While the staff was very polite and helpful, the overall quality of the stay was very poor. There was no hot water for an evening shower, and heavy noise from both neighbors and early morning housekeeping made it impossible to sleep.

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu. Bez problemu zdaliśmy bagaże do przechowalni. Otrzymaliśmy także mapę ze wskazówkami dla turystów. Lokalizacja znakomita - ok. 5 min do stacji metra Cipro. Ok. 3 min do Carrefoura. W pokoju lodówka, klimatyzacja i codzienne sprzątanie. Hotel posiada windę oraz bezpłatny dostęp do wody pitnej, także w wersji gazowanej. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Zarówno na słodko jak i na słono. Jeśli wrócimy do Rzymu to chętnie wybierzemy ten hotel ponownie. Polecamy.

Het personeel aan de receptie was super vriendelijk en er was altijd iemand aanwezig. De kamer was netjes en de airco was meer dan welkom. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Het gratis waterfontein vonden we een zeer leuke extra dienst.

De kussens waren te dun en het bed wat te hard naar mijn zin.

La camera era una singola ed era un po' piccola come dimensioni, ma nel complesso lo spazio era sufficiente. Ristorante ottimo, sia la cena sia la colazione. Staff super cordiale e gentile. Comodissimo il parcheggio adiacente alla struttura.

Bardzo dobry hotel na pobyt w Rzymie. Pokój był czysty, wygodny i zadbany. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone, a obsługa miła i pomocna. Dobra lokalizacja, szczególnie dla osób planujących zwiedzanie Watykanu. Po całym dniu zwiedzania można było spokojnie odpocząć. Pobyt wspominamy bardzo dobrze.

Nie mamy większych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt był udany i hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania

Izvrsna lokacija, blizina podzemne željeznice. Izvrsno osoblje na recepciji. Posebna zahvala gospodinu Robertu na recepciji koji je brzo reagirao i pomogao u nezgodnom trenutku.

Dobra lokalizacja - 5 minut spacerkiem do metra a do Watykanu ok 15 min. Blisko market otwarty 7 dni w tygodniu.

Hotel ma skvelou lokaci, stanice metro 10min, Vatikanske muzea 15min, v okoli hotelu nekolik bister, obchod supermarket 10min. Hotel nabizi skvelou snidani s sirokym vyberem- skvele! V prizemi hotelu je k dispozici filtrovana voda bez omezeni k nacepovani. Klismtizace fi wifi pertketni. Doporucujeme!

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno, muy variado con huevos, jamones, quesos, frutas, cereal, jugos, cafés, panes, etc. el personal también fue muy cordial. Las habitaciones son amplias y te reciben con botellas de agua de cortesía.

A pesar de que queda cerca del Vaticano (al rededor de 20 minutos caminando), queda un poco retirado de las demás zonas turísticas. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado por las noches no funcionaba muy bien y se lograba sentir calor por varias horas pero después volvía a enfriar; además, los baños tenían un olor a alcantarillado y salían mosquitas.

The room was comfy, though tiny, but I bought a single room. The staff were amazing; the location was fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best i have had in the 3 months travelling around Europe. It is within walking distance of the Vatican, and there is a metro station 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which can take you into the city and close to all other attractions. There are loads of places to dine in the area.

the shower was a smaller than i would like, the average size person would have to enter it sideways, and you dont have enough room to raise you hands above your head. But this is a minor gripe, and my room was a single room so larger rooms might be different.

Hluční sousedé v pokoji nad námi. Stropy budou dost tenké, slyšeli jsme každé slovo a posunutí židle. Bohužel šli spát až po půlnoci.

Le bruit de la rue

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sowohl italienisch süß als auch kontinental. Mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Vatikan und auch im historischen Stadtzentrum ist man mit der ca. 300m entfernten U-Bahn binnen weniger Minuten.

Nous avons dû payer le double du prix du parking parce que nous avions un vito alors que celui ci prend une place de parking normal. Un peu déçu concernant cela.

The television was very high up on the wall, making it difficult to watch programmes.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise recht abgenutzt.

Doručak je bio odličan. Posebno su nam se dopali krosani. Sobe su čiste, svjetle i prostrane. U hotelu je mirno i ugodno. Nema buke i ne čujete ostale goste što je jedan veliki plus. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i susretljivo.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. I messaged them ahead of time if we could checkin early. They didn't promised anything but when we got there lucky our room is ready. Room was spacious for the 3 of us. Air conditioning is working and the breakfast choices was very good. Location wise is good.

Pokoik był mały ale bardzo klimatyczny. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, chłodno, czysto, naprawdę było bardzo uroczo. Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko stacja metra, Watykan. Śniadania pyszne, personel uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny!

Hotel trochę w starym stylu, ale dobrze utrzymany. Przemiła obsługa. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja. 15 minut spacerem od Watykanu. 5 minut do stacji metra. Możliwość rezerwacji miejsca na zamkniętym parkingu (10 EUR/dobę). Pokój bardzo ładny, równie czysty. Bardzo sprawne WiFi. W pokoju bardzo cicho, pomimo że byliśmy ulokowani na pierwszym piętrze. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Duży wybór, również na ciepło (jajecznica oraz kiełbaski i bekon). Kawa bardzo dobra. Dystrybutor z wodą dla gości w lobby.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, siamo arrivati al mattino presto, dopo aver viaggiato tutta la notte, la signorina alla reception è stata molto gentile e accogliente, ha fatto in modo che la nostra camera fosse pronta molto prima del check in stabilito. La zona è molto sicura, noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio privato dell' hotel, e ci siamo spostati comodamente con la metro, c'è anche una fermata del pullman a pochi passi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la colazione, buonissima e abbondante, la signora in sala, molto gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati 2 notti e abbiamo riscontrato ottima pulizia, camera rinnovata e ben ordinata, bagno rifatto da poco, essenziale pulito con acqua calda e fredda senza interruzioni, colazione a buffet con salato e dolce di ottima qualità. Brioche alla crema ottime e le michette fresche, top. Posizione buona a 6min a piedi da metro Cipro e vicino ai musei vaticani. Il Benefit del dispenser di acqua naturale o gasata nella lobby è stato super apprezzato in estate. Per un 3 stelle le vale tutte, personale accogliente, gentile, tra i migliori 3 stelle e più, consigliatissimo.

Welcoming staff and good value for money, although the shower didn't seem to be cleaned. The staff did quickly come solve the issue though so no complaints! breakfast ended at 10am which was a little irritating when out late due to the hotel being far from the centre, however there was a large variety of food and delicious options, making it worth getting up. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with little kids unless your ready to walk a long way to get into the main historical centre of Rome, as the buses in Italy are often unreliable and the metro station is a 10 minute walk away. but if your up for the walk its worth it!

Sabah kahvaltısında çalışanların biraz daha dikkat etmesi lazım çünkü müşteriler kahvaltılık maşalarını karıştırıyorlar bizim gibi domuz yemeyen aileler için özellikle dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor domuz ürüne kullandıkları maşaları öbür ürünlere de değiyor ve ve sabah kahvaltıdaki çalışan arkadaşların biraz daha güler yüzlü olmasını tavsiye ederim

The breakfast was exceptionally good. Everything was fresh and the variety was sufficient. Very nice choice of fruits, nuts and cereals. Mini croissant with cream filling were nothing short of amazing. Coffee was pretty good as well. The hotel is located about 12 minutes of casual walking from Vatican Museum. Very friendly staff and cleaning done properly.

The room was very small with a bathroom slide door that wouldn't close fully and left a pretty big gap. The water tank for the toilet is leaking slightly and there was a mist coming out of it when it was filling up. The shower was pretty tiny with low pressure water. WiFi was OK at best, not allowing to visit some sites in other countries. A/C was extremely weak and wasn't working properly, so the room was a bit warm.
