L'emplacement sur l'avenue istiklal et 2 minutes à pied de station shishan. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien présenté avec des quantités généreuses

Absolut hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Direkt an der Istiklal, nur wenige Meter von Tünel und Metro. Auch die historische Strassenbahn zum Taksim-Platz ist mehr oder weniger vor der Türe. Besser geht es nicht!!! Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders unser Frühstückskellner Emre war besonders zuvorkommend und nett. Anonsten alles sauer und gepflegt. Kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt in den obersten Stock fahren und auf der Dachterrasse den schönen Blick auf den Bosporus genießen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen (ausser vielleicht, dass es nur Fertigkaffee gibt und der Cay schöner in einem traditionellen Glas serviert werden könnte.) Das ist aber Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück gut und auch alles andere wirklich in Ordnung.

Hi viaggiato con una persona in sedia a rotelle. Non hanno realizzato un accesso disabili ma hanno delle rampe da mettere sulle scale. Un po scomodo per chi vuole essere autonomo.

Excellent Bosphorus view, location and breakfast (fresh and hygienic). Front desk staff were kind (small gestures) and professional - special thanks to cleaning staff and breakfast staff.

Exceptional breakfast, nice location at the heart of Istiklal street with many activities around and touritic locations. Istanbul vibe :-) .

Great breakfast

La ubicación es muy céntrica para hacer turismo teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones de Estambul. El desayuno muy correcto aunque eché en falta que no tienen infusiones.La habitación amplia. Y lo mejor fue Sertan (creo que se llama así), el botones que estaba de turno en la mañana, y que siempre que salías o entrabas te recibía con una sonrisa y una amabilidad única! De hecho nos acompañó mientras esperábamos el transporte camino al hotel ayer 12 de agosto. Ojalá el resto del staff fuera igual de amable.

Aunque las instalaciones no son modernas, No tengo quejas en especial. Solo que la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y las almohadas no eran buenas. No había amenities en el baño pero en recepción solucionaron perfectamente!

Very clean and wide room

Rooms are well equipped and has a modern design, bed and pillows are comfortable, room was clean and regularly cleaned during my stay, staffs were so kind and did everything make us comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed in Richmond Istanbul. Great location middle of the city. Everything is walking distance. Lil up hill so make sure you are prepared to walk. Car or taxi doesn’t drop you directly to hotel coz it’s a walk way but can drop near to hotel.

The walls between the rooms are thin so you can hear what others are saying. Wifi is weak. Rest all okay.

Localização na principal rua de comercio da cidade, então é excpecional. Apenas carros nao passam, tivemos que andar alguns poucos metros com a mala, o que foi super ok! Quarto um pouco apertado, mas dava pra se virar! Deram berço para a néném, limpeza muito boa e café da manhá excepcional. No final os funcionários carregaram nossas malas até um ponto mais afastado porque a rua proxima estava interditava. Muito solícitos!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt – direkt an der Istiklal Caddesi und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation Şişhane entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als schöne Überraschung haben wir sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass mein Partner zu seinem Geburtstag einen Kuchen aufs Zimmer bekommen hat, obwohl wir den Geburtstag vorher gar nicht erwähnt hatten. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Richmond Istanbulda ki konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Her şey çok düzenli, temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya istekliydi. Misafirlerle iletişimleri tam olması gerektiği gibiydi; ne gereğinden fazla samimi ne de mesafeli davranıyorlardı. Yardımları için özellikle Engin ve Harun'a teşekkür ederim. İstanbul'a sık sık geliyorum ve bundan sonra konaklamalarımda ilk tercihim Richmond Istanbul olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Сантехника сломана. Все старое. Ужасно пахло краской. На третий день проживания просто стало невыносимо зайти в номер. Попросили переселить. Комфорта в номерах никакого. Утюга нет, нужно просить и выдают только на время. Душ сломан. Я не знаю, кто пишет хорошие отзывы(((((

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and they took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

الريشبش في الاعلى ولا يوجد اصانصير الصعود على سلم عالي متعب بعد التسوق والمشى الطويل لكن هناك اصانصيرات للغرف سجاد الغرفة قديم ومتسخ

The location was very comfortable, the stuff was super friendly. Breakfast was really delicious and there was a big variety of choice.

Location and staff were really helpful, especially Mr Dervish who helped us book a seamless drive to airport and as pro bono tour guide. He was very forthcoming in helping us with our luggage bags handling and always carried a wide smile on his face. Handsome boy!

موقع الفندق نص شارع الاستقلال تقريبا المحلات والمطاعم كلها قريبة منك ولا تحتاج الي تاكسي كذلك طاقم الفندق جميعهم محترمين والاخ هارون يحب يساعد الجميع شكرا للجميع

صغر الغرفه نوعما والفطور غير جيد يحتاج الي تنوع اكثر البيض جاهز ومكشوف لو يسوونه على طلب الضيف كان افضل .

не понравилось то что звуки из соседних комнат слышно, как кто то купается и т.д. вода душе не уходила, кровать немного постаревший был, но матрас был хорошим, немного слышно была резкие разные звуки потому что они делали ремонт🫠 везде бывают свои недостатки в целом не очень плохо

Отличный отель,останавливаюсь в нем уже не первый раз. Расположение удобное,прямо на улице Истикляль. Много магазинов,кафе и ресторанов. Рядом фуникулер,на котором можно спустится вниз к Каракой и Галатапорту. Обслуживание в отеле прекрасное,мне апгредили номер без доплаты с видом на Босфор. Завтраки приличные,все есть.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Nous venons de passer un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Richmond Istanbul et toute ma famille est ravie ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’emplacement idéal, la propreté irréprochable des chambres et la qualité des prestations. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel : d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de notre séjour. Un immense merci à Dervis pour son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et sa réactivité. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire et nous a grandement facilité le quotidien. Que ce soit pour un court séjour touristique ou un long séjour en famille, nous recommandons les yeux fermés cet établissement. I have stayed at the Richmond Hotel 3 times already, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always extremely courteous and helpful, with special thanks to Mert, Harun Racheed and Julide for their outstanding hospitality and support. The location is perfect; right on Istiklal Street, making everything easily accessible. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the rooms are always clean, modern and spacious, making each stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

το πρωινο ήταν υπέροχο, το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικό, το μετρο ακριβώς δίπλα , η τοποθεσίαα πολύ βολική ( αναμεσα στην πλατεία ταξίμ και στον πύργο του Γαλατα).

From the price point and the pictures shared the property looks way much better than in reality, I believe the pictures are quite old and outdated . For the price we paid we were expecting a better property and infrastructures .
