V comfy bed & a window that opens. Essentials for me. If you want to be able to leave window open at night , request a room on the back of the hotel. There is a busy main road out the front so needed to close window at night. Allowed to check in early. Barely in room but served its purpose well.

We were booked into the disable room, not sure why. Maybe because l mentioned we were hard of hearing. This room was poor. To small and the wet room was dirty and poor . If we were disable this room was unusable. The floor in wet room was dirty. We asked for alternative room and was relocated the following morning. However the room cast us over hundred pounds which was a joke.

I have stayed there previous for same work activity and it is comfortable, convenient and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Night staff was accommodating and apologetic. A full refund due to the extremely low air quality from the broken air-conditioning was declined upfront, but the cost of breakfast was refunded, a fan was supplied to help with the stale air and heat.

(BEWARE Room 001) air-conditioning filter was clogged causing an error making it unusable and the air was stale and mouldy making nostrils burn and overwhelmed by the unsanitary air quality. Opened the window to alleviate but was then exposed to the traffic noise disturbing sleep. Poor form for such a reputable brand, staff are not to be blamed

Very helpful and professional staff. Receptionist Annie was a great host. Excellent breakfast, very good value for money. Very close to main train station,walking distance. Had a very good sleep.

Comfiest bed! Like being cocooned in delicious marshmallows! Super clean - our room looked over the main road with lots of traffic - utterly silent didn’t hear a thing ! Great blackout curtains. Totally adequate bathroom with consumables. Easy book in easy book out - I did feel a tiny bit uncomfortable walking in the park in the pitch black / I should have not taken the short cut and stuck to well lit main roads ! I go to Bristol often and wouldn’t hesitate stay here again. It’s nearish to the train station which also services the Bristol flyer bus to the airport. So if you need a hotel pre flight this would be so much better value than an airport hotel. Cannot comment on breakfast we left at 6am - I did spot a Greggs and Subway just the other side of the park if that’s your thing!

Breakfast was lovely, massive range of food. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Room was great, clean, well air conned, comfy. The location was within 10 minutes of all amenities.

The only criticism of the hotel would be the cost of the meals. I.e burger and chips, £20. To me this was a little expensive but, we hadn't planned on eating at the hotel so it didnt affect us.

The rooms are a bit small, but otherwise there isn't anything negative.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk from the station and about 10 mins into to the city centre. Comfy room , large bed, good shower. Didn’t hear noise in the corridors or other rooms. Our room was facing Temple Way but didn’t hear traffic noise. Staff friendly and helpful.

Shower door was a little awkward. Breakfast was good but needed to be replenished more often.

It was near to the station and the city centre and convenient location for the airport and bus routes. It is near the old part of the city and historically interesting.

The air conditioning was noisy as was the nearby lift. The breakfast lacked flair and variety.

food - over priced dinner for what was on offer I went for breakfast at 9.30 to find not a lot left regarding bacon eggs beans etc . as it was coming to the end and was not being topped up . This was paid for up to 10 am there fore i would expect a hot food to be available up to that time . TV in my room was not tuned in and would not work , receptionist did try but was unable to sort this out I would stay again but possibly go else where for food ,

Extremely comfortable and huge bed, staff was always available at the reception desk when we needed, friendly staff, breakfast had good options. Convenient that the hotel has two entrances.

Parking is overpriced for £22 for a night, no amenities in the bathroom that you would expect in a Hilton category hotel, ( shower cap etc ), TV didn’t work, no channels, no streaming services, the hotel is basically outdated, especially the bathroom. Aircon way too loud, lobby area is way too small for the size of the hotel, only 3 seats available to sit for example.

The ventilator of the air condition in our room was too strong/noisy for the night. Staff in the breskfast room seemed inefficient and easily stressed (empty containers, serving plates were not refilled....neither of the two coffee machines worked properly....).

One of the coffee machines wasn't working at breakfast therefore queue which meant food got cold . Bacon a little undercooked and scrambled egg very dry and lacking flavour.

Limited parking in very tight spaces. Quite pricey fee too. Quite a trek into the city centre. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price.

Good location from station - and then ideal to explore the wonderful , beautiful city of Bristol. The reception staff were brilliant - friendly , helpful , efficient with a great focus on Customer satisfaction. ( Special mention to “Fadimo” - you were exceptional - so communicative with texts and behind reception desk - you will go far in hospitality) Rooms were clean , very comfortable , well maintained / serviced , great air conditioning and furnished so well. Lovely bar and staff - sat outside overlooking park - pleasant , tranquil and restful after a busy sightseeing and activity tour of historic Bristol. Many thanks to everyone: - Jenny and Steve

The hotel was conveniently located, only a short walk to the city centre. The breakfast and evening meals were nice, the staff were friendly and we had a good stay

The iron was broken and it blew the fuses although the staff were able to sort this quickly. The hair dryer was a little awkward as you have to hold down a button to keep it on and I’ve never seen this in other hotels, but these are only miner things and will consider this hotel again if we come back to Bristol

It was in a great location, 5 minute walk through a park to Bristol Hippodrome, Millennium square, Waterfront with bars/ restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay.

It was close to the Railway Station and to the City Centre (10min walk). We received initially an odd-numbered room facing the noisier street. The next day, it was changed to an even-numbered room overlooking the park. We really appreciated this and would like to thank the staff for that!

The breakfast selection was limited, and the same every day. They didn't manage to provide rye bread or wholegrain bread during our stay - even we asked.
