Very clean rooms and very nice hotel, great breakfast
Can’t say anything
Todo excepto el aire acondicionado que no se podía colocar más frío de los 22 grados Celsius. Resalto la amabilidad del personal y la rapidez con la que gestionan una solicitud.
Lo mencionado del aire acondicionado
Very comfortable, within walking distance of the City centre Quiet neighbourhood
Car park was rather tight but glad there was a car park.
Excellent location and value for money

Breakfast was nice, Staff was friendly
The conference hall team was nightmare. They couldn't get the projector working and had to run our event without slides. During our event called reception to send someone for air-con not working but no now showed up until almost an hour after we reported the issue.
Bed was very comfortable & the pillows were excellent
My first room was on the top floor and the bed was right under some machine on the roof which emitted a loud hum / rumble off & on all night - consequently I didn't sleep from 2am onwards , the shower was cold & the TV remote only worked if you sat in front of the TV . BUT I complained & the staff were very friendly & helpful & changed my room for me - I then had 2 nights excellent sleep. Breakfast was cold - I must have been at the end of that batch of food !
The hotel was close to the arena and sea life but also the city center but still very quiet. Breakfast was lovely. The room and beds are very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and professional.
As we had an early flight we didn't have time to enjoy all the lovely breakfast choices.
Amazing staff, went above and beyond.
Everything - nothing to complain about as superb
Nothing at all

Room was clean and friendly staff
Toilet was not flushed and was smelling
Very nice clean room with a decent bathroom, annoyingly jumped in the shower and the shower gel had run out but other than that all good
More tea and coffee in the room, only two coffee sachets and we both need a couple of cups to get going in the morning
Fab location, great staff!

Staff were nice
Bed uncomfortable Lighting in was very poor
Would stay again! So reasonably priced for a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was lovely. Location perfect.

Friendly welcoming team. Nice clean room.
Breakfast times could be longer and bar prices could be cheaper.
Staff mainly friendly and helpful. The location was good.
The room was a bit tired looking, bits of furniture damaged in bathroom. Cobweb in the bathroom too under the sink. Bathroom door didn't shut properly. The tv didnt work.
Staff absolutely friendly and professional, spacious restaurant and bar, tasty breakfast, very friendly room service, fast reception check in and check out. Welcome to drop off in front of the hotel, location in cosy street with facilities.

Everything was perfec, clean, nice staff and the welcoming
The location , the parking is too expensive
Location is great. 2 mins from broad Street and all the great suff around the canal. Right on Brindley place with all the popular bars and restaurants. Hotel was top class and comfortable.
Breakfast was great but suffers from the very slow process by having fresh ground coffee machines. These are great and trendy but please get a couple of filter carafe so you dan grab and go if not fussy
The location was perfect and not noisy . Convenient parking. The staff were very helpful and there was a good choice at breakfast.
Have stayed before so knew what to expect. Lovely hotel.
The gentleman on reception never greeted us, smiled or made conversation which you’d expect would end with ‘enjoy your stay’. Very disappointing.
Location was fabulous, short walk to many local places. Rooms clean and tidy with room serviced every day we were there. Breakfast was very nice, loved the omelette station but maybe need more than one of the go when busy.
Due to the location it could get very noisy at night but expected that so wasn’t a surprise. Very busy road outside.
The pillows, comfy bed, great location.

Very accommodating staff. Matthew on reception offered a late check out at 2pm which was very much appreciated, exceptional customer service from him in particular and he handled my check in process really well.

The location was amazing, along with the breakfast
The receptionist was very miserable
Friendly staff, great price, excellent breakfast
The breakfast was very tasty and well cooked, and there was a good selection. The room was a decent size and having two different pillow firmness options was very helpful. The room seemed to reach the expectations I'd have for cleanliness.
When I arrived the concierge said there was a choice of rooms. I asked which had the best view and she replied '....it's Birmingham.' I think she was trying to be witty to say that no view in Birmingham is good, but this just seems derogatory and negative, especially when it's said to someone who is from Birmingham and didn't need to hear that level of snark at the end of a long day. She could have instead advised on which room was sunrise-facing etc. The air con in my room didn't work - the wall panel wouldn't switch on or respond. The TV guide on the TV didn't work. The hairdryer would only blow cold air. In the morning, the clearing of tables at breakfast was a little slow so I had to eat mine at a table that had dirty plates on it, which was recommended to me by the greet staff - I acknowledge that it may have been peak time but there just didn't seem to be enough staff on the cleaning team, possibly even only one - or alternatively it could be said there wasn't enough tables. Worst of all, I had finally managed to get to sleep quite late but was woken up by a persistent humming at around 5.45am - I couldn't locate the sound, it seemed to be coming from the ceiling but it didn't make sense. I was unable to sleep after that so my night was ruined. I'd booked the one night stay as a peaceful treat to rest between big and busy personal days but just left extremely deflated and disappointed after about 4.5hrs sleep, especially when the concierge staff I checked out with expressed no serious concern at my ruined night and just basically dismissed me with a 'have a nice day'. Would not go back.
Great location, friendly and professional staff
Comfy bed , kind staff , great location
No complaints
Excellent location to explore the canal area of Birmingham.

The place is center to everything nearby.
We originally booked this hotel for two nights. However, on the day of our arrival, we were informed that there was an issue with our room and were advised to stay at Hampton Inn for one night instead. We asked whether we could remain at Hampton Inn for the entire duration of our stay, as we had plans to leave Birmingham early the following morning to visit various places and did not want the inconvenience of having to pack and transfer to another hotel. Unfortunately, our request was not accommodated, and we were told that we would need to return to Hilton Garden Inn for the second night. The following day, when we returned to Hilton Garden Inn, we were surprised to find that our original room was still not available. We were not given a clear explanation as to whether the issue with the original room had actually been resolved or what had happened with the room we had initially booked. We were then informed that the only room available and ready for our second night was a room with two single beds. As we were a couple and had originally booked a room suitable for two people, this was not an ideal arrangement. However, due to the circumstances and because we did not want to lose more time from our planned stay in Birmingham, we had no choice but to accept the two-single-bed room. Unfortunately, our experience was further affected by the cleanliness of the room at Hampton Inn. We noticed several strands of hair on the bed and in the shower area, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the standard of cleaning. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. We understand that unexpected room issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled caused significant inconvenience during our stay. We expected better communication, a more suitable alternative, and a higher standard of cleanliness.
Great location, pillows were to die for, bed was enormous. Great choice at breakfast.
Tea and coffee making facilities. Only two sachets of coffee/tea/sugar (fair enough), but just two sachets of milk, even using both in one cup wasn't enough to make a decent cup of anything. Air-con was set at 25C and I couldn't get it to go colder. Had to have the window open, then you get the traffic noise. But TBH so tired after the first night you don't notice. Lights were very dim, but ok as it's summer and there's enough external light. I'm guessing in winter you'd find it a bit grim (especially if you read before bed)
Really comfy bed, clean room and lovely staff.
Everything about the hotel is great. Fantastic staff, comfy room and great food. We love staying there.
The bed and location
All was good
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were friendly and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was lovely, there was a lot to choose from lovely buffet breakfast. Also we were off to a wedding venue and the man on reception ordered the taxi for us.
There was only a small problem my mom struggled to get on the bed. It was a bit big for her to climb on, also the television only had certain channels. Good job it played Emmerdale and Coronation Street my mom would not have been happy phew 🙄😂
We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Birmingham. The lobby was lovely, and the front desk team gave us a very warm welcome. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the freshly cooked eggs. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and we really appreciated being offered a late check-out.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The amenities in the room could be better, and we would have liked the bar to have longer opening hours. It would also be great to offer a parking discount for hotel guests. The breakfast area felt quite small and uncomfortable for the number of guests, with the layout becoming crowded at busy times. Finally, having a Smart TV would be a nice addition.
We love this hotel for convenience and comfort everything we need for a night out on broad street or concert at the arena. Just need more milk pods in the room for more cups of tea and coffee 😊
Not enough milk
The breakfast was excellent, room good with a comfy bed. Bathroom wasn't large but more than adequate for what was needed. Location near arena was perfect.
The cost of the nearby parking, £25 for 18 hours is a bit steep.
It's the second time staying here it is perfectly located to reach everything we wanted to see

The shower could be more powerful
First time staying in a Hilton Hotel, Matthew on the front desk was very friendly and took the time to recommend some food places in the area. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is perfect, short walk to most places you'd need to visit.
Tried the onsite gym but the facilities were pretty basic unfortunately.
Very clean, friendly helpful staff, did not find no faults.
No faults
Great location, good breakfast, and the windows can actually be opened — which is very important to me!
A real centrally located hotel within walking distance of everything we went for 👍
Central location excellent for bars restaurants, Utilitia arena and Brindley place. On site car parking was great (£25.00 ) charge for 24 hours The king room was very good with all you need. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had a good varied selection. I purchased the in room mini bar upgrade that was excellent value would definitely recommend. Dog friendly
Lovely room, great location and the staff were brilliant!

Great location.
One of the best breakfast we have had in a long time.
Rent och fint, området runt hotellet var fint
Friendly service, good location, comfortable stay.
Slightly on the expensive side. More fruit would be nice during breakfast.
Location was great, close to everything. Hotel was clean and facilities were good. Rooms were clean and tidy with the beds been very comfortable. The breakfast had a great choice and everything was fresh and tasted great too. The Staff were very nice and very helpful and were willing to go the extra mile for you.
Staff, food and room
Air conditioning was shocking
Excellent service
Not enough lights in room only side lights
Competative price, good location.
Got stuck, wasn't aware of the marathon race on the Sunday and had a flight to catch later that afternoon. We had to leave our car, luckily had some who could pick it up once the road restriction had been lifted.
Location
Changing rooms due to house cleaning and the general housekeeping whilst there
good variety for vegetarians. Rooms were clean. Staff was really kind. were the hotel was located was not too far from the city centre.

Lovely hotel staff polite and welcoming would visit again and recommend your hotel
Excellent location, convenient eatery on site
Beds were big and comfortable Breakfast was nice
The air conditioning was not working and it was so hot inside the room
Everything ..lovely hotel, centrally located, perfect for parking in the Qpark or under the hotel (both same price), breakfast was delicious, hotel is literally next to the Crescent Theatre (150 yards), lovely square 200 yards away just past the Qpark with Zizzis cafeteria, Costa coffee, Bank, Cafe Nero and others, perfect for snacks, food, drinks (alcoholic or not), and some sunbathing in the free deck chairs on the grass and the Fountains to cool down with a paddle. Main road full of bars 3 mins walk away ..immense nightlife activity on the main road and by the cannal. Fab place we will return for a night out sometime..highly recommend..very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely sleep. The courtyard outside hotel entrance was quite busy with people getting taxis and cutting through from the main strip but that was quite fun to hear on a nice summers evening and when we shut the windows we couldnt hear anything. Thankyou Hilton Gardens, Brinsley Place, it's a great place to be for a night out or event in Birmingham Centre x
Would've liked more milk and sugar for the drinks in the room, but that's all really. No complaints.
Perfect location, for our night away. Close to the paint party and restaurants.
The air conditioning didn’t work in the room, but the staff were happy to provide two fans for us to use.
Great location
No air con in room - extremely hot
Overall experience is super.
Evening meal. Salmon in miso had lots and lots of small bones so needed to be eaten with care. By the time I'd finished, everything was cold. Disappointing for £22. Need a better cut of salmon... go to Aldi!
Great location
Central location and underground parking.
Noisy neighbours (room opposite) and outside.
The bed is very comfortable. The window opens (something important to us). The air conditioning is easily controlled in the room. The fridge is empty, so we can put our own things in. There is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and good lighting for makeup. The hair dryer is very good.
The bathroom is very small and there is no shelf inside the shower box for us to put our own stuff. It is OK for one night or two. The location is good but on the weekend sometimes is difficult not to be disturbed by the loud noises coming from Broad Street (in case you want total silence after 10pm).
We enjoyed staying at the hotel, we were given an accessibility room, which was fine but the bathroom was dated and had a shower head that fell off the wall, it really was poor designed. Needs updated. The breakfasts were fabulous and the omlette chef's great. Lovely staff and good hotel.
The bathroom
Location and friendly staff
One of the nicest, most relaxed and well run places I’ve stayed.
Great accommodation and perfect location.
Modern hotel, near the Symphony Hall
Proper sized kettle and mugs in the room!
My hair smelt like omelette even though i didnt eat an omelette because the breakfast area has poor ventilation, not ideal for a work trip!
was given a room with a disabled bathroom. Bathroom was tiny.
bathroom
Fantastic breakfast. Eggs cooked to order. Huge selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Really comfy bed. Spacious room with great view. Close to many restaurants. Easy to walk to theatre. Late checkout allowed til 12 noon. Super clean everywhere.
Room service option after 10.30pm was only baguettes. More late night choices would be good.
Location was great hotel was lovely and clean staff friendly breakfast excellent
