It was comfortable and safe . Well enjoyed a lot in pool

The Tv .It wasn’t a smart tv. It would be 10 for me if there was a smart tv I would have enjoyed watching my own favourite channels

Staff was friendly.

Had to turn off air conditioner as it was very loud. Sink in bathroom was badly cracked. Damaged room ceiling above bed was poorly repaired.

The staff was amazing! Really friendly and very helpful. The building and room seemed clean inside and out.

The air conditioner in the room was loud. It was noisy while it was on for the short period it would come on to cool the room. This made it difficult to sleep.

Mattress worst and only one 1st day one receptionist were not very nice, we requested for bed sheet and she was asking room service didn't change and then how many you need

Reception staff were brilliant, really concerned about our pending flight status with westjet, due to strike, and gave us a complementary check out of 12 o'clock. House keeping we're friendly. Location, restaurants and bar short walk across the road.

Some other guest tried twice to get in my room early in the morning. It looks like door keys can open not only assigned one. Second time I open the door right in time to se who opened it (other guest from a door in front of mine). I was told that the guest was helped by admin with master key. It makes no sense as when I opened my door the guest was alone. So yeah, safety concerns. I would also recommend to add veggies to the breakfast. Furthermore, it took almost a week to get back damage deposit while other hotels do it in 3-6 hours.

The reservation did not show up. The host rebooked us at the same price. Very pleased with the courteous and prompt service. Thank you.

Our stay was very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff, especially Dee, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our check-in. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always ready to assist with any questions. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that there were no complimentary bottled water or basic toiletries provided. It would be a nice addition and would make the guest experience even more comfortable.

We have stayed in many Hampton Inn's over the years and have always been very pleased, but this Hampton Inn was disappointing. The check-in and front counter staff were wonderful as well as the breakfast. We stayed in room 205. Walking to the room we noticed that the hallway appeared not to have been vacuumed in days with debris in many places on the carpet. After I got in bed something bit my ankle, but I did not give it much thought. The next morning there were red marks on my other foot. Once back in the states I had it looked at and was informed that they were bed bug bites.

After staying 2 nights downtown, we moved closer to missausaga to visit family. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good with lots of options. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Big lobby area. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows. Had the option to stay until 2 if needed at $20/ hour for late flight or hangout in the lobby for free. Unfamiliar with using the train, we decided to UBER downtown for $55 and use BOUNCE storage service located all over for our 4 suitcases $36 for the day. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I like that it was open until 10 am. I like the blackout curtains and it had a quiet air conditioner.

It would have been better to have gotten a room on the top 4th floor as we did hear noise until late at night. We were on the 3rd floor.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the clean, relaxing pool. The property was comfortable and well maintained.

courteous and friendly staff, ample parking, location was close enough to the freeway to reduce drive time. room darkening curtains, breakfast was good and filling (cold soft boiled eggs, warm egg patties, warm beef sausage, make your own waffles with two kinds of batter, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread, danishes,..). hot water/coffee/ to go all day at reception.

We booked the Hampton Inn very last minute for one overnight due to some construction work at our house. Our room was #205. This hotel was located close enough to our neighbourhood and extra curriculars that day so it was convenient. I used my Expedia points to pay for our stay and I would say it was on the pricier side for a week night. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. I requested a cot a check in but was told none were available. We found the room temperature extremely warm and had to turn on the AC to make it more comfortable. We used the small pool for a quick after dinner swim. We liked the readily available coffee, tea, and hot chocolate drinks in the lobby and were lucky enough to snag a few cookies for a snack. We found the beds way too soft and saggy. The whole mattress would shake if someone in the bed turned or tossed. I had a pretty sleepless night. The showers had plenty of hot water and decent pressure. The buffet breakfast was simple - scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, along with made to order waffles. The kids enjoyed this very much. Check in/out service was friendly and efficient. Free parking on site was appreciated. I would not choose to stay here again. It was adequate for one night only.

One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the strong sense of safety—the property has visible cameras, secure access at night, and requires a key to enter, which gives us real peace of mind. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff—especially Dee at the front desk. She is incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. Her customer service is phenomenal. On one of our stays, she let us know about the option for a late checkout, which we didn’t even realize was available, and that made a big difference for us. She also thoughtfully offered us bottles of water before a long drive, which really showed how much she cares about guests. Every time we visit, we feel welcomed and comfortable—like we’re at home. The entire team is kind, respectful, and consistent in their service, which is why we continue to return, often with my best friend who travels a long way to stay here. Overall, this hotel delivers not just on comfort and security, but on genuine hospitality. Highly recommended. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
