Leonardo Hotel Bristol City

Clean and very modern

N/a

Clean, modern, great location

The TV in the room does not have any internet streaming apps and doesn't support Chromecast so we couldn't watch our favourite shows.

The breakfast was really good, plenty of healthy choice, granola, muesli , cereals , fruit, yogurts etc. Very nice patisserie, and continental meats and cheese. The hot breakfast dishes were of a good choice and hot when served from buffet. Drinks machines x 2 - very efficient so no big queues, likewise the toaster machines. So overall breakfast - very very nice. Also times given for busy, not so busy and quiet which was useful. Also thanks so much to the team who looked after us - very efficient and friendly. Really nice team. The dining area and food services area were immaculate. We had room service once and it was delivered very promptly and hot, and was very tasty. Drinks in the bar area very relaxed and just what we needed. The rooms were so clean and organised and staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Beds and quilts, pillows - really comfortable and compatible to a good night sleep. All the staff were really great , polite, helpful and at front desk gave as much as information locally as possible.

Breakfast - Not much not to like - but my friend was not impressed with the coffee - but i was - however he loved the food. Room Lock to get out of room quite difficult - pulling the door open was quite difficult as heavy - but not a big deal. This is just a suggestion - Front desk staff were great and gave us a booklet with map of Bristol but we found elsewhere at two other venues a tear off big page map of Bristol which i think it would be good if the Hotel could have available for people who are visiting first time.

The location is great, within easy reach of both the train station and Cabot Circus, and the staff are warm and friendly.

We had stayed here before and had a positive experience, which is why we decided to return. Perhaps we had remembered the rooms as being more spacious, but this time ours felt rather small, and not being able to open the windows for any fresh air made it feel even more confined. There were also a few issues during our stay. The shower was not draining properly, which caused the bathroom to flood, and despite reminding reception twice, our room had still not been made up by 4pm. For the price, the hotel still represents good value, but unfortunately this stay didn’t quite live up to our previous experience. We had remembered it being much better.

ideal location, quiet area next to the city, nice modern rooms that were super clean

It’s central locations a real plus for us

very nice hotel

my fault for not checking but was quite a walk from the town centre

The rooms and staff were excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again 😀

Excellent staff

Everything about the property is exceptional

Heel fijn, bedankt!

Niets

Very near the town centre. Very clean and spotless The staff were so helpful. Especially the reception staff.

I liked everything.

Good english breakfast in form of a buffet. Clean and nice room. Great location near the city center.

Overall it was a satisfying stay - the only possible issue is no hotel parking, but this was mentioned before I've made the reservation.

nice staff and very clean

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage

Very clean and comfortable

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. We always enjoy our stays at the hotel.

Can't think of anything

Staff excellent and rooms great

Rooms, staff excellent

Amazing location, 3 out of the 4 staff we interacted with were lovely, super welcoming.

Breakfast was over priced.

Friendly staff, great central location with cheap parking close by, super clean. Decent breakfast and able to order good coffee from bar at night.

All Staff was great, friendly and helpful, especially Andrea on checkin.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Found the complimentary prosecco a nice touch too

Everything!! Such good value for money!!

Tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Bristol.

Well located, with very pleasant staff happy to help. We get a guidance on haw to get where we want to go and even offer to provide assistance with ride.

Spotless common area and bedroom. Breakfast was spectacular, lots of options. Restaurant full of delicious foods and drinks.

Only stayed for one night off the back of flying into Bristol late and needing somewhere to stay. Lovely hotel - good, central location. Has everything you could need for a short or long stay

Location Very clean

Non-opening windows

Free drink

How long it took to clean my room when I was trying to check in, I checked in at three kept getting told 15-40 mins. But never got my room key untill 5-6pm but a nice gentleman gave me a free drink, and on other days when I was out my room never got cleaned I kept having to ask for them to clean my room

O pequeno-almoço poderia ser melhorado.

An excellent restaurant made searching for one in the city unnecessary. All staff encountered gave great customer service. Rooms quiet despite proximity to busy city roads.

We were really impressed with this hotel - very clean, very comfortable, lovely room size and bathroom size, liked the shower, amazing beds (I expected two singles the size of ironing boards - much better than that), quiet in the evening, compared to other hotels I have stayed in in the area, and the breakfast was especially good.

Really, if I moan about anything, I am being pedantic.

The bed and the pillows were really comfy - this is something my partner and I really struggle with when staying at hotels but the pillows were actual pillows, not the soft ones you normally find in hotels that offer zero support. The shower was lovely; hot and powerful. There were lots of plugs in the room in convenient places (next to bed and mirror). The room was a good size and very comfortable overall. The location was good for what we needed, too. It was a 10 minute walk from Temple Meads station, and 10 minutes to Corn Street via Castle Park.

One really minor thing, but it would have been nice to have a luggage rack to open a suitcase on. I had to open mine on the floor and having a rack really elevates a hotel experience I think.

Proximity to the railway station. The staff in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were very good.

The female staff on reception were not welcoming . They were almost rude when I asked questions. Matthew on our arrival was very pleasant. People smoking directly outside the entrance makes an unpleasant arrival. The area outside was unkempt.

Central location

Very busy

Lovely friendly staff . Very nice room with comfortable bed and pillows with crisp sheets . Nice food and drinks . Good value for money .

No complaints , was a perfect hotel .

The staff was excellent and the location perfect

Shower floor look a bit dated and the water wasn't strong enough when other guests were using the shower at the same time, otherwise was a great stay

Good hotel in good location with comfy bed.

Why doesn’t the room have a normal fridge? The “chiller” is basically just a fridge but doesn’t help to keep anything chilled overnight. Our request to have a room on a higher up floor was disregarded and also no communication about that.

Very clean room with everything you need. Friendly staff. Central location.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and polite staff. Definitely a place to return to.

.Friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. The cleaning staff does a great job. Comfy beds and good pillows. Breakfast OK.

Variety at breakfast - fab!! Go early because my friends came down at 10 and it was very busy.

As it was my first time in Bristol and was driving I got lost getting to Gardiner Haskins car park. If I'd kept going to the left of the hotel entrance I would have found it but my fault!! The hotel staff called as I was late for check-in, thanks so much to Leo Hotel reception team.

The hotel was close to temple meads station, and not far from the centre of Bristol. The rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. Andrea on reception was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.

Phòng rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, rất sach sẽ . Tôi thật sư rât thích khách sạn này

Great room size and well appointed. Close to railway station and many good restaurants.

Late check-in 3pm was disappointing .

Lovely room. Really friendly and helpful staff (they really made the hotel) and a fantastic breakfast.

Nothing

Clean rooms. Exceptional customer service.

The puddings 🍮 could be better. Otherwise the food was excellent

Friendly staff, luggage story, bed comfy, nice lobby.

Towel rail was on and burnt me whilst i was out of the shower. There needs to be a warning sign. Air conditioning could have stayed on throughout, turned itself off automatically.

Posizione e cortesia del personale

Pulito, ma non con cura

So clean and fresh, spacious rooms and bathroom.

Absolutely nothing!

Comfortable room with great functional facilities. Friendly staff and great coffees😄.

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel

No fresh coffee in bedroom.

Spotless hotel with everything we needed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast

No windows to open

Third time staying here, excellent location, very comfortable bed and clean.

Nothing

Quietness. Good night’s sleep. Comfortable bed. Breakfast very good indeed with lots of choice. Good value for the quality these days.

A bit odd having two beds in room - maybe as result of my choice and what was available my choice but did not affect my stay as I was out all the time.

Comodo come posizione, pulito e camera grande

Great staff on check in .

Staff on breakfast, he was miserable, looked like he wanted to be elsewhere, think he was a manager .

Good location Excellent staff Very comfortable room

Switched coffee machine off at 10pm

Super friendly staff ... everyone was happy, helpful, polite. Great location for the shops and eating out. Clean and comfortable hotel room.. where everything is well laid out.. e.g you can plug in the hairdryer and reach the mirror...always amazes me how many hotels get that wrong!

All really good

Breakfast was okay

Nada.

Everything

Everything

The hotel was great but the restaurant was understaffed for dinner and breakfast and the food at the restaurant in the evening did not live up to reputation or price. Staff were doing a heroic job though. Get them some help! The restaurant did squeeze us in and dealt with our complaint (all steaks overdone) really well. Beautiful place and room.

Breakfast, staff and cleaniness

Room too hot

The Location is excellent , very convenient. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location, cleanliness ,modern facilities, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, recommend staying here. Close to attractions, shops, restaurants.

On main road, but couldn't here the traffic.

Nada

La comodidad

Es ist sehr sauber. Das Housekeeping-Personal macht einen ausgezeichneten Job!

The location was good for access to shops, activities and train station. Most staff were very friendly.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Everything was new and clean.

It was not possible to open the windows to have some fresh air. And there was not enough cupboards space for our luggage.

Clean, great location and great value for money

Friendly Staff and very good value.Jackie on Reception went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable- will definitely return.

The Fish & Chips from the Bar Menu was 'awful' - won't t be having that again!

Todo. Muy lujoso.

Todo fue perfecto.

Muy cerca de la estación de tren. Muy buen desayuno. Todo perfecto

Clean and comfortable, lovely staff.

Breakfast options quite limited.

Was greeted by Peter on reception, who was extremely welcoming and friendly. Everywhere smelt clean and fresh. Lovely facilities Comy reception area Friendly staff

There was nothing that I didn't like

Cheyenne at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Great location for food, shopping and transport.

great location very clean great smelling hotel

shower water would not run away and overflowed onto bathroom floor

Easy location. Very clean and comfortable

Nothing to dislike

AMAzing in style comfort and friendliness.

BREAKFAST SO MUCH CHOICE ...FRIDGE IN ROOM ...SO HANDY AIR CON WOKRED SO GOOD

STAIN ON SHOWER TRAY !!

Excellent friendly staff. Great location close to rail station. Room up to expectations. Plenty of towels.

Corridors need a little more cleaning attention. An ice machine somewhere would be good - there's a "cooler" rather than a fridge in the room. Good gym would benefit from a bathroom.

The entrance through the archway make the hotel feel exclusive and off the beaten track.

The room was a little snug!

Clean comfortable friendly staff good breakfast

Sehr sauber
