing. Food was excellent and really was a fabulous stay - thank you so much.
