Super qualité prix, emplacement de choix pour visiter Toronto en laissant la voiture au parking, en effet la gare de Clarkson est à 20 m’ à pied 5 mon en voiture avec grand parking gratuit.. le top pour éviter le trafic de la ville.ma chambre était grande et propre juste dans la baignoire pas de pommeau de douche amovible mais fixe un peu gênant pour se doucher..petit déjeuner varié sucré salé, la dame qui s’en occupe est très sympathique merci à elle pour son accueil et sa bienveillance.Bref un bon week-end..

The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom wasn’t great, if you were to be getting ready and putting on makeup you’d need extra lighting.

كان هنالك موظف عند وصولي قال لي ان ادفع مجدداً على العلم انني دفعت مسبقاً عن طريق بوكينج و جعلته يرى الحجز الى انه اصر وقال لي لا يوجد دفع مسبق لكِ وعليكي الدفع مجدداً ودفعت لكي ادخل الغرفه ،، وعندما راجعت الاستقبال في اليوم الثاني كانو جداً لطيفين وتأكدوا انني دفعت و اعادو لي المبلغ المدفوع في المره الثانيه ،، اما بالنسبه للموظف الاول ف أن تعامله كان سيء وعنصري ,, اما بالنسبه لنظافه والموقع فأنه ممتاز جدا و الموظف اللتي تعمل في المطبخ لطيفه جدا اكرر التجربه معهم ثاني مره ،، قلت تجربتي من البدايه لكي لا توقعوا في نفس الموقف

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des chambres, les lits sont bien faits. De l'autre coté, le petit déjeuner est très bien fait, l'espace est très propre et la dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner est très accueillante et très gentille.

Je n'ai pas trop aimé les heures d'accès à la piscine. elles sont très réduites, si la direction de l'hotel peut faire l'effort de rallonger les heures d'accès à la piscine ça sera fantastique.

Worst Guest house /hotel. Have not blankets,dirty. Jaffna has some nice guest houses and hotels, Don't choose this . I made a mistake listening to someone recommended.

Bonnne étape pour visiter Toronto et les chutes du Niagara. A aimé · Très bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner ( les gaufres étaient délicieuses). La chambre était très propre, très bonne literie. Elle est équipée d’un micro onde, un frigo et un coffre fort.L’hôtel est équipé d’une petite piscine, d’un petit jacuzzi ( super après les visites), d’une salle de sport et d’un sauna.

La chambre donnait sur l’autoroute, un peu bruyante. Choisir une chambre sur l’arrière.

Asking for a deposit (incase of damages)which is not included in the package .I think that information should be added to the advert on booking.com .I was asked to pay for the deposit with either a credit card or cash…..but not everyone uses a credit card.Had to withdraw with an ATM inside the property,I did collected it back after my check out,but then I had to travel back with 200CAD cash that I don’t need. I live in the UK and we don’t spend CAD

La dame du restaurant était gentille, agréable et douce avec nous.

Les matelas ne sont pas confortables dans la chambre double. Nous étions 4 (avec nos enfants) avec seulement 3 serviettes et 2 mini savons (pourtant nous avions donné l’information). Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux dans la douche, les matelas et à terre dans la chambre. La piscine n’avait pas l’air propre. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas assez varié (la pâte à gaufre était trop salée, le gaspillage que les clients font en témoignent).

Le personnel super gentil le déjeuner super bon! G'y retournerais n'importe quand !

I was able to check in a little early which was wonderful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious.

If I had to say anything it would be the pillows weren't that great but we normally bring our own pillows.

Bed was comfortable. Good sized room with hot drink making facilities. Reasonable selection for breakfast.

The fridge in the room was a bit too noisy for me. Like most hotels in the area, too geared up to the highway and not really close enough to the GO-Transit station to be able to walk if you don't have a car. Fortunately we had a hire car for 3 of the 4 nights.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ganz besonders vorzuheben ist die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich. An der Rezeption wurden uns gute Tipps für unseren Niagara-Ausflug gegeben. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht.

Breakfast was excellent! Genuine, friendly staff. We were surprised at the quality of the food considering the cost of the motel. The room was very clean.

the public bathroom were not very tidy. Also, cigarette butts at the front of the building. It would be a good idea to put something there for people to dispose them.

Beds were not comfortable at all (no boxspring on a platform only). Check in was confirmed for 3pm but we arrived around 330. Front desk got us all set up and headed up but when we got to our room the cleaning staff had JUST started cleaning the room. We were pressed for time as we had dinner reservations and were in town for an event so after being patient for almost 30 min we has to politely ask the cleaner to just leave the room unmopped as we had to get going to our planned evening. Water pressure was amazing in the sink but the shower was terrible.

Some of the guests lacked manors. The flooring in my first king suite looked worn and needed replacement. The shower head water flow in my second room was weak.

The room was quite spacious and kept very clean. My only "problem" was the water pressure in the shower. It seemed low but in fairness I didn't mention it to the staff while I was there. There was always lots of food to choose from at breakfast. It would be nice if there were a couple of cereal choices like Raisin Bran or Cheerios besides the Froot Loops. The woman in charge of the kitchen and the rest of the staff is super friendly and make you feel like it's home.

Nice hotel next to the highway, very convenient if you're travelling to Toronto and don't wish to pay a premium price. Plenty of parking outside. The room was massive and the bed was the biggest bed I have ever seen. Also super comfortable. The bathroom was nice but lacks some hooks for the towels. Room was mostly clean although the floor wasn't - one of us stepped on somebody's toe nail 😵‍💫 Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Breakfast could do with some more fresh veggies and fruits. I know it's not a typical American breakfast without waffles and muffins, but some more healthier options would be nice. Also, not really a complaint, but the shower is super, super powerful!! Coming from Europe, it feels like showering under Niagara falls!! 😅 I'm just thinking about wasting so much water, not sure if the pressure could be adjusted.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23 h 15 et aucun préposé n’était au comptoir. Nous avions prévenu l’hôtel de notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons dû attendre une quinzaine de minutes avant son arrivée. Aucun moyen de communiquer avec un responsable de l’hôtel pour savoir ce qu’il se passe. Un peu plus et on croyait devoir quitter l’hôtel pour se chercher chercher une autre chambre. Finalement, le préposé est arrivé. Ce serait bien lorsque la personne doit s’absenter qu’une petite affiche indique de retour dans quelques minutes afin de rassurer les clients.

The room was nice and very clean, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and warm. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room which was helpful . The breakfast was really good and there was a very friendly woman who checked in on everyone and made us waffles.

Didn’t sleep at all, I found the bed really uncomfortable and the blankets were really thin. Some reviews said they really enjoyed the beds so it was probably just me. Also found the water pressure wasn’t great either.

La amabilidad del personal, la señora del desayuno siempre muy atenta. Lugar limpio, tranquilo, callado. Desayuno bueno, el café excelente. Bueno si tienes pensado visitar las cataratas del Niagara ya que te queda más cerca y no tienes que madrugar tanto.

Nos quedamos varios días, sería bueno tener un desayuno más variado para tales ocasiones.

Everything was great, always very clean and organized. Staff is good once you actually start a conversation before they talk they do seem grumpy , but hey anyone can be having a bad day so no worries

breakfast staff was very kind and empathetic.

During the night of my stay, my vehicle was vandalized directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance (hotel parking lot). A critical module was stolen, leaving the vehicle inoperable. The situation was made worse by the lack of empathy shown by the front desk while I was dealing with police, insurance, and towing services, focused on checkout deadlines rather than assisting a guest facing an emergency.

Breakfast is good but not like they are advertising as very good break fast. Their breakfast pretty similar with others and may have couple of extra things like croissant. But over all decent. Swimming pool is very good because the hot tub connected to pool so water is warm.

Break fast closing time is 9am, so just want to sleep in but had to wake up due to that. Other than that every thing looks good. Also little more expensive than usual so not sure there is some event around.

Заселение было очень простым и быстрым, с выселением и оплатой так же не было никаких проблем. Уютный и приятный номер, тишина и спокойствие в отеле. Неплохая звукоизоляция в номере, не слышно проезжающие авто. Кровать огромная и очень удобная. Теплый бассейн. На завтрак был омлет, бекон, сосиски, несколько видов сока, мафины, круассаны, хороший выбор.

В номере было немного женских волос в ванной и в кровати. Не было зубной пасты.

Climatisation qui fait bcp de bruit.

El hotel como tal está bastante bien. La habitación amplia y cómoda. El colchón muy bien ( se descansa). Todo muy bien. Tiene restaurantes cerca a unos 10 minutos caminando. El desayuno muy bien también.

La ubicación es buena dependiendo para donde se vaya. Sin embargo sí que es verdad que está alejado del centro de Toronto. La estación de metro más cerca está a unos 30 minutos caminando. Que no está mal solo que si llevas maletas complejo.

Le personnel était vraiment gentil. L’hôtel ce trouve proche d’une gare de train Go et le terminus Clarkson. Alors pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas ce déplacer en auto, vous avez accès à ces types de transport. Il y a plusieurs autres services qui a porté de mains.

C’est un peut loins du centre-ville sans auto.
