Grand Hotel Tiberio

Ho già recensito in passato questo hotel e confermo il giudizio molto positivo. Il plus resta il parcheggio gratuito che per Roma è una cosa comodissima che fa davvero la differenza rispetto a ogni altra struttura. Stavolta sono anche riuscito a prenotare a una tariffa molto conveniente (forse perché era agosto che per Roma è bassa stagione).

Personál v hotelu byl moc milý. Během snídaně bylo vše průběžně doplňováno. Pokoj byl vždy pěkně uklizený, ručníky vyměněné.

Asi mám ráda teplejší vodu, voda měla dobrý tlak, ale když se ve sprše nastavila teplejší voda, tlak vody byl velmi slabý.

Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere di Roma, vicino lo stadio...pulizia top ( signora educatissima e sorridente), accoglienza veloce, camera quadrupla molto grande , Staff molto cordiale.

Letti un po duri, colazione ....l'avremmo preferita con un bel cappuccino e cornetto all'italiana, visto che la struttura ha anche un bar interno, ma ci siamo dovuti accontentare del latte e caffè delle macchinette (non buono)e piccoli cornetti da forno.

Die Lage ist zwar ruhig und angenehm, allerdings ist die Anbindung zur Metro weniger gut. Man ist auf den Bus angewiesen, woran man sich erst gewöhnen muss oder viel Zeit einkalkulieren muss. Ums Hotel gibt es recht wenig Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, Hotelrestaurant schliesst pünktlich 22 Uhr und man braucht eine Reservierung. Leider schliesst die Hotelbar 23.30 Uhr, 23.25 Uhr wird nichts mehr ausgeschenkt, so dass man den Tag dort nicht noch gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Das fanden wir etwas schade.

Amazing place with everything you need for a great vacation in Rome. Absolutely wonderful and pleasant staff, great cleaning service and really good restaurant.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer wirklich guten Lage. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders positiv war das sehr freundliche, kompetente und mehrsprachige Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

The mattress was very hard and the noise from guests above when they washed was rather loud but to be expected with older buildings, the breakfast was pretty disappointing and as I had booked the hotel specifically for the pool it felt rather deceptive about the size as it was rather small for a hotel pool.

Easy to get to and close to the Piano train station. Comfortable, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the cleanliness was 10/10.

La lejanía del centro. Pero es el precio a pagar si vas en coche. Está a 30 minutos en transporte público del centro. Y parada de autobús a 200mts y el metro a 15 min andando

They sending staff, a lovely chef at the restaurant made our day. Very pleasant. Remember that every time you saw them.

The bathroom had a very bad smell, which they tried to fix, but it did stay. But I would give them a lot of kudos to try to help us with that. They’re very prompt on it

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Easy access to Vatican and Central Rome by train from Appiano station which is literally a 1 minute walk. 30 minute walk to the Vatican is pretty easy. Taxi from Central Rome generally €20. Pool is small but a lovely spot to chill out after a day sightseeing. Bar and restaurant only open in the evening. Didn't eat there but the house white wine was great and good value at €4.50. Overall, a very positive experience and a great base for exploring wonderful Rome.

Die Lage war für uns optimal. Tolles Frühstück, Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Wenig Ablagefläche im Bad (was in Italien aber anscheinend Standard ist) und unsere Nachbarn haben das Zimmer mit einem Partytempel verwechselt, für die Rücksichtslosigkeit anderer Gäste kann aber das Hotel nichts.

De kamer was netjes, groot en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt.

Het receptiepersoneel is ontzettend onvriendelijk. De enige vriendelijke bediening hebben we ontvangen van de stagiaire die ons incheckte. Wanneer we flesjes frisdrank wilde kopen voor op de kamer , kregen we botweg de bar is daar geantwoord. Toen mijn 14 jarige zoon later 2 dekens ging vragen (omdat ik om medische redenen mijn benen hoog moest leggen) kreeg hij de boodschap dat er volgende keer een volwassene moest gaan. Bij het uitchecken kregen we simpelweg de rekening en dan ok, bye. Van hospitality hebben ze hier nog nooit gehoord. De receptionisten hebben wat dat betreft nog veel te leren van het onderhoudspersoneel en de verwelkoming aan het ontbijt. Het ontbijt en de kamers waren overigens wel erg goed.

Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel, nagyon finom a reggeli. Szép és tiszta.

A klímát nem lehetett ki kapcsolni ha kivettük a kártyát a helyéről, ezért mindig nagyon hideg volt a szoba. A takaritónő figyelmetlen volt többször is mert nem rakott wc papírt.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour se rendre au Vatican 25 minutes à pied. Parking sur place gratuit,restaurant dans l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est souriant et très agréable.

Le quartier est un peu reculer et la piscine un peu petite.

Le lit, les oreillers particulièrement. Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres sauf à l’arrivée, pas de gel douche le 1er jour, pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain le 2eme jour.

Bardzo czysty hotel. Ręczniki oraz pościel wymieniane codziennie. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działająca. Personel pomocny i życzliwy . Pyszne słodkości na śniadanie.

Śniadania dość monotonne, niezbyt urozmaicone, ale ok. Każdy coś wybrał dla siebie. Na dłuższy pobyt, stały się trochę nudne. Śniadanie do godz. 10.30 - jeżeli ktoś przyszedł np. o 10ej, to personel niekoniecznie był chętny do nakrycia stołu. Trzeba było się upominać. Lokalizacja- 4 km od centrum, ale w upale na piechotę, było to mega wyzwanie. No i taki mały szczegół- mieliśmy 2 pokoje, w których miał być bidet, okazało się, że był tylko w jednym.

Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale med innformasjon om ruter for kollektiv reising. Fekk kart/info lapp med lett forståelig og relevant informasjon til opphold og turistattraksjoner. Veldig god frokost med bra variasjon. Veldig bra parkering for medbrakt bil. Kom litt tidligere enn avtalt Chek inn men det var ingen problem og fekk rom med det samme. Personal var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Fint uteområde for avslapning. Kort gåavstand til inngang Vatikanet museum. Bestilte 1 ekstra overnatting, annbefaler dette hotellet.

La chambre était confortable, le petit dej très bien. Le staff était très gentil. La clim fonctionnait bien. globalement bien.

L'espace piscine est un peu petit - le bar près de la piscine était fermé, et il n'y a pas de wc dans cet espace (il faut remonter dans les chambres ou aller à la reception). La piscine est vraiment petite (pour la taille de l'hotel, en periode de canicule, on était un peu les uns sur les autres). l'emplacement est ok, pas très loin du centre, et à côté d'une voie verte pietons / vélo, mais difficile de tout faire à pied (surtout sous canicule) 1er metro à 20min à pied.

Emplacement idéal, chambre familiale très pratique. La piscine a le mérite d'exister et les place de parc sont bienvenues.

Trop peu de place autour de la piscine et la gestion des linge de bain est laborieuse. Le repas du soir pourrait être de bien meilleur qualité. La petit déjeuné est bien, mais la présence d'une fontaine à jus (boisson infâme créée à partit d'une poudre ou d'un concentré) de piètre qualité rends l'expérience bien moins appréciable que ce qu'elle pourrait être.

Property was lovely and clean, lots of choice for breakfast and a lovely airy dining room with outdoor seating. Quiet and safe area to walk around with some lovely restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Pool was quite small, looked bigger on pics, was lovely for an afternoon dip though and enough sun beds around to chill in the July heat. Location was ok, out of the centre, 20 mins walk (partly downhill) to the Vatican, so we ended up getting taxis everywhere, mainly due to the heat.

Bazén, bylo to jedno z málo ubytování, kterého ho mělo. Sice byl malý a venkovní, ale možnost vyloupat se bylo super. Jedině skoda, že to nebylo blíž centra, člověk se teda nemohl jen tak zchladit, ale cesta trvala dlouho

Postele byly velmi tvrdé. Byly pérové, ah jsem nemohla uvěřit, že takový hotel má tak hrozné matrace. Ostatní psali, že je snídaně skvělá, ale je bohužel velmi nekvalitní. Žádné čerstvé nakrájené ovoce (celá jablka byla starší), pouze kompotové, nekvalitní přeslazené sladké pečivo. Zklamalo mě to, znovu bych do tohoto hotelu nejela. A kyvadlová doprava, která je v popisku uvedena, samozřejmě nefunguje.

Breakfast was good for how much it cost. I would not have minded to pay a bit extra on breakfast to add on the selection. The room and location were excellent.

Nos gusto la limpieza y el cuidado del hotel. Ya había estado antes en esta ciudad, pero este hotel estaba limpio y era agradable estar. La cercanía a la ciudad nos permitió volver al hotel a mitad del día para poder descansar durante el día. También, el personal muy amable y enfocados en el cliente.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Es gab nur eine decke für 2 personen. Ameisen steigen auf dem bett und ich wurde die ganze zeit gestochen. Ich habe extrem geschwollene Füße. Die Toilette wqr die ganze zeit verstopft und die badewanne schmutzig.

O pior de tudo foi o funcionário do balcão do check in ; o meu genro vinha de um voo de outro local , encontramo-nos no aeroporto e trouxe nos até ao hotel; enquanto fazíamos o check in pediu educadamente se poderia utilizar a casa de banho ,O FUNCIONÁRIO JÁ NÃO GOSTOU E NÃO QUERIA DEIXÁ-LO UTILZAR a CASA DE BANHO ; DEPOIS DO CHECK IN DISSEMOS AO Funcionário QUE O MEU GENRO IRIA CONOSCO AO QUARTO apenas para mudar de roupa : Exigiu que lhe deixasse o passaporte ou o cartão de cidadão e só lho entregaria quando saísse ; estava com medo que o meu genro ficasse a dormir no mesmo quarto conosco : anormal , é evidente que se ele quisesse lá dormir, não vinha conosco e não pedia para subir !! NUNCA NA VIDA FUI TRATADO DESTA MANEIRA NUM HOTEL ! E já viajei muito ; não tive tempo para reclamar lá no hotel do funcionário , por isso o faço aqui , para ver se chega aos ouvidos da gerência

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Zimmer sauber und ansprechend -wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück reichhaltig. Gratis-Poolbillard in der Lobby ist ein Mehrwert.

Der Poolbereich ist klein aber OK. Was aber fehlt ist eine Dusche. Dass alle ungeduscht in den Minipool tauchen ist sehr unhygienisch!

La piscina muy pequeña y nada digna de un hotel de 4 estrellas, el horario de la piscina muy limitado en una ciudad donde hace mucho calor. Se puede cerrar mucho más tarde ya que no hay socorista. El desayuno pésimo, hemos estado durante una semana y todos los días lo mismo, no varia ni la fruta., todos los días las mismas manzanas podridas.

It’s a 20 minute walk from the Vatican. But it feels far enough away to be outside the hustle and bustle so after a day in Rome, this is the perfectly placed retreat. The metro line station is a ten minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were attentive and professional. The hotel lobby is sparkling clean with beautiful marble tile entrance, and plush couches. This theme is followed into the rooms that are immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is in a residential area of Rome, and the suburb it’s in is peaceful. There are literally dozens of trattorias and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and due to its location those trattoria’s do not have central Rome tourist trap prices. The breakfasts are fantastic too!! A brilliant place to stay when visiting Rome!

Very clean , perfect location , a little bit away for main city but not to far that it was a problem , loads of buses , trams and trains , lovely outside area with a little pool, which is perfect after a full day walking around Rome . Lovely gym which my two teenagers used a couple of times . My husband and son have coeliac disease and they were amazing with providing gluten-free breakfast. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for this.

Nothing it was all great

The free parking was great. The rooms were spacious. Could watch Netflix for free because someone forgot to log out of their account. Breakfast was good but the same every day (we only stayed 2 days). It was very close to our venue where we had the wedding but overall very far away from anything that people usually come to Rome for. Excellent quiet neighborhood.

Maybe its a Rome/Italy thing but in other countries I've traveled, 4* usually have better and more modern facilities. The bathroom felt like it was renovated in 2005 and left unchanged. Also only 3 towels is kinda unexpected but maybe again, it's a Rome/Italy thing. I wonder if the 5* are better in this aspect but the price gap between 4 and 5 here was astronomical (see close by Cavalieri)

Wir haben auf einem Italien-Trip hier Station gemacht. Ein wunderbares Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal, sehr schönen Zimmern und einem Garten mit Pool. Beim Frühstück haben wir nichts vermisst und auch die Hotelbar bekommt von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abseits vom Stadtzentrum in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, aber: Die Station Appiano (Vorortzüge, dort im Tunnel, also kein Zuglärm) ist direkt um die Ecke (Hintereingang benutzen, dort ist auch gleich ein Fahrkartenautomat) und der Zug bringt Dich in ca. 6min zur Station San Pietro (Petersdom). Die nächste Metrostation (Linie A, Station Cipro) ist etwa 12-15min zu Fuß entfernt. Unser Auto hatte einen Stellplatz auf dem Hotelparkplatz, stand dort gut und sicher, so dass wir die Stadt mit dem ÖPNV erkunden konnten. Wer gern joggt oder Rennrad fährt: Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist eine schöne Rad- und Joggingstrecke (oberhalb der dort in einem Tunnel verlaufenden Bahnlinie), die auch rege genutzt wird. Kurz zusammengefasst: Ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cleaning and location

The air conditioning was unavailable from approximately 02:00 until 06:00, resulting in excessive heat that prevented us from sleeping. Upon reporting the issue, staff informed us that the system is routinely deactivated during these hours and restored at 06:00. The swimming pool was considerably smaller and more congested than depicted in the photographs, which suggested a much larger facility.

Hotel grande, camere piccole ma con tutti i comfort. Piscina piccola ma cmq presente. Posizione ottima per girare anche a piedi. Colazione sostanziosa, ma avrei preferito meno cose ma fatte in pasticceria e non industriali.

The air conditioning quality at night was terrible. The system is controlled by the hotel. The night temperature in our room was 28 and 28,5. The air was difficult to breathe at night, the circulation was negligible and I had a migraine because of it. The pool was dirty, the water was murky and the scum line was clearly never cleaned.

Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good and the waiting staff were attentive. Check in was swift and efficient and welcoming. Very clean with very comfortable lobby area with pool table.

The pool was a bit on the small side so did feel crowded even with six people. Not a ‘swimming pool’, but the gardens were nice to sit in.

They provided 1 complimentary water bottle for our entire 6 days. Say for example you book a separate room each day for 6 days you would get 6 individual water bottles, but since we booked only for one room we only have one bottle. If we wanted an extra bottle they said we need to pay extra for a water bottle. Our mom was tired and hotel food was not to our wanting we got some food from out they refused to give any plates in their rest and the reception didn't have any plates to give, we had to buy plates from a local shop just to eat our food. They had the same breakfast for 6 days no change The pool was small and closed at 7pm

The proximity to the Vatican and local restaurants, gelatterias etc... metro line not far and taxi fares to Rome central and Trastevere were reasonable

Žádné čerstvé nakrájené ovoce (celá jablka byla starší), pouze kompotové, nekvalitní přeslazené sladké pečivo. Zklamalo mě to, znovu bych do tohoto hotelu nejela. A kyvadlová doprava, která je v popisku uvedena, samozřejmě nefunguje + vám naúčtuji ještě poplatek na víc jako lázeňskou taxu, i když jste vše platili přes booking
