Le hall d’entrée est à refaire ! Il donne une mauvaise impression à l’arrivée. C’est vraiment dommage.

The concierge was exceptional. He gave us such great service from the moment we stepped in to the hotel. He made it easy. Arriving at a hotel in an hour Street not knowing where to park to unload our baggage, he was right there, he opened up a spot for us, took out a baggage, parked the car, and got us into the hotel, installed our luggage away since we had arrived a little early. That is amazing Service. I travel a lot and you don’t get this everywhere. This man deserves a raise. The room was amazing, and the breakfast which we had purchased included was out of this world. The location was perfect 10 to 15 minute walk maximum to all the attractions that we wanted to go to.

Great amazing location in old/port Montreal right next to notre dame basilica. Could not beat the location as it is next to two blocks of restaurants and endless bookstores cafes cute novelty shops and locally owned shops.

They advertised the room as 3 beds but the sofa couch was not even a mattress but a pad a very thin pad with springs. The housekeeping never came back to clean the room in the 4 days we were there. They would come early and if we said no to them entering then they would not circle back later in the day .

Le petit déjeuner compris ne nous permettait pas d’avoir une boisson chaude et un jus, nous devions choisir entre les 2 et cela nous a surpris. Nous voyageons beaucoup dans des établissements similaires et c’est la 1ere fois que nous avons eu à faire ce type de choix. Les quantités dans les assiettes étaient différentes d’un jour sur l’autre par exemple une assiette avec 2 pancakes d’environ 25 cm de diamètre à 1 pancake d’environ 20 cm de diamètre le lendemain. Les pailles qui fondent au contact du chocolat chaud et des serviettes de table synthétique qui donne un effet bas de gamme. Pour ce type d’établissement c’est dommage.

Hotel entrance and warm welcome by staff on arrival. Beautiful spacious suite with exceptional facilities. Comfortable bed and linen. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Beautiful soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, relaxing bath with nice bath towels and robes. Concierge staff were friendly with a mass of local knowledge, we appreciated all help they gave us from bookings to showing us directions on maps.

I like the location in Old Port because it is close to the Jazz Festival venues and the Fireworks Contest. Room was not as well lighted as I would like and not sure why a full-length mirror is near the exit door since there is no light there. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good most days, but their version of scrambled eggs leaves a lot to be desired. I loved the salmon and bagel option. One female server was outstanding, but the days of her absence showed. The other servers were either in training or not invested in their work. In fact, one male server provided our breakfast on chipped plates and a coffee in a chipped cup. The chipped plates and cups should not be found in a hotel at any price level.

Great location, friendly staff, huge rooms with a large bathroom, great shower pressure, comfy robes, nice sitting area and very comfortable beds and pillows. It was also very helpful to have an umbrella to borrow during our stay as it did rain one day. While we didn't use the stove, it was a nice amenity to have if someone needed it. We also liked having the microwave to heat up leftovers and appreciated the Nespresso machine for a mid-day pick-me-up.

The walls and windows seem very thin. We were able to hear people talking and screaming in the streets and in the hallways from the 4th floor. Granted, it was a Saturday night, but I didn't expect to hear this much noise until 3am. Sound-proof windows would greatly help! It would also be helpful to have a dresser in the room, even if small.

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ich kann auch beim Frühstück keine langen Wartezeiten wie andere Gäste bemängeln. Dennoch gab es bei der Bestellung immer wieder Missverständnisse, obwohl mein Französisch in diesen Dingen ganz passabel ist. Ich hätte mir ganz einfach ein kontinentales Frühstück gewünscht. Nicht jeder mag eine volle Mahlzeit zum Frühstück.

Das Geräusch der Klimaanlagen zum Innenhof ist wirklich eine Zumutung. Da bringt ein Balkon gar nichts. Auch diese im Zimmer ist zu laut. Aufgrund des Zuschnittes unserer Suite konnten wir beides überlisten. Der kleine abgetrennte Schlafraum dämpfte die Außengeräusche bei geöffneter Balkontür und ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage im Raum sehr. Es kühlte nachts draußen noch ab. Bei 4 Übernachtungen und großzügigem Trinkgeld für den Zimmerservice zwischendurch hätte ich mir den Einsatz eines Staubsaugers bei dem eh nicht ganz frischen Teppichboden gewünscht.

Best location - near everything. The staff gave our daughter a stuffed toy upon our arrival. This was so sweet. We'll never forget. Thank you so much.

The location was excellent…it was easy to walk to the waterfront and lots of eating places.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone was attentive, kind, and helpful. They elevated the experience from the get go. We were upgraded to a fabulous suite with rooftop lounge (!) Special shoutout to Eve-Marie and (I believe) Paolo. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and well equipped, and the kitchenette was a lovely bonus. The room was quiet, and the temperature controls were efficient and easy to work. We've stayed in close to half a dozen hotels in the area over the years, and this is, hands down, our favorite. Highly recommend!

One small note: it didn't seem like closed captions were available on the in-room television; a pretty standard offering these days.

Je regrette le choix de cet hôtel. J'ai apprécié le confort de la suite. Mais j'avais choisi cet suite pour sa terrasse en plein ciel et la vue sur Montréal.  Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu en profiter, en raison du bruit insupportable probablement lié à la machinerie située sur le toit de l'immeuble. Nous avons dû nous réfugier à l'intérieur. Ce défaut me semble majeur compte tenu de la promesse de cette suite présenté en photo. J'espère que mon expérience permettra d'améliorer celle des futurs occupants.

Fantastic location, ideal for exploring old Montreal. A small kitchenette was provided in the room which was really useful for any self catering needs.

Only comment would be that we had a room on the front of the hotel on fifth floor which was quite noisy with traffic noise (with deliveries etc) early in the morning. Clearly traffic noise is to be expected in a city but not sure whether a room at the back of the hotel might have been quieter.

The room we were in was a suite but the bedroom was very dark. The bed was not comfortable. However it was OK for a few days. The breakfast selection was excellent and I was glad we had booked that in advance. I didnt realise we were next door to the stunning Notre Dame Basilica. It was breathtaking.

My Partner & I recently stayed at Hotel Saint-Sulpice and it was exceptional! The room was absolutely perfect! Our view was breathtaking! The property is impeccably clean, and elegant! A true boutique hotel with class.

There was absolutely nothing my partner & I didn't like! A wonderful experience! The friendly & courteous staff and there attention to detail went without notice. We would definitely go back!

The location of the property is amazing, nestled in Old Town. The room with a big window an kitchen was so spacious.

We asked for softer pillows and the same type of pillow was provided. For such an upscale hotel, better quality pillows would be helpful. Also, the staff at check-in were not very friendly. It would have helped if they had explained the money held for security.

Nothing open - no bar, no restaurant - all closed except for expensive breakfast which you could get around the corner for half the price.

Wonderful stay. We were greeted warmly and friendly. The rooms were suites, clean, large and well appointed. Hotel smelled great and didn’t feel crowded. Valets were fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

Towels could have been bigger and more plush but that is really pushing it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Old Montreal Restaurants and cafes are a short walk or the hotel offers an incredible selections of breakfast items the staff were helpful for suggestions of things to do helped with detailed directions (provided a map and drew on it) parking was easy staff aided in making reservations is hard to get in places beds were so comfy our room had a great view of the street the cleaning staff were amazing will return thanks to all including valet

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, il secondo giorno si sono dimenticati di rifare la stanza. Non hanno cuscini bassi. La colazione è carissima e la qualità non è rapportata al prezzo.

Sofá cama no demasiado cómodo y se trataba de una habitación para 2 adultos y dos niños de 12 y 15 años. Lo mismo ocurrió con otra familia donde tenían tres niños y les dieron dos camas supletorias que también eran bastante incómodas

Housekeeping didn't always come so we had to track down coffee and cream. The biggest concern was one day housekeeping left our door open which we discovered when we got back after our day exploring the city. Luckily, nothing was stolen.

El tamaño de la habitación, con dos camas grandes separadas en dos habitaciones, un mini office y el baño con ducha enorme maravillosa. La calefacción, la chinenea y la smartv. El albornoz y las zapatillas. La ubicación. La tranquilidad de la habitación.

La pignoración al llegar de 1500 euros por el total de las noches, habiendo pagado ya una por adelantado. La falta de amabilidad y de atención en recepción. Nuestras peticiones no se atendían correctamente. La crema suavizante del pelo no se reponía, tampoco los albornoces o el ajuar del office. Las almohadas son variadas pero muy duras.

Great location in Old Montreal that was close to many restaurants, which was good as the one in the hotel never seemed to be open. Saw it open once evening in our 5 day stay for a private event, otherwise not at all and could never eat there

Housekeeping kept all their carts parked outside our room (#515) so the noise started very early and continued throughout the day. If you enjoy a 6:45 wake up from banging and visiting and wearing earplugs while on vacation I guess it’s okay, wouldn’t go back personally. Also - absolutely ZERO flexibility in ANY later check out, which we have never experienced in all the countries we’ve traveled. Didn’t even inquire how long we may need, no was the immediate answer and multiple others also commented same in lobby during check out.

Nous avons eu un service fantastique depuis notre arrivée jusqu'au départ! Accueil et soucis du détail exceptionnel, une bouteille de prosecco surprise nous attendait dans la chambre afin de souligner l'anniversaire d'un des membres de notre famille. La chambre était grande, lumineuse et propre. Ce fût un séjour court mais parfait et nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel. Service de valet efficace et le déjeuner était excellent et servi dans la cours arrière de l'hotel qui est toute vitrée; très bel emplacement! Merci!

Le petit déjeuner est à éviter. Le menu ne convient pas à un petit déjeuner. Il ne comporte qu'une seule boisson, le café supplémentaire ou jus de fruit est en extra. Les plats proposés sont trop cuisinés pour un petit déjeuner, il est impossible d'avoir du pain, du beurre de la confiture, des oeufs ou un simple yaourt, tout ce qui est commandé en dehors du plat principal est en extra. Il faut de surcroît réserver sa table pour le petit déjeuner à un horaire précis, ce qui est compliqué lorsqu'on débarque après un vol de 8h complétement jetlagué. Bref le service n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement.
