W pokoju pojawiły się pluskwy ale sytuacja szybko załatwiona takie sytuacje zdarzają się niestety w hotelach zatem nie mogę za dużo powiedzieć więcej.

الموقع بعيد جدا وتحتاج لتكسي بشكل دائم وهذا مكلف في الذهاب والعودة من والى روما القديمة بالاضافة الى ان الاثاث متهالك والنظافة ظاهرية فقط الفطور كان جيد ومتنوع ولكننا وجدنا اسرابا من النمل بين الصحون وتحت ماكينة القهوة والاطلالة داخلية على مطعم الفندق لايمكنك ان تفتح الستائر حتى لترى ضوء النهار لانك مكشوف على المطعم تماما

Room was fine if a little small, nice terrace with room. Pool was a real plus

The Hotel made so much of not allowing food or drink to be brought in but they offered nothing themselves. There was no snack food available apart from some very very poor fare. Particularly the coffee all around was dreadful, in italy!, the only drinkable coffee was the nescafe option at breakfast and this was unavailable outside of breakfast. This was very poor and unexpected in an Italian hotel.

Deszczownica zamontowana na wysokości około 170 cm. Ja mam 185 cm. Połamane meble i nie działająca klimatyzacja. Ogólnie pokój bardzo zaniedbany. To nie jest standard cztero gwiazdkowy.

La struttura è molto vicina a San Pietro , il personale molto gentile e la colazione buonissima

Basen jak na centrum Rzymu był zbawieniem w upały. Klimatyzacja w pokojach. Bardzo miły i profesjonalny personel. Bardzo dobra i cicha lokalizacja.

Niestety nie do końca czystość była idealna. Pościel owszem czysta i pachnąca. Wiele elementów wyposażenia było wadliwe np. szafa z przesuwnymi drzwiami - ledwo się otwierała, bateria prysznicowa lewo się trzymała w ścianie, klimatyzację ciężko było przykręcić. Poza tym zasłony i ściany były dość brudne tak jak i płytki w łazience. Jednak cena nie była wygórowana.

Wir bekamen 1 Std. vor Anreise eine Maill vom Hotel, dass Booking com die Gebühr für das Zimmer nicht bezahlt hätte, das uns aber sofort nach Buchung im Juni! abgebucht wurde. Bei der Ankunft hieß es, wir müssten über Booking das Zimmer kostenlos stornieren und das Hotel würde der Stornierung zustimmen und wir müssen dann vor Ort mit Kreditkarte bezahlen sonst könnten wir nicht bleiben. Notgedrungen machten wir das. Booking Com hat die kostenlose Stornierung zwar bestätigt aber bisher weiß ich nicht, wann ich das doppelt bezahlte Geld zurück bekomme. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, weil ich inzwischen glaube, dass das Ganze getürkt war. Man hätte innerhalb von 3 Monaten die Zahlung mit Booking regel können, zumal wir ja bezahlt hatten und das mit Kontoauszug belegen konnten.. Wahrscheinlich wollte sich das Hotel die Gebühren sparen.

Der er ikke noget der stikker af. Opholdet var ikke dårligt, men det 4 stjernet hotel er det ikke. Kunne ikke sætte en finger på rengøring af værelset, det var dejligt.

Rooftop bar og den ikke eksisterende jacuzzi. Det så forladt ud. Morgenmaden var god de første par dage, derefter manglede der variation. Vores værelse og omgivelserne omkring er forsømt og mangler vedligeholdelse. Tapet/ maling skaller, stikkontakter sidder ikke fast i væggen osv.

Hôtel standard 3/4 étoiles avec 1 piscine extérieure vraiment bienvenue lorsqu'on a marché une partie de la journée sous la chaleur, même si elle ferme un peu tôt (19h). Petit déjeuner très complet. Grand hall lumineux et petit bar sympa.

Les trajets depuis l'hôtel vers le centre sont dépendants des transports en commun en bus qui sont parfois... aléatoires. Le métro est à une vingtaine de minutes. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas dans le standard de l'hôtel heureusement il y en a de très bons à 10 mn de marche vers le grand carrefour. La climatisation n'est pas individuelle, il faut appeler la réception pour le réglage.

Hotel je ugodan, blizu je stanica autobusa. Bazen je čist i imaju rucnike za boravak na bazenu. Doručak je raznolik.

Osoblje po barovima na krovu ,kod bazena i u sklopu hotela u prizemlju. Totalno su nezainteresorani za rad. Ne dolaze do stola da pitaju goste što će popiti. Sjede za šankom i gledaju i telefon makar u kafiću samo jedan stol koji čeka narudžbu. Nigdje čak nije ni navedeno da be poslužuju za stolom. Ne čiste pepeljare.. Hotel prima pse uz nadoplatu ali ne primaju pse u restoran hotela koji se nalazi na otvorenoj terasi. Ovo je zamjerka jer ako već primaš u hotel psa treba naći i za te goste mjesto u restoranu.

Det var slitt overalt. Basseng området var skittent / slitte fliser, noen var løse. Veldig mye maur på området. Vi hadde problem med dusjen, den manglet en kant så alt vannet fløt over hele badet. Kom en renholder og tørket opp. Toalett sete var løst noe de ikke klarte å ordne. Dagen etter fikk vi nytt rom som var vesentlig mindre enn det første men også her fløt det vann på gulvet etter å ha dusjet. Her var det også løse fliser på gulvet. Takterrassen så bra ut på bilder men i virkeligheten lite koselig, men slitte og skitne møbler. Og en liten bod til bar.

The location is in a calm area not too far from the restaurants, mini markets and the bus station. The staff was helpful and very nice generally.

The room itself is a disappointment. Not clean, the bottom covers of the mattresses are stained and dirty. The view from the balcony is completely littered with trash. Mosquitoes in the room are very annoying. The toilets definitely need some maintenance with the faucets being leaky and shaky. The AC is central but works on a thermostat so it frequently turns on and off. The breakfast is the bare minimum.

Dieses Jahr hatten wir leider ein Zimmer im unteren Stockwerk, mit Aussicht auf eine Mauer und im Bad waren einige Mängel. (Die Toilettenbrille, sowie der Toilettenspülkasten waren kaputt, die Halterung des Vergrösserungsspiegel war defekt

Très bel hôtel avec piscine. Situé à 15 min en bus du centre et 10 min du Vatican. On mange très très bien au restaurant.

The most shocking aspect is the gap between the published photos and the reality on the ground. The photos create the impression of a pleasant, well-maintained hotel, yet the disappointment is immediate upon arrival. We sincerely regret choosing this hotel. If you rely solely on the photos when booking, be warned: you risk a very unpleasant surprise when you arrive. For us, the stay was a disappointment from start to finish. We will definitely not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.

Rooms are clean with really good daily housekeeping. Great view of St Paul’s.

Staff were unfriendly and seemed really unhappy in their jobs. Quite far away from the local attractions so not well located. Not well lit outside the hotel grounds. Food - breakfast and evening meal was really poor.

Loved the balcony and the pool. Had a beautiful view lots of local restaurants near the hotel.

The service from the staff in the on site restaurant was very poor we waited 20 minutes and they hadn't even took our drink order we ended up leaving and going to a local place. Also it doesn't say anything online that to use the pool you have to have a swim cap on which forced you to buy one of the ones they provide or you are unable to use the pool.

Lokalita, kousek na autobusu do města, i pro autobus na letiště. Milý personál. Klimatizace, lednice na pokoji. Pěkný bar na střešní terase i bazen a k dispozici jsou ručníky pro bazen každý den nový.

Musíte počítat s tím, že to není prostě 4*. Když tam pojedete s tím, že je to lepší 3*, tak dobrý. Ale takto to nesplnilo uplně naše očekávání. První nám nefungovalo zamykání pokoje, nikdo se ani na to nepřišel podívat. U bazenu nutné čepičky, které si můžete pořídit na recepci za 2eura jednu (asi si jako 4* hotel nemůžou dovolit novou filtraci), snídaně malý výběr a i ten nestíhali uplně doplňovat. Porovnávám to jen s jinými 4* a tam jsem se setkala s jiným výběrem a jiným i sociálním zařízením. A deka vypadala tak, že máte přikrývku položenou mezi dvěma prostěradly, takže se "vysouvá" a nedrží. Jinak je to dobrý, prumer. Čisto bylo, jen je škoda, že se člověk těší na něco co tam nenajde.

The structure is nice but they don’t allow deliveroo and they have the illegal rules that you cannot bring your own drinks in your own rooms. This is absurd and probably nobody respect it but this is illegal in Italy.

They food is horrible, and I would not even feed my neighbour’s dog with their it.I’m totally disappointed. It’s Italy and food should be good, but even cat food taste better then what they offer.

The food was awful. The staff front of house are abrupt. Air con cut out at 3:30am and can’t control from room. Also not allowed to take any food or drink from outside. Although it’s wasn’t a bad stay would not stay again

La ubicación, las instalaciones, los servicios... todo de diez. Está en un punto medio del aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad, muy fácil acceso.

La única pega es que la cama es un poco dura, pero compensa la comodidad de todo lo demás.

Personnel très agréable avec un monsieur qui parlait français. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons pu avoir la chambre bien avant le check in convenu et le jour de notre départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'accueil pour finir quelques emplettes au centre ville. C'est donc l'hospitalité et l'accueil que je mettrai en avant par-dessus tout.

Aucune chaîne française à la télévision, mise en place de smart TV avec applications tel que Youtube ou Netflix. Il manquait une fontaine avec de l'eau potable.

Mi è piaciuta molto la camera, era molto spaziosa. Inoltre io ho optato per il pacchetto di mezza pensione e sono stata soddisfatta. In particolar modo della cena, sono stati proposti piatti della tradizione e soprattutto i primi erano molto buoni! Un punto a sfavore invece va alla colazione. Molto carina la terrazza.

La colazione era abbondante ma di scarsa qualità. Lo staff della reception non l’ho trovato motivato e allegro. Il baretto in terrazza non è al livello della terrazza. Mi è dispiaciuto trovare le jacuzzi in terrazza con vista su San pietro chiuse per manutenzione. A mio avviso sarebbe da far presente prima dell’arrivo di un cliente.

Les chambres sont confortables mais a rénover, joins douche, calcaire douche, peinture qui s'écaille au plafond et déco un peu sombre. Cloison fine Attention aux photos qui sont enjolivees.

Vi fick ett tråkigt läge på vårt rum. Balkong mot en cementmur. Upplevde det stressigt och rörigt under frukosten, väldigt högljudd hantering av disk, svårt att njuta av sin frukost. Tror det skulle behöva "tassar" under stolarna i frukostsalen. Det blev ett otroligt högt ljud när alla drog in och ut sina stolar hela tiden...

Gillar poolområdet, samt att läget är ganska lugnt för att vara i Rom

The reception staff were very helpful and got better the more they warmed to you The pool was a blessing after the heat and walking around Rome It’s manageable walk to the Vatican and to the bus/metro for centre, but it does require some energy and also the area around isnt amazing The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were very attentive It’s a very clean and tidy hotel, the reception and corridors are quite new and modern The roof bar is nice and the night view of the basilica is beautiful…… I think it could be made more enticing….. I was surprised how few people used it when we were there. Car parking was great and check in was seamless. All 8 of us ( kids , teens and adults) were very happy overall

I have no complaints ( other than the pool closed early one evening for forecast rain that that didn’t happen….. and after a long day walking Rome I really wanted a swim!) It just feels like it could easily be a 10/10 hotel …… but isn’t quite there……. Just needs lots of very small tweaks to be perfect

El alojamiento Exelente todo fue bien! Estaba un poquito más retirado, pero Exelente combinación de bus para ir y venir al hotel.

Très agréable séjour de trois nuits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et l’espace extérieur, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée à visiter Rome. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible. L’hôtel est calme, la chambre confortable et nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de garer la voiture sur place. Un bon compromis pour profiter de Rome tout en pouvant se reposer loin de l’agitation du centre.

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre historique et il faut prévoir les déplacements pour rejoindre les principaux sites. Certains équipements et parties de l’hôtel pourraient également être un peu modernisés. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour.
