We liked everything about this hotel, especially location to all main attractions

The property was close to all attractions. The breakfast buffet was great. And I really enjoyed the restful night sleep after a long day of being a tourist.

The daily parking rate is high. I also had to keep asking for small things I.e., Fresh towels, water bottles, extra blankets. At one point my AC stopped working. However, they were responsive and brought everything I needed quickly.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Embassy Suites by Hilton Montréal. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et disponible. La chambre est parfaitement équipée, avec une literie très confortable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la propreté et le confort général, ainsi que les peintures et le sol qui semblent avoir été récemment rénovés. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les deux télévisions sont un vrai plus, et le salon est très agréable pour se détendre. Enfin, un grand bravo pour le petit-déjeuner : il est varié, copieux et vraiment délicieux ! 😋 Un excellent hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce très bon séjour !

Le seul point négatif de mon séjour concerne le bruit dans les couloirs le matin. Les femmes de ménage sont assez bruyantes, notamment lorsqu’elles discutent entre elles et déplacent le matériel dans les couloirs. Cela peut être assez gênant pour les clients qui souhaitent dormir ou se reposer le matin. Ce serait vraiment le seul point à améliorer, car pour le reste, j’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour.

Bathroom nice and modern, complimentary happy hours drinks were fun. Main bed pretty comfortable. Great location for everything in Montreal. The Place-d'Armes Metro station is across the street and you can go anywhere in the city from there. Easy walking distance to lots of main attractions in Old Town like Notre Dame Basilica and the Archeology Museum and the river nearby. Air Canada Airport Shuttle bus picks up from around the corner which we found really useful.

The Kitchenette in our Junior Suite had basically nothing in it, no plates or cutlery at all. So hard to use it even just to heat something up in the microwave if we wanted to. However, we did ask for a few plates etc and they were brought to the room. We used the sofa bed and despite being new and perfectly fine, it was still pretty uncomfortable for an adult especially, for the price charged for the suite. Breakfast was really busy but we were there in August, with many events going on.

There's a cook in the restaurant that provides us with egg options in case the scrambled egg every day is not to liking. Location downtown is good with easy accessibility to Trains and Buses. Also Location is close to various must-see sites (viz. Notre Dam, Grand Quay, etc.)

Rooms are decent; however, the room provided to us hadn't a good view. Breakfast is usually the same, not much variety. Kettle is not provided in room

チェックアウトがスムーズ。ハッピーアワーの飲み物一日あたり2杯の無料券がうれしい。バスタブ付きの部屋で、快適でした。ただし、予約直後にリクエストした際にはバスタブの確約はしてくれなかった。（ちなみにHilton会員ではない。）道路と反対側の部屋でしたが、どなたかの宿泊時とは違い、ゴミが見えて不快と言う事はありませんでした。

周辺の道路工事の影響もあり、タクシーやウーバーが来るのに時間がかかった。ホテル入り口に車寄せがないので、雨の時は困った。朝食やハッピー・アワー時は食堂が混雑気味。部屋横のエアコンの機械のすさまじい音に驚かされた。ただし、それほど暑い日ではなかったので、エアコンスイッチを切り、それ以降は快適。

Two of staff was very rude, the 1st one came to the room the day before we were leaving (Saturday morning) ask us to check out, and I expressed to her that we were staying until Sunday. She stayed she'll look into it but she never came back. I assume they would have check before she came to the room and asked us to check out. The 2nd person was at the front desk during check out. There were two young ladies. One seen to new in her role and needed some assistance the other you g lady did assistance her but after she was done she didn't assit the next person. I had an ride waiting for me and I ask that young lady that was just sitting thier if she could take my keys and check us out about 939 am. After a couple of hours I called back due to me not receiving and email for check out. They finally check us out after I called about 1158 am, with that being aware and nice goes a long way

It was a block or so from Old Montreal in one direction and about 2 blocks from the Metro in the other direction. We didn't think we would be able to see everything we wanted to but the location of the hotel made it all possible!

The only critism I have is the TV. It seemed like maybe the remotes in the other rooms may have been interfering with our remote. Our Tv would randomly change stations or turn on and off. The only other explanation is a ghost lol

I was told I could park in the parking garage, my vehicle did not fit and hit the top of the garage sign, the employee said it was fine. I ended up having to somehow make it out without hitting a water sprinkler. And had to pay the parking bill even though I did not stay there. With my young baby crying it did not make for a great start. We explicitly asked about our vehicle and was disappointed by the employee disregarding our concern and saying we are fine. On top of that we saw a mouse in the restaurant. What a first night. The rest of staff was amazing and helpful and very kind!

Breakfast was good, though the same every day so got a little boring after the second morning. Room was good, beds only doubles so a little tight but was what fit in the room. Lots of closet storage space. Loved the separate living room. Also happy hour was a nice surprise for snacks and a drink

My only complaint would be lack of ability to access a stream service or something as tv stations were limited both in what you could watch and for different ages. With the living room separate, at the end of the night would have been nice for the kids to watch their own stuff in the bedroom(most hotels have this option to stream if u already subscribe). Other note while it has a kitchenette, there are no dishes so you need to bring your own

The location was very convenient for the places in Old Montreal we wanted to see. It was also just across the street from a Metro station.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und neuwertig.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht mit ausklappbarer Couch für 2 Personen. Diese war nicht vorbereitet zur Nutzung, das haben wir dann selber erledigt. Am merkwürdigsten war dann aber die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile. Es gab eine Mikrowelle und eine Spülmaschine allerdings keinerlei Geschirr und Gläser. Im Bad gab es für 4 Personen 1 Handtuch. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gab es 4 Handtücher und Geschirr in Form von 4 Tellern für die Küchenzeile. Das Frühstück an sich ist für kanadische Verhältnisse vielfältig allerdings ist alles chaotisch und sehr häufig leer.

Our room was larger than I expected. The breakfast was excellent. The location between old Montreal and St. Catharines Street is a perfect location for us. Very close to Metro station.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very well made and comfortable. We loved the bathroom towels, and the soap was incredible. I even looked for it on the internet.

We felt hot during the night. We tried to lower the temperature using the thermostat several times but were unsuccessful. We didn't expect to have such a big kitchen, and it wasn't useful to us. If I had a smaller room with a lower price, I would go back more times.

The hotel could have had a 3rd elevator for guests. The shower in one room did not have a lip to keep water from overflowing the drain pan.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y lo amplia que era la habitación.

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno. Había muy pocas mesas, lo que provocaba que tuvieras que bajar a desayunar antes de las 8:00 porque sino había que hacer cola e incluso la zona de la comida estaba destartalada, sin cantidad y sin variedad de cosas.

Staff working hard to make up dor system failure

We were there during a (global?) system outage and it took very long to check in. The staff were heroic as they had to work without their apps and did everything by phone and paper.

Excellent location! The hotel is conveniently situated close to the convention center and the charming Old Town of Montreal. You can easily walk to most attractions, business venues, and cultural spots. One of the highlights of staying here is the neighborhood’s delicious bagels—some of the best in the city are just around the corner. This area perfectly combines convenience with local flavor, making it an ideal choice for both work and leisure trips.

The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, but we turned it off when we went to sleep, so it didn’t affect our rest. Overall, it wasn’t really a problem and didn’t impact our experience during the stay.

Il me manquait des bâtonnets de café même si je l’avais écrit sur un papier dans la cuisinette . Aussi,j’aurais apprécié qu’il y ait quelques ustensiles et quelques petites assiettes dans la cuisinette sans qu’on aie besoin de le demander.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites in Montreal and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is excellent and made exploring the city incredibly easy. It's within walking distance of Notre-Dame Basilica, Old Montreal, the Old Port, Chinatown, and a nearby Metro station, so getting around was easy breezy. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away, including Les Pyrénées and Wolf & Workman The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable - exactly what we needed after long days of walking around. A special shoutout to Freyja at the front desk, who was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel valued every time we passed through the lobby. Her positivity was contagious. Honestly, a few of her colleagues could take a page from her playbook. I’d also like to recognize the restaurant staff. They remained attentive, efficient, and friendly at their busiest during FIFA matches on TV. Their excellent service never wavered despite how manic it was. Between the outstanding location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hospitality, Embassy Suites Montreal made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Toute l’équipe a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner, très varié avec du sucré comme du salé, a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. Les chambres sont confortables et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Une adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir !

Rapport qualité prix déplorable. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avions même pas une serviette de toilette par personne. Le canapé lit des enfants n’était pas prêt. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et le ménage ainsi que le réassort n’a pas été fait pour la 2eme nuit.

Clean, modern, quiet. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Evening manager's reception was a very nice perk. Free drinks included. Dinner available (at the reception) through the onsite restaurant was a big plus if you didn't want to go out to one of the many, many incredible restaurants. Despite the breakfast experience described below, I would definitely stay here again.

While the breakfast buffet was really very comprehensive (including made to order eggs, etc), it was slammed on the first day we were there. Way too many people for the size of the room, the staff available, and the amount of food. Staff were very friendly but clearly they were overwhelmed. On the second day, we came when the buffet opened and things were more manageable. There was no decaf coffee available on either day because they had run out.

Leider - wie schon andere geschrieben haben - viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum für die vielen Gäste im Hotel, was zu teilweise langen Wartezeiten führte. Die Klimanlage ist in einem Schrank im Zimmer eingebaut, was enorm laut ist und man gezwungen ist, diese über Nacht auszuschalten (wodurch es wieder sehr heiß wird). Das Frühstücksangebot ist leider nicht sehr umfangreich oder vielfältig.

I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites in Montreal. The suite was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and felt almost newly renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a very restful stay. The location is outstanding. It is right in the heart of Old Montreal and within easy walking distance of the Old Port, Old Montreal’s main attractions, and downtown Montreal. The breakfast was also great and a wonderful way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Breakfast and happy hour were fine. Hotel was quite expensive so this helped a bit however if I were staying in Montreal for any length of time with my family I would not stay here. Felt like it was more designed for business people rather than people travelling.

Из всей посуды были два стакана и две бутылки воды на троих, мы попросили принести еще один стакан и одну бутылку воды. Вместо стакана принесли керамическую кружку и одну столовую ложку на троих…Третью бутылку сказали купить на ресепшен за 1 доллар. После претензий с нашей стороны бутылку все же принесли бесплатно. Для нас дело не оплате, а в подходе к клиентам. Потом нам сказали, что посуду можно было попросить на ресепшен, но после двухчамового ожидания одной кружки и одной столовой ложки просить что-то совсем не хотелось. Самая большая неприятность произошла с депозитом. По определенным обстоятельствам мы заплатили депозит наличными. При выезде на ресепшен нам сказали, что нашей суммы нет в наличии к возврату в полном объеме и часть могут вернуть только на карту. Получается, что отель берет наличные, тратит их на другие неуелевые (депозит) нужды или просто теряет их. Непонятно. Нам сказали, что НАШ депозит-это НЕ НАШИ деньги!!!! То есть гарантии, что вам отдадут ваши наличные нет. Потом часть суммы нам вернули на карту, но мы испытали очень большой стресс прямо перед рейсом. В номере в ванной при открывании ящика с феном отпала панель тумбы под раковиной и повредила мне ногу.

The King suite was roomy, clean, practical and cosy. We liked having a decent fridge, a lounge area, the large bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels were changed regularly and housekeeping was very good. While we visited, each guest was given vouchers for 2 free drinks during happy hour which was great. Breakfast was adequate.

The TV software needs updating - whenever we switched off the lounge TV, the one in the bedroom came on.

Amazing! From the minute we checked in to check-out everything was seamless Front desk helped with my many questions, parking was below the hotel and very east to enter and exit. Parking was $35 USD, very reasonable. They only had a 2nd floor room but it was beautiful, quiet and easy to use the stairs when the elevator was crowded. Clean room, kitchen, bathroom and living area were spacious and neat and clean. Free breakfast was great before 8 am, after that the lines were out the door for the omelet station. It moved fast . Evening cocktails was so fun! Kudos to Catherine, Tracy and Bernie! Great fun staff! Perfect stay, thank you

The room was very nice and clean and we also liked the breakfast and we thought it was cool that they gave us 2 drinks each for happy hour. The front desk and the concerige Miguel were very nice!

We hated our view. It was of the alley and we kept seeing homeless people going through the garbages. We saw a few rats which I guess is sum what normal near the garbage, but still gross. The construction started way too early and it echoed through the windows.

Nice breakfast included with the room. Solid room with nice windows and a very comfortable bed. Easy check-in. We had been at a 'fancier' hotel the night before and this one was actually a better value and really nicer in almost every way!

The A/C in our room did not work but they sent up a repair technician immediately and within a few minutes realized it was not going to be able to be fixed and they gave us a new room that was even a bit nicer than the one we had been in.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens.) We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and modern. The bathroom was larger than a standard bathroom and they offer Crabtree & Evelyn products. There's one TV in the living space and another in the bedroom. The bedroom space is a tad small so maneuvering around the beds was tight but not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and the free drink during happy hour. The location of the hotel is in a great spot. Less than 15 min. to Vieux Port with a metro stop right across the street. There were plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The only downside was the lack of a dresser. There was two closets but one of them was by the door so a bit inconvenient to leave anything in there and the other closet in the bedroom only had hangers. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again.

Embassy Suites are always a great choice due to consistency in cleanliness and excellent breakfast. We chose this hotel since it was across the street from our car rental pickup location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints.

It is a perfect location, right in Old Montreal, just a few steps from the Notre-Dame Basilica.

The breakfast could be better organized, and with a better selection of options. There was always missing something.

Nice, spacious and clean suite (see below for some negatives). Location is great if one wants to be pretty close to Old Montreal or the Convention Centre. It is a bit of walk for the central/west part of Montreal (like McGill, Concordia, Musee des Beaux Arts, Crescent), but it is doable. The Place des Arts is not very far from there. (Free) Breakfast was great with omelettes/fried eggs made on request. Cheese though was greatly missed from the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the afternoon reception (happy hour) with its two free drinks per person. All in all a good stay and we would stay there again next time we want to be at that side of the city.

We were informed that the suite given to us was the accessible one, although we did not request such. That was their justification that the suite lacked a closet to hang clothes and a stand to put a luggage on. We were given some hangers for the clothes which we had to hang them on top of doors and other suitable places. We presume there is a closet in the regular suites, but we are not sure. Nothing else other than perhaps some cheese addition to the breakfast buffet.
