Excelente hotel, estrutura e limpeza !

The overall experience, including the rooms, open areas, pool & facilities were all excellent
Nothing, no complaints, it was a fantastic experience
Gute Lage, schönes Resort mit großer Poolanlage

I like everything about the property. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, the amenities are great - can’t complain.
Nothing. If I criticize anything it may be that I’d love to see a cheaper option for water - I use a refillable water bottle, and it’s just a pain to buy a water bottle rather than refill mine. An ice/water machine on each floor would be phenomenal
A truly exceptional hotel with no complaints what so ever. We’ve stayed in many top range Disney hotels in the past and yet this hotel is the stand out of them all. In our opinion much better than the hard rock hotel also! A beautiful warm welcome with the smell of luxury as you walk through the main double doors, the excellent staff from reception, restaurant, bar (amazing service) and housekeeping impeccable every day the service was amazing!!!! We’ll be coming back hopefully very soon and thank you for a wonderful stay! Great two weeks
Great location / lovely poolside movies
Very pricey for food and drink
Very inviting and easy to get to

Was torn between a 2 and 3 star review This hotel has the potential to be lovely and get a 5* review but it just doesn’t meet it due to one key issue… Noise We came here after an AMAZING stay at Royal Pacific for 2 nights then Sapphire falls for the remainder of our break We booked a “standard” room (Which still comes at a high price point) aka “road view” overlooks a busy road, that was the first challenge It in theory isn’t a busy/main road but cars/motorbikes/others driving up at all hours well into the early morning and felt like drag racing was occurring at times! The windows don’t offer much insulation so you can hear it all - kids kept waking up asking what the noise was Then nearby rooms getting room service at 1am and staff having to knock loudly saying “room service” was not ideal, equally waking us up Didn’t make for the relaxing “signature” grade experience we hoped for On a positive note the pool is lovely and staff are very friendly Food and drinks aren’t cheap but not surprising We would consider staying here again but only if the lagoon view rooms weren’t the significant increase in cost that was the case when we stayed, otherwise there’s better hotels for better value for money, it’s advertised as one of the signature hotels but doesn’t feel it at all
Love love love this resort. Our second stay at this beautiful hotel that pretty much has it all. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we instantly felt relaxed. The smell, it’s insane! All the staff, from the valet, check-in desk team, to the fabulous gang at the New Dutch & Co. are just so super friendly. Big shout out to Gloria who makes the meanest latte, taking time out of her busy day to welcome every family, asking about their day. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Jesus & Jose too. Just so nice. Rooms are bright and spotless. Attention to detail is spot on. Pool is huge, laid back vibes with movie nights and s’mores too. Perfect location with frequent water taxis and excellent shuttle service to the parks. Cannot recommend enough. We’ll be back!
An atmospheric and relaxing hotel with spacious rooms and great location onsite for Universal Orlando - good value for money, clean rooms, minimum noise level and excellent customer service - captured the Festive Season yet maintained an air of tranquility - had a magical and enjoyable time with family and made wonderful memories - would throughly recommend
The smell is gorgeous upon arrival . The pools impressive and life guards do an excellent job with lots of training. The water taxi incredible and made the hotel . The buffet breakfast was ok , very expensive. There needs to be another restaurant more suitable for families like a diner or something.. The room are small and difficult to accommodate a family of 4. Bearable for a week. However it is a real vibe this hotel , soooo relaxing and chilled . I would gladly return should I visit Universal again. Was a shame we had a week of dreadful weather so couldn’t really make the most of outside .
Staff very friendly, rooms good size and we were given complimentary parking and upgrade.
The river boats, due to possibility of lightening the boats service had to be closed
We were so excited to stay at this resort! We booked a hospitality suite, which had a full kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, cups, dishes, utensils - it was a great convenience!). The large refrigerator in the kitchen was super important to us. We own a protein pudding business, which is a product that requires refrigeration, and we were traveling with A LOT of products that could not stay in a cooler for 10+ days, so this room setup was perfect for us. There was also a large living room, dining room, bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms - both were HUGE. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We were on the 7th floor, and we never heard a peep coming from the hallways or next-door neighbors - and the hotel was packed. The gym was one of the best we have ever seen at a hotel property. Spacious + clean, plenty of dumbbells, machines, cardio equipment, men's and women's locker rooms, each with its own sauna. Plenty of towels, and fresh fruit stocked in the gym daily, which was a nice touch. Pool was amazing - clean, well staffed, plenty of seating all around. Cabanas for rent (they were very pricey though). They had a hot tub, a slide for the kids, and even a fire pit, which they turned on nightly. You could purchase a S'mores kit from the hotel to make your own over the fire pit. We did not eat at either of the restaurants at the hotel; however, other guests we spoke to said they were great. We did visit the grab-n-go store on the property for coffees and some snacks. Very expensive, but they had a decent selection of quick food options and healthy snacks. What really made our 10-day trip great were the people at the hotel. I would like to mention Joel @ the Valet -- he was the first person to greet us. Helpful, friendly, lots of energy. Made sure our bags were taken care of and held properly since we arrived a few hours too early for check-in. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Also would like to mention Izzie at the front desk, who helped us actually extend our stay a little longer. Actually, the entire front desk team was simply amazing. Concierge is such an important function at any hotel, and Ace was literally the best!!! He was on top of any request we made, and he made sure things were taken care of promptly. We were so impressed. Excellent communication. Made you feel valued as a guest. Overall, the hotel (and the staff) were great. We are actually trying to book another trip for October Halloween Horror Nights. We had been visiting Loews properties for over 25 years (we used to stay at the Portofino year after year), but this most recent trip has us hooked on Sapphire Falls. No trip to a theme park property is ever cheap. So, if you are spending your hard-earned money and taking time away from work to visit Orlando, I 10/10 recommend the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort.
Excellent location, staff and facilities. Staff were amazing.
The value for money seems a bit skewed on the high side in our opinion.
Was a great location to enjoy the universal parks! The water taxi was great and the staff was amazing! The pool is open till 11pm which is perfect for relaxing late after the parks!
Nothing
I will start with the only real negative - lack of soundproofing around the door, which meant I was woken early every morning by other guests banging their doors (also on a few occasions at night, when inconsiderate people walked/ran past talking loudly/shouting/screaming). Could a fireproof curtain be installed to soften sounds? We had interconnecting rooms on the top floor of Guest House 3 which worked well and is a great location - an excellent view of the lagoon and the rides. Loved watching the storms and the fireworks! I preferred our room, as we had an enclosed walk-in shower whereas our children had a shallow bath shower with a curtain. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. A good housekeeping service every day with supplies replenished. Nice products. Couldn’t ask for more really. I liked the comfy sofa. If being picky, the hairdryer lacks power. (We chose not to use the water at $8 a bottle, preferring to stock up at the supermarket). The pool is nice - very shallow so good for children (sadly some of whom were not well-supervised by parents) - and there is a small spa pool for lovely relaxation. Towels are provided and there is a bar for some good cocktails. I enjoyed a game of table tennis with my children. There is also an arcade and a gym which looked well-equipped. We ate in the Strong Water Tavern one night. Food is tapas style and, along with everything Universal, expensive. It was quite nice but nothing stand-out. There is an amazing selection of drinks. I had a Mai Tai which packed quite a punch! You are looking at $18 plus for anything. We didn’t try the Amatista Cookhouse (breakfast buffet is $39 per person…). The New Dutch Trading Co. is handy but expensive (ie $12 for a turkey sandwich). The hot food didn’t look appealing. I did enjoy a few cinnamon buns here. There is a well-stocked Universal shop with a broad selection of goodies to buy (if you haven’t indulged enough in the many shops in the parks!). The hotel staff are without exception pleasant and hardworking, even under pressure - this is a busy hotel, with at least two conferences while we stayed. Sapphire Falls should be proud of its workforce. This a great base from which to explore the parks, with free boats to City Walk every 15-20 minutes (except in bad weather, when you can walk it in around 10 minutes). The boats can get busy as they are used by other hotel guests (ie Aventura across the road). Epic is reachable by free bus shuttle (a drive of approximately 15 minutes). All in all, a great stay!
Don't stay at Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort... I've have being trying to receive an amount that was wrongly charged of me from this hotel since March, 2026 (5 months) and so far I didn't receive any money. They always answer my e-mails but only with excuses... Now they are telling me that they made the wire transfer, but don't send me any document to prove and so I can ask my bank what's happening.
This last visit was one of the many times we've stayed here when we come down to the Universal Parks. The stays are always great. The best of all are the people who work here. They are always professional and caring. If in the unlikely times there may bean issue they correct it quickly. They have treated us more like family than just customers. We come down from South Carolina so I make a lot of calls in arrangement and they are just as great when dealing with me. I couldn't ask for better customer support. We can't wait for our next visit, it's like coming home. I making this as the last time I spoke to them the call dropped before I could complete the survey, however this is a better way than I could of completed with that. Thank you all for your excellent hotel and staff.
We had an incredible holiday staying at this property in Orlando. From the moment we arrived, the host/staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was fantastic, yet close enough to explore the amazing parks

ODA KÜÇÜKTÜ
The resort was nice it a few other things that made it disappointing
The fact more Suprise taxes were added to my bill, the fact they charge for parking! The fact they do nothing for Veterans, so I won't be staying at this resort anymore
Usei o estacionamento Vallet que custaria US$45
Mooi zwembad, goede ligging
Niets. Alles was goed
Excellent resort and luxury accommodation much better than I was expecting for the price!
Great location, great hotel.
Loved it all.
Travel advisor, Alex Deluca, from travelmation was outstanding!! She planned a Disney trip for my son and I that was so amazing that we’ll have memories to last a lifetime. My son has severe intellectual disabilities and is 23 years of age and had never been on a vacation his entire life. It had also been 25 years since my last vacation and so many things have changed that I wouldn’t have known where to begin. Alex planned the flight, the hotel, Disney parks, uber information, meals, swimming, with dolphins, rides, events, shopping ideas, shows and many more activities and suggestions for things to do while in Orlando. She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner and always made herself available. She was professional, emphatic, kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for assistance in planning a vacation and if I ever have the opportunity to go on another trip, she will definitely be the one I call for help. Thank you Alex!! Denise Pearl Bear, Delaware
Slide on pool
Cilantro in every dish at the main restaurant
Lovely hotel ,location ,staff Water taxi is lovely ,shuttles available Excellent value for Money My second time there and will definitely repeat it
They should just put more amenities 😂
Love the resort. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Wasn't anything really to do with the resort but the water taxi was running back and forth to the city walk and when we got there at 1130 everything was basically closed already and the rest was closing by midnight. But the taxi would still run way later for the bar
Location
I could not sleep at night time. The AC was making to much noise like I had a Jacuzzi in my room and it did not never stop so I did not get no sleep at all.
AWSOME VERY CLEAN
ALL OF IT
Closeness to parks
Food and Drinks were very expensive
Great family environment
What a beautiful hotel with an incredible staff. The pool area is gorgeous, well landscaped and spacious. Plenty of chairs available. Splash pad as well as pool with a water slide. The rooms are outstanding. Very clean and comfortable beds. We had a two room kids suite. The convenience of having a boat launch to Universal is a tremendous benefit. You can also walk or take a bus.
The property is spotless clean.
The staff are extremely nice and go above and beyond for their customers.
Really noisy rooms - people returned at various times in the night and there was seemingly no sound proofing. I could hear the person in the next room use the bathroom in the morning. Sleep quality was poor. I thought the priority looked good and the conference facilities were decent. Food was excellent for mass catered food. It really rubbed me the wrong way when I handed my luggage claim ticket and tip over at the luggage desk and the guy handed back my ticket refusing the luggage delivery request, telling me I had to check in again before I could get my bag delivered to my room when the room was finally ready after I did a pre-check in that morning but he kept the tip money - so gross. Of course he wasn’t the one to eventually deliver the bag. For both of the aforementioned negative reasons I would hate to return. Housekeeping did a great job.
Clean and comfortable and convenient to everything
The food in the restaurants were sub-par They pump a scent throughout the hotel we weren't crazy about that
Please read the reviews regarding the deposit taken at the beginning of your stay!! We checked out 1st June and i still have not received my $400 back. Customer service just dont respond. I was worried about spoke to the Reception before check who LIED and said it would be returned after 2 days. Some kind of scam seems to be going on here. You should not have to beg for your money back.
Location
No breakfast buffet
The atmosphere, the staff and how close is to the parks
There was a very bad smell in the corridor at 6th floor where we were located but we didn’t report it as we were out most time and the smell was not in the room.
I was a little worried after booking due to reading a few negative reviews, but I needn’t have been. We had a lovely stay! Check-in was relatively slow, but not a major issue. Hotel and room were nice, and the room was clean. Beds comfortable and handy to have the small fridge in the room. Travel cot and baby toiletries were appreciated. Pool area great, with towels and water provided. Kids loved the games and movies in the pool. Also convenient having the shop which sold salads/sandwiches/smoothies etc , although some of the staff could’ve at least managed a smile, not always very friendly. Loved being able to walk or get the water taxi to the parks, and we made use of the early admission. Had a fantastic stay and didn’t want to come home. Would love to return!
We are currently staying at this hotel and loving it. The communal areas and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. I’m not sure when the bedrooms were renovated but everything appears new and excellent quality. We upgraded to a lagoon view which is stunning and we can watch the universal fireworks from our room at night. The water taxi to city walk is such a nice touch but equally the walk is only 10/15 minutes. The pool is lovely and has a slide, cabanas and activities for the kids. Possibly the only negative is the sun loungers are not the most comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and helpful as you would expect. We haven’t eaten in the hotel because it’s so close to the bars and restaurants at city walk there hasn’t been any need to. We will definitely be back next year.
Excellent service at strong water tavern. Our server Chris was top notch! Very helpful and personable.
Loved it! Definitely recommend to anyone!
Nothing. Everything was just perfect
Horrifying experience and the only reason I did not leave was that I was there for a conference. During a health emergency I went to get medication from my room and there was a problem with the key. I went downstairs where they absolutely refused to let me get my id. It took almost 30 minutes, 3 conference organizers, our local organizer and 1 other to get them to go with someone to get my identification because we were about to pull our whole team (which we show out for conferences). For no amount of money would I ever ever stay there again. Plus it smells funky. Book for business at your own risk.
Clean and friendly staff
Nothing it was all good
Water taxi and early entry
Cost
Nada
This was a lovely hotel. Very close to Islands of Adventure and Universal with a frequent water taxi to them and a bus to Epic Universe. Pool area was excellent for families.
The only criticism is the limited children’s menu in the onsite eating areas with limited side orders available to increase vegetable options.
Ferry accommodations. Friendly helpful staff.
Food options. No Continental breakfast. Water 8 dollars. Hotel snack shop ran out of chocolate core power for 2 days.
Location to Universal.

Sapphire Falls — we have stayed here several times and all have been five-star experiences except for this last visit. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front counter seemed a little off-key. I asked about late checkout and was informed we would have a 2:00 PM checkout. However, on our last night, it was changed to 1:00 PM with really no explanation other than a generic response. Then, despite having a 1:00 PM checkout and a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, room service knocked at 12:40 PM. That was disappointing and unexpected. Other than that, I absolutely loved the room — it was fantastic as always. But between check-in, the late checkout confusion, and room service not being coordinated with the updated checkout time, it brought this stay down to a four-star experience. That said, we will absolutely continue coming back because it truly is a fantastic resort overall.
Great property great location Fantastic staff What more do you want
Nothing to not like
Started badly with check in. We were given the opportunity to express a preference of a high or low floor. We asked for a high floor as that’s what our girls wanted. Rooms weren’t ready so when we got the notification that they were ready they hadn’t noted the request for a high floor and didn’t have any available to give us. Didn’t set things off on the right tone.

We stayed here for part one of our honeymoon and were there for 10 nights. We originally were going to stay at Cabana Bay and a month before we left we asked our agent to swap to Sapphire Falls for the added benefit of the pool within an overall smaller populated hotel, water taxis to the parks and City Walk and also heard bad things about the comfort and noise level at Cabana Bay. We wanted a honeymoon where we could pass out in comfort after a day at the parks and this hotel met our wants exactly. I still dream of the comfortable mattress at this hotel. We managed our 2 suitcases each with storage in this room which we didn’t expect to which was great. The overhead shower was brilliant and the room was cleaned daily which was great for coming back after a day out. The coffee shop in the lobby was very useful. Nice hot chocolate to take to bed or snack to have on the go and not that expensive for a hotel based shop. The pool is quite shallow to other pools I’ve been in so I can walk at 5ft 5 across it all or crawl in parts. Drink and food service around the pool was good. I do think portion sizes are massive but that may just be an Orlando thing. We’re from the UK. We did Disney for the first week catching Ubers which was more cost-effective than hiring a car. So by the time we got to do the Universal parks it was so lovely to be on site and use water taxis and come and go and made it more relaxing to get out of the hot afternoon sun. The Avis on site is helpful and we hired a car for a day to go to the Kennedy Space Center. We used the washing machine and tumble dryers on site to help during our stay and this was a god send. Overall excellent customer service and comfort. Do not pay 8 dollars for water bottles in the room though; absolutely a waste of money when you can get the same brand in Walmart for 2 dollars. The fact this was the only downside to our holiday is impressive as we usually have a holiday curse following us around. We would come to this hotel again.
The positives: the water taxi was cool, and a nice way to access the parks. The restaurants and bar here looked quite nice. The negatives: the room was the same size if not slightly smaller than a room at another hotel we recently stayed in (Cabana Bay), and with worse features, including poor connection wifi, a smaller TV and also an ok but a little less comfortable bed. The other major negative was some of the staff (some were nice but a couple were rude so much it was noticeable). Firstly, the lady at the express pass counter (team leader I believe, a blonde older lady)- we had accidentally assumed that express passes were included in our hotel booking (our mistake)- the lady had a very stern/matter of fact attitude about the error and responded with ‘well if you want express passes you’re going to have to pay $X’- a bit more niceness about this situation would have gone a long way, as her response made us feel even more silly and uncomfortable with the mistake we made (I’m sure someone else before has made this mistake). Also, we appreciated the hotel holding our luggage and provided a generous tip to a man at the luggage counter- he didn’t say thank you and snatched out of our hands which we didn’t appreciate. Better customer service training for these additional kinds of staff would be appreciated (the standard check in staff were nice though, we must say, they were great to speak to).
First impression of the hotel was: wow! We booked through a travel agent and we added 4 nights at a Universal Hotel last minute to our Disney holiday. This hotel was the only one with a room available and the TA didn’t really sell it to us, advising us it was one of the more “budget friendly” Universal properties. So we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by such a lovely hotel! It was modern, smells AMAZING (a weird thing to notice maybe but just trust me on this!) impeccably clean everywhere, spacious, and the staff were incredibly warm. Especially Katelyn on front desk, she was lovely! The restaurant and coffee shop had plenty of options, although notably on the expensive side, somewhat expectedly. The boat taxi is frequent and reliable and a pleasant trip, but the parks are a literal 5 minute walk from the hotel too. We left really happy with our stay and intended to stay here again however have since changed our mind about returning after difficulty getting the £400 “temporary hold” for room expenses released. Staff verbally confirmed the refund was in process and were advised it could take up to a week, but it took around a month after chasing. Universal in general, and this hotel in particular, were extremely difficult to get hold of once outside of the property and especially once back in the UK. We ended up having to go via our TA so they could reach out to their connections at the hire to resolve the matter. They confirmed there was some kind of system error that meant our refund hadn’t actually been processed. So if we hadn’t chased… or if we didn’t have a TA to act as an intermediary…what would have happened? We’d have just had to accept being £400 down? My advice to guests is to use a credit card for room expenses so that you have that protection in case you need to challenge a “temporary hold” that is never released. Sadly we used a debit card so spent a lot of time chasing our money! This experience left a particularly bitter taste in our mouths after an otherwise incredible stay.
My wife and I visited for the fourth time at this resort and we both said this has been the best stay ever. From the moment we were checked in by Erick until we finally said goodbye and helped with our bags, we felt utterly pampered. Erick was extremely helpful during the check-in process as we arrived just after lunchtime after a flight from Europe. He went out of his way to get a room on a high floor and it was worth the wait as the view was incredible The room had everything we needed for a 4 night stay and was in very good order indeed. We were not disturbed by external noise and the beds were extremely comfortable. The walk in shower was ideal for our needs and had good water pressure. All the staff we encountered, whether it was housekeeping, New Dutch Trading, the pool staff or indeed Bell Services, were helpful, friendly and truly engaged with us, making us feel special. The hotel location, with water taxi access to the theme parks just added that pampered feel. At the price point, this hotel met all our needs and we will definitely visit again, over and above other Universal Signature Resorts
Very well connected to the parks by boat for a 20 min journey going every 15 mins, or a level riverside walk of around 15 mins. Very impressive building. Nice pool facilities Spacious rooms. Helpful reception desk staff
Not much to do in the hotel with kids during the evening other than sit around in the spacious lobby. Food and drink was super expensive and of average quality.
Everything it was a great hotel highly recommended
