Breakfast was two croissants and juice and coffee it was all right as a starter. The people were very good and the cleaners excellent. I had found this hotel online.

The bathroom. There was only a tub and I am accustomed to a walk-in shower. There was no place to put a toothbrush and toothpaste etc and the toilet seat kept on coming off and me and my friend kept on whacking it back on again. What they do have in the room I would say it’s relatively expensive like curtains and furniture. There was a nice place to eat our breakfast too. They also have a kiosk where they sell trinkets and sweatshirts and hats.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful artworks throughout. The room was so roomy with a huge bathroom and plenty of room to relax. Valet parking and continental breakfast.

Nice big room with very nice bathroom. Within walking distance of old town attractions.

Breakfast was very minimal and it was awkward getting your luggage up the steps when you arrive.

The modern art throughout the hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for visiting the Basilica (two blocks away) and Old Town.

The beds sagged terribly - time for an upgrade to quality mattresses!

Great location in the heart of old Montreal. Good croissant and coffee breakfast. Rooms are spacious. And clean. Staff were friendly. Close to subway.

Minor things - Air conditioning was not consistently on and parking fee felt excessive. Minimal counter space in bathroom for personal toiletry items.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location! Our King room was very spacious with a sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs and huge bathroon. All very clean. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the spectacuar decor and art on the walls throughout the hotel added a special touch.

The uniqueness of the decor and the location.

1. The room photos are extremely misleading. The photos attached to my specific reservation turned out to be the Presidential King Suite (that room option was not even mentioned while booking). I even contacted the hotel before our trip toconfirm that the photos were accurate and was told that they were. When we arrived, it was clear we were given a different room. I immediately went to the front desk and was told we were given the wrong room. The employee said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do. I emailed the manager and was told the same thing. She did offer a 10% refund which to me, was a weak gesture. 2. The "bar" is incredibly lacking. The options are minimal. 3. The free breakfast options were the same every day, coffee, orange juice, a crossaint, or a chocolate pastry. 4. While sitting in the bar area, a mouse ran out from under one of the sofas. 5. The sheets were so thin that during the first night, I turned over and my foot actually went through the sheet.

Small bathrooms with no counter space. But dated and if your room faces towards old town it can be a bit noisy at night.

This hotel is pretty, in a great location in a beautiful building. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up paying extra for that. The room for 4 of us was very spacious.

The number of US flags in the artwork was confusing. It's Canadian owned, in a Canadian city, use a Canadian flag. The room really needed a good shampoo and clean. The breakfast was not worth the extra charge. You have to go up to the bar and ask for a croissant and/or a chocolate croissant and a glass of either orange or apple juice and a coffee. That's it. That's the breakfast. Considering the hotel is over $300 a night, i think they could provide a better breakfast.

The breakfast is just croissant and tea / coffee. There could be additions like fruit and cheese.

The entire staff went out of their way to assist us. Always with a smikle.

Breakfast - it would have been nice to have something other than pastries and croissants. Fruit, yogurt, and granola would be a welcome addition. No dairy alternatives for milk as well. Also, the lobby with all of the artwork and lights can be a bit off putting. It's a bit much.

Great staff, very helpful. Allowed us to store our bags while we were exploring the city. Breakfast was perfect!

Der Zustand der Technik im Haus lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Fahrstuhl war am Wochenende mal wieder außer Betrieb, was bei einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und mit sehr schweren Koffern echt zur Herausforderung wurde. Auch ist die Elektroinstallation im Zimmer teilweise sehr abenteuerlich.

Beautiful property and great location. The staff were fantastic .The only thing that I can fault it on was the elevator kept breaking down .We were on the 3rd floor and could easily do the steps . If you have difficulty doing steps maybe not the place for you.

Staff and location were the best, but the facilities were also great. The hotel is an art gallery full of amazing art pieces, but what we liked the most were the very kind and helpful staff.

The staff was lovely and helpful. Great location near Victoria Square metro station. Close to all old Montreal things and walkable to downtown. Spacious room, clean, very comfy bed.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my teen daughters and left the same feedback. Great rooms but really need a second mirror outside of the bathroom, and a spot in bathroom to put your stuff while getting showered and ready. A little shelf would do.

I love the old school luxury feel matched with the quirky decor. The staff is delightful. The location is perfect to walk to so many places. Quiet. Best bed I’ve ever slept in. Huge room.

Could be a little more eco friendly with packages (tiny bottles of bath stuff and individual jellies at breakfast) but maybe that’s still a holdover from Covid times.

Electrical plugs to charge phone were behind furniture or in bathroom over a small sink. About 8 steps to enter hotel. Limited breakfast. Shower head in bathtub was higher on wall than shower rod, difficult to reach. Please don’t publish this - just share with hotel. Thanks

Parking garage could not accommodate our vehicle because it was more than 6” tall. Not the hotel’s fault. Just a heads up to those with a tall truck or even a small car with a cartop carrier.

The vibe was excellent. The location was very central to most places & an easy walk to metro. Hotel covers massive amount of street. Once inside you can relax multiple places in the lobby.

Our only issue was the air conditioner. We had it set at 18° and it wouldn’t get below 22°. The room was quite stale even through the air conditioner was running. On our final day we did ask maintence to look at it. When we returned it was actually 18° and comfortable. We left for the afternoon and when we returned, it was back to stuffy & 22°. It was like the vents on the ceiling weren’t all the way open or something. Anyways when we would return from our time out and about- we would cool down in the lobby vs the room due to this issue.

Perfekte Lage im historischen Teil von Montreal. Viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Entspannte Atmosphäre mit sehr gutem Service. Das Frühstück war eine Überraschung- nicht gebucht aber es gab jeden Morgen Kaffee und Croissants- für uns perfekt.

Lots of interesting art throughout the hotel. The welcome basket with a lot of treats, tote bag, and greeting card was a surprised and thoughtful gift!

The bedding needs upgrading. Mattress and pillows were quite worn and old. Sheets and pillow cases did not feel fresh, had a stale scent.

The hotel room was quite spacious with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Location was perfect; walking distance to great restaurants and the old quarter. Staff were attentive and very helpful and accommodating. I personally loved all the art pieces throughout the halls and rooms. This was a very unique place to stay!

The breakfast of pastries was delicious but I would have loved some protein choices as well.

The hotel is 'quirky' (in a good way). Interestingly decorated. It's an older building, but we had a surprisingly large, comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate (pastries/croissants and coffee). The location is in "Old Montreal" and all attractions there are easily walkable. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was excellent. However, we were booked into room 310. It had a queen size bed. There was only one lamp beside the bed, making it difficult for the second person to read. The king size bed filled the room so much that you had to shuffle around the bed. The room overall was very small.

The pictures displaying this property did not represent at all what our room was like. It was small and sparsely furnished. For two people it felt crowded.

What a superb small friendly boutique Hotel right in the hart beat of Montreal Old Town, Metro 5 minutes away Port 8 Minutes Hundreds of restaurants within 6 minutes walk. The weekends were buzzing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Absolutley loved the art work on all the walls it was amazing well done. We stayed in Hiltons Radissons and Fairmonts on this trip but this was the best hotel and the cheapest and you got free pastries for breakfast, what more could you ask for. You can tell you are in for a nice time with the big LOVE artwork outside.

The entrance is up 2 flights of steps but the concierge team were always on the look out for people who needed a habnd with theire cases ansd in fact we never had to lift our cases in or out so i guess its not really a problem and it adds to the charm.

Better outlets for charging the phone and iPad. It's an old building, so we didn't expect outlets all over the place, but some of the ones in the wall were so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in. It would be great to add bedside or desk lamps with USB ports and outlets. That would help, a lot. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. The desk staff was able to take one from another room for us. Also, housekeeping skipped our room one day.

Perfectly located in Downtown near the Palais des Congres (conference centre). Bed was super comfortable, room was spacious and nicely decorated. The facilities altern modern and vintage deco. Staff super nice and helpful. Light breakfast included with the room is appreciated.
